Honestly Eviolite is going to make Skarmory really good in OU. Skarmory is currently in C+ rank but with Eviolite it gets 210 Def and 115 SpD. 65 HP isn't amazing but it's manageable. Evioloite is going to dominate a lot of the tier in general, giving Sigilyph 72 / 120 / 120 defenses along with it's good offensive moveset, it might move up to UU or something close.
Eviolite doesn’t exactly work like a raw 1.5x boost to the base stat, as it boosts the stat after EVs, IVs, and Natures.
So for physically defensive Skarmory, you’re looking at approximately 65/235/115 bulk(!) which is quite impressive but still susceptible to Magnezone trapping (which is ensured now that shed shell won’t ever be held).

I’m not currently planning on subbing anything for this slate, just clarifying in case you thought this was me speaking up about the DL.

Really love this idea and working on a submission (been lurking for a couple of slates) though I should finish it in the first 24 hours, just wanted to give a heads up.

Original Pokemon Name: Sigilyph
New Pokemon Name: Kachiglyph (Kachina and glyph)
Type: Psychic / Flying
Ability: Magic Guard / Tinted Lens / No Guard
Stats: 82 (+10) / 58 / 85 (+5) / 113 (+10) / 110 (+30) / 107 (+10) BST: 555
New Moves: Hurricane, Quiver Dance, Moonblast, Focus Blast,
Competitive Niche (OU): Fast user of quiver dance that has good bulk.

Since you missed the first 24 hours, you have another 24 (the original deadline) to finish. Just thought I'd give a heads up.

Appreciate it thanks, apologies it will be done by the next couple hours.
Brodaha Letting you know I'm done.

New Pokemon Name: Armory - Evolves Level 56
Type: Steel - Flying
Ability: Filter - Bulletproof - Molten Armor (Makes user immune to fire type moves and boosts steel moves)
Stats: HP - Atk - Def - SpA - SpD - Spe - BST
Stats: 90 - 105 - 170 - 20 - 100 - 110 - 590
New Moves: Beak Blast, U-Turn, Feather Dance
Competitive Niche Ubers: Strong physical wall that can cripple any attackers easily, while also has an easy way to maintain momentum with U-Turn. Molten Armor lets it shut down Primal Groudon and other Pokemon that carry fire coverage, making it a real pain to take out especially with roost.

New Pokemon Name: Glyphist - Evolves Level 40 with Volcarona in your party
Type: Psychic - Flying
Ability: Magic Guard - Tinted Lens
Stats: HP - Atk - Def - SpA - SpD - Spe - BST
Stats: 80 - 58 - 90 - 123 - 80 - 117 - 556
New Moves: Fiery Dance, Earth Power, Hurricane, Stored Power
Competitive Niche OU: Fast special sweeper that can run a variety of sets. CM can make up for it's lesser special bulk, while LO takes advantage of Magic Guard to freely do damage to the opposing team. Fiery Dance and Earth Power get rid of tough steel types while meaning that Siglyph can get a free special attack boost.

Original Pokemon Name: Sigilyph
New Pokemon Name: Glyphard (Glyph + Blizzard)
Type: Psychic / Ice
Ability: Magic Guard / Tinted Lens / Snow Warning
Stats: 92 (+20) / 88 (+30) / 100 (+20) / 123 (+20) / 100 (+20) / 117 (+20) BST: 620
New Moves: Blizzard, Ice Shard, Quiver Dance, Aurora Veil
Competitive Niche (OU): I don't even know what I made, but it was just based off the fact that it had Ice Beam. That stat spread from Lickilicky really made it much more wierder. But hey, no Stealth Rock to worry about.

One question: Does Molten Armor make the pokemon immune to Steel, boosting Steel moves, or immune to Fire, boosting Steel moves?
Everything else looks good, just a tip though: Tagging someone in an edit doesn't send a notification.
Makes the Pokemon immune to fire moves, and boosts steel moves, let me edit to clarify. That should still work right? And thanks I'll keep that in mind!

Official Post: Slate 4 Winners

Congratulations to Origin0 for winning with both Skironclad and the split evolution Psychoglyph and Glyphlite!
We have a 2-way tie between me (Brodaha) and ToadBrigade for the Yveltal prevo. I will give 24 hours for tiebreaker votes. Next slate will be up in about 2 hours, feel free to discuss the new pokemon and how they will affect their format.

Slate #5: Bad Gimmicks

Unown: The most gimmicky of all the gimmicks. 4.5 ability rating because I'm scared of going to 5. Just don't boost it's stats to insane levels because it's going to have a good ability. 11 movepool additions, use them wisely.

Farfetch'd: This poor lettuce birb is really terrible. It's signature item is... interesting, but not super useful. Maximum ability ranking of 4 and 5 movepool additions.

