New Ability: Knight's Armor = (Ice Scales + Defiant)
Ability Description: Combined effects of both abilities.
Notable Moves:
Close Combat, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Knock Off, Stone Edge, Triple Axel, U-turn

Bulk Up, Defog, Taunt, Toxic
Intended Role: Mixed Wall, Defensive Pivot, Setup Sweeper (Bulk Up)
Role Justification: Kinda wanted to do a good physically defensive typing with Ice Scales because that sounds like it plays interesting. Holds a lot of defensive utility (except recovery) along with wide physical coverage, so it can be tailored to fit your team's offensive or defensive needs.

New Ability: Barbed Head = (Rock Head + Iron Barbs)
Ability Description: When this Pokemon takes recoil damage (not Struggle), the opponent loses 1/8th of its max HP.
Notable Moves:
Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Gyro Ball, Knock Off

Leech Seed, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Toxic, Will-O-Wisp
Intended Role: Mixed Wall, Hazard Setter
Role Justification: Classic bulky steel (also no recovery). Mostly just does Ferrothorn things with a Fire-typing, Flare Blitz with extra chip just being an added bonus.

New Ability: Quick Fix = (Hustle + Regenerator)
Ability Description: Hustle effects. If the user misses a move, the user heals 1/3 max HP.
Notable Moves:
Bolt Beak, Earthquake, Knock Off, Power Whip
Fire Blast, Leaf Storm, Volt Switch
Leech Seed, Sleep Powder
Intended Role: Defensive pivot, Physical Wall Breaker
Role Justification: Let's start off the meta with another Regen-Electric hooray!!!!! Unlike the other Regen-Electric, this has a much worse defensive typing but better offensive presence and more defensive utility. Probably could use AV since Electric-Grass is much better as a SpDef typing. Miss your Power Whips and Sleep Powders :)

New Ability: Draconic Mists = (Illusion + Multiscale)
Ability Description: Combination of the two
Notable Moves:
…Knock off, U-turn, Extreme Speed, Scale Shot, Earthquake
…Dark Pulse, Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse, Hurricane/Air Slash, Fire Blast/Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Sludge Bomb
…Nasty Plot, Taunt, Trick, D Dance, Tailwind, Defog
Intended Role: Hazard control, pivot and mixed revenge killer
Role Justification: A fast confusing defogger to keep pesky rocks off of your side, can use the evasiveness drops of defog to hit more of their low accuracy moves. Also an Illusion mon would be kinda cool. Having huge coverage in both special and physical can confuse opponent to if it’s an illusion or not. When illusion is broken, you probably won’t die also, because of multiscale, which makes up for its low defensive stats.

Base Stats: 69 / 69 / 72 / 47 / 67 / 35 [BST: 359] (+20 HP / +0 Atk / +0 Def / +0 SpA / +20 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Gas Guard = (Neutralizing Gas + No Guard)
Ability Description: Effects of both.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
…Dynamic Punch
…Zap Cannon, Clear Smog, Scorching Sands
…Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, Will-o-Wisp, Taunt, Pain Split
Intended Role: Defensive Pivot, Hazard Setter (Toxic Spikes & Stealth Rock)
Role Justification: Kolett has a pretty solid typing, possibly one of the best abilities imaginable and Eviolite compatibility. This makes it a very strong defensive pivot. It can set two different hazards while ignoring Magic Bounce and can spinblock due to type. However, it's held back by lack of relable recovery, which is pretty rough. Also, its offenses are pitiful, and most of its useful moves go off its lower offensive stat.

Ability Description: Effects of both.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
…V-Create
…Leaf Storm, Stored Power, Overheat, Glaciate, Blue Flare, Thunder
…None
Intended Role: Special Set-Up Sweeper
Role Justification: Contrary effects go brrrrr. This has the same SpA as Serperior but like half the speed. That's where V-Create comes in... but with V-Create, you can't run Choice Scarf/Specs. So overall it's balanced.

Ability Description: Effects of both, and this Pokemon's held item cannot be ignored.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
…Knock Off, Sunsteel Strike
…Scald, Clear Smog
…Recover, Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave, Swords Dance
Intended Role: Mixed Wall, Physical Wallbreaker
Role Justification: Necrollos-MS does Necrozma-DM things, except the Dragon Dance part cause it's so slow. Also, it doesn't care about Knock Off.

