1760360196485.png

Status.png
Nasty Plot, Recover, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Stealth Rock
Intended Role: Special Wallbreaker, Set-Up Sweeper
Role Justification: With more bulk and high special attack, it would be a great special wallbreaker. The addition of Sheer Force would help it hit hard despite being slow, and it could run Nasty Plot and Recover as a Set-Up Sweeper

Role Justification: Speed control is this guy's specialty. Thanks to Sink or Swim it's capable of outspeeding faster threats and crippling or taking them out. Its stab combination also lets it take on the tier's fat water and fairy types, while also packing some annoying utility of its own like spikes and nuzzle.

New Ability: Everburning Flame = (Flash Fire + Hydration) | Hot to the Touch = (Flame Body + Sticky Hold) | Fast and Furious = (Infiltrator + Unburden)

Notable Moves:
Physical.png

Status.png
Agility, Calm Mind, Encore, Recover, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Taunt, Trick, Will-O-Wisp
Intended Role: Fast Special Attacker or Hazard Setter
Role Justification: Fast Pokemon with access to Taunt, allowing it to block hazards, or set its own and act as a spinblocker thanks to its typing. High Special Attack and a lot of coverage allows for a strong Special Attacker with Specs or Calm Mind. Kept in check by low physical bulk and weakness to Sucker Punch.

:litwick::shelmet:
Pre-evo
DNA Donors: Litwick / Shelmet
Fusion Name: Helmwick
New Types:
Ghost.png
Bug.png

Base Stats: 55 / 35 / 72 / 55 / 60 / 23 [BST: 300] (+5 HP / +0 Atk / +2 Def / +3 SpA / +0 SpD / +1 Spe)

Fusion Name: Jumpmaw
New Types: Fairy/Flying
Base Stats
: 70 / 70 / 80 / 55 / 80 / 80 [BST: 435] (+8 HP / +0 Atk / +3 Def / +0 SpA / +5 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Giant Presence = (Intimidate + Infiltrator) | Sun Salutation = (Sheer Force + Chlorophyll) | Jaws of Life = (Hyper Cutter + Leaf Guard)
Ability Description: Combined effect of both the abilities. | Combined effect of both abilities under sun. | Attack cannot be lowered. Pokemon cannot be statused, and Rest will fail for it.
Notable Moves:
Physical.png
Iron Head, Knock Off, Play Rough, Psychic Fangs, Sucker Punch, Trailblaze, U-Turn
Status.png
Strength Sap, Swords Dance
Intended Role: Weird mon with a viable Mega
Role Justification: You see, both of these mons are not great. But below we get a Mega running Huge Power but still being (hopefully) balanced despite that. Jumpluff doesn't even have any good Flying STAB moves so it basically only has one STAB.
:mawile-mega::jumpluff:
and here comes the mega
DNA Donors: Mawile-Mega / Jumpluff
Fusion Name: Jumpmaw-Mega
New Types: Fairy/Flying
Base Stats
: 70 / 90 / 120 / 55 / 120 / 80 [BST: 535] (+8 HP / +20 Atk / +43 Def / +0 SpA / +45 SpD / +0 Spe)

Base Stats: 80 / 101 / 75 / 93 / 75 / 116 [BST: 540] (+1 HP / +5 Atk / +0 Def / +2 SpA / +0 SpD / +4 Spe)
New Ability: Sword of Justice = (Oblivious + Justified)
Ability Description: Effects of Oblivious. Raise Attack by one stage when hit by a Dark-type move or when Oblivious is triggered.
Notable Moves:
Physical.png
Close Combat, Earthquake, Fire Lash, Gunk Shot, High Horsepower, Iron Head, Knock Off, Poison Jab, Sacred Sword, Stone Edge
Special.png
Air Slash, Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse, Earth Power, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave
Status.png
Calm Mind, Dragon Dance, Nasty Plot, Swords Dance, Taunt, Toxic, Will-O-Wisp
Intended Role: Fast offensive Pokemon with Dragon Dance or Nasty Plot
Role Justification: Yay Dragon Dance and Fire Lash from Salazzle finally being useful for something! This new fusion uses the strengths of Terrakion with access to Dragon Dance for more Speed, with still the option of Nasty Plot for special sets.