Regigigas: This thing is PU only because of it's ability. 670 BST, and it's in PU. Sad. Why not try to make it's prevolution good? Keep in mind it's meant for LC, not LC Ubers, so don't go crazy.

Make sure to get your Tiebreaker votes in.

You have about 5 days to get your submissions in. Have fun!

Yveltal Tiebreaker: ToadBrigade

Not sure where these went but I figured they're important too.

Movepool Additions:
Skironclad: Metal Burst, Drill Run, Rapid Spin, Knock Off
Psychoglyph: Power Gem, Earth Power, Moonblast, Nasty Plot, Focus Blast
Glyphlite: Thunderbolt, Thunder, Earth Power, Nasty Plot, Volt Switch

New Abilities:
Mental Drain - Psychic-type Lightningrod clone

Original Pokemon Name: Unown
New Pokemon Name: Myzteri (mystery)
Evolves when leveling up with Arceus in the party and no Mew
Type:

Ability: Protean
Stats: 100 / 72 / 100 / 128 / 100 / 100 | BST: 600 (+52 HP, +52 Def, +56 SpA, +52 SpD, +52 Spe)
Move Additions: Psychic, Shadow Ball, Tail Glow, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Power Gem, Earth Power, Aura Sphere, Scald, Recover
Competitive Niche (OU): Unlike the other OU Protean user, Greninja, Myzteri actually has usable bulk and reliable recovery to make better defensive use of the type changes. Myzteri has access to many different move types as well, and it has access to Tail Glow to make it extremely threatening.
==========
New Pokemon Name: Zycresi (secrecy)
Evolves when leveling up with Mew in the party and no Arceus
Type:

Ability: Psychic Surge
Stats: 100 / 72 / 100 / 108 / 100 / 120 | BST: 600 (+52 HP, +52 Def, +36 SpA, +52 SpD, +72 Spe)
Move Additions: Psychic, Shadow Ball, Tail Glow, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Power Gem, Earth Power, Aura Sphere, Scald, Recover
Competitive Niche (OU): Zycresi is an alternative Psychic Surge setter that has access to a diverse movepool and reliable recovery. Tail Glow allows it to become threatening very quickly, and it also has a good speed tier.

Original Pokemon Name: Farfetch'd
New Pokemon Name: Unbeleek'd (unbelieve + leek)
Evolves when leveling up past level 30 while holding a Stick
Type:

Ability: Sap Sipper / Leekmaster* / Defiant (HA)
Leekmaster* - Tough Claws clone
Stats: 77 / 120 / 75 / 58 / 90 / 110 | BST: 530 (+25 HP, +30 Atk, +20 Def, +28 SpD, +50 Spe)
Move Additions: Power Whip, Sacred Sword, Drill Run, Parting Shot, Memento
Competitive Niche (OU): A fast physical attacker with many Leekmaster-boosted moves like Power Whip, Brave Bird, Sacred Sword, Drill Run, etc. It can set up with Swords Dance and can also pivot out with Parting Shot or U-turn.

Original Pokemon Name: Regigigas
New Pokemon Name: Regiminas (regi + mini)
Evolves when leveling up past level 50 with Regirock, Regice, and Registeel in the party
Type:

Ability: Child of Earth*
Child of Earth* - Rock, Ice, and Steel Steelworker variant
Stats: 70 / 75 / 60 / 30 / 60 / 50 | BST: 345 (-40 HP, -85 Atk, -50 Def, -50 SpA, -50 SpD, -50 Spe)
Move Subtractions: Crush Grip, Heavy Slam, Stone Edge, Superpower
Competitive Niche (LC): Bulky physical attacker. Normal-type isn't very good in LC but Child of Earth gives Regiminas pseudo-STAB on three other types. This allows it to use Rock Slide, Ice Punch, and Iron Head like STABs, with Rock/Ice/Ground providing perfect neutral coverage.

I made a Hall of Fame to show people who have won slates, you can check it out in the second post. I made it kinda difficult to progress up the levels, so let me know if you think it's too much.

Original Pokemon Name: Unown
New Pokemon Name: Alnown
Type: Psychic
Ability: Unblinking (This pokemon's SpD is doubled.) / Comatose
Stats: 96 / 72 / 86 / 122 / 112 / 112 | BST: 600
Move Additions: Psychic, Moonblast, Slack Off, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Sleep Talk, Power Gem, Psycho Stare (Psychic-type Giga Drain clone that ignores immunities), Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Nasty Plot
Competitive Niche (OU): Alnown has two great abilities to use and a decent movepool with all the coverage it wants. It can abuse boosted Psychic moves in Psychic terrain and even act as a Tapu Lele counter using Unblinking and Flash Cannon. It doesn't have the greatest Defense, leaving it susceptible to things like Bisharp, but all around Alnown has good stats and can probably thrive in a high tier OU enviroment.

