dusking: seems cool, might need a slight bulk nerf
tapu lop: might even drop to fenu lol. looks fine
glasnow: kinda hyped for this, glasnowmega was fun to experiment with in slate 8 feuu. remove snow warning though so it can use synthesis
glakiss: looks like a cool spiker, has hella trouble vs toxicargo though
cofazor: steel/ghost is incredible. 100% drop
absable: sab with extra power. sounds fun, might drop to fenu though depending on future slates
hypnakart: boneless kart, seems ok
pherogonga: i think its a pretty healthy speed control, bug/ice is bad and with some drop like a fat fairy itll start to get 4mss between drill run (to hit toxicargo) and poison jab (to hit fairies)
lurodactyl: sounds fun, walled by cofazor when it drops so thats good
hawlazzle: could be a bit annoying but then again it can be walled by stuff like glitoy and has a bit of a hard time dealing with stuff like cofazor and dusking

strikados: unminmax the stats and its fine
tanette: might need a nerf in bulk or ability (like removing its status immunity)
wishirupti: 122/122 offenses sounds a bit too strong
frozerade: lower special stats and its fine
regibee: might need a bulk nerf (helps nerf mega a bit in uu too. pog!)

slurpum + paracoal: spore sounds p dumb (id be more partial toward paracoal if it didnt have it. rip)
lurodactyl-mega: seems v strong with ddance even if only two viable attacks are boosted by tc (leaf blade and koff)
snortine: v fat, ig could rework but normal/water is weird in general. lol!

other ones i dont really care about that much

i want silvino to drop directly to fenu cause having two audino megas in the same meta is cringe. one audino mega is enough for me thanks (this is a bh moment audino mega gave me ptsd)

My current thoughts:

Drop:

Fine as-is. Folds to sub Claylamar, and can't switch in well on choice users, so shouldn't be overwhelming even with those stats and ability.
Seems fine in RU, cool ability too.
SD sets are very funny, and its statline is actually workable in this tier.
Hype drop. No changes necessary.
Considering how weak its STABs are, mon seems fine as is. Getting outsped and killed by specs Oricolyph definitely hurts it.
Water that beats Toxicargo. What's not to love, type count aside? Offenses are a bit high, but should be fine with that speed.
The funny mon. Seems like it might be a little too strong in the current meta, though being boots locked helps with that (plus it'll be fine the moment we get a bulky Steel).
The Cooler Glasnow. Easy addition.

Drop But With Changes:

Drop, but change component abilities to RKS System + Regenerator (component effects), take away maybe 15 points from HP, and put around 10 of those in attack. Regen mon with flexible typing at the expense of an item sounds interesting, especially in a tier where those stats are pretty good.
No way is it getting in with that statline. Base fusion stats looks alright though, and punishing Defog on Torra is always cool.
Seems alright. Not really sure what it does, but at least it isn't Glasnow. Ability needs to be reworked if it wants to have any sort of niche in RU.
Eh. Might need to tone down that attack a bit, considering what it does.
Would be cool to have a U-Turn blocker, but it seems a bit too bulky, all things considered. The problem is nerfing it also nerfs the mega, but at least with this one people already complain about the mega being annoyingly good in UU. Would recommend a Defense nerf if this drops.
Blazingly fast for the tier, with plot and good special attack. Would recommend nerfing both its spatk and speed (though speed can't go any lower than 117 lo). Alternatively, rebalancing it for UU would be cool.

No:

Super bulky and competes with Mega Audiyem. Plus, removing Null System kills the mega, so I'd rather it just languish in UU purgatory.
Just found out what this thing does. Seems a little insane atm. Maybe later, when the tier is a bit faster.
Statstick, but also simultaneously slow ice type. Not a huge fan, and I don't think people want weather in the meta. If I could guarantee Snow Warning would be removed, I'd be fine with it, but at the same time Avarupt is way cooler.
Similar to what's been said, stupidly bulky, and we have a ton of Waters already. Pass.
Not a chance.
Very scary mon, especially with pheal and spore. I'm gonna go with no, at least for now.
There is no need to have something this bulky in RU.
Would be fine in RU, but it kinda competes with Grapplor due to its typing, so I'd prefer to add it later.
Yay, another Water immune! No thanks.
Seems like, very strong statwise. Not a fan of adding it now.

Before I continue, I want to explain a few points I've seen being brought up.

