It would be nice to have a setting to force users before they join to provide proof they have a team built for a format.
I think this was/is the case on PO. It can both be useful to speed up tournaments (not have to wait for building), and probably reduce the number of walkovers that would happen as a result of people not understanding or not building in time (which is often a rush to be fair).
