If you are a newcomer, it is highly recommended for you to read this post.

Welcome, everyone, to Fusion Evolution Under Used! This is a spin-off of Fusion Evolution. Please read through all the rules before submitting!

Lore

1606925581492.png
Log Date, 12 2 20. The Fusion project has been a failure. The power of the hybrids were greater than expected and they could not be restrained.

Mr Giovanni has gone mad with power and ceases to desist on taking control over these cleaerly uncontrolable, unstable destructive beasts.
1606925767523.png

It's not just him either. Some of the Grunts and the Scientists still would rather follow his ideology, it is bringing Team Rocket to shambles.
1606926190713.png

And on top of that, most of our resources were stolen by Colress. I fear we may not be able to proceed with the project as well as we once did...
1606925833378.png

1606925581492.pngWe must try. We have to keep Team Rocket up until we can save Giovanni from madness. We may be short on scientists and on resources, but we must make use of what we have! After all, even if our own hybrids turn out not as strong as Giovanni's, that only means we may be able to propperly handle them. Who knows, we may even be able to restrain some of the fusions from the previous project. Now...

ASSEMBLE THE REMAINING GRUNTS! We have a lot of work to do.

Important Rules
What's different for FEUU from Main FE and Alpha?
Pretty simply put, UU will atempt to restore the long-lost balance in an FE metagame. Unlike Alpha, mons don't need to fit a pre-determined role or anything like that, just submit what you want to, as long as it's balanced. Underpowered fusions from the main Fusion Evolution will drop to UU over time

Submissions and Voting
You may only submit up to six fusions per slate. Before submitting, make sure the fusions doesn't already exist either here or in the main mod. You vote for up to 6 fusions submitted in one round, and the ammount of self votes depends on how many submissions you have done - 6 or 5 submissions allow for 3 self votes, 4 or 3 allow for 2 self votes and 2 or 1allow for a single self vote.

Submission Format & Guide

Fusion:
(Fusion name)
Type: The type of the fusion
Stat Distribution: The stats of the fusion
Ability: Ability (A + B) - Effect
Relevant Moves: What moves will be most common on this fusion's sets?
Intended Role: (Eg. Hazard Setter, Special Wall, Set-Up Sweeper)
Role Justification: Why should this fusion be voted in and what does it bring to the meta? How does this fusion fill its role?

It should be noted that all submissions should be based around the metagame- If "fast" in this pet mod ends up being around 90-100 a powerful attacker with a "poor" speed of 90 wouldn't be appropriate. Also, while not necessarely a rule, please avoid the jokey/silly names. I"m sure we've all had a laugh or two at naming fusions things like Shrek and Nut but that joke has gotten old very quickly and I'd rather the pet mod to have a more serious focus.

Now, onto how each thing works:
- You can fuse any Pokemon. The only rule is that it must be balanced.
- To get the stats of the Fusion, you simply average the stats of both Pokemon, rounded down. Then, you have a total of +40 to add to its bst, with a maximum of +20 on a single stat.
- Each Pokemon donates one of its types to the fusion. A fusion of
Charizard and Corviknight can be all of Fire / Flying, Fire / Steel, Steel / Flying or Pure Flying.
- For the ability, you select one ability from each parent and create a new one, mixing the effects of both abilities. In case both donated abilities are the same, the Fusion will instead gain +5 base points to all of its stats.
- Fusions get the movepool of both of their parents.

To aid everyone, we have a Fusion Tool made by charizard8888 and aided by OPStellar.

As for alternate forms, if it's an out-of-battle form change, it's treated as a separate pokémon. Otherwise, the formula goes as it follows:
Origin and Crowned
Nothing happens when you give Griseous Orb to Altered Giratina fusions, or Rusted Shield/Sword to base Zamazenta/Zacian forms. You can use those forms separately for fusions (Pikachu + Crowned Zacian, for example).

Mega Evolutions
Use Mix 'n' Mega rules, so Mega Fused Pokemon get the same stat buffs that their parent would, and the custom ability is overwritten with the Mega's ability. Also the SECONDARY type changes accordingly.

Greninja -> Greninja-Ash
A/B/C/D/E/F becomes A/B(+50)/C/D(+50)/E/F(+10)

Eiscue -> Noice Eiscue
A/B/C/D/E/F becomes A/B/C(-40)/D/E(-40)/F(+80)

Darmanitan -> Darmanitan-Zen
Stat out with its base form, the pure Fire type, as the basis of the fusion. Then the stats are made as A/B/C/D/E/F to A/D/(C+50)/B/(E+50)/(F-40) and secondary type becomes Psychic (even if there was no secondary type).

