These self-votes are illegal, as you're only supposed to give yourself 1 point per sub you've made. Will be counting votes assuming these were shifted to third.

Anyways, winners! DenebStargazer's Dizmuth, Totally_Odette's Harletrius, and Mossy Sandwich's Shifteor won this time!

Fakemon Name: Dizmuth
Set Number: 1
Weight: 5.7kg
Stats: 90/104/80/108/55/112 (549)
Typing:
/

Abilities: Clear Body / Own Tempo / Competitive
Movepool: Blazing Torque, Combat Torque, Drill Run, Earth Power, Explosion, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast, Mystical Power, Power Gem, Psychic, Rapid Spin, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Taunt
Ally Switch, Ancient Power, Bulldoze, Confusion, Fire Spin, Flame Charge, Flame Wheel, Gyro Ball, Harden, Iron Defense, Light Screen, Psybeam, Reflect, Rain Dance, Rock Throw, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Rollout, Sand Tomb, Sandstorm, Self-Destruct, Skill Swap, Smack Down, Spin Out, Sunny Day, Tackle, Take Down, Trick, Trick Room, Gen 9 Universal TMs
Description: Offensive mon that can run either physical or special sets. Has access to the vaunted hazards game if you want to run a suicide lead set or some kind of hazard setting pivot set that can dissuade Defog attempts.
Flavour: Bismuth spinning top!
looks like sand’s back on the menu
Fakemon Name: Harletritus (based off Tyranitar)
Set Number: 2
Weight: 60 kg
Stats: 100 / 134 / 110 / 95 / 100 / 61
Typing: Fairy / Rock
Abilities: Sand Stream / Unnerve
Movepool: Gen 9 Universals, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Spirit Break, Thunder Wave, Rock Slide, Rock Blast, Toxic, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Baby-Doll-Eyes, Psychic, Psyshock, Zen Headbutt, Confusion, Psybeam, Will-O-Wisp, Tickle, Acrobatics, Aerial Ace, Magnet Rise, Stealth Rock, Trick Room, Encore, some more flavor stuff I’ll do if it wins
Flavor: A sandy harlequin. Pretty simple flavor, but this is a pretty simple mon.
Description: TYRANITAR IS BACK BABY HELL YEAH!!! Unfortunately while crossing the sands of time, Tyranitar’s grit has generally been lost in the stream. But Harletritus is a new Tyranitar for a modern audience! No longer is it limited by a genuinely bottom tier defensive typing! Harletritus aims to do just about everything that Tyranitar once did- that is, not only being the definitive sand setter and the single driving force defining sand as a style, but also as a pretty damn solid mon even outside of sand. It has great bulk under sand, an okay defensive typing, great EdgeQuake coverage- it ends up just being a great option, both defensively and offensively.
Fakemon Name: Shifteor :minior::stakataka:
Set Number: 3
Weight: 10,0kgs
Stats: 60/60/130/80/85/90 (505 BST)
Typing: Rock/Psychic
Abilities: Serene Grace
Genderless

Viables Moves: Body Press, Diamond Storm, Earth Power, Esper Wing, Foul Play, Lumina Crash, Mystical Fire, Mystical Power, Power Gem, Psychic, Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Stone Axe, Stored Power

Flavor Moves: Bulldoze, Confusion, Earthquake, Explosion, Fire Spin, Flare Blitz, Fly, Giga Impact, Gyro Ball, Heavy Slam, Hyper Beam, Psybeam, Psywave, Rock Blast, Rock Slide, Rock Throw, Rock Tomb, Rollout, Self-Destruct, Smack Down, Stone Edge, Terrain Pulse, Weather Ball, Wild Charge

Description: Only has attacking moves. Serene Grace+Diamond Storm is a guaranteed doubled defense which you can then pair with Body Press. You can also use Lumina Crash to start dealing damage on the special side. Lumina Crash also forces switch-ins which you can use to boost with Diamond Storm, Mystical Power or Esper Wing. From there, you can start blasting with Stored Power. All that being said, boosting into Stored Power is probably more gimmicky than just breaking with Lumina Crash+Earth Power or DiamondPress. It can also set Rocks with Stone Axe. Up to you whether you want to run AV or Lefties, I could see both working, this is not very good at using choiced items though. Overall, kind of a gimmicky sub, tries to use a lot of secondary effects to accomplish what it wants to do.
Oh, that's...two Rock/Psychics and one Rock/Fairy. That sure is something.

