Freshmon TMs

Also, can we get rid of the "current Generation only" policy on TMs for freshmons? I don't see any point to it, other than making more work for approvers and confusing poor newbies and ooraloos.

At one point this was relevant when past-gen TMs cost 3 MC as opposed to 2, however, now that that's changed there's really no reasoning behind this rule.

Options:
1. Allow trainers to purchase any TMs available to a given freshmon
2. Allow trainers to purchase only current-gen TMs for a given freshmon
3. Something else