1 - "Too much Waters"
Time and time again people just look at typing and say, "huh we got 4 water types we don't need anymore" without actually looking at what these Pokémon do. FERU has what, 4 Water types? And none of them sans Eelektoad the most recent addition does what bulky waters do anyway. Alot of them are specialists that perform exceedingly well at a specific task, and function poorly outside of that. 4 water types and y'all still cant check a Shell Smash Toxicargo. 4 Water types and if Torrandus gets up a NP you gotta sack something to get your water type in. None of them are good checks to Mr. Boot. Swampflora (bless it's heart) highkey does not function as a bulky water type at all, and much more akin to the defensive niches and roles of a bulky Grass type (checks Grounds, Waters and annoys Electric on paper) and is also so bad it's mega was D tier being the only mega available. One or two generalist Water types would do wonders for the tier so we can actually use these specialist mons to serve the very specific roles they were made to do.

2 - "Why drop X"
Going to preface this by ignoring Silvino. That mon is never worth discussion imo. Back to the topic at hand, I don't understand the argument to not drop a mon, not because it's too strong, but because it may be too weak? So like, why keep it in a metagame we KNOW it can't do anything in, instead of a fresher metagame where it's possibilities are much more palpable and existing niches are much more up for grabs? No harm happens if these mons drop and are not good, that's how tiering works. But the potential of keeping a mon that may find use in a lower tier in a higher one because you lack confidence in it is just silly.

3 - "Silvino"
Silvino is an exception to the above. As it currently exists, it won't be good in FE NU, I'm not asking. Even with the very best rework, I think only Steel, Ground, Fairy and perhaps nicher types like Poison, Electric and Water are salvagable for RU. A lot of it's niches are also eaten up by Audiyem, including it's Mega, which COMPLETELY outclasses it btw. I have no ideas what the council plans to do with it, but just letting y'all know at this point it may be beyond saving for the forseeable future, until FENU that is.

Now with that covered, I'll be sorting these in three categories (No Brainer - Easy Drop, Big Think - Very Contentious, may need rework, Headache - Better to leave them in UU)

No Brainer

- Goated defensive pivot. I personally do not think it's THAT annoying, but I can understand why some may think it needs a bulk nerf. Hopefully it's SpA will be fully maxed if that's the case, but otherwise is a very solid addition.

- Screws over teams reliant on Eviolite, but Eviolite users are not the cornerstone of our metagame, so I think it's fine. With a Dusking drop it may be hot ass even.

- Easy drop. Does funny Sableye things, but better than Sableye. It's Mega can do a funny thing with Swords Dance as well, not sure how good it would be though.

- Pretty fine, a slow bulky wallbreaker, does what actual Horse does in lower tiers but with priority and recovery. Hot take, even it's Mega is fine, big stats and all.

- Contrary to what some may believe, I don't think Cofazor would outclass Masq. Mons got pretty different toolboxes and by virtue if typing get fucked by different things. Fire, Ground and Dark are our best offensive typings right now so breaking it is near a non issue.

- Mon needs a new ability PRONTO. Otherwise its largely inoffensive and may even be inaffective?

- Mon is carried by Contrary, as otherwise it's pretty meh. 90 Speed tier REALLY crowded as an offensive mon rn, which hurts it but also keeps it balanced.

- Mon is good. Dude already has several hard checks and a counter or two running around. People are complaining about the speed, but the metagame is deathly slow, and a mon like Hypnakart is exactly what the tier needs to shift it out of it's balance funk.

- Funky Pokemon. Its frailer than Swampert, but is pretty powerful. I elect a simple offense drop and put it into speed and or defenses. It finally being our blanket Fire type check is something I really like, so getting this in is imo really good to me. + attack nerf means Mega is FREEEEE.

- Cooldefensive mon, actual defensive check to broken Claymalar instead of "Claymalar used Superpower, Eelektoad lost 30%. Claymalar uses Knock Off, Eelektoad fucking dies". Also I can actually run Grapplor to its full potential instead of being primarily used as a switchin to Clay for the whole game.

- It's worse Toxicargo. Spore goes really hard but the typing is worse, doesn't have the spicy recovery and it probably morr passive. Spore + Spikes carry it to RU level though I think its a fine drop.

Big Think

- Frozerade is probably the easiest of the "Big Think" to work around. Finally sets the 110 speed tier, and it's actual coverage isn't too hard to handle. Maybe a minor SpA nerf if really needed.

- Of course, as is, it's too much for UU. Questiin here lies is, do we wanna rework it, and if so, to do what? I am ofc, on board for Griffin Meta. You can go for a fast but not very strong offensive pivot, a slower hard hitter or a mix of both? I think it's typing, ability and movepool lends to the first role well.

- I think this takes some of of the good shit about Cofazor and Dusking and mashes it into one mon. A bulk nerf may be good here, but I am not as interested in this as both of those. Just a bit overtuned, but a nerf is doable and probably well liked for its annoying Mega.