Edited to make Jumpmaw Fairy/Flying, thus being a worse defensive type and in theory more balanced.

rolling thunder (Set 1 - 1/2/4)
DNA Donors: Zeraora / Crobat
Fusion Name: Zerabat
New Types:
Electric.png
Flying.png

Base Stats: 86 / 105 / 80 / 86 / 80 / 136 [BST: 573] (+0 HP / +4 Atk / +3 Def / +0 SpA / +0 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Unclouded = (Volt Absorb + Infiltrator)
Ability Description: Combined effect of both the abilities.
Notable Moves:
Physical.png
Brave Bird, Knock Off, Plasma Fists, Super Fang, U-Turn
Special.png

Status.png
Bulk Up, Defog, Taunt
Intended Role: Offensive Pivot
Role Justification: Fast mon with a solid typing to offset its middling bulk, as well as a nice immunity to Volt Switch. Also like I guess it's a fast Taunt user but that's kinda neither here nor there since it meets two requirements already.

:swsh/celesteela::swsh/camerupt:
camel case (set 2)
DNA Donors: Celesteela / Camerupt
Fusion Name: Celerupt
New Types:
Steel.png
Ground.png

Base Stats: 89 / 101 / 89 / 113 / 89 / 53 [BST: 534] (+6 HP / +1 Atk / +3 Def / +7 SpA / +1 SpD / +3 Spe)
New Ability: Ultra Armor = (Beast Boost + Solid Rock)
Ability Description: Combined effect of both the abilities.
Notable Moves:
Physical.png
Heavy Slam
Special.png
Earth Power, Flash Cannon, Meteor Beam
Status.png
Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Leech Seed
Intended Role: Special Wallbreaker, Meteor Beam Sweeper
Role Justification: It's basically just Celesteela with a slightly better offensive typing at the cost of some speed and bulk. Probably sort of niche.
:swsh/celesteela::swsh/camerupt-mega:
[/I]
DNA Donors: Celesteela / Camerupt-Mega
Fusion Name: Celerupt-Mega
New Types:
Steel.png
Ground.png

Base Stats: 89 / 121 / 119 / 153 / 119 / 33 [BST: 634] (+6 HP / +21 Atk / +33 Def / +47 SpA / +31 SpD / +-17 Spe)
New Ability: Sheer Force = (Beast Boost + Solid Rock)
Ability Description: Combined effect of both the abilities.
Notable Moves:
Physical.png
Heavy Slam
Special.png
Earth Power, Flash Cannon
Status.png
Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Leech Seed, Stealth Rock
Intended Role: Special Wallbreaker, Wall
Role Justification: Very tanky special breaker offset by its lack of direct recovery outside of Leech Seed and maybe Giga Drain if you're feeling REALLY spicy. Being a mega means it can absorb Knock Offs for its teammates in a pinch.

New Ability: Flash Hunger = (Flash Fire + Hunger Switch)
Ability Description: When this Pokémon is hit by a Fire-Type move, this Pokémon goes into its Hangry form, turning Aura Wheel into a Fire-Type move and giving all Fire-Type moves a 1.5 power boost. If hit again by a Fire Move, return to Full-Bellied Form
Notable Moves:

Aura Wheel, Knock Off, Fire Lash, Leech Life, Power Trip, Rapid Spin
Special.png
Mystical Fire, Bug Buzz, Dark Pulse

New Ability: Magic Bounce
Intended Role: Sweeper
Role Justification: A powerful glass cannon with a horrible type combo keeping it in check. Woobat is likely one of the only Pokémon that can not be busted with Diancite but still very good.

:swsh/mawile::swsh/sableye:
DNA Donors: Mawile / Sableye
Fusion Name: Sablewile
New Types:
Fairy.png
Ghost.png

Base Stats: 50 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 60 / 50 [BST: 400] (+0 HP / +0 Atk / +0 Def / +20 SpA / +0 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Joker = (Intimidate + Prankster)
Ability Description: Effects of both abilities.

