New Types:

Base Stats: 90 / 90 / 80 / 112 / 112 / 102 [BST: 586] (+20 HP / +15 Atk / +10 Def / +5 SpA / +15 SpD / +5 Spe)
New Ability: Levitate = (Levitate + Levitate)

Notable Moves:
Aura Sphere, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Shadow Ball, Hex
Defog, Recover, Roost, Trick, Heal Bell, Nasty Plot, Taunt

Intended Role: Choiced Attacker (Specs, Scarf), Set-up Sweeper, Utility (Defog, Heal Bell, Taunt)
Role Justification: Midrios has a decent all around stats alongside a good typing and ability. It can utilise Choice Specs or Nasty Plot in order to break through Walls with its power and coverage, while also having the ability to cripple walls when running the former, or it can use its decent Speed to revenge kill opposing threats. It also has the options to use Defog and Heal Bell if the team really needs it. Taunt can also be used if it wants to set up on passive walls.

I won't talk about the Mega since it is broken.

customizable intimidate
Type:

Stat Distribution: 103/71/83/97/131/83 (+16 HP, +2 Def, +11 SpA, +8 SpD, +3 Spe) BST: 568
Ability: Ultra Virus (Beast Boost + Intimidate): Beast Boost effects + On switch in, the opponent loses 1 in this pokemon's highest stat.
Relevant Moves:
- Knock Off
- Meteor Beam, Dark Pulse, Focus Blast, Sludge Bomb, Power Gem, Thunderbolt
- Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes
Intended Role: Special Wallbreaker, Hazard Setter (SR, Toxic Spikes)
Role Justification: Nihilfty provides an customizable Intimidate, and what would be the first SpD Intimidate to the meta (to maximize SpA while still gaining the SpD drop, run 252+ SpA and at least 100 SpD). Other than that, it functions similarly to Nihilego, having access to Meteor Beam for setup, and Stealth Rock and Toxic Spikes.

another pillager pt. 2
Type:

Stat Distribution: 72/90/127/80/102/70 (+3 HP, +17 Def, +20 Spe) BST: 541
Ability: Pillage (Wandering Spirit + Screen Cleaner)
Relevant Moves:
- Earthquake, Zen Headbutt, Triple Axel, Ice Shard, Stone Edge, Body Press, Rapid Spin
-
- Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes, Will-O-Wisp, Healing Wish, Slack Off, Iron Defense, Toxic
Intended Role: Physical Wall, Hazard Setter (SR, Toxic Spikes), Hazard Control (Rapid Spin)
Role Justification: Runerime is the second Pillager besides Yacian-Crowned, and is a much more defensive take. While being much weaker than Yacian-Crowned, it makes up for it with increased utility. It has access to 2 separate hazards, hazard control reliable recovery. Pillagers rely entirely on the abilities of other pokemon in the meta, and there are strong defensive abilities such as Fur Coat, Porous, and many regenerator components.

Type:

Stat Distribution: 82/122/120/64/80/52 (+20 Atk, +17 SpA, +3 SpD) BST: 520
Ability: Iron Horse (Stamina + Weak Armor): Effects of both Abilities. (Essentially, when hit by a Physical move, gain +2 Speed, when hit by a Special move, gain +1 Defense)
Relevant Moves:
- Earthquake, Iron Head, Close Combat, Body Press, Rock Slide
-
- Stealth Rock, Defog, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Swords Dance, Roost
Intended Role: Physical Wall, Hazard Setter (SR, Spikes, Toxic Spikes), Hazard Control (Defog), Set Up (Swords Dance)
Role Justification: Mudsmory is an interesting physical wall, as it can ramp up its Defense by taking Special hits, or its Speed by taking Physical hits. Like Skarmory, it can set up 3 different hazards, as well as remove them with Defog. Thanks to the Speed boosts it can get, it is also able to run Swords Dance to potentially sweep after taking some Physical hits.

changed Runerime from Ground/Ice to Ground/Psychic

New Ability: Effect Spore = (Effect Spore + Effect Spore)
Ability Description: 30% chance of poison/paralysis/sleep on others making contact with this Pokemon.
Notable Moves:
… it has 67 attack.
… Moonblast, Sludge Bomb
… Strength Sap, Aromatherapy, Spore, Leech Seed
Intended Role: Mixed Wall
Role Justification: A Poison/Fairy type with recovery options like Strength Sap that serves as a half-passive Moonblast/Sludge Bomb attacker with Effect Spore and Spore for crippling enemies. It has a decent Special Attack stat so it can deal effective damage as well, but it dies against Steel-types, mainly Hattaka, and fast Psychic-types, but on the bright side it would be able to fight a fair matchup against Weezlord-Galar and most Fighting-types, save for Miemie as that is also a fast psychic type. It would also have to be careful around Ground-types, considering it is weak against them.

New Ability: Parasomnia = (Insomnia + Beast Boost)
Ability Description: Beast Boost effects + gain +1 to highest stat whenever the user falls asleep.
Notable Moves:
Leaf Blade, Zen Headbutt, Sacred Sword, Knock Off, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch
Swords Dance, Trick, Hypnosis, Belly Drum, Rest, Synthesis, Teleport
Intended Role: Physical Wallbreaker, Choice Scarf
Role Justification: Functions much like Kartana does in OU, but with significantly less attack and several more tech options available. For starters, its much easier to EV it in a way to get speed boosts (resto chesto tech?) and has Trick to make Choiced sets even more consistent. Helps fill out the cast of remaining UBs too. Very easily checked by fast U-Turn spam and stuff like Corveot. Shoutouts to Hypnihil