- Ofc, its stats are too big if you drop it here. That is probably u deniable. But my main gripes are the awkward typing and the passiveness of the mon. Dude really just sits down and does nothing. Not sure if a stat rearrangement would mean an improvement on the general utility of this mon instead of simply "I sit down and won't move until a Fighting tyoe comes in" though, but if that works that would be cool. Some SpA bumps or enough Atk to make Curse worthwhile again, let it be Actual Snorlax instead of being that fat ndo mothing wall it currently is.

- Big bulky. It's much better at being a bulky Ice type than Glasnow, and has much more innate utility as well. There is potential for a nerf ofc, with rupt being forced to attack off its SpA and the possible rework of Permafrost (Solid Rock really buffs this Pokémon imo). Up yo others to see if it's worth it.

Headaches

- I agree with everyone here, Mega is too busted as is, leave it in FE RUBL where it belongs imo.

- I think this mon takes Anaconja's irrational feelings about Spore and actually does something with it that may be considered problematic. This this can go ham easily if you time Spore on its probably one counter you have on your team just right, unlike Paracoal that Spores a mon and then just spams Spikes til it dies. Belly Drum sets also go berserk and can shit on a lot of stuff. The Fire types in the tier screw it over but its not hard to play around / cripple them.

- My thing about Tanette? Nope. Unlike most of its brethren here, Tanette isn't an ineffective nicheless mon in FE UU, its niche us just rather very specific. Tanette is a hardstall Pokémon, like how you reasonably would only use certain stuff on HO. And its GOOD on Hard Stall. Nerfing it to fit into FERU, because as it stands rn, it would need a nerf, would be a massive blow to an already ok playstyle. Same way one wouldn't nerd Hippo to RU since its largely bad in UU, same goes here.

- This Pokémon does not need to drop to FEUU. Stop shackling yourself to it being a frail sanic speed mon because it sucks at doing that. Poison/Fighting does nothing for this Pokémon neither offensively nor defensively. Give it an actual good typing, Poison/Flying or Fire/Fighting or even Fire/Flying, remove all that completely unnecessary speed - its the second fastest non mega in the tier, but you would be forgiven to forget that since its speed tier isn't usedul for it for shit - and put it into bulk so it can actually switch into things instead if get 2hkoed by a random Moonblast. Either commit to a murdering Steel unwallable breaker with Fire Fighting or give it a typing that actually promotes spamming Toxic in Poison Flying. Like damn, do y'all jobs and admit when a mon fails its concept and move forward. It's the reason we are stuck with shit like this and Silvino and have no idea where to put them.

- This mon is too much right now. It's just Toxicargo and Toxicargo alone currently holding this thing at bay from ravaging the meta, and until last week no one ither than me used it so chances are we aren't rrady for a mon like this in our Christian virgin metagame.

ok tharts doen.

Also, please don't nerf my baby we just buffed him :-(

Drop
While it is true that it's a really fat mon, you gotta keep in mind its set of weakness and resistances is really poor. It's a defensive Ghost/Poison in the lands where Ghosts are some of the best viable mons, and on top of that poor Dusking still has a wekness to both Knock Off and Earthquake. So while I think dropping it could lead it to be a decent mixed wall, its by no means broken.

Funny mon. Shuts down Rhybite's Eviolite and its Speed Tier lets it shut down some scarfers right now.

Better Sableye is funny. Does what sableye do with some occasional +1 Atk. Sure why not.

Ice Urshifu is funny too. Can't break though some stuff like Toxicargo but Frost Breath hits like a truck. I like it.

Pretty good defensive mon. We have a lot of fires rn so it might struggle a bit, but Teaching Tech is pretty sick. Much like Dusking, I don't think its as bulky as it might seem solely because of the presence of offensive mons that deal with this type rn.

I'll be honest this still looks fairly weak for RU. I'd be ok with it dropping but this mon still looks like it'd drop further.

It's there I guess, not too exciting but I'm fine with it dropping because its STABs aren't very good, despite its easy time at setting up. It's also weirdly not as fast as you'd expect.

I'll take it tbh, we barely have dedicated walls yet and this is an ok option.

Funnyman that isn't as strong as it looks thanks to its STABs being Leaf Blade and Zen Headbutt which both suck. Its faster than you'd expect as well but tbh I think it'd still struggle against stuff like Masquerajah.

It is ok. Unlike in UU where it doesn't have much going for it, here it's relatively fast, and hits pretty hard. If anything it is rather strong, might need to be toned down a bit.

I really don't care for this option to be honest. Looks droppable but also looks very passive. Much like Glakiss I think this would just drop to FENU

Awkward mon, but I think it works for UU.

Rework

While I think its gimmick is kind of cool, its proven to be a failure, and as such not much of a point in keeping it around. That said, if we do go for RKS + Regen, some forms would have to go to UU while others stay in RU.

