Gen 4 Fun to lead with Wobbuffet

张明 (Wobbuffet)
Ability: Shadow Tag
Level: 60
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Counter
- Mirror Coat
- Encore
- Splash

As the name of the thread sugests, I started my team with Wobbuffet. The main strategy is use Encore and hold the enemy in some status move, but it have obviously Counter/Mirror Coat if I think the enemy could came with a atack move. I also put Splash over Destiny Bond because, first, Wobbuffet is too slow to use Destiny Bond properly and second, in case I found another Wobbuffet have Splash can halp me on numbers of PPs

三 (Dugtrio)
Ability: Arena Trap
Level: 67
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Sucker Punch
- Toxic
So, if the main strategy works of lock the enemy on encore, I come with Dugtrio who also have Arena Trap and block the enemy to switch out. If everthing runs well is lees one pokémon to enemy. This Dugtrio have a diverse movepool with Sucker Punch if I don't believe in his speed and have the excelente Earthquacke stab.

Prêmio电 (Magnezone)
Ability: Magnet Pull
Level: 60
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 2 Atk / 30 Def
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Thunderbolt
- Magnet Rise
- Thunder Wave
Magnezone is in the team only because Skarmory, of course, this meta is full of Skarmorys and I'm aware of this. I also have Hidden Power Ice to cover against dragons as Salamence and Garchomp, but I need to enter in a middle of a Outrage to everthing runs well.

鬼 (Banette)
Ability: Insomnia
Level: 68
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Shadow Claw
- Sucker Punch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Taunt
In case the enemy have a pokémon who knows moves to induce to sleep I choice Banette to protect my self becauseit have the ability Insomnia. Banette also knows the combo Taunt + Sucker Punch who is very powerfull and Shadow Claw to have a stab move. Will O Wisp to give status.

奶牛 (Miltank)
Ability: Scrappy
Level: 62
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Curse
- Body Slam
- Milk Drink
- Brick Break
Actually I don't have idea who put in this slot, since a copy this team of a friend and him uses Miltank, I choice Miltank too. It's very powerfull pokémon because it's ability of Scrappy who allowed she to knock out ghost with Body Slam. And also the combo of Curse + Milk Drink is very powerfull.

玫瑰 (Roserade)
Ability: Natural Cure
Level: 65
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sleep Powder
- Toxic Spikes
- Energy Ball
- Sludge Bomb
And for last, but not less important. A pokémon who can give the status of sleep and also fullfill the camp with Toxic Spikes.
It also have Energy Ball and Sludge Bomb to coverege stab.

As other users had suggest, I want to clarify this team is for one specific tier who pokémons are around lv 60, we don't use itens and hidden power is a privilege for few pokémons. I for example have the privilege to have Torkoal, Magnezone and Cloyster with Hidden Power in my teams.
The full list of banned pokémon are: Mew, Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho Oh, Celebi, Latias, Latios, Kyogre, Groundon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Palkia, Dialga, Giratina, Darkrai, Heatran, Regigigas, Cresselia, Phione, Manaphy, Shaymin and Arceus. But some players have the privilege to have pokémons as Mew, Celebi and Jirachi.

1. I think that you should lead with Roserade instead of Wobuffet. The earlier you can get up entry hazards, the more damage they'll do over the course of the game.
2. Try Tickle instead of Splash on Wobuffet. Tickle lowering defense helps Dugtrio to trap certain pokemon like Tyranitar, Metagross etc from higher ranges.
3. Leading with Trappers like Wobuffet makes your potential trapping targets much more wary and harder to trap. For example, if you are attempting to trap an offensive Starmie, if Wiob is revealed the Starmie user is more likely to make aggresive double switches to avoid Wobuffet. Thus, it's generally a bad idea to lead with Trappers in non- team preview gens.

Note: I don't know what your meta is like, but from your descriptions I can't make out any synergy between your teammates. Your descriptions(except for Bannette and Magnezone) mostly point out very obvious things like "Will-O-Wisp gives burns". The purpose of descriptions is to explain WHY you chose the pokemon you did and what they do for your team.