Galarian Darmanitan -> Galarian Darmanitan-Zen
Stat out with its base form, the pure Ice type, as the basis of the fusion. Then the stats are made as A/B/C/D/E/F to A/B(+20)/C/D/E/F(+40) and secondary type becomes Fire (even if there was no secondary type).

Meloetta Aria -> Meloetta Pirouette
Meloetta's form changes are the same as its normal forms, and you create the fusion as if it were fusing with Meloetta Aria form, and then it can transform with Relic Song. This causes the secondary typing to become Fighting (even if there was no 2nd type before). Also, the stats are swapped, not calculated again. If the base form has stats A/B/C/D/E/F, the Fighting-type form has stats of A/D/F/B/C/E (call these forms whatever you like).

Aegislash Shield -> Aegislash Blade
Aegislash works similarly to Meloetta, with you creating the Fusion with the Shield form, and then changing forms with King's Shield or by attacking (i.e. How Stance Change works) and the stats swap like such: A/B/C/D/E/F becomes A/C/B/E/D/F.

Minior Meteor -> Minior
This one is similar to Aegislash in how it should be fused. Start out with Shield Form then the Stats swap as A/B/C/D/E/F to A/C/B/E/D/(F+60)

School Wishiwashi -> Solo Wishiwashi
This one is very tricky, but we found a solution.
It goes as follows:
  1. Calculate the raw stats (and apply DNA boosts when applicable) of the other parent and Wishiwashi-School.
  2. To find the stats of Solo form, do the following:
    • Multiply Attack by 1/7
    • Multiply Defense by 1/6
    • Multiply Special Attack and Special Defense by 1/5
    • add 10 points to speed
    • round all stats down when applicable

Zygarde-10% -> Zygarde-100%
A/B/C/D/E/F becomes (A+162)/B/(C+50)/(D+30)/(E+10)/(F-30).

Zygarde-50% -> Zygarde-100%
A/B/C/D/E/F becomes (A+108)/B/C/(D+10)/E/(F-10).

Dawn Wings and Dusk Mane Necrozma -> Ultra Necrozma
This is how Stitch98 figured out the form change process:
Just like Giratina Origin and Black&White Kyurem, this forms are considered as independent from regular Necrozma, since they are obtainable outside of the battle. Fusions that come from any of the two can transform into their Ultra form if holding the Depleted UltraNecrozmium Z, similarly to Mega Evolutions. Ultra form's characteristics are defined as follows:
  1. Calculate base form's stats as usual, making averages between Necrozma DW/DM's and other DNA donors's stats and adding a total of +40 base points.
  2. After adding the +40 bonus, select the highest attacking stat between Attack and Special Attack and the highest defensive stat between Defense and Special Defense.
  3. The stat spread of the Ultra form is calculated like this:
    • Attack and Special Attack are equal to the highest attacking stat chosen before, +10 base points.
    • Defense and Special Defense are equal to the highest defensive stat chosen before, -30 base points.
    • Speed is equal to base form's Speed, +52 base points.
    • HP are the same as base form's.
  4. Secondary type of the Ultra form becomes Dragon (even if there was no secondary type).
  5. The ability of the Ultra form becomes Neuroforce.

Eternamax Eternatus
Eternamax is both unobtainable and an in-battle form change that is only triggered in story, so it can't be used in any way.

FE UU Submission Guide
ferros.png
manicuno-galar.png
snortine.png

Greetings! If you are a new face around here who discovered this Pet Mod for it being on the main server, this post is directed at you. My goal with this post is explain how the thread and the forum works, how you can make your own fusions follow the rules and lastly how to make your fusions more desireable and avoid being broken. It is highly recommended for you to read this before submitting anything.

1 - Where to Start

This section goes over the rules of the thread, forum and submissions. It is arguablyone of the most important parts of this whole post, so pelase read it carefully.

Fusion Evolution Under Used is a metagame based on a submission system. This means that every fusion playable in the Mod was manually crafted by an user, and voted on by the community to be accepted into the metagame. FE UU works on what's known as a Slate-Based Phase System. What that means is that there will be a specific time for when you are allowed to submit your things. In FE UU's case, we have three different Phases: Submission Phase, Voting Phase, and Discussion Phase.