Remove Hail for the Synthesis. It is oherwise basically Glastrier and that's a fine mon playability wise.

Lower stats and we can talk. This is what happens when you force in a mon to complete a trio lmao.

Lower Speed, maybe increase bulk so it fits its wallbreaking and stallbreaking roles, and then we're set.

Unsure

Weird case out of high offenses. Not sure what to think of it.

Spore.

Spore.

Namely unsire because of stats + coverage, but being forced into boots is a major nerf.

Nah

If Silvino is reworked to RKS + Regen, I don't think Normal is staying RU, so this by extension gets booted as well.

Feels pointless. Super fat man that is still rather passive and still kind of fails at that thanks to weak physdef and Fighting weakness.

Hits a bit too hard imo, even with not much of its main moves synergising with the ability, DD is scary.

This fatass can stay at UU.

Haven't done one of these in a while so this should be fun.

Yes
Definitely loses out to the other Regenerator fusions in UU with its poor defensive typing, so it should be cool to explore in RU.
Magic Room was mostly a gimmick in UU, so it would be cool to see if it's any different at a lower power level.
I know this thing has physical Tail Glow, but it also has poor Speed. While it does have STAB priority, Shadow Sneak's low BP and Sucker Punch's reliance on prediction can surely keep it in check in RU.
Really neat concept that would appreciate being in a place where it can actually do anything. Definitely drop.
Hot take but bringing Hail into RU might actually be kind of cool? Aurora Veil and Slush Rush are always dope.
Would be a nice defensive pivot in RU, currently very outclassed by base Corveot.
Might be interesting to see the base form actually being used rather than immediately Mega Evolving.
Y'know what Swampert does in OU? Yeah, this could do that in RU.
Funny Knock Off absorber that could work at a lower tier. Spore is annoying but thankfully Sleep Clause exists.
Stats are pretty mediocre and has a fun ability. I think it would be a good addition to RU.
Similar to Regibee, it's another bulky base form that doesn't see much use and might be better at a lower power level.
Pretty fast and can Toxic anything, but that's about all it has going for it right now. Should drop.
Ice/Ground with Solid Rock and recovery seems interesting, might do good in RU.

Yes, but reworked
Honestly I'm not confident this thing will perform well even in RU. Reworking it with Regenerator is most likely the best bet.
Will stay wherever the base stays because it's not much of an improvement.
Should drop because it has no offensive presence in UU whatsoever. Requires a rework, but I'm unsure how that should be done. Thick Fat + Water Absorb would emphasise its fatness, while Water Veil + Thick Fat could stop burns from Fire moves if there's an Attack buff.
Needs to be reworked for a drop. I suggest Ice Body + Serene Grace = "This Pokemon heals by 1/16th of its max HP when using a move with a secondary effect" if we don't want RNG hell.

No
This has too good stats and offensive typing to drop.
We already have Claylamar and I don't think we need this.
Same as base, is fine in UU as is.
Even with its bad offensive typing and low BP STABs, this simply has too great stats for the metagame it wants to drop into.
Too fat, and I think it's doing just fine in UU.
Unlike Slurpum, this just spams Spore in the absence of Sun. Not much point in dropping.
Quiver Dance kind of pushes this over the edge. Or up actually, since it definitely shouldn't drop.

Posting hours. Just gonna comment on the controversial ones here. Nobody gives a rats ass about Avarupt or whatever, we know its dropping. Assume anything not on here is a straight yes vote from me

HOT TAKES
#1 most boring and uninteractive mon of the year. So here's a potential statline rework: 75 / 85 / 115 / 105 / 125 / 40. This rework both shaves down its mildly-concerning bulk while also giving it some real offensive presence. Making progress is nice, let me run an assault vest set and do real damage.

#1 shittiest mon of the year. Simple rework to make it cool: 105 / 90 / 90 / 80 / 90 / 90 and Reboot System: Regenerator + RKS System effects. This should turn it from the worst defogger you have ever seen into a cool offensive pivot/SD sweeper/Wish Passer/Defogger. Just freeing the ability to run Multi-Attack and have reliable sustain should do miracles for this mon. Maybe boot out Steel/Ghost/Fairy if they prove to be too much. Mega is lol whatever

just popping in to remind myself to advocate for the removal of snow warning

Offensive Claylamar is dropping off a cliff thanks to shit like Circle Throw Grapplor and Hatterune. This is worse at doing that than Clay because it has no bulk and bad STABs, Speed and Attack be damned. Brings an interesting offensive profile to the tier though. Honestly think Mega is perfectly chill too with staples like Masquerajah running around. It has 0 movepool to abuse Tough Claws with outside of Leaf Blade, it's actually pathetic.