Notable Moves:
Physical.png
Knock Off
Status.png
Stealth Rock, Recover, Will-o-Wisp, Toxic, Light Screen, Reflect, Trick, Encore, Disable

Intended Role: Screen Setter
Role Justification: Sableye but with Intimidate so it has a little more longevity. Will usually just set up screens or hazards and spread status and then die.

:sv/mawile-mega::sv/sableye:
Fusion Name: Sablewile-Mega-X
New Types:
Fairy.png
Ghost.png

Base Stats: 50 / 100 / 120 / 80 / 100 / 50 [BST: 500] (+0 HP / +20 Atk / +40 Def / +0 SpA / +40 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Huge Power

Notable Moves:
Physical.png
Shadow Sneak, Poltergeist, Sucker Punch, Drain Punch
Status.png
Swords Dance, Recover, Encore, Taunt

Intended Role: Slow Physical Breaker, Set-up Sweeper
Role Justification: Mega Mawile but Fairy/Ghost. STABS are very complementary so it has room to run utility such as Recover and SD, or Taunt to break through walls.

:sv/mawile::sv/sableye-mega:
Fusion Name: Sablewile-Mega-Y
New Types:
Fairy.png
Ghost.png

Base Stats: 50 / 90 / 130 / 100 / 110 / 20 [BST: 500] (+0 HP / +10 Atk / +50 Def / +20 SpA / +50 SpD / -30 Spe)
New Ability: Magic Bounce

Notable Moves:
Physical.png
Knock Off
Special.png
Shadow Ball, Draining Kiss, Dazzling Gleam, Hex
Status.png
Stealth Rock, Recover, Will-o-Wisp, Toxic, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Iron Defense

Intended Role: Mixed Wall, Set-up Sweeper
Role Justification: Pretty competent Hazard setter as it is immune to Taunt and Spin. Is very bulky thanks to the pre-mega Intimidate and has a really good defensive typing. Can alternatively set up with Nasty Plot or Calm Mind to try to sweep, though its Special STABs are fairly low BP.

Set 1: Restrictions 1 and 4
:swsh/golurk::swsh/toxtricity:
Frankenstein's monster (an abomination of two opposing playstyles in one mon)
DNA Donors: Golurk / Toxtricity
Fusion Name: Gotricity
New Types:
Ground.png
Electric.png

Base Stats: 82 / 115 / 75 / 95 / 80 / 65 [BST: 512] (+0 HP / +4 Atk / +0 Def / +11 SpA / +5 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Abilities and Description:
Boxing Champion = (Iron Fist + Technician): This Pokemon's punch-based attacks have 1.5x power. Sucker Punch is not boosted.
Magnetic Attraction = (No Guard + Minus): Every move used by or against this Pokemon will always hit and with a Sp. Atk boost of 1.5x.

Notable Moves:
Physical.png
Drain Punch, Dynamic Punch????, Earthquake, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Knock Off, Nuzzle, Thunder Punch...
Special.png
Earth Power, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, Thunder, Volt Switch...
Status.png
Shift Gear, Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave, Trick...

Intended Role: Physical Wallbreaker, Special Wallbreaker, Pivot
Role Justification: I know what you're gonna say, but hear me out. What we need right now in a sea of mons with insane versatility and a lot of flexibility in sets is a stable foundation to "ground" the meta (pun not intended until just now). Introducing Gotricity! What's this mon's goal? Big punchy in the face and big Thunder to your noggin. Boxing Champion alongside excellent STAB Thunder Punch and coverage moves means Gotricity hits like a physical truck and can use Drain Punch to still heal itself off. Its potential longevity is outstanding if you know when to use it correctly. On the other side of the spectrum, if you don't like big punchy, how about big spell? Magnetic Attraction makes special sets actually usable somehow. It's essentially a Special Intrepid Sword baked into one mon. With perfect accuracy Thunder, perfect accuracy Focus Blast, a mean Volt Switch, and excellent coverage, it essentially just does what the physical version of the mon does but on the special side. The twist? If you're gonna hit, you better kill, because if not you'll almost certainly die yourself. Magnetic Attraction gives the SpA boost to both mons on the field, so you better be careful when you're on the receiving end of a special attacker.