New Ability: Stray Wires = (Transistor + Tangling Hair)
Ability Description: This Pokemon's Electric-type attacks also inflict -1 Speed to the target.
Notable Moves:
Iron Head, Wild Charge, Earthquake, Rapid Spin, Stone Edge, Explosion
Volt Switch, Flash Cannon, Thunderbolt, Earth Power, Sludge Bomb, Steel Beam, Rising Voltage
Stealth Rock, Toxic, Reflect, Light Screen, Memento, Hone Claws
Intended Role: Offensive Pivot, Suicide Lead, Speed Control
Role Justification: Fuck it I'm breaking the speed ceiling again. What we have here is a stupid-fast Electric-type that has little in the way of real offensive presence and no bulk whatsoever. However, it does have several interesting options in its movepool. For starters, its ability, while essentially worthless for self-abusing, can create interesting scenarios when pivoting out of with Volt Switch. It also has has the fastest (non prankster) Stealth Rock in the mod, which when backed up with dual screens, Spin, and explosion/memento should make it a pretty solid suicide lead. Still has fuck all for getting around ground types

New Ability: Cleveland Steamer = (Adaptability + Sniper)
Ability Description: Both abilities combined
Notable Moves:-
Crabhammer, Night Slash, Earthquake, Fell Stinger, Aqua Jet, Rock Slide, Cross Poison
Hone Claws, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance
Intended Role: Physical Wallbreaker, Setup Sweeper
Role Justification: One of those pleasant little synergies that you can find in normal Pokémon is between moves with increased crit chance and the ability Sniper. Two of those, namely Night Slash and Crabhammer, are STAB for our old friend Crawdaunt. Thus, we can combine the two to make a potent spammer of critical hit attacks, especially against setup walls. However, it has a below-average speed and its bulk is pretty mediocre, which is a problem considering the plethora of Fighting-type coverage moves in the tier. It pretty much necessitates running Aqua Jet instead of additional coverage, just in case of fast Fighting-types switching in. This is a 'mon whose best attributes are a little RNG, but if you can get off a boost then you're golden. Give it a try! =]

New Ability: Prolonged Torture = (Liquid Ooze + Contrary)
Ability Description: This Pokémon's damaging moves heal it for 1/4 of the damage dealt. This stacks with moves that already heal this Pokémon.
Notable Moves:-
Giga Drain, Venoshock, Ice Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Hex, Sludge Bomb, Scald, Leaf Storm, Hydro Pump
Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Leer, Synthesis, Gastro Acid, Aqua Ring, Leech Seed
Intended Role: Staller, Tank, Special Wall
Role Justification: This is a fusion designed to keep itself healthy and pass statuses around the enemy team. It has a fantastic ability for a bulky Pokémon that encourages it to use multiple different damaging moves as well as interesting coverage options - for instance, building a set around Hex and Toxic or Leer. It has innumerable sources of excellent healing, especially with a Big Root. However, with pretty rubbish attacking stats and having its key STAB move in Giga Drain have a paltry 75 base power, it can't get the most out of its ability, even with the extra healing it dredges up from it. Plus, Grass/Poison isn't the greatest defensive typing in the world, as I'm sure Vileplume would tell you. Still, it has interesting ideas and set possibilities, burst healing in the form of Synthesis, and even ability negation in Gastro Acid (which is an avenue a lot more fusions could stand to pursue). Give it a go! It's certainly a more intriguing prospect than "this just boosts Leaf Storm yay". =]

New Ability: Skeet Skeet = (Unburden + Aftermath)
Ability Description: Upon using or losing its Held Item, this Pokemon doubles its Speed stat and damages the opposing Pokemon for 1/4 of its own max HP.
Notable Moves:
Sucker Punch, Acrobatics, Foul Play
Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Fire Blast, Hex, Thunderbolt
Strength Sap, Will-O-Wisp, Taunt, Nasty Plot, Tailwind, Recycle
Intended Role: Very Fast Thing, Ability Abuser
Role Justification: This is a fusion designed around ditching its held item and dealing a truckload of damage with its ability, then getting the kill with an outspeed on the next turn. You can also force a switch with it and regain its item if it's a single-use one like a Berry. This is definitely a very weird Pokémon, with high HP and reasonable speed being its strongest points, but it can spread burns fast with its boosted Speed and take advantage with STAB Hex as well as neuter physical threats with its Strength Sap. It's one of the faster Unburden users, and simply having it active means it can outspeed +2 Sableior! Of course, it will likely then die to +2 Sableior, but you can't have everything. =]

New Ability: Jibber Jabber = (Infiltrator + Serene Grace)
Ability Description: Both abilities combined
Notable Moves:
Poison Fang, Iron Head, U-Turn, Ice Punch, Body Slam
Stealth Rock, Tailwind
Intended Role: Offensive Pivot, Lead, Status Spreader
Role Justification: The combination of Poison Fang and Serene Grace leads to a really interesting move: a Taunt-proof, 100%-accurate version of Toxic. The rest of the fusion is frankly just a bonus. It's fast as hell and can maintain momentum with consummate ease with flinch shenanigans courtesy of STAB Iron Head and access to a very fast U-Turn. It also gets Stealth Rock if you want to run it as a lead, but you should still be careful. 92/100/100 bulk is perfectly respectable, but a 4x weakness to an extremely common coverage type in Ground means you'll get your face pushed in if you're not careful. Get in, spread Toxic, get out. Happy days. It works even better with Tailwind support, and indeed it can set up Tailwind itself.

Ability Description: Both abilities combined
Notable Moves:-
Crabhammer, Night Slash, Earthquake, Fell Stinger, Aqua Jet, Rock Slide, Cross Poison, Knock Off, Poison Jab
Hone Claws, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance
fix the name. this isn't feou where you can make le "funny" fusion name, make it a portmanteau of crawdaunt and drapion

Role Justification: One of those pleasant little synergies that you can find in normal Pokémon is between moves with increased crit chance and the ability Sniper. Two of those, namely Night Slash and Crabhammer, are STAB for our old friend Crawdaunt. Thus, we can combine the two to make a potent spammer of critical hit attacks, especially against setup walls.
night slash is not viable on this. factoring in the ability you have an average bp of 91.875 compared to knock off's 97.5 (along with the very useful secondary of removing the opponent's item). also "setup wall" is almost nonexistent, the only examples being iron defense corveot and hattaka, both of which are hardly effective in the current meta.