Man this NEEDS to drop. Can't let it suffer in UU any longer. Just change stats to like, 85 / 112 / 80 / 82 / 80 / 121 and we're golden

Another mon that's being super overhyped. QD sets are straight-up bad imo because they have nothing for Fire-types and still get smoked by stuff like SpD Masq (not to mention the defensive profile being AWFUL for finding setup). Physical pivot sets are a lot more promising but still have power issues when not clicking Triple Axel. Drill Run is crazy coverage rn cuz the best hard stop is Toxicargo (I'm running vishi for this tho), but I'm sure the meta can grow into this. Basically a big Mr. Boot but even more defensively worthless. Just run scarfers or bulkier Torra sets. Or let it drop with the god-counter, Cofazor.

"stats too big" suck my ass this mon going B- right away

It has pretty meaty offensive stats but its not like that did any favors for Wishiwashi. Obviously has a way better defensive profile and SR but beyond that it really just is a slightly shakier Swampert that hits a bit harder. Band probably flames tho imagine School Form 252+ at +6 with a band

The thinking man's Frozerade. A reasonable rework is giving it some form of sustain with Serene Grace+Ice Body. The joker's rework is giving it Hustle+Inner Focus (1.5x Attack but cannot flinch targts)

Make it Poison/Flying, siphon like 15 Speed into HP, boom. Cool RU mon with a UU niche. Win-Win

Drop for a Pherogonga check. Diversify your portfolio when it comes to Water-immune Fires

Stuff I don't want
Meta isn't at the right place for me to want this rn. If Fighters were going crazy or if Dragons ruled the tier, maybe, but as is it just feels like an extremely good physical wall with no specific purpose. Leave it as the B- FEUU Stall staple
Same deal as Tanette, it isn't unusable in FEUU and with Eelektoad+potential Wishirupti I feel quite comfortable when it comes to generic bulky waters
The last of the 3 fat fucks I don't want. All this will do is make Grapplor more linear (as this will be the better defensive version of it) while providing nothing else of value. In FEUU it's fine as a fringe defensive pick. Maybe later we can drop it and its mediocre mega idk
Boring, linear utility pivot that seems a bit too efficient rn. Let us wait
This is cool but also crazy strong. I won't oppose it being added but I also won't be surprised when it ends up as the tier pariah

super fang??
Moonblast, Scald, Thunderbolt, Psyshock
Wish, Stealth Rock, Aromatherapy, Calm Mind
Intended Role: Special Wall, Set-up Check, Cleric, Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock)
Role Justification: stall doesnt really exist so heres a slightly nerfed unaware clefable. relies on wish like it did gen 7 and doesnt have cool things like koff or flamethrower or teleport but at least its immune to ghost and taunt and can burn things.

New Ability: Hold Breaker = (Mold Breaker + Sticky Hold)
Ability Description: This Pokemon's moves and their effects ignore the abilities of other Pokemon. This Pokemon's ability cannot be removed due to another Pokemon's ability.
Notable Moves:
Iron Head, U-Turn, Leech Life, Earthquake, Knock Off, Rock Slide, Rapid Spin
Final Gambit
Stealth Rock, Spikes, Swords Dance, Recover, Toxic Spikes
Intended Role: Offensive Pivot, Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock, Spikes), Hazard Control (Rapid Spin), Suicide Lead, Physical Wallbreaker
Role Justification: unpillageable ability is pretty good role to have i think. has iron head for hatterune and koff for porymask, as well as a lot of utility in hazards/spin. decent atk with very high speed is great for a offensive pivot/utility mon and could open up the possibility of wallbreaking. has awful defense and kind of mediocre special defense though (especially when uninvested).

:swsh/raikou::swsh/persian-alola:
DNA Donors: Raikou / Persian-Alola
Fusion Name: Persikou-Alola
New Types:

Base Stats: 85 / 75 / 75 / 95 / 85 / 115 [BST: 530] (+8 HP / +3 Atk / +8 Def / +0 SpA / +3 SpD / +0 Spe)

Notable Moves:
Knock Off, U-Turn
Thunderbolt, Dark Pulse, Icy Wind, Aura Sphere, Scald, Volt Switch
Nasty Plot, Taunt, Calm Mind, Parting Shot
Intended Role: Special Wallbreaker, Offensive Pivot
Role Justification: weird offensive typing but coverage helps it hit stuff like hatterune, claylamar, togetops, etc. as a dark type it also beats fatass audiyems 1v1 so thats great too.