I should mention - I made special note of this slate being the first one that's playable on DH, but DH is currently not accepting pull requests in preparation of a giant update. I'll say in the thread when DH is updated but the mod will be playable as soon as possible. Next slate will be up tomorrow!

Fakemon Name: Brontosect
Set Number: 1
Weight: 111.1 lbs
Stats: 130 / 125 / 70 / 69 / 89 / 60 (539)
Typing: Electric / Bug
Abilities: Static / Volt Absorb (Transistor)
Movepool: Absorb,Agility,Air Slash,Bug Bite,Bug Buzz,Charge,Charge Beam,Discharge,Electric Terrain,Electro Ball,Electroweb,Flash Cannon,Giga Drain,Infestation,Leech Life,Magnet Rise,Mega Drain,Parabolic Charge,Rain Dance,Rising Voltage,Shock Wave,Sludge Bomb,Spark,String Shot,Struggle Bug,Thunder,Thunder Shock,Thunder Wave,Thunderbolt,U-Turn,Volt Switch,Waterfall,Wild Charge,X-Scissor
Description: Regieleki: Forma de slow. I love Transistor as an ability, and I hate that the one thing they gave it to is uber ban worthy because it got a little ice cube that it can throw at people in Gen 9. Brontosect has coverage too. But what it doesn't have is a powerful Electric STAB, Ice coverage, or a goddamn Speed stat of 200. Regardless of the flaw of "it's not Regieleki," Brontosect has its own successes. Wild Charge + Leech Life is a strong combination, letting it heal off some of the damage of its boosted Wild Charges. It also has high bulk, particularly on the special side- which is a way to make up for its bad Bug typing- and a pivot move that nothing is immune to. If you got that dog in you you could run infestation thunder wave with static and just piss people off by being a worse zapdos

Fakemon Name: Snowdentia (based on Lopunny)
Set Number: 2
Weight: raticate weight
Stats: 70 / 110 / 70 / 110 / 70 / 120 (550
Typing: Ice / Fighting
Abilities: Cute Charm / Klutz (Limber)
Movepool: Lopunny’s Movepool
Description: Takes advantage of Lopunny’s gigantic, very Normalcore movepool. Did you know that Lopunny learns Blizzard? I didn’t until I researched for a stupid idea that is now locked away in the vault. Great Speed, good offenses, and a gargantuan amount of coverage gives Snowdentia the capability to serve as either a special or physical attacker, though special sets are almost certainly better, with Aura Sphere and Blizzard making a formidable dual STAB. When paired with Specs, Snowdentia becomes a very effective fast revenger with a remarkably good offensive STAB combo and the coverage to kill, like, anything

EDIT: I forgot that Lopunny was spared from the great Triple Axodus of 2023. Forget what I said about good special sets. Axel/CC/Thunder Punch/U-Turn comes to mind immediately as a strong physical set.

