First Rain Team, Thoughts and Ideas?

Ok So this is my first Weather team see what you think and comment on stuff i can improve
(Sorry i dont have any images of the Pokes)
Modifications in Red

Politoed(Toad Mode)@Leftovers
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 200 HP/252 SpA/56 Spd
Nature: Timid
-Boiling Water
-Ice Beam
-Hypnosis
-Hidden Power (Grass)

A Much needed pokemon in a non uber rain team given that i am lazy with manual Rain Dance and i am not wasting a moveslot on about 3 different pokemon. With the moveset i kind of went for an Attacking politoed with Boiling water over surf because of the burn chance and politoed has higher sp.def so physical attackers would most likely come in. Ice beam for the grass types. Hypnosis is there to "shut down" something to i can switch safely to a more appropriate poke. HP Grass is mainly a filler to damage other water types.

Blastoise(Bruce)@Leftovers
Ability: Rain Dish
EVs: 252 HP/132 Def/124 SpD
Nature:Calm
-Boiling Water
-protect
-Rapid Spin
-Toxic

Blastoise is a cool Poke and as he got the DW ability rain Dish i thought that that would aid in his Stalling Abilities. He also is a pretty good spinner not being weak to SR and spikes kind of being negated thanks to both Lefties and Rain Dish (Toxic Spikes are a bit of a problem though). Boiling water for burn and boosted stab (Thanks rain) protect is to either scout out moves, get enough health back to live another hit or just to get an extra toxic tick on the opponent. Rapid spin to get rid of SR and toxic to Stall.

Vaporeon(Funkz)@Leftovers
Ability:Hydration
EVs:252 HP/252 Def
Nature:Bold
-Surf
-Toxic
-Rest
-Hidden Power Fighting

Since Drizzle and Swift Swim are banned (So i cant use Golduck who is outclassed anyway) i thought what would be another Pokemon that
could abuse Rain that didnt have swift swim. Vaporeon then came to mind with Hydration. Paired With Rest in rain it becomes an awesome
ability getting full health and losing sleep the same turn. Surf For STAB and in rain and Vaporeons Decent Special attack surf can probably score a OHKO on something with little or no Sp.Def investment. Hidden Power Fighting is there for Ferrothorn (Nattorei) who would try to mess this team up.

Toxicroak(Croaks)@Life orb
Ability:Dry Skin
EVs:252 Atk/252 Spd
-ice punch
-Swords Dance
-sucker punch
-Drain Punch
Nature:Jolly

seriously lacking a physical attacker and wanted to not get tied down with monotype. Dry skin kinda works the same as rain dish and any fire move are going to be weakened by the rain. Drain Punch is a reliable STAB move that can Heal toxicroak outside of Dry Skin (Which is negated by Life orb recoil or the term i prefer Dry skin negates the Life orb Recoil) sucker punch in case of opponents that are faster than Croaks.Ice punch is mainly for coverage.

Zapdos(Alestorm)@Leftovers
Ability:Lightningrod
EVs 128 HP/132 SpA/252 Spd
Nature:Timid
-thunder
-substitute
-roost
-hidden power Ice

Wanted to see how a sub roost Zapdos set would do as well as Zapdos able to fire off STAB 100% Accurate Thunders in the rain. As Zapdos resists both Electric (Thanks to Lightningrod) and Grass he covers my Main Water pokes weakness while getting a Sp.ATK boost from an electric hit. Hidden power Ice is for the ground types that i cant hurt with Thunder.

Escavalier(Lance)@Leftovers (Shubarugo)
Ability:Shell Armour
EVs: 136 HP/252 Atk/60 Def/60 SpD
Nature:Adamant
-Swords Dance
-X-Scissor
-Pursuit
-Aerial Ace

With Escavalier's only weakness being fire and Rain dance weakening fire moves coupled with good defences i thought he would have his way in a rain team. Swords dance to boost his awesome attack X-scissor for STAB. Pursuit for those choice locked psychic types and Aerial Ace for coverage.

Thats my Rain Team. It has worked some of the time and i do like the pokes ive got. But i want to know what you think and what i could do to make it better.

Ex Team members:
Golduck

EDIT: seems swift swim and drizzle are now banned on the same team
IMO The way you are using Golduck is as an inferior Kingdra. hypnosis sure, but 60 accuracy is really too low to depend on, and i think sleep is a bit overrated. Only that move distinguishes Golduck from Kingdra, who had better bulk, defensive typing, and offensive STABS. Plenty of teams can be successful without sleep, so I think a harder hitter would benefit your team more than another 60% accurate sleep. in that case, something like this:

Kingdra at specs
252 spA/enough speed to outspeed threats
Hydro pump/surf
Draco meteor
HP fighting for nattorei(?)
Something else

Gives you a higher powered version of your Golduck essentiLly.
Since you should be playing toad conservitevly anyway, it probably won't "bite the dust" before you get another chance to sleep something.

Off the top of my head EQ seems to give redundant coverage for Toxicroak. I think swords dance would benefit it much more, especially with sucker punch not worrying about speed.

Instead of using your current sub roost set, your zapdos is perfectly capable of sweeping whole teams by replacing substitute. If you come in on an electric attack, the opponent will most likely switch out because of your +1 special attack, this is when you agility and you have a perfect sweeper with great coverage in 2 moves. +1 special attack and +2 speed is perfect for a sweep.

Zapdos(Alestorm)@Leftovers/life orb
Ability:Lightningrod
EVs 128 HP/252 SpA/128 Spd
Nature:modest
-thunder
-agility
-roost/thunderbolt
-hidden power Ice

modest for as much power as possible, you will outspeed just about anything after agility and your 120 stab thunder from +1 special attack will destroy... everything. thunderbolt just incase you opponent changes the weather, you have great coverage with just thunder/HP ice.

For Toxicroak, drain punch is probably better than brick break, and more healing is better than the chance of breaking, the rare, dual screens.