:swsh/slurpuff::swsh/weezing-galar:

Ability Description: Upon held item loss, this Pokemon suppresses abilities. This effect is lost if it switches or gets a new item or Ability.
Notable Moves:
Play Rough, Endeavor
Draining Kiss, Strange Steam, Misty Explosion, Sludge Bomb, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Psychic
Sticky Web, Will-o-Wisp, Taunt, Calm Mind, Haze, Defog, Aromatherapy, Wish, Toxic Spikes
Intended Role: Hazard Setter (Sticky Web), Hazard Control (Defog), Physical Wall, Cleric
Role Justification: a kind of weird mashup between weezingg and fini. has about the same bulk and same typing as the former but has movepool of latter (cm + draining kiss, taunt + defog). mostly built for the funny webs + explosion but its very versatile.

bootleg ferrothorn with more of an offensive presence, take two
DNA Donors: Forretress / Exeggutor-Alola
Fusion Name: Forregg-Alola
New Types:

Base Stats: 85 / 115 / 115 / 92 / 70 / 42 [BST: 519] (+0 HP / +18 Atk / +3 Def / +0 SpA / +3 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Overlook = (Overcoat + Frisk)
Ability Description: This Pokemon ignores the effects of opponent's items.
Notable Moves:
Earthquake, Explosion, Gyro Ball, Knock Off, Rapid Spin, Wood Hammer, Iron Head
Volt Switch
Leech Seed, Sleep Powder, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Stun Spore, Swords Dance, Synthesis, Trick Room, Wish
Intended Role:
Role Justification: Very versatile mon with a cool typing and a metric ton of utility. Lots of hazards, spin to keep your side clear (though it has bad synergy with Gyro Ball), Synthesis for recovery (or Wish if you're feeling lucky), Knock Off because Knock Off. Gets access to Teleport, and is a very solid pivot with that bulk and typing (also TR Teleport go brrrr). Can also pull off a solid SD set, with Gyro Ball, Wood Hammer, EQ/Koff hitting most mons at least neutrally, or it can forgo coverage for Sleep Powder in order to set up more easily. Even gets budget Concussion to ignore Rocky Helmet chip and bully Eviolite mons, as well as providing a nice method of countering Choiced mons without also giving them access to all of their moves. Struggles against special mons and Fire types, but would be a solid addition to a meta that is sorely lacking bulky Steels. [edit: masquerajah and cofazor both somewhat fill the role, but this also does without competing with either due to movepool, ability, and typing differences]

Heard the whole meta was Bulky Offense, so here's some frail attackers.

:swsh/eiscue::swsh/nihilego:
meteor beam but cooler

New Types:

Base Stats: 97 / 67 / 79 / 97 / 113 / 79 [BST: 532] (+5 HP / +1 Atk / +1 Def / +1 SpA / +3 SpD / +3 Spe)
Noice Stats: 97 / 67 / 39 / 97 / 73 / 159 [BST: 532]
New Ability: Beastly Face = (Ice Face + Beast Boost)
Ability Description: Effects of both.
Notable Moves:
Knock Off
Ice Beam, Meteor Beam, Surf, Thunderbolt, Freeze-Dry
Stealth Rock
Intended Role: Special Wallbreaker, Setup Sweeper
Role Justification: Ice Face is a cool way to allow sweepers a free setup opportunity, but Eiscue gets Belly Drum, which is cringe! So, I made a meteor beamer. Eihilego is pretty strong, with very high special attack after the +1 Meteor Beam gives it, along with coverage for just about everything that resists its STABs. Its one problem is that with Ice Face still up, it is very slow, and so it might need to switch in on a physical attack instead of saving Ice Face. After it gets everything set up, though, it's very strong, and can easily sweep entire teams.

New Types:

Base Stats: 80 / 115 / 60 / 55 / 60 / 95 [BST: 465] (+4 HP / +14 Atk / +2 Def / +0 SpA / +2 SpD / +8 Spe)
New Ability: Tech Claws = (Tough Claws + Technician)
Ability Description: Effects of both.
Notable Moves:
Accelerock, Bug Bite, Close Combat, Drill Run, Knock Off, Play Rough, Rock Blast, Stone Edge

Sticky Web, Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Taunt
Intended Role: Physical Wallbreaker, Utility Lead
Role Justification: Very high attack combined with an insane ability and the movepool to abuse it makes this mon absolutely bonkers as a physical wallbreaker. In theory, it has coverage for practically everything, thanks to TC-boosted elemental fangs (including psychic), but it probably won't run anything beyond what I've listed above. Decent defensive typing somewhat makes up for atrocious bulk, making it possible to live a hit or two, but this mon really just wants to get in, get a kill, and get out. Lack of U-Turn hurts a lot, but Technician+Tough Claws-boosted STAB Accelerock is an absolutely insane revenge killing tool. Thanks to a decently good speed tier, it can also pull off a fast utility lead set, with webs and even Stealth Rock as an option, along with Taunt to stop opposing rocks, making it a very nice asset for HO as both an attacker and an enabler.

