Also has both Parabolic charge and Draining kiss which is interesting to say the least.
Being able to use Rest then be cured on hit pushes this over the top, as funny as reading the Rest would be. I’d prob just go Electromorphosis + Electric Flower Veil.

Role Justification: Base is aimed at just hitting surprisingly hard, between boosted STABs in Liquidation and Steel Wing plus enhanced coverage in Close Combat, you end up with a mon that can hit the entire meta neutrally, or alternatively a mega that can sweep fast teams with Bullet Punch and/or Aqua Jet, becoming overall a threat to offensively oriented teams without faster Water-types, especially considering that a good portion of the speedy mons in the meta are weak to Water. That said, as implied before, this still struggles to break past Waters, and the inability to run all the moves it could want means it can't perform all the roles it'd want at once.
After some discussion, council decided that the mega being the only form with speed control wasn’t enough to fit the slate. Maybe you could crank base’s speed into scarfer territory? Or just give it Tech lol

:brute bonnet::bronzong:: Ability is stretchy as neither relate to the opponent to begin with nor relate an aspect to both the user and opponent (and yes, I also think the same of Iron Meta's). Beyond that I feel like this only won out of raw stats, as its movepool is a bit lacking, and acting like Synthesis is now reliable recovery out of the PP nerf is just asking for this to age poorly as soon we get weather setters. At least it'd be easy to buff this with stuff like Levitate if deemed best at some point.

:iron bundle::basculegion-f:: This feels a bit too fast for Scarf TBH, I'd rather run something like Specs and watch mons die, although Scarf still remains as a niche option for teams that really want obscene speedy mon checks.

Grass/Steel is a much more menacing type in standard play than here due to several reasons, not least of which being how thoroughly it not only shit on rain monstrosities but also benefitted from rain. This metagame doesn't have any rain, there's only one draco spammer and they have overheat, and we don't have any crazy psychic types (and even tapu lele could twerk past ferro with prediction). Through sheer luck Bronze Boy actually does well versus the pokemon introduced this same mini-slate

:iron bundle::basculegion-f:: Lol this is running specs. Fast, strong ghost type attacker is already threatening but now this one has pivoting and strong secondary stab? And enough speed to blaze past most of the tier. From the looks of things it's just Meowcorio and will not only outclass it but probably prefer raw breaking power. Some Calcs:
  • 252 SpA Choice Specs Iron Legion Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Garpyuku-Mega : 157-186 (42.8 - 50.8%) -- 95.7% chance to 2HKO after 1 layer of Spikes
  • 252 SpA Choice Specs Iron Legion Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Zarubok: 192-226 (52.1 - 61.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
  • 252 SpA Choice Specs Iron Bundle Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Altaria: 169-199 (44 - 51.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rocks.
Yeah. Our sturdy ghost-type resist doesn't really exist beyond zarubok. The only thing keeping Crygargonal's ass in line was that it wasn't this fast and didn't have ghost stab alongside freeze-dry. At least it doesn't have a setup move lol. As stated prior Bronze Bonnet's validity as a special wall is bolstered a lot by checking this mon but that's dumb luck because a lot of the runner-up speed control subs would've cooked it.

Zero discussion has happened since the addition of Bronze Bonnet and Iron Legion, and the metagame has greatly developed since then, so let's get some in. I recently did a tiering survey for my own Pet Mod Alternatium EX, to get ideas from what are presumably the top players after 4 weeks of PMPL playtime. During this timespan, I've given just as much if not more play and building time to FE, so I felt the need to gather similar information from the player base since alot of discussion on FE's current state has been happening on Discord. So with AquaticPanic's blessing, I made a tiering survey for FE too.

After taking a long playtesting break and letting the metagame settle for a bit, as well as PMPL has giving us great insight on the current state of the metagame, I think we should beready to move onto the second half of the mod.

Speaking of, this mon is also an efficient revenge killer, thanks to a reasonable Attack stat and First Impression, plus Stakeout to deter switching, allowing it to pick off dangerous offensive threats like Roaring Sal and Floatzera after a bit of chip. Finally, it’s a pretty good hazard setter as well, finally adding a webber to the tier (and one that can abuse them, too!), as well as another option for a Spiker. Some other funny but probably unviable tools it gets include Silk Trap and Trailblaze, and if I see either of those I will laugh :)

It also forms neat regen cores, though one is with Stargrowth, but if Iron Apex is running Poison STAB over Surf then it threatens opposing Stargrowth with said STAB, on top of resisting their Water STABs.

Base is aimed at just hitting surprisingly hard, between boosted STABs in Liquidation and Steel Wing plus enhanced coverage in Close Combat, you end up with a mon that can hit the entire meta neutrally, or alternatively a mega that can sweep fast teams with Bullet Punch and/or Aqua Jet, becoming overall a threat to offensively oriented teams without faster Water-types, especially considering that a good portion of the speedy mons in the meta are weak to Water.
Adding more mega variety is also a nice bonus, you can either elect for less bulk in exchange of a Choice Band, or go for overall higher bulk and less of a fear of Knock Off to check Dark-types like Roaring Sal and Sol Valiant.
That said, as implied before, this still struggles to break past Waters, and the inability to run all the moves it could want means it can't perform all the roles it'd want at once.

Mega Muktaria to the mod. As a bulky fairy, it carries some important utility moves such as Defog, Toxic and Heal Bell. And don't let the lack of Moonblasts fool you, Bellikiss still can pull its punches. As a reminder, Laser Focus effect makes it so you'll always crit your next move. This means that Bellikiss is constantly getting crits off so long as it can take hits, making its defensive set not passive and its offensive sets have nuclear damage. It prefers to invest in bulk as the more hits it takes, the more it can crit.

Draining Kiss and Parabolic Charge dual STABs let it stay healthy through an offensive way while Soft-Boiled is here as forms of direct recovery. Flamethrower helps it break past Grass-Types such as Arbolosion and Bronze Bonnet. Coverage is otherwise fairly limited though, making it struggle w mons like Iron Dirge, Mega Muktaria and Garpyuku (Although if you are really desperate you can slot muddy water for dirge lmao). Main STABs are Stone Edge and Power Whip, but it does have Seed Bomb and Bullet Seed for alternative, less powerful but more reliable Grass STAB options (It might be able to get away with running those since the grass-weak mons its trying to hit are rather frail either way. Bullet Seed also allows it to bypass Faulty Photon). U-Turn is also a pretty self-explanatory for a Choiced mon. For a last move it can either run Earthquake for

The base form itself is fast, but not the fastest, and takes heavy SR damage, so extreme care will need to be taken when deciding when to send it out.

While slower than these mons, it has respectable mixed bulk and physical fire power to still threaten them. Its ability helps it a lot with closing out kills, especially in conjunction with the chip its hazards can provide.

Go nuts with it. The unpredictability as well makes it easier to pull off and this may need to be suspected in the future but it should most likely be fine we have enough physical walls.

Role Justification: I’ve been cooking this guy up for a while now, and he is finally ready, I think.
