Role Justification: We needed some fat dragons, so here's a fat dragon. Adaptability and good attack means while slow, this thing hits hard with STAB moves. 70/115 isn't bad bulk at all for such a good defensive typing, and SD can turn this into a scary wallbreaker.
the first downside is a lack of recovery. unless you resort to niche sets like resttalk, Leftovers will likely be your only recovery, with Protect to help that out, not unlike how Mudsdale does it. The first issue is also tied to the second one: being worn down by hazards sucks with no recovery and EExit forcing you out at half health, particularly if you need to check something.

Trick Room could even work decently with there being few slow mons thus far.

This fusion is too bulky, specially considering its great defensive typing. We say you should swap Tinkaton for Tinkatuff and make it Dragon/Fairy.

Stat Distribution: 90 HP (+1) / 87 Atk (+1) / 85 Def / 112 SpA / 72 SpD / 70 Spe / 516 BST (+2)
Ability: Requiem (Unaware + Punk Rock): Increases the damage of Sound based moves by 30%. Foe’s Sound based moves are ignored.
Two issues with this one, Torch Song + Punk Rock (+ Shift Gear) kinda goes a bit too hard, and Unaware doesn't really give you an immunity so it being immune to Sound moves wouldn't really work for the abil. We suggest something like effects of Unaware + takes halved damage from Sound moves, as that would cover both of these issues.

Ability: Samba (Moxie+ Dancer): Attack is raised by one stage when the Pokémon uses a dance move.
Tjis one's ability kinda makes its Aqua Step a bit too insane as its an effective Dragon Dance every time its used. We say combined effects of both abilities should be enough to make it fine.

We would just recomend removing Prankster effects from it and giving it some stats in bulk to compensate. (Also, not that it'd be vetoed for this, but neither of these Pokémon get Knock Off).

This fusion's combination of good base stats, incredible offensive stats, big damage output after the ability is factored, free Blizzard on switch in and Nasty Plot (Which set-up is facilitated by Snow's Defence boost) result in it being too insane of an offensive mon. Removing the Snow summon from the ability should be enough to aliviate most of these issues.

For this one we believe it would be more balanced if the ability didn't keep the Booster Energy trigger.

We would also ask you to change Snow cloak to Cursed Body as Evasion abilities tend to be unhealthy (even if we currently lack Snow setters)

Ability's 60 bp move trigger doesn't make sense as neither ability specify moves in that BP range; should just change effects to be combined vanilla effects of Protean + Prankster and you'll be fine.

Dartrix gets neither Reckless or Rock Head, and it's not like we can just grab both abilities from Rhydon here, anyways, it's clearly a niche pick as its stats are a bit lacking, especially if it gets a worse version of its ability if it has to use an ability from both components, rather than a single one, unless Overgrow is added to Rock Head to just boost recoil moves by x1.5 while also adding Rock Head effects.

Iron Meta is nice, Celesteela is one of my fav mons ever so something that mimicks it's udesign of great bulk great typing great utility no recovery is very cool. Free the mega

Deci thing ion really care about this Pokemon. It just feels like oh goddamn we gotta get in the Rotoghold hazard removal. Fuck Triple Arrows, I will enjoy clicking Will O Wisp on this thing to block Defog.

Dartrix thing I don't like making prevos try to work on principle, but idk this thing seems overall better than it's base to me. Better defensive typing, one of the best Eviolite typings imaginable, a stronger and more spammable STAB while still having (almost) all of the good utility. It hates Knock Off ofc but imo 100/100 physdef with recovery and it's typing is fine.

Slither King is just less interesting Iron Keys. The priority seems useful in the current meta ig.

I didn't know this got Regen so I was surprised that ppl hyper this up but seeing that I get it ig. I really wished this had pivoting but otherwise I can see this pulling off a good variety of roles from AV to CM to OTR

I don't care for it, but Neutralizing Gas has always been imo more preferred to Pillage. I don't hate the ability oersay, but I'd rather see it stay in Gen 8.