I know I gotta sub to my mod but since Gluke is too afraid to hate on some electrics I will bear that burden.
These mons are all good and awesome and broken when pzla movepool suddenly exists and gets mega lop banned from natdex due to the fact it now beats literally everything that walled it previously
:houndoom: :zebstrika:
Holy immunity fusion. Somehow this mon completely walls itself. I personally don’t like the immunities, but both the base and mega innovate by contributing to the speed tiers and providing pivot diversity to scare off the two broke waters
:gardevoir: :ampharos:
Give this a trace secondary abil and I think it would be perfect for the meta. Adding a scarfer and incredibly potent wallbreaker is a huge plus. I know it CAN cottonmind but it also has zero recovery. Megas do the same thing basically, so it might be better to make psychic primary so it can lose its ground weakness
:camerupt: :iron-valiant:
If this was going to be the only proto mon added ever to this meta, this would be neat, but people’s greed is insatiable. Similar arguments to the previous, wallbreaker and “scarfer” in one is nice. Allows for a fresh set of sd booster sets with wisp instead of encore
:arcanine-hisui: :electivire:
This is pretty basic but it works I guess. rocks weak mon that wants choice band is always a tragedy, as bulk up is an unmove here. Can’t really taunt the waters terribly well as wild charge / supercell aren’t too scary especially since supercell doesn’t benefit from rock head, and 114 wild charge, while strong— doesn’t help the fact that waters be broke
:kommo-o: :sharpedo:
Relying on dragon and dark stab is not a good look for this mon. It just seems generally weak, not too fast and no bulk to speak of. And obviously this never lives a clang soul.

:vanilluxe: :infernape:
Ngl taking a third look at this and seeing that it will probably get light clay banned is funny. The waters can technically be afraid of special sets too so I think it’s a decent addition to promote offensive builds and stifle future weather a bit. Now, don’t vote in both this and logo’s protocrysalis mon, as that wouldn’t be funny. As for people who think it could be broken due to this, freeze dry is it’s only answer against the two setup monster waters
:toxicroak::heatran:
This is Yu clod but actually cool. Take Notes Ana. Also I like water hate that doesn’t completely hard counter every water build, as this easily gets knocked and rocks chipped down— but in the meantime it is a being of progress
:gardevoir::hippowdon:
It’s alright. Decently basic but we do need grounds, and this doesn’t ruin the meta, but it definitely will lengthen games by on average of 3 turns
:mandibuzz::excadrill:
This is very broke. I will not elaborate as it is decently obvious its landorus but better and more unpredictable. I do not like its option to one shot anything basically with tough claws

:venusaur::manectric:
This is pretty cool and good, and it is the way to do a double mega right. Mega X being a generally fat glue is pretty neat, and mega y providing a speed cap for the future as well. It also doesn’t wall itself because overheat is cool and fun. And it’s not broken, because it has to drop a move slot to toxic dragons— but oh wait, dragon is poison immune, giving purpose to its bad abil. Truly our savior
Check the angry react buddy. There’s a reason I’m mad…
They are all broken and veto worthy and I won’t elaborate either.