Original Pokemon Name: Farfetch'd
New Pokemon Name: Astonysh'd
Type: Fighting / Flying
Ability: Keen Eye / Cloud Nine / Gladiate
Stats: 62 / 115 / 75 / 78 / 90 / 145 | BST: 565
Move Additions: Fake Out, Pursuit, Taunt, Bulk Up
Competitive Niche (OU): WIP

Yveltal Tiebreaker: Brodaha

Evolves when traded to a game that's in a language with a different alphabet from the one it's caught in.
Original Pokemon Name: Unown
New Pokemon Name: Gliphor ( Glyph + Cipher )
Type:

Ability: *Revelation
*Revelation - Changes the user's type to match its current Hidden Power type. Hidden Power and Hidden Force are now 100 BP moves. The new type changes upon the first switch-in and is revealed to the opponent.
Stats: 92 / 116 / 92 / 116 / 92 / 92 | BST: 600
Move Additions: *Hidden Force, Celebrate, Defog, Shadow Ball, Aura Sphere, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Knock Off, Earthquake, Recover, U-turn
*Hidden Force - physical Hidden Power clone
Competitive Niche (OU): Extremely adaptable pokemon that can set up with Z-Celebrate, or just be that Defog pivot of that certain type that your team needs. Could probably make for some good choice item sets as well if you choose a good STAB type alongside boltbeam and U-turn.

Evolves by leveling up after you take its Stick away. After evolving it's taken back the Stick from your inventory.
Original Pokemon Name: Farfetch'd
New Pokemon Name: Piped'ream
Type:

Ability: Super Luck / *Super Leek | Defiant
*Super Leek - Increases the power of Grass-type moves by 50%

Stats: 80 / 105 / 90 / 80 / 100 / 80 | BST: 535
Move Additions: Focus Energy, *Feather Storm, Leaf Storm, Drill Run, *Wing Chop
*Feather Storm - 130 BP Special Flying-type move. 90% acc. lowers SpA 2 stages. ( Flying-type Leaf Storm clone )
*Wing Chop - 90 BP Physical Flying-type move. 100% acc. High Critical Hit ratio. ( Flying-type Leaf Blade clone )

Competitive Niche (OU): The stats may look a bit underwhelming but believe me the damage output is not. Super Luck and Stick grants 100% critical hits on all attacks, acting like a Choice Band and Choice Specs that allows you to switch moves and ignores attack drops and defense boosts... that's really, really powerful. To put it another way, it's like it has 182 base Atk and 145 base SpA. Pair that with it's access to Agility and Swords Dance and you have a pretty terrifying setup sweeper. Super Luck allows you to go special with dual 130 BP moves and Heat Wave, or suicidal with auto-crit Brave Bird. Super Leek and Defiant are also good for physical sets that can utilize increased critical hit chance moves.

Evolves with maximum happiness.
New Pokemon Name: Pangiga
Type:

Removed Moves: Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Superpower, Focus Blast
Ability: Slow Start
Stats: 85 / 130 / 85 / 30 / 85 / 75 | BST: 490
Competitive Niche: It's Regigigas in LC. These stats are probably comparatively better for LC than Regigigas' stats are for OU, which should help. Berry Juice + Substitute might help, too. Still going to be pretty gimmicky and reliant on Para hax, though.

Samtendo09

Ability: Light Power
is a Pre-Contributor
> Evolves into Aldreth at Level 30 with another Unown with level 40 or higher. Both Unowns evolves at once.
Original Pokemon Name: Unown
New Pokemon Name: Aldreth (Eldritch)
Type:

Ability: Eldritch (!) | Magic Bounce (HA)
(Eldritch: When this Pokémon is on the field, all effects are suppressed on the field, which includes weather, entry hazards, terrains and rooms.)
Stats: 98 / 72 / 98 / 112 / 108 / 112 | BST: 600
Move Additions: Psychic, Shadow Ball, Tail Glow, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Conversion, Earth Power, Aura Sphere, Scald, Paranoia Beam*
*Paranoia Beam: 40 BP, Psychic, Special, 100% accuracy, reduce the target's Special Attack by one stage. +1 Priority
Competitive Niche (OU): Fast setup sweeper, with a Priority move that reduce the victim's Special Attack to discourage Special threats. Eldritch help it deal with the Tapus a bit better as their Terrain are now unable to help them, including Paranoia Beam can hit Tapu Lele, with or without Psychic Terrain.