New Ability: Tall Grass = (Grassy Surge + Defiant)
Ability Description: Effects of Grassy Surge. Attack is raised two stages if Grassy Terrain is removed.
Notable Moves:
Blaze Kick, Close Combat, Grassy Glide, Knock Off, Stomping Tantrum, Thunderous Kick, U-Turn, Wood Hammer

Swords Dance
Intended Role: Offensive Pivot, Physical Wallbreaker, Setup Sweeper
Role Justification: Rillaboom, but cooler. Stats are more balanced to fit in RU, and it gets STAB on its Fighting moves! Unfortunately, that also means it has a 4x Flying weakness, and it's completely unable to hit Torranadus (doesn't even get rock slide. dire matchup). Band sets are pretty strong with Grassy Glide, and the attack increase when terrain goes down is pretty funny both to punish defoggers (still!) and to mess with other terrain setters.

New Ability: Inner Strength = (Inner Focus + Intimidate)
Ability Description: Can’t be flinched. Immune to Intimidate. If Intimidated, lowers opponent’s attack one stage.
Notable Moves:
Close Combat, Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Foul Play, Sucker Punch, U-Turn

Heal Bell, Moonlight, Parting Shot, Swords Dance, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Wish
Intended Role: Cleric, Defensive Pivot, Stallbreaker, Physical Wallbreaker
Role Justification: Very strong cleric, which isn't a role you see often. Extreme bulk and multiple forms of recovery are balanced by a fairly awkward defensive typing and low speed. Wish + Parting Shot makes it a very solid wish passer, and nice bulk lets it use Heal Bell easily, and tank hits while it waits for its Wish to come true. Its ability also helps enable both defensive sets, to further ruin Masquerajah and any future Intimidate-clone mons, as well as allowing it to go offensive with a bulky SD set, as it gets lots of coverage, and can hit the vast majority of the defensive meta super effectively with just its STABs anyway (Cofazor, Masquerajah, Serpeblim, et cetera).
JavaScript:

Ability Description: Effects of Unaware. This Pokemon is immune to critical hits.
Notable Moves:
U-Turn

Role Justification: The Unaware mon. Not much else to be said. Gets Scald for burns, U-Turn for pivoting, reliable recovery, reasonable bulk. Guaranteed to be a stall staple.

Notable Moves:
lol
Dazzling Gleam, Energy Ball, Overheat, Psychic, Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch
Taunt, Trick
Intended Role: Special Wallbreaker
Role Justification: This just has special guts and it hits hard. I doubt it can make any use of stuff like Calm Mind or Recover since it's so frail, it's mostly just going to want to click stabs, especially Volt Switch, and Energy Ball for grounds. It has some other coverage that helps with its psychic or electric stab though those will probably be more optional.

Role Justification: Choiced Head Smash user. Do I need to explain anything more? Just click Head Smash and U-Turn, maybe a coverage move from time to time.

New Ability: Filter
Ability Description: This pokemon takes 3/4th damage from super-effective moves.
Notable Moves:
Body Press, Knock Off, Nuzzle, U-Turn

Defog, Roar, Roost, Stealth Rock, Toxic
Intended Role: Physical Wall, Defensive Pivot, Hazard Removal, Hazard Setter
Role Justification: Very fat physical wall that doesn't have to worry too much about weaknesses because it only has one and has filter. Also has a lot of utility with both Defog and Rocks as well as having pivoting, item removal and para spreading. I expect it to fit best on stall due to mega competition on other teams, but it can probably work fine on balance since it has pivoting options.

New Ability: Eye of the Storm = (Inner Focus + Water Veil)
Ability Description: component effects.
Notable Moves: this is a glass cannon that functions essentially as a Weavile sidegrade sporting coverage that is only walled by some Water type combos. an immunity to Burns and Intimidate via Water Veil and Inner Focus respectively means that once it's setup, it's hard to remove or cripple. Paralysis is still an issue for it, but it's fast enough to threaten Serp so long as it's not Glared on the switch.
however, because it's Sneasel, it's frail, and because it's Ice, you either run boots or take rocks chip.
… Liquidation, Icicle Crash, Knock Off, Aqua Jet / Ice Shard, Triple Axel

Hustle with no drawback offset by a mediocre typing

:swsh/galvantula::swsh/durant:
DNA Donors: Galvantula / Durant
Fusion Name: Galvant
New Types:

Base Stats: 65 / 95 / 90 / 92 / 55 / 108 [BST: 505] (+1 HP / +2 Atk / +4 Def / +20 SpA / +1 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Grindset = (Hustle + Compound Eyes)
Ability Description: component effects.
Notable Moves:
… First Impression, Stone Edge, Stomping Tantrum, Superpower, X-Scissor, U-turn
… Thunder Wave, Sticky Web, Hone Claws
Intended Role: Setup Sweeper (Hone Claws), Hazard setter (Sticky Web), Physical Wallbreaker
Role Justification: this is a fast physical attacker that makes use of a Hustle without accuracy drop to deal large amounts of damage. First Impression is a good way to do so, being a priority STAB attack, if only working on your first turn.
Stone Edge, Stomping Tantrum, and Superpower all function as coverage, with X-scissor being reliable STAB and u-turn being pivoting.
however, just because the accuracy drop is offset, doesn't mean stone edge won't miss 20ish percent of the time, so a Hone Claws might also be needed to avoid missing entirely.
in terms of weaknesses, it's rocks weak, so boots become a must, or at least excellent hazard control. secondly, bug isn't the best offensive typing, so it can be walled by resists like Torranadus or Togetops. they must be careful of its coverage, however.

bulky mon that punishes contact and has a great defensive typing
:swsh/nidoqueen::swsh/mandibuzz:
DNA Donors: Nidoqueen / Mandibuzz
Fusion Name: Mandiqueen
New Types:

Base Stats: 100 / 80 / 100 / 65 / 90 / 80 [BST: 515] (+0 HP / +2 Atk / +4 Def / +0 SpA / +0 SpD / +2 Spe)
New Ability: Toxic Aura = (Poison Point + Overcoat)
Ability Description: component effects.
Notable Moves:
… Foul Play, U-turn, Knock Off, Poison Jab
… Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Roost, Stealth Rock, Taunt, Defog, Whirlwind(?)
Intended Role: Mixed Wall, Hazard Removal (Defog), Hazard Setter (Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock)
Role Justification: this is meant to be a Stall mon, first and foremost. a good defensive typing and access to recovery in Roost means it will stay on the field for a long time. U-turn allows it a place on Balance teams. Stealth Rock and Toxic Spikes let ot serve as a Hazard Setter, while Defog lets you remove hazards on your side, at the cost of also removing the opponents. Toxic Aura allows you to punish pivoting, especially with Rocky Helmet. it also grants an immunity to Spore and other powders that would cripple it and damage from weathers we may get in future.

Offensive Ice/Poison with Status Immunity (most anyway)
:swsh/cryogonal::swsh/vileplume:
DNA Donors: Cryogonal / Vileplume

New Types:

Base Stats: 80 / 65 / 70 / 115 / 115 / 95 [BST: 540] (+3 HP / +0 Atk / +3 Def / +13 SpA / +3 SpD / +18 Spe)
New Ability: Levispore = (Effect Spore + Levitate)
Ability Description: Levitate effects; This Pokemon is immune to poison/paralysis/sleep.
Notable Moves:
… Rapid Spin
… Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb, Moonblast, Energy Ball, Freeze-Dry, Flash Cannon
… Strength Sap, Recover, Toxic, Leech Seed, Defog
Intended Role: Special Wallbreaker, Hazard Removal (Rapid Spin, Defog)
Role Justification: this is an offensive ice/poison with surprisingly good defensive tools. Recover and Strength Sap, help contribute to longevity. it has Freeze-Dry, allowing it to hit Waters super-effectively. due to its speed, it even threatens Claylamar and is immune to Earthquakes from it.
its issue lies in a lack of ways to hit Steels, as its coverage is fairly limited.

Utility Dark/Poison with Prankster
Serpeblim Beware
:swsh/tentacruel::swsh/liepard:

Base Stats: 72 / 99 / 77 / 84 / 85 / 103 [BST: 520] (+0 HP / +20 Atk / +20 Def / +0 SpA / +0 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Paint Bomb = (Prankster + Liquid Ooze)
Ability Description: Component Effects.
Notable Moves:
… Knock Off, Gunk Shot, U-Turn, Sucker Punch, Rapid Spin
… Scald, Sludge Bomb, Dark Pulse
… Encore, Nasty Plot, Toxic/Spikes, Substitute, Swords Dance, Thunder Wave, Haze, Trick
Intended Role: Hazard Setter (Toxic Spikes), Setup Sweeper (Swords Dance, Nasty Plot), Hazard Removal (Rapid Spin)
Role Justification: this is a utility mon with a whole lotta status moves to abuse Prankster with. Thunder Wave, Toxic, Encore, Haze and Trick can all be used to cripple the opponent. Toxic Spikes can be used to set hazards. Substitute and Swords Dance/Nasty Plot can be used for setup if you so desire, and Scald can burn, even nonSTAB. the effects of Paint Bomb means that any attempt to Strength Sap or generally heal off this mon will result in damage instead. however, it falls just short of that all-important 105 speed tier, so in order to keep up and outspeed it'll have to paralyze things.