:pawmot::ceruledge:
I would make electric attacks trigger weak armor for some sneaky volt blocking tech, but other than that it’s pretty neat and provides a semi competent spin and volt blocker that runs itemless 42% of the time
:tyranitar: :bellossom:
This is kinda weird but it has broke af qd plus strength sap, so I think it’s kinda broke ngl. Sure it might not have any stab moves and technically it checks itself, with the speed nullification, but qd sap is supremely nasty, especially since status does nothing vs it 30% of the time
:toxicroak::malamar:
This thing sucks I love it
:typhlosion::electrode:
I don’t really like this as either you catch an immunity and wipe the opponents team or it does nothing and only exists as a bad speed cap. Also Wtf is that last abil. Are you the devil?
:hawlucha::banette:
Give the base unburden THEN we have a mon. Mega might be too busted however, as it has way too many opportunities to demolish teams with sd encore
:vivillion: :gothitelle:
This is pretty bad ngl considering sleep is banned, it just has no stats for what it wants to do, and it’s coverage isn’t strong enough to beat what it needs (off its poor spa)
:electivire::cyclizar:
This is both completely broken and terrible at the same time. Offensively, shift gear is way too much, considering regen means it isn’t punished damage wise, and banded seems very annoying. As for why it’s terrible, is that its stabs suck. But I don’t think that matters considering grounds cannot handle this mon. (Pwhip broke)
:glimmora::steelix:
This one is pretty neat despite mortal spin plus every hazard ever. Stop making broke af lcs btw.
:chien-pao::pidgeot:
The eternal boots mon. Its sets and playability get very heavily limited for an ok at best payoff, of flying fighting and ice moves. It’s not the worst thing but it also isn’t very good. Mega is pretty good if you manage to get it in with your opponents waters chipped to nothing, and rocks aren’t up.

:kilowattrel::heatran:
An interesting Defog punish to say the least. Seems pretty ok and fits into the electric role while providing another stable rocker and check to the broke waters
:falinks::aggron:
Gimmick mon 3000… it definitely looks pretty scary with the ability, but since it can only activate no retreat once, off 105 attack and 65 speed, its actually kinda bad if you don’t bait your opponent to hit sturdy. Mega seems usable however.
:electrode::abomasnow:
Similar to the previous vanillape, but instead of doing other things, it really only has the screens set, as the mega is too slow to really accomplish much. Itemless 131 isn’t terribly strong.
:glalie::aggron:
The only mon out of the technical 3 this provides that has any real usability is mega y, because it’s just mega aggron. Other than that the other two don’t really provide much outside of gimmicky sets
:froslass::salazzle:
This one isn’t too bad, it provides a pretty good plot user and hazard lead that can provide a good amount of offensive pressure. Also a usable ice if that matters

:heatran::magnezone:
I crush a photo of ls mark in photo shop every time I see optimized magnet pull In a meta. This makes every future steel bad, because it probably will be able to one shot any future steel. In volt turn comps especially, this makes steels useless.
:golem-alola::pidgeot:
This isn’t that bad as a base, as it’s essentially zapdos w rocks but mid ish stats. Type and movepool however (somewhat) make up for it. Mega is very banned however, no guard zap cannon is very cringe
:ho-oh::spidops:
Resub…. But it’s still a valid mon to sub, considering it still has a role to provide. While I don’t like sacred fire, this mon definitely can’t spam it too much considering it’s super rocks weak

:houndoom::sandy-shocks:
Mega and base essentialy do the same things, and while that isn’t bad, base is technically better as it has a fire immunity and access to life orb and choice items. 120 speed kinda doesn’t help out too much considering the one offensive fairy already outruns it. But other than that it’s a generic electric that doesn’t volt switching things. It’s a pretty good spiker tho.
:brambleghast::altaria:
Pix spin is cringe but it’s locked behind mega. Base could definitely provide a pretty good wall and utility if you added stats into bulk too. Mega isn’t using pix spin btw. It’s definitely running dd sap, which might be a bit much but it also is reliant completely on polt for ghost stab, which might not matter sometimes as quake normal stab does pretty good if no steel birds are added. Overall it’s pretty neat.
:electrode::sigilyph:
Broke
:thundurus::revavroom:
I wish this could use special sets, but it’s ngl kinda restricted to banded and setup, which isn’t bad I guess but it also does nothing into most grounds. It’s not bad but I feel like it’s trying to do too many roles at once
:abomasnow::iron-valiant:
It’s ok. Lack of pivoting hurts, so you basically can only use booster energy ngl, so no real set diversity. Mega is pretty interesting though ngl, as it can self set screens and gets a powerful bolt beam + cc off 152 both offenses
:obstagoon::pecharunt:
very broke. Even not considering ability, the sheer bulk and utility it has is kinda insane.
:bellibolt::charizard:
Soak is very funny on this. Innovative take on the fe required bellibolt wall. Provides a solid electric wall and a jumpscare mini Zekrom that can run through unprepared teams due to its bulk and power. Those stabs are NOT mediocre, as this is the (1) use case of supercell slam. Mega y is def banned tho as you mentioned
:poliwrath::garchomp:
Abil might be a bit stretchy but it’s a cool mon nonetheless. Although it probably suffers from broke water 1 existing, a well placed knock off does wonders for it. Spikes + phasing is always a fun time, especially when abil gives chip every turn.