Ability Description: Sand Force effects + If the last move this Pokemon used is Ground/Rock/Steel-type, there is a 100% chance its item gets restored at the end of each turn.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
…Stone Edge, Earthquake, Seed Bomb, Explosion
…Meteor Beam, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Fire Blast, Earth Power, Focus Blast
…Stealth Rock, Nasty Plot, Leech Seed, Synthesis, Sleep Powder, Trick Room
Intended Role: Special Wallbreaker, Sand Abuser, Offensive Trick Room
Role Justification: Gourdore-Super combines its ability with STAB Meteor Beam + Power Herb to spam the move and get boosts every turn. Some more niche strategies could be used, like Nasty Plot + Custap Berry or a physically defensive set with Stealth Rock, Synthesis and Sitrus Berry or Red Card.

paralysis spreader

Type:

Stat Distribution: 100/105/80/80/80/50 (+5 HP, +20 Atk, +3 SpA, +8 SpD) BST: 495
Ability: Static Grace (Static + Serene Grace): Effects of both
Relevant Moves:
- Bolt Beak, Body Slam, Icicle Crash, Earthquake, Poison Jab, Stone Edge
-
- Coil, Roost, Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave
Intended Role: Physical Wallbreaker, Status Spreading, Speed Control, Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock), Set Up (Coil)
Role Justification: Arctosparce has one main goal: Paralyze the opponent, either with Static or Serene Grace Body Slam (or Thunder Wave if you really want to waste a movepool slot), and then click Bolt Beak. It can also set up with Coil, to amp up its damage output and defense, or it can be used to set up hazards. Its main weakness will be 4MSS, as it will want to fill its movepool with dual STABs, setup, recovery, hazards, or Ice coverage.

fast defensive pivot

Type:

Stat Distribution: 55/56/116/86/116/102 (+5 Def, +20 SpA, +5 SpD, +10 Spe) BST: 531
Ability: Loathsome (Static + Merciless): If the opponent is Poisoned or Paralyzed, this pokemon's moves will critical hit it.
Relevant Moves:
- Foul Play, Knock Off
- Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Scald, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb
- Baneful Bunker, Toxic Spikes, Recover, Taunt, Teleport
Intended Role: Defensive Pivot, Hazard Setter (Toxic Spikes), Mixed Wall
Role Justification: Fast Pex (but nowhere near as bulky). Electropex's ability allows it to crit opponents based on if it has one of 2 status conditions (doesn't seem to ring a bell). Electropex will either pivot out with Volt Switch, or set up Toxic Spikes to start critting its opponents. It even pairs nicely with my other fusion, Arctosparce, which can easily spread paralysis.

dual screens + hazard control

Type:

Stat Distribution: 74/48/76/103/101/104 (+20 SpA, +20 SpD) BST: 506
Ability: Feisty (Prankster + Competitive): Effects of both
Relevant Moves:
-
- Psychic, Dark Pulse, Energy Ball, Thunderbolt
- Nasty Plot, Reflect, Light Screen, Magic Coat
Intended Role: Dual Screens Setter, Special Wallbreaker, Set Up (Nasty Plot)
Role Justification: primecat is pretty cool as a dual screens setter, thanks to competitive dissuading opponents from defogging. Besides that it plays as a buffed Meowstic, which is setting up with nasty plot and breaking walls.

fast breaker

Type:

Stat Distribution: 81/112/85/97/80/109 (+5 HP, +5 Atk, +5 Def, +5 SpA, +5 SpD, +5 Spe) BST: 564
Ability: Sun Rising (Levitate + Early Bird)- effects of both
Relevant Moves:
- Knock Off, Brave Bird, Earthquake, U-Turn
-
- Swords Dance, Roost, Defog, Dragon Dance
Intended Role: Offensive Pivot, Physical Wallbreaker, Set Up (SD, DD), Hazard Removal (Defog)
Role Justification: Dodreidrio has Rotom-Fan syndrome, where it is a Flying type with Levitate. Other than that, it is a solid physically offensive pokemon, capable of pivoting, wallbreaking, and setting up. Its defensive typing is not the greatest, so its longevity is kind of an issue.

