Annonces et Décisions Administratives / Announcements and Administrative Decisions

Ce topic contient les informations concernant le tournoi ainsi que les enchères, les capitaines, leurs équipes, le roster et le calendrier. Toutes les décisions administratives seront communiquées ici. La treizième itération de la FCL sera organisée par les directeurs des tournois et les room owners de la room française.

This thread will contain information regarding the tournament and auction format, managers and their teams, rosters and schedule. Decisions and announcements will also be communicated here. The thirteenth iteration of FCL will be hosted by the tournament directors and room owners of the french room.


Règles importantes / Important rules :

Les capitaines peuvent chacun avoir un co-capitaine. Un seul d'entre eux pourra s'acheter pour 15k.
Il n'y aura pas de joueurs retenus de l'édition précédente dans son équipe.
Chaque équipe devra avoir au moins dix joueurs (huit titulaires et deux remplaçants) avec un budget de 100k.
Les joueurs ne pourront en aucun cas être échangés.
Les line-ups pourront contenir au maximum 2 joueurs non-francophones, et un seul en line-up de tiebreak.
Les phases finales seront les quatre équipes les mieux classées en score et points.

Managers can have one Assistant Manager each. Only one selfbuy will be allowed for the price of 15k.
There will be no retains.
Each team will have a minimum of ten players (eight starters and two subs) with a 100k budget.
Players may not be traded at any point.
Line-ups will contain a maximum of two non-french speaking players, and only one in tiebreak line-ups.
Playoffs will be the top-four seeded teams by overall record and points.

Quelques changements ont été effectués concernant le format du tournoi : chaque line-up de la semaine pourra contenir au maximum deux joueurs non-francophones (et un seul en line-up de tiebreak), mais les capitaines seront libres d'en acheter plus que deux.

There are some changes regarding the tournament format : each line-up of the week will contain a maximum of two non-french speaking players (and only one in tiebreak line-ups). However, managers are allowed to buy more than two.

Quel capitaine fait rêver les joueurs? Lequel (à part Tuthur) cherchent-ils à tout prix éviter? Nous le saurons très vite grâce au classement des capitaines. Tout le monde peut participer, et les résultats seront publiés avant les auctions !

AzZoCcX a délibérément falsifié les logs de son schedule avec Drud, laissant croire que ce dernier ne s'est pas présenté à l'horaire convenu, horaire qu'il n'a en réalité jamais accepté. Ce type de comportement est inacceptable et va à l'encontre des règles du tournoi, AzZoCcX est donc banni de la FCL XIII. Les Sacred Swordsmen ont choisi de repêcher Slip parmi les joueurs n'ayant pas été sélectionnés afin de le remplacer dans leur équipe. CaptainEikichi remplace AzZoCcx pour le match de cette semaine.

AzZoCcX falsified his schedule logs, implying Drud did not show up at a time that was never agreed. This type of behavior breaks the tournament rules and AzZoCcX is therefore banned from FCL XIII. Sacred Swordsmen choosed to pick Slip from the undrafted pool to replace AzZoCcX. CaptainEikichi is subbing in over AzZoCcX for this week's game.

Chirac a été banni d'OFCS pour une raison indépendante à la FCL XIII. La Modern Family a choisi Zenadark parmi les joueurs non sélectionnés pour le remplacer dans leur équipe.

Chirac was banned from OFCS for reasons unrelated to FCL XIII. Modern Family has selected Zenadark from the undrafted pool as their replacement player.

Au vu du faible délai depuis le début de la week, Dragalge ne sera pas autorisé en PU cette semaine.

Considering the short time since the start of the week, Dragalge will be banned from PU games this week.

La game a été jouée 10 minutes après la deadline. Aucun report n’avait été demandé en amont, et la décision de jouer a été prise de manière unilatérale par les joueurs, sans concertation avec un host. Cela pose un problème, car respecter la deadline est un élément fondamental pour garantir la cohérence du tournoi. Même si nous comprenons les arguments avancés, notamment l’implication des joueurs et la frustration de voir une game importante potentiellement annulée, le fait de jouer après la deadline sans prévenir reste problématique. Que ce soit 2 minutes ou 2 heures, c’est une question de principe : si l’on commence à faire des exceptions sans cadre, on vide la deadline de son sens.

Nous avons décidé de valider exceptionnellement la game cette fois-ci, avec un avertissement formel aux deux joueurs concernés. Ce n’est ni une validation du procédé, ni un précédent. À l’avenir, aucun match joué après la deadline sans demande préalable ne sera accepté.


The game was played 10 minutes past the deadline. No extension were asked, and the players decided to play without asking a host. Not following the deadline is a problem. Although we understand the arguments, especially players' involvement and frustration from an important game being cancelled, playing after the deadline is a problem. Whether it is 2 minutes or 2 hours, it's a matter of principle: if we make exceptions there is no point in having a deadline.

We decided to exceptionally accept the game, warning the two concerned players. This is neither a validation of the process nor a precedent. In the future, no games played after the deadline without asking will be accepted.
