What is EiPP? EiPP is a Pokemon free-for-all game that takes place over several days. Up to 100 players select their Pokemon and choose a move each turn. Pokemon are not limited to a moveset of 4. Instead, they can use any move they legally learn.

After receiving moves, the hosts calculate and display what happens each turn, based on actual Pokemon game mechanics. Communicating and coordinating with other players is often integral to ensure survival. The last players remaining are the winners!

Here is an example of what the beginning of a battle looks like. Note, some Pokemon with 4x weaknesses may opt to start with no item, to benefit indefinitely from EiPP Clause. This is outlined more in #rules (in the Discord server).

Players have about 24 hours each turn to select a move. A bot is used to roll for chance-based effects. However, damage is not variable and the median number (technically 8th) is used for calculations (special EiPP Calc: https://celestia74.github.io/eipp-calc/).

As the battle progresses, Pokemon are eliminated and many stat boosts and effects come into play.

Pokemon that KO other Pokemon are awarded KO Bonuses (KOBs) or Assists, which give the Pokemon free stat boosts, further detailed in #rules (in the Discord server).

The final 3 to 6 players remaining, depending on game size, win the game and prize money!
