Can you tell me the voting rules? It seems you can vote for yourself, and first place too. I'll change my votes if something doesn't comply.

Apparently you can't vote for yourself and I was doing it all wrong
(Also, I got a first place vote from someone! :D)

Congratulations to Toadbrigade for winning with Coralossal, Jamis361 for winning with Ansunne and Asmoone, and Author_Pendragon for winning with Temphant!
Evolved when levelled up after defeating a Toxapex
New Pokemon Name: Coralossal (coral + colossal)
Type:

New Moves: Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Knock Off, Whirlpool
Ability: Rough Skin, Natural Cure, Regenerator
Stats: 80 / 65 / 133 / 84 / 133 / 35 (530 BST)
Competitive Niche: Coralossal aims to compress the roles of Toxapex and Ferrothorn into but with a few extra weaknesses and four move slot syndrome is unable to completely fulfil both roles. Reliable recovery and Regenerator makes sure that Coralossal stays at a good amount of health with relative ease to annoy opponents with support moves such as Scald and Knock Off, trap opponents with Whirlpool, and set hazards. It has its own niche being able trap opponents with Whirlpool and KO them with residual damage from Whirlpool, Toxic Spikes, and Rough Skin.

Old Pokémon Name: Solrock
New Pokémon Name: Ansunne
Evolution Method: Sun Stone
Typing:

Abilities: Levitate
Stats: 100 / 130 / 115 / 100 / 85 / 70 | BST: 600
New Moves: Flame Charge, Burn Up, Lava Plume, Thunderbolt, Wild Charge
Competitive Niche: The new Sunne God Pokémon is packing heat. With great coverage moves, powerful STAB attacks, good bulk and offenses, and access to Rock Polish, Ansunne can be the mini-Primal Groudon of the OU tier. An immunity to a 4x weakness is just the icing on the cake.

Old Pokémon Name: Lunatone
New Pokémon Name: Asmoone
Evolution Method: Moon Stone
Typing:

Abilities: Levitate
Stats: 100 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130 / 70 | BST: 600
New Moves: Focus Blast, Misty Terrain, Dazzling Gleam, Thunder, Thunderbolt
Competitive Niche: As the more defensive of the two, the new Moone God Pokémon is quite a capable wall. Its great bulk allows it to pull of a neat Calm Mind set, and if it's feeling Magearna-ish, then it can try a cool Double Dance set as well. Of course there's always the standard Rocks set with Moonlight, or the Rock Polish 3 attacks set. Immunities to a weakness and most hazards are pretty nice as well.

Old Pokemon Name: Dialga
New Pokemon Name: Temphant (Temporal + Infant)
Type:

Ability: Sturdy
Stats: 65/50/75/65/65/40 (BST 360)
Removed Moves: Draco Meteor, Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Roar of Time, Aura Sphere, Outrage
Competitive Niche: Temphant is a tanky pokemon with a fantastic typing and ability. It can run Berry Juice or Eviolite, and can take many hits from some of the best physical and special attackers in the meta. This makes it a fantastic pivot, but Temphant can also be used as a decent lead.
Next Slate will be up tomorrow.

Slate 15: A Comfey around Castform

Castform: This one should be fun. I'm leaving open the option of forme changes similar to forecast, or to have split evos to go with each weather. A lot of extra limitations on this one so read carefully.
Max Ability Ranking: 4.5
Max BST: 530 ( only if using a 4.5 ability )
Max New Moves: 5
Max # Formes: 4 ( including base )
Max Split Evos: 3

Heatmor: Possibly the worst Fire-type, which is saying something.
Max Ability Ranking: 4
Max New Moves: 4

Comfey: Comfey seems like it could get a buff and still be balanced. Please don't make me eat those words....
Max Ability Ranking: 4
Max New Moves: 3

Zeraora: UB Sanic

1540559041008.png

Old Pokemon Name: Castform
New Pokemon Name: Meteocule (Meteor/Molecule)
Type:
1540558714017.png

Ability:
Atmospear: If the user deals damage with a Fire, Water, or Ice type attack, it summons the corresponding weather and gains the corresponding type.
Stats: 90/90/90/85/85/90 (BST 530)
New Moves: Synthesis, Roost, Fiery Dance, Freeze Dry, Water Shuriken.
Competitive Niche: Meteocule is a useful weather setter that can also be used as a pseudo-protein attacker. While it's stats are iffy and it has a weakness to stealth rocks, it still has a useful niche in being able to bring back weather without having to switch out and then back in.