> Evolves into Wick'd after knocking out two Pokémon in a battle at Level 31 or higher. This evolution method takes priority over Trick'd method.
Original Pokemon Name: Farfetch'd
New Pokemon Name: Wick'd (Wicked)
Type:

Ability: Rushed (!) | Mold Breaker | Defiant (HA)
(Rushed: Two-Turn (Fly, Sky Attack, Dig, Solar Beam, etc.) moves are executed in one turn.)
Stats: 92 / 110 / 80 / 68 / 92 / 120 | BST: 567
Move Additions: Cross Chop, Stone Edge, Drill Run, Hone Claws, Stick Strike*
*Stick Strike: 90 BP, Flying, Physical, 100% accuracy, higher than normal Critical ratio.
Competitive Niche (OU): Fast setup sweeper, or with Rushed, an almighty wall breaker. Why did I said that by the way? Sky Attack. With Rushed, Sky Attack does not need to charge and with Stick, Wick'd can be sure to strike a Critical Hit for sure. Knock Off or Night Slash are good Dark-type STABs (with Stick still into account). Its moves are not accurate, which means that it have to set up with Hone Claws to fix the non-perfect accuracy first. Mold Breaker to smack down defensive Ability-reliant Pokémon, and Defiant to simply hard counter Landorus-T. With Rushed, it can also functions as a Revenge Killer by holding Choice Band/Scarf.
=======
> Evolves into Trick'd after defeating a Fairy-type at Level 31 or higher.
Original Pokemon Name: Farfetch'd
New Pokemon Name: Trick'd (Tricked)
Type:

Ability: Pixilate | Mold Breaker | Defiant (HA)
Stats: 92 / 120 / 92 / 68 / 80 / 110 | BST: 567
Move Additions: Cross Chop, Play Rough, Drill Run, Hone Claws, Stick Strike*
*Stick Strike: 90 BP, Flying, Physical, 100% accuracy, higher than normal Critical ratio.
Competitive Niche (OU): Fast setup sweeper, similar to Wick'd but better Attack but nowhere as fast. It can also play as a Wallbreaker by using Swords Dance, but it will have a chance to miss. Remember that the non-100% accuracy coverage moves was to balance the fact that it hold Stick thus inflict Critical Hit more often. Drill Run would be its more frequent coverage does to Poison-type (especially Toxapex), Electric-type and Steel-type, but it will still get pressured by Celesteela unless if it goes all-out attacker and also carries Cross Chop or Night Slash.

(Evolves when levelled up with another Unown in the party)
New Pokemon Name: Elfa (from Alphabet)
Type:

New Moves: Psychic, Psyshock, Double Team
Ability: Power of Many (Hidden Power always deals super effective damage)
Stats: 76 / 72 / 70 / 144 / 70 / 98 (530 BST)
Competitive Niche: Still a fairly gimmicky Pokemon but now has enough power and speed to threaten many Pokemon in any tier it is used in. Just like Unown, Elfa will most likely just click Hidden Power since it will not only will it deal super effective damage, it will also have STAB (if Hidden Power is Psychic) making it always more powerful than a neutral Psychic. It also has Psyshock so it is not completely walled by specially defensive Pokemon. Elfa has enough power to OHKO frail Pokemon but its speed and frailty leave it threatened by most offensive threats and it's predictability leave it vulnerable to Sucker Punch users and some stall staples such as Gliscor. Still it will become a powerhouse in whatever tier it ends up in and a gimmicky sweeper in higher tiers.

(Evolves when levelled up knowing Leaf Blade)
New Pokemon Name: Canard (pun of 'cannot believe it')
Type:

New Moves: Power Whip, Drill Run, Razor Leaf, Stone Edge
Ability: Adaptability, Super Luck, Defiant
Stats: 75 / 135 / 72 / 68 / 82 / 108 (540 BST)
Competitive Niche: As it comes from the same family as Farfetch'd, Canard can use Stick. With access to an array of critical hit boosters such as Stick, Super Luck, and a range of high crit ratio moves, Canard can break through most Pokemon's defences with a 100% critical hit ratio. While Canard's gimmick is critical hits and can achieve this in a number of ways, its Adaptability + Stick + high critical hit ratio would be its main set as it can threaten many Pokemon with uninvested defences and will break through most teams after setting up a Swords Dance. Without its item slot available to boost its attack and poor STAB coverage mean it is checked by Steel types and defensive Pokemon as well as bad defensive typing making it vulnerable to offensive Pokemon.

(Evolves at level 40 if outside)
New Pokemon Name: Regiminas (Regi + miniature)
Type:

Removed Moves: Crush Grip, Heavy Slam, Giga Impact, Superpower
Ability: Prankster
Stats: 75 / 40 / 76 / 20 / 76 / 25 (312 BST)
Competitive Niche: Regiminas is the energetic, annoying former self of Regigigas. While Regigigas takes its time before it gets going, Regiminas gets priority status moves such as Substitute, Thunder Wave, Knock Off, and Toxic that allow it to neuter and annoy the LC tier. While it has high HP and defensive stats, lack of recovery mean it can easily be worn down.

Also what was the final decision on custom moves? I couldn't find it in the OP.