However, it has a below-average speed and its bulk is pretty mediocre, which is a problem considering the plethora of Fighting-type coverage moves in the tier. It pretty much necessitates running Aqua Jet instead of additional coverage, just in case of fast Fighting-types switching in.
you can't say it has below-average speed (middling speed is more defined at bruxray/dracodoom speed at 86-87) especially considering it has dragon dance. at +1 you outspeed all fast fighting-types.

anyway this mon is broken considering its a much faster (making ddance viable) and only slightly weaker crawdaunt with coverage for fairies.

Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Leer, Synthesis, Gastro Acid, Aqua Ring, Leech Seed
Intended Role: Staller, Tank, Special Wall, Hazard Removal (Rapid Spin)
staller and tank are not roles. additionally, the ability makes no sense as neither ability mentions 1/4. as stated before you have to change the name

This is a fusion designed to keep itself healthy and pass statuses around the enemy team. It has a fantastic ability for a bulky Pokémon that encourages it to use multiple different damaging moves as well as interesting coverage options - for instance, building a set around Hex and Toxic or Leer.
whoever is building a set around (unstab, unsynergizing) hex and (speaking for itself) leer is down abysmal and needs to touch grass immediately

It has innumerable sources of excellent healing, especially with a Big Root. However, with pretty rubbish attacking stats and having its key STAB move in Giga Drain have a paltry 75 base power, it can't get the most out of its ability, even with the extra healing it dredges up from it.
considering youre healing an average of 24% in the best of conditions (against an uninvested mew on a neutral hit with max invested spa) i think that this is pretty awful healing, especially when considering a lack of special boosting, the opportunity cost of having to run max invested spa, and the bad offensive typing of giga drain

any set this thing runs is just outclassed by tentoxys (the tentacruel that already exists) and without spin youre facing hard competiton with d-rank thornbro (the grass poison that already exists)

tailwind is not and will never be viable in singles. i dont even think its that good in doubles if i remember correctly

The combination of Poison Fang and Serene Grace leads to a really interesting move: a Taunt-proof, 100%-accurate version of Toxic.
but this has 135 speed and is poison. it outspeeds almost the entire unboosted meta and has a perfect accuracy toxic.

anyway its a faster jirachi that just flinchhaxes. except it cant really touch steels or glidol (tbf neither could jirachi). i think any flinchhaxer is stupid and this is no exception.

to reiterate, this is not feou. you aren’t submitting mons for the funny, you are contributing to a legitimate metagame that is supposed to be taken seriously. although the top two will be vetoed as is (former for being overpowered, latter for having a nonsensical ability) i would strongly advise you to revise or replace all of them because the bottom two have little place in the meta as well.

Relevant Moves:

: softboiled, healing wish, trick, stealth rock, bulk up, Calm mind, teleport, taunt
Intended Role: Mixed wallbreaker, Setup sweeper, Physical wallbreaker, Special wallbreaker (Bulk up, Calm mind), Offensive pivot
Role Justification: This fusion's movepool and overall good stats allow it to be very flexible in its movesets. Offensively, this fusion is blessed with both a good offensive type combination in electric and fairy and now has a massive pool of coverage options to choose from thanks to clefable. This makes it a fantastic wall breaker as it can choose between a mixed, physical, or special set. It also has a great speed tier being the 5th fastest pokemon in the tier only tied with Miemie. Finally, this fusion also has a great status movepool which allows it to run other sets such as a utility pivot with access to the trick and healing wish and a reliable recovery in softboiled as well as setup in the form of calm mind or bulk up.

Ability Description: Has the effect of both abilities.
Notable Moves:
: Icicle Crash, Head Smash, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Superpower, Knock Off
: Swords Dance, Stealth Rock
Intended Role: Physical Wallbreaker, Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock)
Role Justification: Now we all know that rock/ice is a pretty nice offensive typing, and while I did steal the idea from some user that sounds like a snake that gives live birth, the main difference here is with its moves. Sure while it lacks close combat and has to settle for superpower, it gets head smash. A devastating tool for any rock type to have, even if it does take recoil from it. Likewise while not super fast it has decent speed at base 107. The downside is that if you go for SD you gotta be booting up. Also it has a mega but like I gotta be honest I don't really give a rat's ass about said mega. It exists and that's all I'll say about it.

Notable Moves:

: Sticky Web, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Thunder Wave, Haze, Destiny Bond, Pain Split
Intended Role: Lead, Hazard Setter (Sticky Web, Spikes, Toxic Spikes)
Role Justification: Alright so this thing right here mainly has one job, set hazards. It sets them up and can use a powered up aqua jet or liquidation to fight back. It actually has a fair amount of utility with access to thunder wave, haze, destiny bond, and questionably scald. The downside is that it lacks access to recovery outside of pain split.

Notable Moves:
: Bolt Beak, U-Turn
: Bug Buzz, Thunderbolt, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Freeze Dry,
: Recover, Sticky Web, Thunder Wave
Intended Role: Hazard Setter (Sticky Web)
Role Justification: Another web setter, however this one can do a lot more than just set hazards. It has fairly decent stats across the board and its ability can crush momentum since it effectively blocks U-Turn. This means it can effectively function as a bit of a defensive pivot.