Fakemon Name: Cosmic Seer
Set Number: 3
Weight: 20 kg
Stats: 131 / 111 / 75 / 123 / 75 / 65
Typing: Psychic / Steel (ground "neutral")
Abilities: Protosynthesis (weather ability)
Movepool: Gen 9 Universals, Agility, Ally Switch, Amnesia, Calm Mind, Charge, Charge Beam, Discharge, Doom Desire, Eerie Impulse, Electric Terrain, Ember, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, Future Sight, Gyro Ball, Heat Wave, Heavy Slam, Hyperspace Hole, Hypnosis, Imprison, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Light Screen, Magic Room, Magnet Rise, Metal Burst, Metal Sound, Mirror Coat, Moonblast, Overheat, Power Split, Power Trick, Psybeam, Psyshock, Reflect, Role Play, Shock Wave, Steel Beam, Sunny Day, Teleport, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Trick, Trick Room, Psychic
Description: Hell yeah I looove future sight i looove doom desire i looove slow pivots with either/both of them! Delphic Construct Doomed Oracle Cosmic Seer is one of those paradox mons that absolutely does not want Booster Energy, since its intended role as a pivot means that it will be switching in and out repeatedly. It's kind of like a metal Slowking, only without the Regenerator and with a probably better defensive typing. Dual STAB future moves is kind of funny and probably pretty good. Psychic + Steel + Fire moves is pretty great coverage that isn't resisted by anything except Kartrake. Might be broken, who knows? Not me.

Fakemon Name: Burleon
Set Number: 2 (:alakazam:)
Weight: 200 kg
Stats: 125 / 130 / 55 / 60 / 75 / 90 (545)
Typing: Fighting
Abilities: Synchronize / Inner Focus / (Magic Guard)

Movepool: i'm not copying the guy's entire movepool (i will post some viable things it has for reference of the voters, however)
Physical: Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Drain Punch, Facade, Body Slam, Knock Off, Zen Headbutt (maybe counter and iron tail?)
Status: Reflect, Light Screen, Thunder Wave, Curse, Trick, Recover

Description: Why Zam has so many physical moves is anyone's guess, but it lets this thing exist. Given the sudden Rock Slate™️, a Fighting type should help out with that a bit. Has very solid special bulk but relatively abusable physical bulk, which can be patched up slightly by using Curse. That does come at the cost of its speed dropping though, which is a bummer since 90 is a solid tier. MGuard also makes it a status absorber that can just clock things back with Facade sometimes if you want to be gimmicky I guess. Burn cripples non-facade damage output though, so be careful if you have it try to absorb that one.

Flavor: Just imagine a huge lion and you're about where my brain is at. Probably has some more fighting type-esque parts to it though, like its front paws vaguely resembling boxing gloves.

Fakemon Name: Skeledune
Set Number: 3
Weight: 20 kg
Stats: 71 / 99 / 104 / 128 / 86 / 67 (555)
Typing: Ghost / Ground (Ground is Neutral)
Abilities: Sand Rush / Berserk / (Mummy)

Movepool: Gen 9 universals (i am dumb and have forgotten what those are) and the moves below:
Physical: Ceaseless Edge, Knock Off, Spirit Break, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claw, Poltergeist, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Smart Strike
Special: Dark Pulse, Mystical Fire, Bitter Malice, Shadow Ball, Scorching Sands, Earth Power, Extrasensory
Status: Nasty Plot, Will-o-Wisp, Curse, Spiky Shield, Shore Up, Swords Dance
Payback, Torment, Ember, Burning Jealousy, Phantom Force, Night Shade, Ominous Wind, Hex, Confuse Ray, Spite, Fissure, Bone Rush, Sand Attack, False Swipe, Slash, Disable, Screech, Perish Song, Sandstorm

Description: Skeledune is a little on the average side in terms of stats, but it's got some impressive versatility to make up for that. Thing's capable of running both sides (with a lean of special) and benefits from the newly added Harletrius for free Sand Rush. At max investment, that's outspeeding everyone. Or maybe you want some weird bulky set using Wisp to burn foes instead.

Flavor: A collection of various bones coming out of a pile of sand. There's a skull with the whole "lights in the eye sockets" that's clearly controlling it all.

patch notes:
- burleon atk +20
- skeledune spatk +20
- skeledune's earth eater gone after talking it over with the brain council because it does kind of walk along the line of the resist/immunity restriction's intention. put berserk in its place because it's a very upset grudge-holding sand skeleton thing. it can't boost its speed beyond srush and as stated has questionable bulk, so berserk is probably fine even if whatever sends it below 50% will have a painful time immediately afterwards

Description: Goofy Protean special attacker/pivot specifically designed to outspeed our existing rocks, notably threatening Dizmuth and Shifteor. Gets Swift Swim for if/when rain drops in the tier.
Flavour: electric cuttlefish/squid/octopus type creature

SUB REVIEW CHANGES/COMMENTS: -14 Sp. Atk. Hopefully makes its hugeass Protean assisted movepool more manageable, especially dampening the impacts of having Water coverage in addition to Volt Switch.