Mega is much more interesting to me, DD sets immediately jump to mind as potent, while specially based sets are bread and butter incredible. Even defensive sets have good utility here. Base unironically hard counters

The only thing I like about this mon is it starts Terrain wars

If I may hype myself up, this is definitely one of the better-designed early slate steels for a FE tier. Lack of recovery+big stats is a lot less discouraging to play against than recovery+decent stats. Particularly cool as a utility choice item abuser. Infinite movepool should lead to some interesting sets, float stone is not worth the item slot, mega will be freed during slate 15 or smth like that

I don't get the hate for this, it should be an incredible gluemon going forward. Super efficient STABs, pivoting, recovery, hazards, defog, it's all here. Scrappy Triple Arrows alone is an absolute nightmare of a move to comfortably switch into throughout the game, and EQ perfectly complements it by slapping around Muktaria. Prevo is also solid (free Brave Bird!!!) but I don't think it's going to overshadow this at all. 2 solid additions in one, love to see it.

I'm not a fan of this due to being a complete concept fail (also Klefilego already did it better), but judging it just as a Pokemon it seems solid enough tbh. 79/85/97 bulk isn't notable, obviously, but with that typing+recovery it can definitely function defensively, even if it checks virtually nothing at the moment (except Varantis, of course). Contrary to other's opinions, I think this will actually age into the metagame as more offensive variety is introduced.

I am Gargamise' greatest defender. Rock/Grass has few resistances, but it also doesn't have an awful lot of weaknesses, which gives me the feeling that it can pull off a set Garganacl's OU ID+Body Press set, even without Tera support. Salt Cure is obviously epic, but I am a little bummed that it came in at the same time as a Ground/Fighting and a Flying/Steel that takes advantage of heavier mons. Easy buff would to be giving it back the Ghost resistance.

I feel this won just to monkey paw Beaf. First slate introduces Good as Gold, next slate fixes it, but at what cost? Although in all seriousness, this mon doesn't seem that strong. Stats are very mediocre, it's pretty passive, and is an absolute momentum sink. As long as you play around the Wisp (why does this have wisp lmao) it shouldn't be anywhere near as pernicious as Hatt/Porygrigus. It could also never be Weezlord, because that mon actually hits and has bulk for days. Roost is clutch, though. I like the mega a fair amount even if I do think it'll be dropped quickly once there's real mega stone competition. Sort of reminds me of Mega Chomplin.

Even if this falls off it has a good viability floor by virtue of electric terrain. 252 HP/4 SpD/252 Spe Timid (with 29 Attack IVs) can, in fact, boost Speed, which makes it just faster than base 114+ Speed. So worth it. Memes aside I think this will be fun to play with for the time being, the main bulky ground being Psychic-weak is very clutch.

Before moving onto Slate 3, we have a little announcement to make. Council wants to discuss the moves Last Respects, Shed Tail, Revival Blessing and Rage Fist with the playerbase. To keep things short, each individual one of these moves will be put up for a ban at the end of next slate.

While we have never once straight up banned moves during a developmental stage of a FE meta before, Last Respects and Shed Tail both offer an unprecedented power level that severy restricts fusions with Houndstone, Basculegion, Cyclizar and Orthworm, as the moves often tend to break fusions with them and essentially softbans the four of them who might have had valuable traits otherwise. And while one move breaking fusions is nothing particularly new, Shed Tail and Last Respects take that to an extreme, making it so fusions with these moves get almost always vetoed unless specifically built to have a hindering gimmick for said moves. Rage Fist and Revival Blessing meanwhile are not anywhere as absurd and can more realistically be balanced around, but they're both still fairly strong moves that restricts Annihilape, Pawmot and Rabsca a fair bit so council figured the most fair thing would be for them to also be put up for a vote.

Each move will be voted on separately with the options of Ban, Do Not Ban and Abstain. The vote will run alongside Slate 3's Voting Phase. For this slate, we will still be counting them as if they were currently legal as no decision on them has been taken yet, so do not make any fusion under the assumption that a given move is banned. With all that said...