randpoke'd the last 2

spdef pivot

Type:

Stat Distribution: 90/110/75/75/100/80 (+8 HP, +3 Atk, +3 SpA, +20 SpD, +3 Spe) BST: 530
Ability: Counterterrorist (Damp + Anger Point): Effects of both. When Damp triggers, Anger Point also triggers.
Relevant Moves:
- Flip Turn, Liquidation, Close Combat, Earthquake, Gunk Shot
-
- Bulk Up, Stealth Rock
Intended Role: Defensive Pivot, Physical Wallbreaker, Choice Band, Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock)
Role Justification: Primpert is a solid SpD pivot that also packs a decent punch. Its ability is pretty situational, but it can be used to deter Explosion leads. It's main weakness is that it lacks recovery, so setting up with bulk up could be difficult.

Type:

Stat Distribution: 90/150/95/85/120/90 (+40 Atk, +20 Def, +10 SpA, +20 SpD, +10 Spe) BST: 630
Ability: Swift Swim
Relevant Moves:
- Flip Turn, Liquidation, Close Combat, Earthquake, Gunk Shot
-
- Bulk Up, Stealth Rock
Intended Role: Offensive Pivot, Physical Wallbreaker, Rain Abuser, Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock)
Role Justification: Big attack. probably banned if/when a rain setter is added.

knock absorber

Type:

Stat Distribution: 90/97/69/100/90/90 (+7 Def, +13 SpA, +18 Spe) BST: 536
Ability: Sticky Fire (Sticky Hold + Flash Fire): Effects of Sticky Hold. If Sticky Hold triggers, user gains Flash Fire boost.
Relevant Moves:
-
- Sludge Bomb, Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Moonblast
- Nasty Plot
Intended Role: Setup (Nasty Plot), Special Wallbreaker, Knock Off Absorber
Role Justification: Doomuk is a Special setup pokemon with unknockable HDB. Its still 4x weak to Ground so Shuca berry could also be used, but then you would need hazard removal.

Type:

Stat Distribution: 90/97/109/130/100/110 (+40 Def, +30 SpA, +10 SpD, +20 Spe) BST: 636
Ability: Solar Power
Relevant Moves:
-
- Sludge Bomb, Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Moonblast
- Nasty Plot
Intended Role: Setup (Nasty Plot), Special Wallbreaker, Sun Abuser
Role Justification: probably banned if/when a sun setter gets added, but seems ok now since it can't run boots.

Stealth Rock, Wish, Hone Claws, Recover, Heal Bell

New Ability: Head-To-Head = (Rock Head + Motor Drive)
Ability Description: Rock Head effect. Immune to moves with recoil.
Notable Moves:
Earthquake, Head Smash, Ice Punch, Knock Off, U-Turn, Wild Charge

Intended Role: Wallbreaker, Choice Band, Choice Scarf
Role Justification: Choiced Head Smash user. Do I need to explain anything more? Just click Head Smash and U-Turn, maybe a coverage move from time to time.

New Ability: Filter
Ability Description: This pokemon takes 3/4th damage from super-effective moves.
Notable Moves:
Body Press, Knock Off, Nuzzle, U-Turn

Defog, Roar, Roost, Stealth Rock, Toxic
Intended Role: Physical Wall, Defensive Pivot, Hazard Removal, Hazard Setter
Role Justification: Very fat physical wall that doesn't have to worry too much about weaknesses because it only has one and has filter. Also has a lot of utility with both Defog and Rocks as well as having pivoting, item removal and para spreading. I expect it to fit best on stall due to mega competition on other teams, but it can probably work fine on balance since it has pivoting options.

New Ability: Effect Spore = (Effect Spore + Effect Spore)
Ability Description: 30% chance of poison/paralysis/sleep on others making contact with this Pokemon.
Notable Moves:
… it has 67 attack.
… Moonblast, Sludge Bomb
… Strength Sap, Aromatherapy, Spore, Leech Seed
Intended Role: Mixed Wall
Role Justification: A Poison/Fairy type with recovery options like Strength Sap that serves as a half-passive Moonblast/Sludge Bomb attacker with Effect Spore and Spore for crippling enemies. It has a decent Special Attack stat so it can deal effective damage as well, but it dies against Steel-types and fast Psychic-types, but on the bright side it would be able to fight a fair matchup most Fighting-types. It would also have to be careful around Ground-types, considering it is weak against them.