Fakemon Name: Craygun
Set Number: 2 (Clawitzer)
Weight: 190kg
Stats: 71/73/88/120/89/59 (500)

Description: Big Steel type breaker. Slow pivoting. Funny? Perhaps?
Flavour: crayfish with railgun claws

SUB REVIEW CHANGES/COMMENTS: +Dark Pulse. Should hopefully diversify its move options in a way that makes its ability feel worthwhile.

Fakemon Name: Yamatoad

Arm Thrust, Astonish, Bulldoze, Body Slam, Brick Break, Counter, Detect, Double-Edge, Focus Blast, Focus Punch, Force Palm, Low Kick, Low Sweep, Mega Punch, Mud Bomb, Mud Shot, Mud Slap, Payback, Rain Dance, Retaliate, Reversal, Rock Slide, Rock Smash, Rock Tomb, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Smack Down, Wide Guard
Description: big. wants both knock for damage reasons and sucker punch for "not getting outsped by basically everything" reasons. also we don't have a fighting type, and the combination with dark keeps it in check defensively
Flavour: Big sumo toad.

SUB REVIEW COMMENTS: Absence of Close Combat is to keep it from nerfing its own bulk as part of its tankier playstyle.

Description: Prankster is probably the most viable set for now, but Rock Head's also pretty good and will probably become the go-to once we get more Dark-types in here. Pikachu-but-an-asshole flavor.

Edit: added dark typing, added knock

Fakemon Name: Platysus (when the platypus is s-.)

Brine, Disarming Voice, Echoed Voice, Hyper Beam, Icy Wind, Swift, Uproar, Water Gun, Water Pulse...
Aqua Ring, Charm, Focus Energy, Helping Hand, Mist, Misty Terrain, Rain Dance, Soak, Supersonic...
Description: Offensive pressure, defensive utility. That's the name of the game with this mon. Whenever Regenerator mons pop up in a meta they are usually defensive in nature. That's cool and all, but a mon that can make use of Regen to not only heal health but also maintain an offensive presence and continue compressing utility is also very nice in my book. Cetenor is a very versatile and unique source of role compression, with both hazard removal and hazard setting that can also apply offensive pressure with its great offensive stats and good speed. It has low bulk which is offset slightly but Regenerator, but what completes the mon is its phenomenal defensive typing which gives it some nice resistances that round out the mon's defensive profile and allows it to switch-in on a lot of mons than it usually does, even with its low bulk.

Flavor: A singing dolphin. Yeah, that's about. Name is a mix of Cetacean + Tenor. Definitely a lot less in-depth than my previous cleaning Mongoose mon but we need a dolphin mon in Pokemon finally and I think it would be cool. Palafin does not exist. Also we need our first water-type in the meta. Mon has High Jump Kick as a Dolphin which doesn't seem to make sense, but Wooper can learn Ice Punch so... I also wanted another move that Reckless can make use of, and High Jump Kick just so happened to be there as an artifact of the mon this set is based on.

Description: Works as a fantastic support Pokémon and defensive glue with its solid Electric/Flying type, good bulk, wide movepool, and Prankster. It has access to both hazards and hazard removal, providing several crucial roles in the metagame. It also has Taunt to take advantage of opposing leads and hazard removers. It’s also not very passive either with a high SpA stat. It can also pivot with Volt Switch. However, its slow and weak to Rocks, often forcing it to run Boots.

