iirc i was around 81+% gxe before this so this is quite an improvement lol

I'd tried building around magnezone before, but felt the team was really inconsistent. When deo-s dropped, i felt like it was a good time to give it another go; deo-s sets rocks, allowing me to run sd drill, and also benefits from steels being removed.

:deoxys-speed: Deo-s provides rocks, as mentioned, as well as speed control. Ice beam is used over smth like knock bc the team is pretty weak into apple. I'd seen eject pack deo on ou teams before, and decided to give it a try in uu; the main idea was that you could psycho boost into smth like a tink and pivot into mag and trap it. Speed evs allow it to outspeed booster shocks, spa is maxed to have a stronger psycho boost, and the rest is just dumped into atk for superpower. I might try lorb deo-s in the future, but eject pack is fun for now. Unlike with ho teams, you don't want to sack deo just to get rocks up, since it does help cover some holes on the team; just try rock up when there's a safe opportunity to. Tera fighting removes your dark weakness and boosts superpower, but tera psychic could be good for even stronger psycho boosts.

:magnezone: Mag is the centerpiece of this team. I used balloon at first to try and pull off magnet rise shenanigans on drill, but that felt way too inconsistent. Scarf mag means you have another mon that outspeeds 350s like cornerpon. You could run 248+ speed to outrun serp, which is what i did when running it, but going max speed probably lets you outspeed some torn at almost no cost. Body press lets you damage drill and though i haven't rlly used it, having a way to hurt drill is def nice. So far, scarf mag has rlly come in handy, especially against weird niche stuff like gengar, since the team's defensive backbone is rlly weak. Also tera fighting here to help deal with drill.

:excadrill: Drill felt like the most obvious addition to the team. It provides hazard control with spin, and can take advantage of skarm being removed (though skarm wasn't too common on ladder). I tried a super weird tera blast+eq set with tera fairy before to beat mandibuzz and hydrapple, but that ended up being super inconsistent, and felt like dead weight, since you could only rlly damage flying mons by using tera. Balloon here since it helps vs opposing drill, though sometimes you just get flinched but there's nothing you can do about that. I ran tera fairy when i used this team but decided to change it to flying to shore up the drill matchup, since the team is quite weak into drill

:fezandipiti: Fezand is a nice mixed wall and is great at pivoting into all sorts of threats such as torn-t and zarude etc. Max physical investment is used to handle stuff like oger and especially weav better. Since this is the only real defensive mon on the team, the bulk investment feels really necessary, which means no speed investment. Helmet is mainly for weav, but is awesome at chipping other physical attackers too. I tried using sludge bomb over heat wave for a while to punish tera fairy zarude but ultimately decided that heat wave was the better choice, since you don't become setup fodder for car and mag sort of handles fairy zarude already. Another nice thing about fezand is forcing tera which can be exploited by teammates. Tera flying once again because the team has no ground immunes

:keldeo: I used ability shield rotom-w in this slot before deciding to change it to keldeo, which provides revenge killing as well as more breaking power, both of which i felt the team needed. It also helps somewhat against drill and is good into weavile. While rotom did appear better for covering threats on paper, in practice the team just wasn't hitting hard enough. Tera fighting is used to help with revenge killing. Fezand chip and/or forcing tera lets you get kos (in theory) against mons like tera steel torn and quaq, revavroom (heat wave+helmet+specs tera fight vacuum should do it),

:zarude: Zarude is an awesome sweeper and drill check which has honestly carried the team in so many situations, like this thing is so good at ramping after tera. Sometimes the best way of dealing with bad matchups is honestly just using tera and setting up. I've considered sd+pwhip instead but honestly bu+trailblaze is way too fun, might try sd+trailblaze though. Tera poison helps against lokix, and unlike tera fairy, scizor as well. Zarude gets tera'd pretty often to sweep, but there are some instances where you want to keep its base typing like drill, but also other setup zarude

Common bad matchups:
:excadrill: Especially sand rush drill, which has swept me before. You can probably tera fezand, just be careful not to let it set up
:polteageist: Fortunately i dont think i ran into this, but tera steel really, really messes this team up. You could run sd on zarude to deal with this a little better (probably do that if you ever plan on using this team)

There are ofc other weird bad matchups too but these are the common ones i can think of for now

Do take the elo and gxe with a grain of salt since the ladder was pretty dead when i played, but here are some replays against fairly high opponents (where i win ofc because i have an ego lmao)

zarude just sweeps here (i lost horribly the second time i faced them lmao)

scarf mag is super useful here

rare instance of mag trapping skarm

I would consider myself a pretty bad and inexperienced builder so lmk what you think! constructive criticism would be great! (also this is my first rmt so i apologize if it's a little short, i can't really think of what to write lol)

Pretty cool team, Choice Scarf Magnezone seems like a nice pick to nab some surprise KOs and open up Excadrill and Fezandipiti vs Scizor/Skarmory. Below is an idea I think could maybe help the team a bit, though this six has a pretty nice synergy despite some obvious matchup issues like vs Excadrill.

:Fezandipiti:
So, bulky Fezandipiti seems like a nice option to soft check Weavile and some other physical attackers as you mentioned. I think this should definitely be using Bold instead of Impish for a bit more damage output on the special side, and given how slow it is you could consider Alluring Voice instead of Moonblast to punish setup attempts from faster foes like Polteageist, Revavroom, and Tera Poison Zarude. Tera Flying to shore up the Ground weakness on the team could maybe be Tera Water to help against Quaquaval, given you lack a great switch-in to that outside of Keldeo at the moment. Also, given how there are no notable benchmarks for Speed between 231-233, I'd consider dropping the IVs to 30 so you can get the slower U-turn in the mirror.

HMm, I did look into it and i feel you are putting to much pressure on fez to play so much defense that it fucks up every time you have to face something like exca, lokix + smth else, and it feels zone is a pick that is weird, it feels like it just doesnt work esp in UU.

- Deo-s likely wants k off or tbolt instead of ice beam, this lets it still hit stuff like torn-t, slowking, and quaq all in one. This lets it net more dmg.
- I did think about it but i feel latios comes in and clicks buttons, so having the ability to tell its draco's to screw off is much to nice here, esp since tera poison makes the drill weakness much worse
- I would remove zone and maybe make it a balloon heatran maybe which would give you some safe time vs latios, lokix, and can make exca burn itself while screwing with skarm, tink, and others as well