New Ability: Biofuel = (Ripen + Flash Fire)
Ability Description: Effects of Ripen. Fire Immune. Additionally, when this Pokemon consumes a berry, it gains a Flash Fire boost.
Notable Moves:

Apple Acid, Draco Meteor, Energy Ball, Flamethrower, Overheat, Psychic
Calm Mind, Recover, Recycle, Substitute
Intended Role: Bulky Wallbreaker
Role Justification: Appelure would work as a somewhat bulky Pokemon capable of doing insane damage to even neutral targets with its berry-boosted Overheats (or Flamethrower for consistency). Its very respectable bulk allows it to tanks hits and its massive special attack make even unboosted attacks hit opponents very hard. However, it's crippled by its mediocre defensive typing, along with its horrible speed. Additionally, it could reasonably run a Sub Calm Mind set, using a berry to both activate Biofuel and gain back the health lost by subbing.

New Ability: Magic Barrier = (Magic Guard + Overcoat)
Ability Description: Effects of both abilities.
Notable Moves:
Knock Off, Play Rough, Seismic Toss

Aromatherapy, Soft-Boiled, Stealth Rock, Teleport, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Wish
Intended Role: Mixed Wall, Stealth Rock Setter, Cleric
Role Justification: Mon that can be tailored to your team's needs. Clefgon offers a lot to a team: Dark & Fighting resist, Dragon immune, momentum grabber, rocker, etc. Teleport is a neat way to gain momentum, and it can cripple its checks with Thunder Wave/Toxic. Denying sleep is also cool.

New Ability: Hail Fuel = (Slush Rush + Moxie)
Ability Description: Boosts Attack and Speed after knocking out an opponent in a hailstorm.
Notable Moves:

Outrage, Iron Head, Rapid Spin, Earthquake, Ice Shard, Knock Off

Fire Blast, if you really need coverage

Stealth Rock, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Hail, Hone Claws
Intended Role: Hail Sweeper, Physical Wall Breaker, Offensive Utility
Role Justification:
Salashrew has a large move pool with plenty of options, along with offensively oriented stats (similar to something like Excadrill). It can pull off a lead set, multiple different sweeper sets (especially under hail), or something like a defensive rapid spinner, especially since its typing gives it a reasonable STAB combination and some helpful resistances. However, it’s not that bulky, and its ability is useless outside of hail.

Ability Description: Both Effects
Notable Moves:

Moonblast, Sludge Bomb, Focus Blast, Fire Blast, Blizzard, Thunder, Bug Buzz, Energy Ball
Quiver Dance, Roost, Defog,
Intended Role: Setup Sweeper, Hazard Control
Role Justification: Quiver Dance sweeper with a pretty good typing, and a ton of coverage moves. Can also do some support with Defog, Stealth Rocks and Thunder Wave, although to a lesser extent than most mons due to sub-par bulk

Rock Polish, Stealth Rocks
Intended Role: Rock Polish Sweeper, Wallbreaker, Band User
Role Justification: Essentially has a free Choice Band along with No Guard, as well as not being locked. Has mediocre bulk, and requires a Rock Polish to actually get going against offensive teams. Veto post time! Here is what council has decided is ultimately a bit much and should be nerfed:

:swsh/mismagius::swsh/magcargo:
New Types:

Base Stats: 60 / 55 / 110 / 97 / 112 / 67 [BST: 501] (+0 HP / +0 Atk / +20 Def / +0 SpA / +20 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Leviflame = (Levitate + Flame Body)
Ability Description: Effects of both abilities.
This winds up being pushed over the edge by Shell Smash. I don't think there is much you can do to help balance it.