Role Justification: The ordinary Mr.Z is your average every day [insert normal thing here] but when duty calls he is THE RED RIME RANGER! Notable Moves:
: Waterfall, Ice Shard, Triple Axel, Ice Punch, Power Whip, Earthquake, Sucker Punch, Crunch, Zen Headbutt
: Freeze Dry
: Dragon Dance, Slack Off
Intended Role: Set Up Sweeper, Hazard Removal (Rapid Spin)
Role Justification: The lancer of the rime rangers, Mr.Dos is always out to challenge authority. His UNCOUTH BEHAVIOR makes him a bit of a problem but in battle he scares the foes and shatters any walls in his way. Facing Mr.Dos will give you a reason to fear the blue rime ranger. Although some say there is something even further beyond Mr.Dos. Some speculate that if his behavior is uncouth enough and he lets darkness into his heart, he can become even stronger. Of course that's just a theory, and whether or not there exists a "Mega Mr.Dos" is beyond me.

New Ability: Wild Guts = (Guts + Overgrow)
Ability Description: Has the effect of both abilities.
Notable Moves:
: Knock Off, Leaf Blade, Earthquake, Close Combat, Gunk Shot, Rock Slide
: Parting Shot, Swords Dance
Intended Role: Physical Sweeper
Role Justification: Sceptagoon, is the fearsome foe of the RIME RANGERS! Through special orbs of flame or toxin it can become incredibly powerful as it triggers its WILD GUTS causing it's physical strength to soar. However this power comes at the cost of its life force, but to Sceptagoon that's a small price to pay. Thanks to its WILD GUTS Sceptagoon can get even stronger when it comes close to the brink of being offed. With its ability to remove items, slash with its bladed leaves, and other underhanded techniques, such as dancing with sharp objects, it is truly a foe to fear. However ... perhaps it can go even further beyond.

Fusion Name: Mega Sceptagoon
New Types:

Mega Stats: 85 / 115 / 113 / 130 / 85 / 135 [BST: 663]
Mega Ability: Lightning Rod
Notable Moves:
: Dragon Pulse, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Surf, Snarl
: Parting Shot
Intended Role: Special Sweeper
Role Justification: After years of pouring the blood of dragons into an odd orb, Sceptagoon forged a new weapon against those Rime Rangers, SCEPTAGOONITE! With this it can become MEGA SCEPTAGOON! This time the blood of dragons flows through Sceptagoon allowing it to gain access to the dragon type and an immunity to electric attacks. However since Sceptagoon honed its physical strength prior, it gained stronger physical techniques. Even though it has the raw power of its special attacking stat, it lacks the techniques to back them up causing it to be quite predictable for its foes.

We've had an unforseen delay, but we are now closing the slate. Here are the vetos:

:swsh/goodra::swsh/rillaboom:
DNA Donors: Goodra / Rillaboom
Fusion Name: Rilladra
New Types:

Base Stats: 95 / 112 / 100 / 105 / 110 / 82 [BST: 604] (+0 HP / +0 Atk / +20 Def / +20 SpA / +0 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Weed Eater = (Grassy Surge + Hydration)
Ability Description: Grassy Surge effects; This Pokemon has its status cured at the end of each turn if Grassy Terrain is active.
This ends up as concerning due to being bulkier than Rillaboom while keeping the access to the main tool that made Rilla strong. 100% Healing Rest is also not very balanced on it. We recomend you to either remove it or replace it with Thwackey.

:swsh/torkoal::swsh/galvantula:
DNA Donors: Torkoal / Galvantula
Fusion Name: Koalantula
New Types:

Base Stats: 70 / 81 / 100 / 100 / 76 / 84 [BST: 511] (+0 HP / +0 Atk / +0 Def / +9 SpA / +11 SpD / +20 Spe)
New Ability: Gravitas = (Drought + Compound Eyes)
Ability Description: Sets Gravity on switch in.
Council has decided that this ability combination is rather stretchy, given while Compound Eyes covers the raised Accuracy in Gravity, neither ability can justify grounding mons.

:swsh/meltan::swsh/calyrex-ice:
Underrated defensive typing that is steel/ice
DNA Donors: Meltan / Calyrex-Ice
Fusion Name: Meltrex-Ice
New Types:

Base Stats: 90 / 115 / 117 / 70 / 95 / 42 [BST: 529] (+17 HP / +0 Atk / +10 Def / +0 SpA / +13 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: As One (Meltan) = (Magnet Pull + As One (Glastrier))
Ability Description: Both effects combined.
The combination of Magnet Pull + Close Combat makes this rather unhealthy.

:swsh/sceptile::swsh/porygon2:
- Broken zone -
DNA Donors: Sceptile / Porygon2
Fusion Name: Sceptygon2
New Types:

Base Stats: 89 / 82 / 90 / 105 / 90 / 105 [BST: 561] (+12 HP / +0 Atk / +13 Def / +0 SpA / +0 SpD / +15 Spe)
New Ability: Hacking = (Unburden + Download)
Ability Description: On switch in raise Speed by 1 if helds an item or raise Sp.Atk if helds no item
This ability is not balanced.

:swsh/passimian::swsh/heatmor:
I'll avenge you
DNA Donors: Passimian / Heatmor
Fusion Name: Heatpass
New Types:

Base Stats: 92 / 112 / 78 / 92 / 68 / 83 [BST: 525] (+0 HP / +4 Atk / +0 Def / +20 SpA / +5 SpD / +11 Spe)
New Ability: Soul Receiver = (Receiver + White Smoke)
Ability Description: This Pokémon copies the stat changes of a fainted ally in the previous turn
Council has decided to veto this ability, since Reciever activates based on a Doubles ally, not a Singles Teammate.