:krookodile: :zeraora:
Resub. My opinions from before still stand
:hydrapple::camerupt:
A very potent combination of abilities plus good stabs and setup make this surprisingly usable despite its poor stats. Mega seems ok but its rocks weak, which could be a problem but I think it hits hard enough to not care too much about that.
:mienshao::piloswine:
This seems a bit understatted, honestly— but mamo might be overstatted. It’s not a bad moncept as it could be the FE required mienshao fusion, but its overall too weak and slow to do what it would want to do as a mienshao fusion, especially when its best ice stab is 70% accurate

:raichu-alola::overqwil:
Good speed control, provides hazards and beats the waters. Overall pretty solid, as the basically free scarf always is.
:tyranitar::sandyghast:
This has basically no stats, and while mega gets super recovery, your type is kinda not great enough to utilize it and not get one shot. Overall not that great
:regieleki::graveller-alola:
Definitely too overreliant on not getting its stab immuned, and even when you are hittting for neutral damage, your only wall breaking source also takes you out. Its definitely too narrow of a gimmick to be too usable.

:chandelure::accelgor:
This is pretty cool and awesome. Unburden mon that isn’t too oppressive when terrains are added (rocks weak) fast specs Mon that doesn’t immediately obliterate the tier (rocks weak) and wisp immune (but still rocks weak)
:jumpluff::mawile:
Mega fusion spotted. Is probably broken because strength sap sd seems very oppressive for slower mons especially with as good of a type as this has. It’s also very bulky to the point of where you can reasonably run it as a wall, which is likewise still broke because strength sap is.
:salazzle::terrakion:
Taunt and knock punish offensive mon is pretty cool, but I am worried its too weak for what it wants to do, as 101 plus no pivoting means you basically are locked to setup sets, which aren’t bad, but also get completely walled by broke water 1, and other ghost, ground and poison type bulky mons (Curious)

:zeraora::crobat:
Ngl this MIGHT be a bit busted, as bulk up roost is kinda an insane set, on a fast elec flying. Especially when this can get a free turn by just being electric flying. It’s also conventionally strong and fast, while not being not bulky
:celesteela::camerupt:
No that is NOT celesteela
Mega seems . Usable. Non consistent recovery, but at least your stabs r both sheer force and fire is the only coverage you need. But curiously walled by broke water 1. Running Giga drain means you admit defeat.

:centiskorch::morpeko:
Just doesn’t have enough stats, and also clashes for its own fire stab, being aura wheel and fire lash. Theoretically it could work but imo it will be clunky in practice. This also has no stats to do anything in practice.
:diancie::woobat:
Gimmick Mon 4000. Although I think the base quite simply isn’t good enough to pull off the gimmick it wants to, and mega isn’t good enough to just use without doing the gimmick. If you can get it to work, sure you’d sweep basically instantly if you got both idef and cm, but it’s basically impossible when both the broken waters can one shot or phase you, forcing another round of rocks chip
:kommo-o::komala:
Pretty ok mon, it technically can run defensive sets, but it will likely just run throat spray clang soul. I do think it’s fine in that regard, as 90 spa isn’t enough to deal with the 50 phasers that automatically shut this down, or the broke waters one and two
:mawile::sableye:
Mega fusion spotted.
I think these two are technically worse than their bases purely because they lose their respective great defensive types for a mediocre defensive type. While you do gain more bulk on both, it is an interesting trade off but worse isn’t necessarily bad. They each function in their respective roles, Exept I think mmaw here got the short stick, as it loses its fat steel stab for a less consistent ghost stab, and loses the steel bulk along with it. Msab is basically still msab the defensive profile is similar.
:golurk::toxtricity:
I think it’s a neat Mon, but it suffers from being too slow and the fact that its secondary ability makes it way too easy to kill for special attackers. Its attack isn’t strong enough either to be a truly scary offensive mon, as 1.5x punch moves isn’t really too much when punch moves are kinda weak already, especially when working with 112 attack and no dynamic punch.
:diggersby::sableye:
Base is essentially diggersby, but it technically hits harder so it kinda works it, and mega is ngl. Kinda very annoying to deal with? It has a negative amount of weaknesses because knock is only 65 bp vs this, and you have knock turn spikes on a magic bouncer. It’s definitely way too much for the current meta