:swsh/sylveon::swsh/dragalge:
New Types:

Base Stats: 100 / 70 / 77 / 103 / 126 / 52 [BST: 528] (+20 HP / +0 Atk / +0 Def / +0 SpA / +0 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Compression = (Pixilate + Poison Touch)
Ability Description: The user's Normal-type moves become Fairy-type, have their power increased to 1.2x, and have a 30% chance to poison the target.
Great bulk and typing paired with what's essentially a stronger Sludge Bomb through Hyper Voice. Looks pretty oppressive overall. I'd suggest an ability change and a slight Bulk nerf.

:swsh/eelektross::swsh/sigilyph:
Fusion Name: Eeleklyph
New Types:

Base Stats: 93 / 86 / 86 / 104 / 85 / 87 [BST: 541] (+15 HP / +0 Atk / +6 Def / +0 SpA / +5 SpD / +14 Spe)
New Ability: Magical Levitation = (Levitate + Magic Guard)
Ability Description: Effects of both abilities
This is a bit much given its wide coverage, defensive utility and Magic Guard Life Orb being a possible set on a mon with such decent stats and such wide coverage. We request you for it to be adjusted.

View attachment 375865View attachment 375866
New Types:

Base Stats: 92 / 92 / 85 / 95 / 70 / 105 [BST: 539] (+20 HP / +0 Atk / +20 Def / +0 SpA / +0 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Heat Generator = (Blaze + Regenerator)
Ability Description: Blaze + Regen, I'm not giving this intimidate lol
This is almost fine, a small Bulk nerf would be all it needs to be accepted.

:swsh/mantine::swsh/xurkitree:
Offspring Name: Xurkitine
New Types:

Base Stats: 85 / 65 / 70 / 135 / 125 / 77 [BST: 557] (+1 HP / +1 Atk / +0 Def / +9 SpA / +20 SpD / +1 Spe)
New Ability: Storm Boost = (Swift Swim + Beast Boost)
Ability Description: Under rain, this pokemon's highest stat is doubled.
This sounds too problematic if a Drizzle Pokémon ever gets in, the ability boost is simply too strong for a mon with those stats ans STABs that synergize so well with Rain.

:swsh/incineroar::swsh/eldegoss:
New Types:

Base Stats: 85 / 82 / 90 / 97 / 120 / 60 [BST: 534] (+8 HP / +0 Atk / +0 Def / +17 SpA / +15 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Cotton Cloud King = (Regenerator + Intimidate)
Ability Description: On switch-in, restores 33% HP. On switch out, lowers foe's Atk 1 stage.
This is too bulky for the ability it provides. We're going to ask you to tone down the bulk.

:swsh/excadrill::swsh/vanilluxe:
New Types:

Base Stats: 90 / 115 / 86 / 80 / 86 / 103 [BST: 560] (+0 HP / +0 Atk / +14 Def / +0 SpA / +6 SpD / +20 Spe)
New Ability: Snow Plow = (Sand Force + Snow Warning)
Ability Description: Effects of Snow Warning, boosted damage when using ground and steel attacks in hail.
Definitely too strong for RU. Great STAB combo combined with boosted Earthquake for 5 turns and pretty good stats. It's going to have to be nerfed.

:swsh/dracozolt::swsh/tangela:View attachment 376253View attachment 376254
New Types:

Base Stats: 80 / 85 / 105 / 100 / 65 / 68 [BST: 508] (+3 HP / +8 Atk / +5 Def / +10 SpA / +10 SpD / +1 Spe)
New Ability: Quick Fix = (Hustle + Regenerator)
Ability Description: Hustle+Regenerator effects. If the user misses a move, the user heals 1/3 max HP.
The healing effect after missing ends up pushing this into borderline territory.

:swsh/exeggutor::swsh/boldore:
New Types:

Base Stats: 102 / 100 / 95 / 107 / 57 / 37 [BST: 498] (+20 HP / +0 Atk / +0 Def / +20 SpA / +0 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Sand Harvest = (Sand Force + Harvest)
Ability Description: If the last move this Pokemon used is Ground/Rock/Steel-type, there is a 100% chance its item gets restored at the end of each turn. If Sandstorm or Sunny Day are active, this Pokemon's Ground/Rock/Steel-type attacks have their power multiplied by 1.3. This Pokemon takes no damage from Sandstorm.
The ability effect here shouldn't affect non-berry items, as there's not much of a reason why Harvest + Sand Force should allow it to recover any item.