:swsh/mr._rime::swsh/clefable:
DNA Donors: Mr. Rime / Clefable
Fusion Name: Mr. Fable
New Types:

Base Stats: 95 / 80 / 94 / 106 / 95 / 70 [BST: 540] (+8 HP / +3 Atk / +20 Def / +4 SpA / +0 SpD / +5 Spe)
New Ability: Magic Cleaner = (Screen Cleaner + Magic Guard)
Ability Description: On switch-in, the user removes all means of indirect damage on the field (Stealth Rock, Spikes, G-Max Steelsurge) from both sides
Council has decided that this is a rather stretchy way to get to the ability effect. We're going to ask you to change the ability or remove the mon because in its current state, the effect is too much of a stretch to be allowed.

This ability, specially on a Pokémon with good bulk and recovery, ends up as problematic, given it allows for setting up rather easily

:swsh/crawdaunt::swsh/drapion:
DNA Donors: :crawdaunt: / :drapion:
Fusion Name: Crap
New Types:

Base Stats: 66 / 115 / 97 / 75 / 75 / 95 [BST: 523] (+0 HP / +10 Atk / +0 Def / +0 SpA / +10 SpD / +20 Spe)
New Ability: Cleveland Steamer = (Adaptability + Sniper)
Ability Description: Both abilities combined

:swsh/tentacruel::swsh/serperior:
DNA Donors: :tentacruel: / :serperior:
Fusion Name: Crueler
New Types:

Base Stats: 97 / 72 / 95 / 77 / 112 / 106 [BST: 559] (+20 HP / +0 Atk / +15 Def / +0 SpA / +5 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Prolonged Torture = (Liquid Ooze + Contrary)
Ability Description: This Pokémon's damaging moves heal it for 1/4 of the damage dealt. This stacks with moves that already heal this Pokémon.

:swsh/drifblim::swsh/skuntank:
DNA Donors: :drifblim: / :skuntank:
Fusion Name: Drift Skank
New Types:

Base Stats: 126 / 86 / 65 / 80 / 67 / 102 [BST: 526] (+0 HP / +0 Atk / +10 Def / +0 SpA / +10 SpD / +20 Spe)
New Ability: Skeet Skeet = (Unburden + Aftermath)
Ability Description: Upon using or losing its Held Item, this Pokemon doubles its Speed stat and damages the opposing Pokemon for 1/4 of its own max HP.
Crawdaunt/Drapion gets vetoed for being too strong with Adaptability and Sniper, alongside those stats and DD
Tentacruel/Serperior gets vetoed for the stretchy ability effect
All 3 get vetoed out of their names.

As for Megas:

:gallade-mega::togedemaru: (Stats break it)
:slowbro-mega::camerupt: (Stats break it)
:slowbro::camerupt-mega: (Stats and ability break it)
:manectric-mega::urshifu: (Pre-Mega having an easy way to get to +3 Sp Attack, combined with stats, break it)

:salamence-mega::jellicent: (Stats break it)
:camerupt-mega::aromatisse: (Stats and ability break it)

Drop Slate 4!

Explaining to newcomers, essentially Drop Slate take fusions from FE OU and we ""suspect test"" them to see if they should be allowed into FE UU. You'll be given around 2-3 days to discuss, and after that voting starts. You are allowed to vote for up to 6 fusions, or vote for "None" if you don't want any to be added.

So, how does it work? Me and the rest of the council have made a list with the fusions from OU that would be at a decent power level to function in this mod. There are about 200 fusions out of OU's ~750, some of them recieving a few nerfs to be appropriate for UU.

What we've done differently this time around is that all of these were hand-picked by the council. This is an attempt to increase Drop quality.

You'll be given some time to discuss all of the slated Fusions. After this time has passed, you'll vote on the fusions as usual. Also, something important to note is that the fusions will not get the moves created in the Fusion Moves side project.

With all that cleared, we can move on to the actual slate!

Work!
Exeggutor: berry mon bad and I don't want another chlorophyll mon.
Jellyvoir: weezlord has me really salty on ability denial so I'm not a fan
Exelego: not a fan of special rock mons as you don't really get a stab outside of your power herb meteor beam
Poryrigus: THIRD NORMAL/GHOST ez pass
Weasol: ig if we want a weavile clone we take this but it's really boring
Magmovire: gets speed basically for free against way too much of the meta so I'm not a fan
Magmacroak: why do we need another Deciduskorch ability when it's already kinda obnoxious on one mon
Golisotops: too similar to Golisopod so i think it's pretty boring
Hitmonklang: Another Steel technician mon, and we don't have any Plus/Minus mons for the second part of the ability so it's useless and boring
Marowak: We just got three Fires, all three of which are physical to a degree, so I don't want another so soon

I guess if I have to vote, it's Weasol and Golisotops but everything else just seems not good, redundant or uninteresting.

should've been alpha drop slate

:Exeggutor::Exeggutor-Alola:
This looks like a funny sun abuser, and while its ability is essencially Ripen + Chlorophyll + Harvest, it does make the most of such effects thanks to solid stats and a typing that I'm sure sun teams could appreciate to a degree, overall it's a good pick if you want more support for sun teams.

:Jellicent::Gardevoir:
This mon is going around with budget Pillage, anyways, its typing, movepool and stats let it pull a ton of sets, acting as a special wall that can also sweep, overall it's something to consider.

:Nihilego::Exeggutor-Alola:
While it has a solid SpA stat, it overlaps a lot with Buzzeggutor and is just an stat stick, not a fan.

:Porygon2::Cofagrigus:
While Cofazor and two Normal/Ghost types exists, this uses the utility of Cofagrigus and Porygon2 to make a way different alternative that provides solid defensive utility, especially by giving a more defensive usage to Pillage to disrupt Regen cores and the like, a solid SpA and Teleport also prevents it from being too passive, I like it.

:Absol::Weavile:
This is just Weavile with CC, it's boring, but usable, so it exists for me.