1540560188935.png

Old Pokemon Name: Heatmor
New Pokemon Name: Cinderillo
Type:
1540560197674.png

Ability:
Sheer Force, No Guard, Incendiary
Pyroclastics: Steel Type Pokemon are unable to switch out
Incendiary: Attacks are always critical hits against burnt foes
Stats: 89/105/88/110/91/80.(BST 568)
New Moves: Power Gem, Scald, Wildfire, Sludge Wave
Wildfire: Fire type. 20 Base Power, Special. 95 Accuracy, 100% chance to burn the target.
Competitive Niche: Cinderillo can run either a No Guard Inferno set or an Incendiary set that utilizes its new signature move, Wildfire. A sheer force set is completely viable

1540559049812.png

Old Pokemon Name: Comfey
New Pokemon Name: Elphys (Elf/Physician)
Type:
1540559090489.png
1540559102948.png

Ability:
Triage, Defibrillator, Regenerator
Defribrillator: When attacking an ally, the user's attacks heal the target by 50% instead of dealing damage (Reduced to 25% if using a spread move)
Stats: 79/55/110/100/120/110 (BST 564)
New Moves: Parabolic Charge. Nasty Plot. Thunder
Competitive Niche: Elphys is a powerful setup sweeper who can abuse Triage more effectively than Comfey. However, Elphys is also a useful support Pokemon in doubles, as Defibrillator lets it keep its allies healthy while it deals damage to the enemy.

1540559442291.png

Old Pokemon Name: Zeraora
New Pokemon Name: Bengalv
Type:
1540559425650.png

Ability: Galvanize
Stats: 60/69/44/61/44/91 (BST 369)
Removed Moves: Close Combat, Giga Impact. Focus Blast. Brutal Swing, Acrobatics
Competitive Niche: Bengalv can use electric type Fake Out/Return to kill a large portion of the metagame. While it is relatively frail, it has an amazing speed stat that gives it the speed needed to check Sash Abra.

Old Pokémon Name: Castform
New Pokémon Name: Castmorph
Evolution Method: Dawn Stone
Typing:
/
/
/

Ability: Weather Power (In weather, gives a 1.3 boost to moves of the weather’s type (Fire, Water, Ice, Rock) and changes form when another weather is summoned. Maintains current form between battles, can start battle in any form.)
Stats: 90/90/85/95/85/95 | BST: 540
New Moves: Calm Mind, Moonblast, Power Gem, Earth Power, Recover
Competitive Niche: Castmorph can be a great asset to any team, and thanks to the leniency of its new ability, it’s now able to function outside of niche weather teams. Of course, the boost provided by Weather Power means that on weather teams, this thing will decimate the opposition, whether it be Scarf or Specs.

lol he’s cute when he sleeps
Old Pokémon Name: Heatmor
New Pokémon Name: Heatmorchikn
Evolution Method: Level up at Chick-fil-A
Typing:

Abilities: Gluttony/Flash Fire/Fryer Fire (Heatmorchikn’s Fire-type moves deal double damage to Flying-type Pokémon.)
Stats: 105/97/66/125/66/95 | BST: 554
New Moves: Blue Flare, Freeze-Dry, Scald
Competitive Niche: As a loyal employee at your local Chick-fil-A, Heatmorchikn is dedicated to serving up the best food he can. Blue Flare keeps the fires really hot, Freeze-Dry allows the Waffle FriesTM to stay frozen until they’re ready for the fryer, and Scald keeps the equipment sanitized.

