This is my first competitive team ever. Got into this a few weeks ago. Decided to use no legendaries. Please be as brutally honest as.you can be.

All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice."

Sets up rocks and and can prevent opponent from setting up
or powering up. Night slash prevents it from being taunt bait.

Mienshao
Fake out first. U turn for psychics. Stone edge for flyers
and fire types. Hi jump for rock and steel types.

Ferrothorn
Set up in case. Toxic and stall with protect.
Power whip prevents taunt bait.

Jellicent
Hydro pump and shadow.ball strong and stab boosted
And ice.beam for dragons.

Elektross
Not coil messed up. Grass knot instead for.rocks.
Flamethrower for grass types that resist thunder bolt.
And volt switch to get out quick.

Chandelure
Overheat and shadow ball main atks pain split to heal
and will-o-whisp to cripple physical attackers.

And my bad for not adding this before this is my first post didn't
know what I was supposed to write.
 
Sorry to add on the previous correction, but I would make the descriptions a little bit longer, about 3-4 complete solid sentences. Maybe adding pictures of the Pokemon will get more people to rate it

Why does nobody understand how to do descriptions? We know what the purpose of each move is, and most people can work out roughly what role the pokemon serves on your team. What needs to be in the descriptions is synergy, how you deal with certain threats, how you tend to play with this or that against such and such, and so on.