:Magmortar::Electivire:
This is just budget :Groudon::Plusle: unless you want to cheese with the ability, lmao

:Magmortar::Toxicroak:
This is budget :Decidueye::Centiskorch:, not a fan

:Golisopod::Kabutops:
Weird mon, its ability and stats complement it well to act as a scary sweeper, but its ability effectively puts it into a timer as well to switch out once it gets enought chip, not a fan.

:Klinklang::Hitmontop:
This looks like a scary setup sweeper, and it even has the tools for it and some utility in Rapid Spin, surely considerable, but it may be too much

:Marowak::Marowak-Alola:
This is just Marowak 2.0, which is a solid addition for TR teams (And teams that want something that punishes passive mons), looks considerable for sure.

Exeggutor-Prime: I don't really think berry mon bad applies to this. most berry mons are either shoehorned into having low base stats (by virtue of fusing with something like greedent), or being wholly reliant on their berry. This is neither of those things. Instead it's a possible sun abuser, OTR abuser, all while also having the surprise berry factor. I like it.

Jellivoir: This is kinda a pillager, but I like the actual pillager much better.

Exelego-Alola: Its a special Buzzeggutor. Could be interesting, not too much else to say about it.

Porygrigus: The real pillager. I don't think multiple type repeats matter all too much in a meta with over 100 pokemon, as long as they all do different things. While it is the 3rd Normal/Ghost, Meloslash and Keclyrex are not even Normal/Ghost a lot of the time. I have been submitting a defensive Pillager for the past 2 slates, and i will gladly take this one.

Weasol: It's just Weavile. Still decent though

Magmovire & Magmacroak & Marowak-Prime: The last couple of slates we have recieved an influx of offensive fires (Altarizard, Aurorona, Darmearna, Mr. Ace, Deciduskorch), and I don't see why we should add more at the moment. Poor mascot and grimace and marowak :blobsad:

Golisotops: It's just better Golisopod with Rapid Spin.

Hitmonklang: Idk if this differentiates itself enough from Cofazor (and there aren't any Plus/Minus mons yet so thats sad) :( still cool though

at the moment i would vote for egg prime, porygrigus, and maybe exelego

:Exeggutor::Exeggutor-Alola:
This is a pretty great mon imo. If you are still on that Sun bandwagon, the build took a massive hit from losing Mega Alt Y, so this definitely helps. The Berry Mon bad thing is such a flawed aspect of looking at this Pokémon, as this thing is not defined by its use of berries at all. Its a great fat Psychic wallbreaker, a role I think not really existing atm that can be used to abuse Sun IF YOU WANT and can use berries on or outside of Sun IF YOU WANT. But its most likely just going to play like better Drampa / Alolan Eggy esq type Pokémon. TL;DR Very cool breaker with added weather flair / 10.

:Jellicent::Gardevoir:
This is not bad NGas, this is bad Pilliager. Luckily bad Pillager is on a very good Pokémon here. Jellivoir can play the role of both parents, as either a CM breaker or a defensive Pokémon with plenty utility. I do think its a solid addition to the metagame, but it's just not one if my personal favs this slate. This is subject to change, but we got alot of fairies alr tbf. TL;DR Discount Pillager but brazy / 10.

:Exeggutor-alola::Nihilego:
I think this mon was chosen at a very weird place in FEUU. We got a few Meteor Beamers already, but the real kicker here is its already competing with another Exeggutor-Alola fusion this very slate? Idu how the council could make such an error in judgment, but alas here we are. I will still hyoebit up though, very strong wallbreaker with decent coverage. I think Prime Eggy is just a better additiin for the metagame in general, competes with less existing Pokémon directly. Hurts to say because this is one of mine. TL;DR Wrong Place, Worst Timing / 10.

:Porygon::Cofagrigus:
Cool ig? We got plenty of Normal / Ghosts but notably none keep their typing. Even still, I am not really sold on it, that's just me. I do respect the idea of more defensive additions however. Pillager is also as usual a welcome ability as well. TL;DR Two three spooky Two three blanket / 10.

:Absol::Weavile:
I am not sure Super Weavile is the best choice from a balance perspective. It's SD set does anniliate almost every single defensive Pokémon we got, and while it does not thrash offense the same way Weavile does in OU dur to a much worse speed tier, 110 is still prime real estate considering alot of faster mons drop to a +2 Ice Shard after dome chip. This ain't the Ice type I demanded. TL;DR Weavile on low quality crack / 10.

:Magmortar::Electivire:
My baby. Mascot of a mod I ran for years + a personal addition to the franchise of mine. Which is why this really hurts to say, this mon is not it imo. Magmovire kinda stinks as a special Fire type in a meta when we just added one + got existing access to a bunch of others. If it had the Nasty Plot / raw power or even crazy speed (no fast Fires around here so far) to compete I'd be down but as it stands its kinda eh. I do request if it does not win, that the mods lock it in for a potential FE RU slot. Ability also is much worse than its initial one, change dat. Both Effects combined is both balanced and more reliable. TL;DR Pikachu / 10.

:Magmortar::Toxicroak:
Quite a few of the sentiments for Magmovire exist here, but in slightly reduced quantities. It has boosting options and is our second (WOW) Fire type not weak to rocks. But its physical sets imo are already filled (not outclassed, mind you) by Deciduskorch, a mon that has not been in the meta for 24 Hours yet. And its special sets compete alot with the other Fire types. I get its a fan favorite but its never been like that for me, and maybe if we didn't get 3 Fire types that it competes with just last slate I'd be warmer to it, but here we are. TL;DR Grimace sucks RODG / 10.

:Golisopod::Kabutops:
This Pokémon is great, spikes, Fimp, strong attack, A BUG TUPE. But just one problem l. What the hell is that ability? Weak Armor and Emergency Exit sound like two of the most incompatible abilities you could ever pair. Weak Armor is not all that great already, especially on a Pokemon weak to hazards aka demanding Boots, but is one that actively ounishing you for using it? Kinda wack if you ask me. TL;DR Please change the ability / 10.