Old Pokémon Name: Zeraora
New Pokémon Name: Zorakit
Evolution Method: Level up knowing Plasma Fists
Typing:

Ability: Volt Absorb
Stats: 48/77/35/67/40/93 | BST: 360
Removed Moves: Hyper Beam, Giga Impact
Competitive Niche: Strong, fast, but frail attacker. The reason the pre-evo is Fighting-type but not the evo is because Zorakit is very hyper and combative but, upon evolving, it becomes more reserved and capable of controlling its emotions.

Evolved at level 30+ if levelled up in Sun, Rain, Hail, or Sandstorm (type of weather when evolved determines its default form).
New Pokemon Name: Baroforeas (barometric + forecast)
Type:
/
/
/

New Moves: Calm Mind, Aurora Veil
Ability: 7 Day Forecast (form changes to match current weather, after form change gains the following effects:)
Sunny form: Chlorophyll
Rainy form: Swift Swim
Snowy form: Slush Rush
Sandy form: Sand Rush
Stats: 90 / 90 / 90 / 90 / 90 / 90 (540 BST)
Competitive Niche: Baroforeas does what Castform has always wanted to do: be a multipurpose weather sweeper that actually has a function on weather teams. Being a very fast weather sweeper with an often boosted STAB Weather Ball and powerful coverage move such as Solar Beam and Thunder may seem like a hassle to handle however once Baroforeas changes form, it is locked in as that until it switches due to its forms losing the Forecast ability. Baroforeas can even be a hard counter to other weather teams such as rain by outspeeding Mega Swampert and hitting back with a 4x supereffective Energy Ball. Most importantly, Baroforeas finally introduces Pokemon to decent Rock STAB with 100% accuracy.

Evolved when Durant was KO'd to gain experience for level up.
New Pokemon Name: Furneater (furnace + anteater)
Type:

New Moves: Belly Drum, Quick Attack
Ability: Gluttony, Flash Fire, Predator (Neuroforce clone)
Stats: 92 / 116 / 81 / 126 / 79 / 78 (572 BST)
Competitive Niche: Furneater has great mixed offensive stats allowing it hit both physical and special walls hard with its great coverage and Predator ability. It also has a niche in being able to run a Belly Drum + Gluttony set allowing it to raise its attack stat to very high levels. Getting the opportunity to set up and burning holes through teams will be difficult due to its middling speed, average defences, and weakness to Stealth Rocks. However with the right team support Furneater can be an offensive threat to many teams.

Evolved at level 37+ if all team members have 100% HP.
New Pokemon Name: Comfirmary (comfy + infirmary)
Type:

New Moves: Strength Sap, Healing Wish
Ability: Flower Veil, Triage, Natural Cure
Stats: 60 / 60 / 88 / 100 / 122 / 112 (542 BST)
Competitive Niche: Thank goodness the most annoying healing move in the game can only be learned by a few slow Pokemon. Well priority Strength Sap would certainly make Comfirmary annoying to deal with since it will give it more opportunities to set up with Calm Mind. Other than that Comfirmary does the same thing as Comfey does, Calm Mind and then hit hard with Draining Kiss. Its fourth move slot can be used for supporting moves such as Taunt, Aromatherapy, or Healing Wish.

Evolves at level 40.
New Pokemon Name: Zeraoruff (Zeraora + rough/ruff)
Type:

Removed Moves: Close Combat, Superpower
Ability: Volt Absorb
Stats: 40 / 100 / 40 / 50 / 40 / 103 (373 BST)
Competitive Niche: Zeraoruff is the fastest LC Pokemon with just enough speed to outspeed Nia. Being the premier glass cannon of LC, Zeraoruff will need to rely on Z-Moves and team support to break through most bulky, Eviolite boosted opponents. Its defensive stats are low even by LC standards so it has very little chance of standing up to many bulky attackers.
