Earthquake is a strong STAB move and Excadrill's primary attack. Iron Head is its secondary STAB move and does more damage to Ground-resistant Pokemon. Rock Slide with Earthquake gives Excadrill EdgeQuake coverage and allows it to hit Flying-types. Rapid Spin removes entry hazards such as Spikes and Sticky Web that can otherwise overwhelm Steel-type teams. It also raises Excadrill's Speed, allowing it to still have boosted Speed while Dynamaxed. Brick Break becomes Max Knuckle after Dynamaxing and gives Excadrill an Attack boost. Mold Breaker allows Excadrill to hit Levitate users such as Rotom-W, Hydreigon, and Bronzong with Earthquake, and it can also bypass Mimikyu's Disguise. Excadrill's main roles are being a revenge killer and a late-game cleaner. It has good HP but poor defenses, so it shouldn't be switched in on powerful attacks repeatedly. Choice Scarf lets Excadrill outspeed and revenge kill a lot of threats to Steel-type teams such as +1 Gyarados, Gengar, Charizard, Hydreigon, and +1 Togekiss.

Corviknight works very well with Excadrill; Corviknight is immune to Ground-type attacks, while Excadrill is immune to Electric-type attacks. Aegislash is another good partner because it's immune to Fighting-type attacks that threaten Excadrill. Heatproof Bronzong can take Fire-type attacks for Excadrill, and it can also set up Stealth Rock to chip away at the opposing team. Ferrothorn resists Water-type attacks and can set up Spikes to damage the opposing team even more for Excadrill to clean. If lacking Rapid Spin, Bisharp can use Sticky Web to get +2 Attack.

I think overall, there's too much focus on the moves and less on usage. I think you can definitely mention EQ + Rock Slide for EdgeQuake coverage and Rapid Spin, but no need to go into detail for what EQ does or Iron Head at all. I wouldn't bother mentioning Sturdy or Unaware for Mold Breaker. There aren't really relevant users of those abilities any more that are worried about Excadrill.

So if we cut out a lot of the extra details, we can talk more about stuff like using Excadrill to revenge kill and other usage tips. HMU if you need ideas

For teammates, I'd definitely callout Bisharp if you don't have Rapid Spin, since Bisharp's Defiant takes advantage of Sticky Web.

Earthquake is a strong STAB move and Excadrill's primary attack. Iron Head is its secondary STAB move and does more damage to Ground resists such as Grass-types Ground-resistant Pokemon. (you really don't need to say that grass resists ground) Rock Slide with Earthquake gives Excadrill EdgeQuake coverage and allows it to hit Flying-types. Rapid Spin removes entry hazards such as Spikes and Sticky Web which that can otherwise overwhelm Steel-type teams. It also raises its Excadrill's Speed and can allow it to Dynamax the next turn and still have a Speed boost while being able to switch moves, (AC) allowing it to still have boosted Speed while Dynamaxed. Brick Break is an alternative option that becomes Max Knuckle after Dynamaxing and gives you Excadrill an Attack boost. Mold Breaker allows Excadrill to hit Levitate users such as Rotom-W, Hydreigon, and Bronzong with Earthquake, and it can also bypass Mimikyu's Disguise. Excadrill's main roles are being a revenge killer or and a late-game cleaner. It has good HP but its poor defenses are poor, (AC) so it shouldn't be switched in on powerful attacks repeatedly. Choice Scarf makes Excadrill faster than lets Excadrill outspeed and revenge kill a lot of threats to Steel-type teams such as +1 Gyarados, Dynamaxed Choice Scarf (these aspects cancel out) Gengar, Charizard, Hydreigon, and +1 Togekiss, (RC) allowing it to revenge kill them.

Corviknight works very well with Excadrill because they cover one of its weaknesses (?); Corviknight is immune to Ground-type attacks, (AC) while Excadrill is immune to Electric-type attacks. Aegislash is another good partner because it's immune to Fighting-type attacks that threaten Excadrill. Heat Proof Heatproof Bronzong can soft check Fire-type attacks that do super-effective damage against Excadrill take Fire-type attacks for Excadrill (you can't "soft check" an attack), and it can also set up Stealth Rock to chip away at the opposing team and put Pokemon in range of Excadrill's attacks (these are saying the same thing). Ferrothorn resists Water-type attacks and can set up Spikes to damage the opposing team even more for Excadrill to clean. If lacking Rapid Spin, Bisharp can take advantage if Sticky Web is up and get a free (not free, speed still lowered) use Sticky Web to get +2 Attack boost.