Fakemon Name: Crocodire (Crocodile + Dire)
Set Number: 2 (Poliwrath)
Weight: 194 kg
Stats: 113 / 118 / 84 / 110 / 60 / 85 | 570
Typing:
1690078829560.png
1690078840170.png

Abilities:
Swift Swim / Marvel Scale / No Guard (HA)
Movepool: Poliwrath’s Movepool
Description: With good mixed attacking stats, a solid offensive typing, and No Guard, Crocodire is a ferocious wallbreaker. No Guard works well with moves such as Dynamic Punch, Hydro Pump, and Focus Blast. However, its speed tier is quite middling, meaning it struggles a more against offense, especially for those who take advantage of its lower special bulk. It also lacks any boosting outside of the risky Belly Drum and mediocre Bulk Up.

Fakemon Name: Thermabeest (Thermal + Wildebeest)

Abilities:

Movepool: Blaze Kick, Blizzard, Bulk Up, Bulldoze, Close Combat, Dark Pulse, Earthquake, Electric Terrain, Energy Ball, Feint Attack, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Flash Cannon, Horn Leech, Hyper Voice, Ice Beam, Iron Head, Knock Off, Lash Out, Low Kick, Megahorn, Moonblast, Nasty Plot, Poison Jab, Roar, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Shadow Ball, Shock Wave, Slack Off, Spark, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Sucker Punch, Superpower, Surf, Swords Dance, Taunt, Throat Chop, Thunder, Thunder Shock, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Triple Axel, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Zen Headbutt
Description: Huge movepool and STAB Knock Off and Sucker Punch with Swords Dance makes it a solid physical sweeper and wallbreaker. It also has a lot of defensive utility with Intimidate, Slack Off, and Stealth Rock, allowing it to potentially even run tank sets. Its bulk, power, and speed tier are all pretty decent. However, none of its stats are super impressive, and relying on Wild Charge for Electric STAB isn’t the best.

Description: Flying Pig lando lookalike with no SF. I decided to make a partner for the brand new Harletrius by running Sand Force instead of Sand Rush to make it a slow bulky-set up sweeper.

Fakemon Name: Yolkrak
Set Number: 1
Stats: 90/110/70/63/90/117 (540)
Typing: Poison/Dark
Abilities: Stench / --- | Protean
Movepool: Taunt, Gunk Shot, Knock Off, Earthquake, Sucker Punch, ExtremeSpeed, Toxic Spikes, Spikes, Flip Turn, Liquidation, adding in more later
Description: Electric with Protean looks interesting...but literally everything in set 1 has Electric, so I decided to take another approach. Your offensive typing legitimately isn't that bad so you're not going to be relying on Protean that much but it's nice to have that boost on Earthquake, ESpeed, or Flip Turn when you need one of those. Maybe you could use Earthquake to block a Volt Switch or something too! Otherwise this isn't anything too crazy.

Fakemon Name: Jellamp
Set Number: 2 (Lickilicky)
Stats: 110/85/95/80/95/50 (515)
Typing: Fire/Fighting
Abilities: Flame Body / --- | Poison Heal
Movepool: Lickilicky's
Description: Resub, but not quite the same. Utility mostly is now just Knock Off and you also can pass Wish, which is especially noteworthy since this is a Pokemon that loves running Protect anyways. You also get Body Press and Toxic which is cool, and a bunch of other random attacking moves like Thunderbolt, Hydro Pump, Earthquake, and Ice Beam. Honestly pretty glad I realized Lickilicky was in this slate, was just looking to see if I could shoehorn this mon into a resub lmao

Description: Terrifish is a bear that can fish well. Poliwrath always had a solid typing and nice bulk, but could never get it anywhere due to its underwhelming movepool and abilities. This sub aims to fix that, adding Intimidate to make it great at answering some of the metagame's physical threats, notably Stavage, Kartrake and Wyverock. It can also use its opportunities on the field to make progress with Stealth Rock being the obvious pick, but Swords Dance also being a good option thanks to its high BP STAB moves. It also has recovery in the form of Slack Off to make sure it can stay healthy. It also has a whole bunch of coverage options and even some priority through Aqua Jet and First Impression to make up for its low speed, but its basic toolkit is its most reliable option. Since we lack Water types, especially bulky ones, I figured this would be a nice addition to the meta, one that is also fairly versatile depending on what your team needs.