Safe from Magcargo/Mismagius, which was not able to be nerfed, all of the revisioned vetoed submissions have been nerfed and are now allowed back in! This happening also means we can open Votes earlier than intended, since all the vetoes have been taken care of.

So, as a reminder, there are two possible ways to vote: You either do it through our Discord server (be sure to check out the voting rules first), or you can directly message me either through Discord or by creating a private message here on Smogon. Voting will open later today and last until about Sunday Morning.

With this, we now have a Spreadsheet, and FERU is officially starting its metagame! In the following Discussion Phase we wouldlike you to both discuss the current winners and how they impact eachother, as well as list potential mons from FEUU that you believe should drop, with an explaination as to why you think so. As this next discussion phase will incluide the dropping discussion, it will be a bit longer than usual. Enjoy!

Okay so what I am about to say might be controversial, but honestly I think we should ditch drop slates entirely. They were the weakest part of FE:UU and I would not want them to make a return here. That said I think drops should be handled similarly to how they work for the rest of smogon. It's not like before were FE was an uncoded behemoth with a metric fuckton of different mons, most of which were blatantly overpowered. Here the FE:UU fusions are coded and ready to go, so perhaps it would be better to do playtests to see what fusions would be drop into the RU abyss, rather than waste a slate voting to see if one of these underperformers goes down into the FE:RU while the other stays struggling in UU. Also Main FE mons should fucking stay there. Given the insane power level in main FE there's probably not going to be a good amount of mons that would warrant the drop anyway.

With that out of the way here are my candidates for FE:UU mons that should be considered to drop down
-Silvino just as a whole
-Base Glasnow

Oh yeah the fusions that won umm
Vishitomb and Toxicargo stand out to me as solid walls, while Swalurchin stands out to me as something that is going to use rising voltage. =Despite the fact that I do not care for Claylamar I do appreciate it being in the meta since there is a ground type to give Swalurchin some trouble at least. Same with Togetops also being in the mix. The others are fine I guess. Not really having any strong opinions of them either way

People still want mons from FE OU to drop here too

Ema Skye

Work!
I think I will agree with Debi that I don't want drop slates. I'd rather just vote for new stuff instead of old things. Drop slates were honestly the worst part of FEUU and I really don't think there are that many fusions from OU that would fit in here. I also don't think there's enough stuff in UU that would fit in here, and there's probably still a lot of stuff that still would be underwhelming as a lot of UU's bad fusions are fundamentally flawed in ways that a lower power level won't fix.

What Might Work Given the Power Level:
  • Dusking
  • Tornachamp
  • Talonsyl
  • Serpanadel
  • Keclyrex?
What Probably Still Won't Be Viable:
  • Silvino
  • Tapu Lop (base)
  • Flaant
  • Strikados
  • Absable (base)
  • Glasnow
  • Meloslash
  • Glakiss (base)
  • Regibee (base)

Please excuse my lack of experience in theorying and stuff like that. Just gonna drop my thoughts

Torrandus-Therain - Seems like a mini ho-oh. Bit faster but weaker everywhere else, including no reliable recovery. Simply Parting Shot + Regenerator is enough for me to fear this thing in an RU meta.

Togetops - Seems like it's gonna enjoy pivoting into electric moves. I don't really know enough about this other than it can Flip Turn around to keep momentum.

Toxicargo - Neat typing, water immunity, and Shell Smash. This thing dies to an earthquake but it looks like a fun mon to use.

Claylamar - Sure, I guess it exists? At least it adds type diversity. I do like the concept of a spinner deterring ghosts though

Vishitomb - Jellicent but is Mixed and has Fishous Rend. Also has built in leftovers on turns it gets attacked which is nice.

Swampflora - Kinda just does a lot. Jack of all trades, master of none.

Swalurchin - Decent all round except health. Absolutely hates Earthquake, but is neat anyway. I do have a fondness for Toxtricity typing.

Serpeblim - Such a unique ability that actually benefits getting KOed. I really like the concept behind this.

People still want mons from FE OU to drop here too
To make the FEOU drops more engaging, instead of FERU council deciding on occasional fusion ability reworks/nerfs (like Aquapod in its FEUU drop slate, or Grousle after it won), the FERU community could submit their own ability changes. Removing/rearranging the now-optional +40 BST bonus could also make drop slates more engaging. This opens up a lot of possibilities.