Ok that is all. Love reacts only or not. I post to spread knowledge and for love reacts.

Sub Review!

:Flareon::Dracozolt: This is decent, if not unfortunately slower than it would like for our current metagame. Also, Legends ZA is officially out, does this fusion now learn Swords Dance? That sounds pretty important. (How are Legends ZA Movepools being handled overall? OP makes it seem like ZA should take priority.)

:lopunny::toxtricity-low-key: The typings are not correct, that's not how Mega Lop's ability works. Anyway, base Lop seems a bit bad, though STAB Boomburst potentially helps it out. No recovery makes the physdef set annoying though. Mega looks hella stupid, and I can see this being banned for most of the metagame 's history. (Edit: Lop gets SD now, so this is goober broken gg).

:xatu::mienshao: I think you gotta put that +5 into Attack. Otherwise I think the Mon seems cool, does standard funny Mienshao fusion things, and both abilities are genuinely cool. I can see this going the distance for the metagame even after "better" mons get introduced.

I cosign every else Orange said and I made Malacroak not be 100% shit it's now 60% shit (beats the broken Waters now)

I'm not late what are you talking about

Set 1 (restrictions 3, 4)
:swsh/vikavolt::swsh/armarouge:
Yet another Electric/Fire
DNA Donors: Vikavolt / Armarouge
Fusion Name: Vikarouge
New Types:
Electric.png
Fire.png

Base Stats: 96 / 65 / 95 / 140 / 77 / 59 [BST: 532] (+15 HP / +0 Atk / +0 Def / +5 SpA / +0 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Geothermal Flash = (Levitate + Flash Fire)

Status.png
Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Sticky Web, Calm Mind, Trick, Trick Room, Taunt
Intended Role: Wallbreaker, Trick Room sweeper?
Role Justification: Nasty slow breaker with a nasty Armor Cannon and Volt Switch. Specs sets melt things but are held back by a Stealth Rock weakness. No idea how good Trick Room is.
DNA Donors: Grubbin / Charcadet
Fusion Name: Grubcadet
New Types:
Bug.png
Fire.png

Base Stats: 43 / 56 / 42 / 52 / 42 / 40 [BST: 275] (+0 HP / +0 Atk / +0 Def / +0 SpA / +0 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Sudden Swarm = (Swarm + Flash Fire)
Ability Description: Immune to Bug moves + once hit by a Bug move, this Pokemon's attacking stat is 1.5x with Bug moves.
Intended Role: baby
Role Justification: smol
Set 3 (restrictions 1, 3)
:swsh/gardevoir::swsh/falinks:
DNA Donors: Gardevoir / Falinks
Fusion Name: Gardelinks
New Types:
Psychic.png
Fighting.png