Alright, time for sub review + vetos!

Arcopod I don't know if your intention was to also have it as a fast Protean-based pivot but I should mention that I imagine that will be its primary role, since Webs is in a pretty horrible state with Boots existing now. Otherwise I think this looks fine. Protean Energy Ball on something with STAB Volt Switch would be scary if not for Batacomb gearing up to be the meta's primary Ground-type and Dragons, of which there are plenty right now, also serving as solid answers. Not really much to say here but maybe that's because this is my first mon here and I haven't gotten into the groove yet.

Conecurrent is a bit hard to comment on because our meta is still new and we don't really have any solid answers for it. Puffrost might do okay but would get worn down over time from Analytic-boosted STAB moves. At the same time it's not veto-worthy because it'd be fairly easy to make subs that answer it while not boosting the meta's power level too much. So to that I guess I can say that this looks like a legitimately interesting Pokemon to use or play against but it's hard to say much beyond that.

Blissier I'm gonna have to veto. Might be a meme sub and you might know this but the uptick in defense is enough to make it comparable to Mew while you still have obscene Sp. Def, strong utility options like Stealth Rock and Teleport, and Toxic returning means you're not as passive now.

Might be broken, who knows? Not me.
I DO!!! BOW TO THE GLORY OF MY SUPERIOR OPINIONS!

Transistor gave me flashbacks at first but then I realized it was on a purely Physical Pokemon and realized it's probably fine, having an effective 135 BP Wild Charge instead of 90 is okay with me. If anything something gives me the feeling that Brontosect might be a touch underpowered since a hazard weakness is going to undercut both its bulk and breaking presence, especially with Wild Charge cutting into its bulk even further which I don't think Leech Life will make up for at all. Maybe boosting its Attack a bit would help, I know it has Waterfall but slower breakers like this aren't supposed to be easy to switch into as it stands.

Snowdentia I think looks cool, I recently messed with the idea of an Ice-type pivot with another type resistant to Rock when subbing to another mod and it could be fun here. Fair warning that I doubt this uses special movesets though since Close Combat and Triple Axel are leagues better than your special STAB options and you also have access to Fire Punch and a stronger U-Turn. The one big thing you lose is Thunder Punch being worse than Thunderbolt. This does have Switcheroo, Swords Dance, and Healing Wish which I think are fun here and should provide a fair bit of versatility.

It's not technically against the rules but I'm not a fan of Delphic Construct's name not fitting the usual Pokemon limit. That aside, the Jirachi comparison keeps sitting in my mind. This has marginally less bulk, no healing, and a fair bit more Sp. Atk with new Fire moves. Some part of me is concerned this won't be able to make progress super well since both of our Grounds and Skoloboros might make it difficult but it's still capable of checking some stuff we have here fine so it should be fine as is.

Burleon I feel is pretty distinctly underpowered. All of your physical moves have a very low base power, since I doubt this spends a moveslot on Facade since it'd be very inconsistent, and the base Attack stat itself is too unremarkable as it is. I'd just boost the Attack stat a bit to compensate and use our meta's current defensive Pokemon as a frame of reference for calcs.

Skeledune is probably also undertuned but I'm not as sure about it. Its bulk is fairly unremarkable for the offensive defensive mix this is trying to be and while the Sp. Atk is workable given the strong offensive typing, it might not hold up enough defensively to give this opportunities to do its thing and it might not be strong enough for a Sand Rush role. Similar thing here, I'd consider boosting Sp. Atk a bit; you can go a fair bit higher than similar Sun or Rain abusers since you're using lower base power moves and your main STAB move does not get boosted under weather. This also pushes it away from running Earth Eater which is somewhat concerning for me since this would not follow two Restrictions otherwise.