And then there's like a ton of FEOU NFE that fit in a lower powerlevel mod without any changes. I'm talking +50 fusions. Dozens of FEOU LC fit too (Ferros worked in UU, and RU is a lower powerlevel). Drop slates would be much better with more than just 10 options each time, and LC and NFE are it. Let people freely nominate these during drop slates.

Probably the tier king right now. Great stats all around, an amazing defensive typing while boots are intact, and the always present threat of nasty plot offensive sets ruining your day. Defog+Knock+Hurricane+U-Turn/Parting Shot looks like the set we'll see the most of to start with, though.

Honestly looks kind of cracked just due to how well it matches up into electrics and how overall stupid its defensive typing is. Scarf is the assumed set but I really think Swords Dance will be the winner here due to getting so many free switch-in opportunities. I'd keep an eye on this one. It looks ok. As a defensive fire it's a bit hard to justify over Torranadus. It's more worth looking at as a Water-immunity, particularly against Vishitomb. Also looks like a solid setter against the current popular removers. Shell Smash is funny

A nice defensive spinner or setter that has a generally pleasant matchup spread no matter which role you chose to take. As a setter, Contrary naturally denies Defog and Knock scares off Torranadus/Serpeblim. As a remover, it can easily come into stuff like Toxicargo and spin them away. Cool mon.
Claylamar @ Leftovers
Ability: Etativel
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin / Stealth Rock
- Teleport / Superpower
:arctovish::spiritomb:
This guy is sort of entering the meta hobbled with Toxicargo and Swampflora already in the mod, but with a decently wide movepool, good bulk, and the always-threatening Fishious Rend, I'm sure it will find usage. It also screws over Torrandus, so that's nice.
Vishitomb @ Choice Band
Ability: Downpour
EVs: 152 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 100 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fishious Rend
- Poltergeist
- Shadow Sneak
- Trick / Stone Edge

Vishitomb @ Leftovers
Ability: Downpour
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute
- Protect / Surf
:swampert::sunflora:
Looks like a decent enough defensive pivot while in base form. Counters Vishitomb and rocks on Claylamar which is nice. Very boring otherwise though. The mega also looks fun as a self-setting Rain abuser, I'm excited to try it out.
Swampflora @ Heavy-Duty Boots / Rocky Helmet / Leftovers
Ability: Clutchfactor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Synthesis
- Leaf Storm
- Flip Turn

Swampflora @ Swampertite
Ability: Clutchfactor
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Spd / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Rain Dance
- Waterfall
- Ice Punch / Seed Bomb
- Earthquake
:swalot::pincurchin:
Decently bulky spike setter that also has a pretty nuclear Rising Voltage. Unfortunately its free real estate for Togetops, so uhhhh rip to that. Gonna have to tech Earthquake or some shit to even scratch it.
Swalurchin @ Black Sludge
Ability: Sticky Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Rising Voltage
- Ice Beam
- Spikes
- Recover

Swalurchin @ Life Orb / Choice Specs
Ability: Sticky Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest / Quiet Nature
- Rising Voltage
- Ice Beam
- Sludge Bomb / Earthquake
- Recover / Earthquake
:serperior::drifblim:
Feel like this mon is either gonna be insufferably annoying or thoroughly mediocre. That's kind of how things work out when you have Strength Sap.
Serpeblim @ Colbur Berry / Heavy Duty Boots
Ability: Self Sacrifice
EVs: 252 Def / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Strength Sap
- Glare / Will-O-Wisp
- Hex

Looks cool. Can pull off Defog Pivot sets or NP sets.Atm it's really fast but I do know that that will change.Overall I like it.
:togedemaru::kabutops:
I could see this thing forming really nasty synergy with Torranadus-Therian.It's like "You thought you could hit me with an Electric type move? How about I pivot into this thing and have you deal with +1 Speed Togetops that just Swords Danced on your super obvious switch?"Anyways yeah, this thing is pretty crazy.
:toxicroak::magcargo:
Neat Shell Smash sweeper I guess.