:Klinklang::Hitmontop:
This mon feels like an extremely dangerous addition to the meta, so ofc [REDACTED] likes it. I think its too optimized to do what it wants, even though I do mot think it can freely set up outside of screens due to low as hell HP + initial speed. Still pretty scary, I am personally passing on it. TL:DR STABmons Scizor / 10.

:Marowak::marowak-alola:
Now, I know I just roasted the hell out of two other Fire types above, but let me explain why this could be pretty cool. Unlike the rest, this Pokémon is distinct eough from the rest to get by. It is neutral to SR, simehow pretty rare in this meta for a Fire type, byt more importantly its a slow bulky wallbreaker, a role that Fire types simply do not lay claim to in this meta. Our existing offensive fires sit firmly in the 85+ to 105 speed range, so being so far removed from that range is pretty good to me. I must admit the addition of several Fire types last slate does curb my enthusiasm here, but its just from a guaranteed vote to a really considering it. TL;DR Marowak finally viable / 10.

Ngl I think this slate was pretty weird. Why three Fire types after three already won? Multiple Eggies?

Imma vote for:

:porygon2: :cofagrigus:
An actual defensive ghost/normal sounds pretty great for this mod. Our other 2 are either ass or color change so, this is actually the only real normal/ghost. Pillage is always a cool ability and the bulk+typing allows it to check stuff like Catdog and (in the funniest way possible) paracoal and such. Meta is borderline unwallable rn so more defense is probably for the better.

:golisopod: :kabutops:
It's a cool, non-hustle First Impression user of course its epic. Ability should be swift swim+exit though, its current one is stupid

really the only ones I like a lot. The eggys are fine too the rest either suck or are broken

:weavile: :absol:
dont really have anything to say outside of uhhh.. its design is kinda weird ngl. but eh its just kinda better weavile with cc and super luck.

:golisopod: :kabutops:
its probably considerable. even tho its ability is pretty bad, would be alot better if it was swift swim; which would be a really nice addition for rain teams. and also yknow first impression double hazards overall seems alright.

:marowak: :marowak-alola:
eliminate the brontun
4x weak to water but it dos seem pretty cool. trick room sweeper, or even in sun teams with its absolutely nuclear Flare Blitz thanks to 95 Atk and the sun boost.

:exeggutor: :exeggutor-alola:
Latios/Latias typing, sun mon thats not weak to fire.. really neat addition to sun. works as a calm mind sweeper, a specs mon or a life orb mon.

Bad opinion time again. Not going into as much depth as last time, tiers are unordered as always.

Amazing Tier:
:ss/golisopod::ss/kabutops:
I love Golisopod, and that speed tier and Kabutops' movepool do more for it than some people seem to realize, letting it be distinct from Golisopod while preserving what makes it so great. Weak Armor could be cool or could be bad for it depending on what kind of build you're facing, but if it's consistently the latter we can always change to Swift Swim after playtesting.

:ss/porygon2::ss/cofagrigus:
Great mon, don't like that it's Ghost 15 and Normal/Ghost 3 but considering that Keclyrex is always changing type and Meloslash also isn't keeping that typing 90% of the time I'm ok with it. More bulk is much appreciated, defensive Pillage is fun, and it also has Teleport + Trick Room which is pretty epic.

Great Tier:
:ss/exeggutor::ss/exeggutor-alola:
Cool OTR/Sun mon with the option of funny berry sets as a cherry on top, plus it adds another non-ability-reliant special breaker, which is something that only really applies to a couple of megas and maybe Gosseph rn. The superior egg this slate.

:ss/absol::ss/weavile:
This is probably my worst take this time around but I like this mon quite a bit. Yeah, it has the same typing as Weavile but its lower speed tier alongside some newfound coverage should cause it play fairly differently, making it play as more of a wallbreaker and forcing it to rely on priority vs offense in a "cracked Bisharp that can't switch into things" kind of way, whether it choses a consistent Ice Shard or demonic Sucker Punch. Also, on a side note, this mon is pretty solid evidence that even early main FE had a stupidly high power level, considering it was the 25th fusion ever and its mega was legal.

Good Tier:
:ss/nihilego::ss/exeggutor-alola:
Funny Meteor Beam mon, should play differently from the other two we have but the fact that we do already have two is why it's not in Great. Mon's cool otherwise, solid breaker like Prime Egg is with an arguably-better offensive typing. Also, anyone who says this is just special Buzzegg is wrong lol.

:ss/jellicent::ss/gardevoir:
Ghost 15 and Fairy 15 in one mon, oh boy. Besides that this mon is objectively very good, easily good enough to warrant a Great despite its typing considering how many great tools it has at its disposal, but fsr it just doesn't appeal to me, and I really can't explain why. Sorry :(

:ss/klinklang::ss/hitmontop:
This mon's sick except for the fact that it concerns me and is also Steel 15. Gear Grinds and Axels hit like a truck, and while it's not unwallable, its checks are few and far between. Idt it's broken, but it is scary enough to be down here in Good instead of Great.

Decent Tier:
:ss/marowak::ss/marowak-alola:
And speaking of things that concern me but probably hopefully aren't broken, here's another mon in that camp. 634 Attack on switch-in with SD in the back is insane, and while it's a great room abuser, something I've been hoping for more of, it's way too similar to our only other non-OTR room abuser Crustboar, a slow, bulky, physically-offensive Fire. The difference is that this doesn't have nearly as harsh of a downside so it's just kinda objectively better. I wouldn't hate to see this in but it's definitely my least favourite mon this slate, despite still being interesting enough to warrant a Decent.