Fair warning - I don't see any reason Coulomari would run Taunt, but it does follow both Protean and Electric so it still follows two. Otherwise this thing seems like a massive headache to switch into. If you're centering this around a STAB Volt Switch, this has Surf to hit both of our big Grounds and can just chunk everything else with said STAB Volt Switch...or it can just Sludge Bomb the Grasses that would answer it, or in this particular case Psychic is better for Manchini. Don't know if this is a hard veto but it is a bit concerning to me.

Craygun should probably get Dark Pulse, because as far as I'm concerned, it would be barely any different had you subbed a Steel/Fighting with no ability. Dragon Pulse is not a very useful move, this would likely run Flash Cannon / Aura Sphere / TBolt / either Flip Turn or Shift Gear. Would make its ability look a lot more interesting and would make the sub as a whole much more fun.

How come Yamatoad doesn't get CC? By that I mean, uh, Close Combat. Not Cross Chop. I do think Cross Chop looks fine on it though and for that matter the mon itself looks fine as a whole, not really much to say here but I think it's cool that this is immune to Scald. If you want to avoid Close Combat because you don't want this to drop its own defenses then I think Cross Chop is a fine enough alternative.

Fraudurat looks underpowered as well. The utility is there for sure - Spikes is always great, and while pivoting and paraspreading are both cool, they're not enough reason to pick this over another hazard setter. It's not very threatening offensively because of its lack of coverage and doesn't really have enough defensive use off of its unimpressive typing and bulk. You could go about fixing this in a number of ways but the simplest and, in my opinion, coolest would be to make this part Dark-type and give it Knock Off. It would still have all of the enticing utility it normally does but would be much better at annoying the things that switch into its Electric moves.

Platysus I think looks fine and don't really have much to say about it. Ice Beam is pretty notable but everyone knows this gets that already, and this 100% is running Fur Coat over Sap Sipper if you want my opinion on that.

Spectorc is a bit much though, enough for me to veto it in its current state. Poltergeist off of that attack stat is very strong, Vessel of Ruin boosts its Sp. Def to an effective ~70ish which is very serviceable given how insane the physical bulk is and then you're backed by Shadow Sneak for faster stuff and then Play Rough and either Body Press or like Hammer Arm for things that resist Poltergeist. I'm also really not a fan of Spirit Break on this even if I can't say that's a reason to call this broken. Lowering Attack by 10 points would be enough to make it fine but even then I can't say I'm huge on this sub, I really don't like Pokemon whos whole shtick are that they have giant stats because they just never play interesting and enable power creep more than anything. If you want to center this around Body Press still I'd lower HP a substantial amount and put it into Sp. Def, maybe then swapping Vessel of Ruin out for something else. Hope this didn't come across as too ranty but I don't really want to hide any part of my opinion in a sub review.

Our meta doesn't have a defensive Water-type yet and I'd normally check that for how Cetenor here should be adjusted but here we are. I know Manchini answers this but there's still a bit of an issue here. Part of me wonders if this Pokemon will ultimately end up pushing people into making a Water immune sub because of how this can just Flip Turn around its answers, chipping them down while being a strong enough move to scare things out, then freely healing a third of its health and grabbing momentum for its teammates. It's not big enough of an issue for me to want to veto but it's potentially concerning and I'd drop Flip Turn to be safe, U-Turn and Knock Off both do fine enough at annoying this thing's answers and making progress.

Caerial hits a very strong similarity with Zapdos in OU for me but with Nasty Plot, Spikes, Prankster Taunt, and Energy Ball for options. Energy Ball is the only one of these that would be outright concerning but our Grounds don't care about it. We have several things that switch into this, some of which threatening it back very aggressively, but its defensive profile is still strong enough that I would just leave this as is.