Base Stats: 66 / 82 / 82 / 107 / 87 / 87 [BST: 511] (+0 HP / +0 Atk / +0 Def / +10 SpA / +0 SpD / +10 Spe)
New Ability: Conformity = (Trace + Defiant)
Ability Description: When one of this Pokemon's stats is lowered by an opposing Pokemon, copies that Pokemon's ability.
New Ability 2: Synchro Armor = (Synchronize + Battle Armor)
Ability 2 Description: Effects of both abilities.
Notable Moves:
Physical.png
Knock Off
Special.png
Psychic, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Vacuum Wave, Hyper Voice, Moonblast, Thunderbolt, Mystical Fire, Energy Ball
Status.png
No Retreat, Calm Mind, Encore, Disable, Taunt, Trick, Thunder Wave, Will-O-Wisp
Intended Role: Setup Sweeper (No Retreat)
Role Justification: No Retreat dude with an expansive movepool. Base form is outclassed by its Mega, probably. The abilities are niche, but have a few fun applications: Conformity can return Gyarafable's Intimidates, or Synchronize can occasionally punish statuses.
DNA Donors: Gardevoir-Mega / Falinks
Fusion Name: Gardelinks-Mega
New Types:
Psychic.png
Fighting.png

Base Stats: 66 / 102 / 82 / 147 / 107 / 107 [BST: 611] (+0 HP / +20 Atk / +0 Def / +50 SpA / +20 SpD / +30 Spe)
New Ability: Pixilate
Notable Moves: See above
Intended Role: Setup Sweeper (No Retreat)
Role Justification: On one hand, it's a worse Mega Gardevoir; on the other, it has an omniboost up its sleeve. Non-STAB Pixilate isn't huge, but it lends it an interesting coverage option.

veto
When this Pokemon has 1/3 or less of its maximum HP, rounded down, its Fire-type attacks always paralyze.
this is stretchy bc static only has 30% chance to para

:swsh/hawlucha::swsh/banette-mega:
DNA Donors: Hawlucha / Banette-Mega
Fusion Name: Luchette-Mega
New Types:
Fighting.png
Ghost.png

Base Stats: 75 / 155 / 85 / 90 / 85 / 105 [BST: 595] (+4 HP / +52 Atk / +15 Def / +12 SpA / +22 SpD / +14 Spe)
broke due to insane statline + wide stab coverage with sd + encore to lock down defensive mons or dbond to take down another mon, meaning the whole mon is vetoed

This Pokemon's Special moves have their accuracy and power multiplied by 1.3.
also stretchy bc you cant generalize competitive's special attack to special moves

Ability: Flashing Pull (Flash Fire + Magnet Pull) / Analytic Flame (Analytic + Flame Body)
Ability Description: Effects of both abilities. / The power of this Pokemon's move is multiplied by 1.3 and has a 30% chance to burn the opponent if it is the last to move in a turn. Does not affect Doom Desire and Future Sight.
fire magpull is broke as you can trap and ohko basically every steel esp with ep coverage

DNA Donors: Pidgeot-Mega / Golem-Alola
Fusion Name: Golgeot-Alola-Mega
New Types: Electric / Flying
Base Stats: 85 / 100 / 110 / 130 / 80 / 95 [BST: 600] (+4 HP / +0 Atk / +8 Def / +68 SpA / +13 SpD / +22 Spe)
Ability: No Guard
Notable Moves:
Physical.png
Body Press, Explosion, Quick Attack, Stone Edge, Counter

Fusion Name: Jumpmaw
New Types:
Steel.png
Flying.png

Base Stats: 70 / 70 / 80 / 55 / 80 / 80 [BST: 435] (+8 HP / +0 Atk / +3 Def / +0 SpA / +5 SpD / +0 Spe)
mega is broke due to having great stats and defensive typing to pair with sap sd, even being able to taunt/sub to dodge wisp

DNA Donors: Diancie / Woobat
Fusion Name: Dianbat
New Types:
Flying.png
Rock.png

Base Stats: 60 / 72 / 102 / 77 / 102 / 65 [BST: 478] (+3 HP / +0 Atk / +6 Def / +0 SpA / +6 SpD / +4 Spe)
New Ability: Boosted Body = (Clear Body + Simple)
vetoing this bc simple cm into mega sounds too difficult to defensively handle

DNA Donors: Vespiquen / Wailord
Fusion Name: Vespilord
New Types:
Bug.png
Water.png

Base Stats: 120 / 85 / 75 / 85 / 75 / 50 [BST: 490] (+0 HP / +0 Atk / +2 Def / +0 SpA / +2 SpD / +0 Spe)