:ss/magmortar::ss/electivire:
It's not bad here or anything, just too niche to really stand out in such a dense meta. Poor mascot, maybe it can fit into RU with the right ability :(

:ss/magmortar::ss/toxicroak:
I wasn't on the Grimace train when this was first conceived in main FE, nor was I on the Grimace train when it was subbed to and won in Smash, so it shouldn't be surprising that I still don't feel it rn. It's definitely a funny mon, both in design and in play, but Smash has proved that it's pretty mid at a lower power level than what we have going on here, so I don't think it's the right pick rn.

No meh or bad tiers this time, every mon is some degree of viable which is a welcome change of pace, even if a few of these probably should've been swapped out after the last slate ended.

Thoughts

:exeggutor:/:exeggutor-alola:: Honestly seems like a pretty decent mon for sun teams. Like you can bitch about it being a berry mon all you want, but it's still getting double speed in sun while also not being a typical grass or fire type mon. I'm feeling a light 7/10 on this one.

:jellicent:/:gardevoir:: Bootleg pillager is neat on this thing, but I just feel lukewarm on this. Like if it wins I'm not gonna be like "grrr this mon bad meta bad FE UU is forever bad!" but I won't be thrilled either. It's a solid meh/10

:nihilego:/:exeggutor-alola:: Listen I like me a special rock type, I think it's a neat idea especially when paired with alolan exeggutor. However we already have two meteor beam mons and as a result I feel as though this glass tree would be redundant. I'm giving this a light 6/10.

:porygon2:/:cofagrigus:: If you pass on this because it's the third normal ghost type, you're an idiot. Meloslash and Keckleon on a horse are not gonna stay normal/ghost most of the time. This is still a solid defensive pokemon with access to pillager, and it will probably win. I think it's very much a welcome addition. I'm giving this a strong 9/10.

:weavile:/:absol:: I do not care for this mon in any capacity. It's just weavile on crack, and I would rather not let the crack weasel enter the meta. This is a strong 2/10.

:Magmortar:/:Electivire:: Oh the mascot is here. Before I get into the bad I want to get into the good. It has a neat ability. Anyway this thing is not it in any capacity. It's going to get outclassed by the already existing fire types, meaning there's no real reason to use this. It's just underwhelming. TL;DR Mascot sucks G-Luke / 10.

1629972960173.png
: Alas poor Grimace, if only Deciduskorch didn't get in, maybe you'd have a better chance. There is something poetic about Grimace, arguably part of the reason FE:UU exists, coming in at a time where he's not needed. Honestly even if Deciduskorch didn't come in and do what Grimace but better, I'd still be reluctant to let him in. Sure he's not weak to rocks, but would he be able to survive in this meta or would putting him in here be the equivalent of dumping a toddler in a college course? Honestly it's for the best that he stays in FE:OU and Smash for now. I give him a Goodnight Sweet Prince/10.

:Golisopod:/:Kabutops:: My sentiments echo the majority of sentiments here. It's a fucking great addition held back by it's garbage ability. Just change it to swift swim or hell even battle armor and it would get a strong 10/10 from me. As it stands right now it's just a light 8 out of 10.

:Klinklang:/:Hitmontop:: Do you fuckers really want a mon with shift gear on top of a tech boosted gear grind in here? I don't. FUCK NO/10

:Marowak:/:marowak-alola::This is a bit alarming to me. Sure it's slow and dies to anything remotely damp, but it's great offensive typing plus it's thick juicy girthy bone just erecting that attack stat to new heights is scary. Plus it would completely outclass Crustaboar as an OTR mon, which I would rather not have. I give this one a solid 4/10.

:exeggutor::exeggutor-alola: Neat mon, I love the idea of a slow mon with both TR and Chlorophyll, allows it to have two distinct ways of Speed Control and fit into different teams. Has quite a bunch of versatile options overall thanks to stats and movepool, having good coverage on both fronts, means of setting up and as previously mentioned, Trick Room. Ability mostly works for Chlorophyll, but I can't wait to see what kind of gimmicky berry sets arrive from it. Definitly my top pick if I were to vote.

:jellicent::gardevoir: I also am quite found of this. Good offensive type, awesome use of a bulkier proto-pillage, can work both as defensive or offensive mon. My one issue with it is the meta being already loaded with Ghosts and Fairies.

:porygon2::cofagrigus: Much like Jellivoir, has a bulkier usage for Pillage (can't use offensive sets as well though). Its just overall a good defensive choice, not much to add that isn't super obvious. Tied with Jellivoir for what would be my second pick this slate.

:golisopod::kabutops: Its Golisopod lol. As far as Golisopod with a bette Speed tier goes as an addition, I think it would be fine. Good First Impression utility, can use Flip Turn quite well, works as an offensive spiker, all that good stuff. Would be my third pick.

:exeggutor-alola::nihilego: Works fine. Exeggutor has great coverage to aid Nihilego, would run Meteor Beam sets and whatnot. Its very straightforward on what it does, but I think there are more interesting choices this slate. Not a bad pick though, fits well enough into the mod so I take it as my fourth pick.

:weavile::absol: / :hitmonchan::klinklang: Pairing them because similar thoughts: Kinds stong power level, good Set-Up, would probably be more balanced without Axel. Hitmonklang leans more into broken than Weasol, but overall the two of them would be very relevant from a meta standpoint, as they have more specific checks than other offensive mons this slate (For an example, Hitmonklang's best answer is Toucosta, which isn't very common). They could easily be toned down later though, so I'll take them as a tie for my fifth pick.

:marowak::marowak-alola: Similar to the above, but overlaps with Crustboar. Not much else to add. Would be my sixth pick.

:magmortar::electivire: / :magmortar::toxicroak: I really like both of these, but they are both kind of underpowered. Wpuld prefer to see them in RU than here, so they're tied for my last pick.