Crocodire you might want to mark for Set 2 but I think is a bit much and will be vetoing. Urshifu comparison is a bit obvious but this has Hydro Pump and Focus Blast for substantially more initial power alongside Vacuum Wave. Lacks boosting but you're going to need to build very particular subs to switch into this properly since it also has Ice, Ground, and Psychic coverage to cover all of its bases. Removing Adaptability would be fine but you could bump up its Attacking stats a little bit as well if you want to compensate.

Set 3 mon needs a name or it will be vetoed, and after a second look I'm not sure if this wants to run two Dark moves after all since this has the utility sets being possible to disincentivize Swords Dance sets as well as coverage moves like Triple Axel, the Fire moves, and Poison Jab that compete with the Electric STAB + SD + Knock + Sucker Punch sets I thought this would have at a glance. I'd also remove Pursuit since I know dexited stuff is marked illegal by the teambuilder but it helps for clarity. Once that all is changed the sub will look fine.

So first we have a part Fighting-type Protean Zeraora. Alright. Except this one doesn't have Volt Switch. Why not? I've also got to wonder if this even wants to run Protean in the first place since an Electric immunity can be a big deal and the only move Zeraora runs in standard that would be altered by this is Knock Off, which robs you of your other two STAB types until you manually switch out. Maybe Quick Attack could be worth something?? I'm unsure enough to the point where I won't veto it off of that but this sub probably could see some changes as it stands regardless, it plays super similarly enough to Zeraora in standard that it may just not be interesting enough for people to vote on it.

Magicism I think should be fine since straight up offensive sets have adequately been gutted if we compare it directly to Magearna. The biggest issue with Magearna was always that you don't know what it's going to do when you see it and the nerfs here squarely lock it into bulkier boosting sets like Draining Kiss + Stored Power + Calm Mind + Iron Defense. Very threatening, no doubt, but its bulk has taken a big hit and it still has the usual issue where anything blocking it from boosting gives it immediate problems.

Making another Ground/Flying-type is a bit of an unusual choice to me when our current splashable Regen user is Ground/Flying, but even that aside I'm not sure if I'm a fan of this. Bulk Up sets sound pretty annoying with that massive special bulk, and we really don't need another Ground-immune mon in general. I don't think it strikes me as big enough of a problem to veto since it might not be strong enough before it gets too many boosts but there's a lot that I'd change here.

These are my subs. Since I reviewed yours, can you review mine on Discord? Thanks.

This is still super similar to Cinderace, kinda boring. Its moves are a lot weaker, but Fire Lash and Knock Off's utility make up for it. Might run into some power issues seeing as Libero is nerfed and it's relying on 80bp moves.

When whoever it was earlier said that we had Regen Zarude here they weren't kidding. Only difference is you sacrifice Close Combat and U-Turn for Earthquake. I think all of those plus Regenerator would be enough to make it stand apart from the Pokemon it's based on although I'd consider lowering the Defense a bit just to be sure it doesn't end up too overtuned since the stats here are very big.

Set 3 sub seems alright, maybe a little weak for what you're trying to do here. This is an Ice-type that's likely locked out of an item and the base power of its moves aren't too high, plus you'll be hitting people neutrally a vast majority of the time. Slight Sp. Atk increase couldn't hurt here. I don't see any way a weather abuser that needs to get to +2 would be problematic here without a bunch of extreme qualities that this thing doesn't have.

...okay yeah I just copied that first bit from Mossy's sub review a few slates ago, but this is a resub, I agree with it and also had a lot to go through and wanted to go to sleep soon. Also your Set 2 and 3 subs will need names again.

I already made the Teraqua comparison on Discord, it was fine there and will be fine here. Meta needs a bulky Water so I'm not opposed to something like this and honestly don't see much reason to complain about it in general since boosting sets seem pretty honest as well. Not really much to say here.

24 hours to make changes before voting starts! If you want to do anything more drastic or are nerfing a vetoed sub, it never hurts to ask for feedback on Discord to be sure everything's alright!

Results!

I won Set 1 with Yolkrak...
And then we have two people with their first subs to make it into this mod, with Deviation395 winning Set 2 and Spiderpig2398 winning Set 3...