- Submission Phase is the only momment where people are allowed to submit their fusions. All your fusions must be on the same post, so if need be, edit your post to include your new ideas. People are only allowed to make a maximum of 6 fusions per Slate. If you have a suggestion to someone else's fusion, I would request you to do so through direct messaging, in order to not flood the thread. Once this phase closes, the Council will go over which fusions need to be nerfed or vetoed, usually for being broken. This "revision", sort of say, lasts for 24 hours to allow the submitters to nerf their submissions as suggested. After this, Voting Phase begins.

- Voting Phase is when people are allowed to vote over which submitted fusions should be added to the metagame. You can vote for up to 6 fusions.there is an aditional rule to using these votes to vote for yourself though - it depends on how many submissions you've done. If you have 1 or 2 submissions, you can only vote for a single fusion of yours. If you have submitted 3 or 4, you can vote for up to 2 of your fusions. If you submitted 5 or 6, you can vote for up to 3 of your fusions. People tend to vote with Pokémon icons (for an example, :toucannon::carracosta: to vote for a fusion of Toucannon and Carracosta). While this is not at all required, if you want to do so, you can achieve it by doing :[pokemon]:. All your votes must be included on the same post. The fusions with most votes get added into the Mod, and that leads us to Discussion Phase.

- Discussion Phase is rather simple and usually small. People simply discuss the winners, their possible sets and what impact they have on the metagame. Not much that can go wrong here. Once this phase ends, we go back to a new Submission Phase.

The three of these combined create what's known as a Slate. Slates are simply the name given to determine when a group of winners was added into the Mod. Slates usually go in the order of Submission ---> Voting ---> Discussion.

We also have what are known as Drop Slates. As the Mod's name implies, Fusion Evolution Under Used exists as a metagame below Fusion Evolution Over Used. Drop Slates are essentially our equivalent of Tier Shifts, and they happen every 5 Slates. The way Drops work is that 10 fusions from FE OU are presented to the people to discuss for a short period of time, and users can vote on which of them should be added, as usual. As you might have noticed, during Drop Slates, users cannot submit fusions of their own. This essentially means that Drop Slates only have 2 Phses, going in the order of Discussion ---> Voting.

In any of these phases, please avoid posting one-liners. If you have something small to say to someone, please do so through their message walls wather than the thread. I'd also request that, in case you see anyone breaking any of the rules, the Council would rather you inform us and let us take care of it instead of you taking action yourself.

2 - Submission Rules

Now that you know when to submit and how the thread works, let's move on to how the submission format works. These are all detailed in the first post of this thread, but this post will go more in-depth about it. You can use this tool to help you in creating submissions.

- First, you are going to need to think of two Pokémon to use. The only rule is that you cannot pick in-battle form changes to do a fusion's base form (No using Pirouette Meloetta or Mega Camerupt to make a fusion. You'd need to submit them with Meloetta or Camerupt and then apply the form changes effects). For the name of the fusion, it should be made up of a combination of the component's names and be rather intuitive so it's easier to understand what it is a fusion of it. For an example, Grimmlurkis very clearly a combination of Grimmsnarl and Golurk.

- You pick one type from each component. These types have to come from the pokémon making the fusion, so for an example a fusion of Torterra + Infernape cannot be Rock-Type. You cannot pick two types from the same component either, so still on the example of Torterra and Infernape, the fusion cannot be Fire / Fighting because both of those types come from Infernape. Instead the possible type combos for the Torterra + Infernape fusion would be Grass / Fire, Grass / Fighting, Ground / Fire and Ground / Fighting, because in all of those cases, each component gives the fusion one type.

- To get the stats, you average the stats of the components, rounding down (The linked tool does this automatically). You then have 40 points you can add to those stats, with a maximum of +20 in a single stat. So, for an example, if your fusion has 108 Special Attack, you can make that go all the way up to 128 Special Attack. You cannot make it any higher than that, howver, because then it would be increasing a stat by more than 20 points. You also cannot lower stats regardless of the circumstances.

- The ability is where things get a little complicated. You can mix up the effects of both abilities to an extent. For an example, Justified raises Attack by 1 stage when hit by a Dark move, and Magic Bounce will bounce back status moves used against the user. A combination of both could result in an ability that bounces back Dark-Type moves that target the user. If you are not sure what to do for an ability, you could simply put "Effects of both abilities". If you fuse two abilities that have the same effect, such as Rough Skin + Iron Barbs, or Torrent + Torrent, you'll just get the original ability, and will also get a +5 Base Stat Point in each of your base stats. Do note however that this effect has to make sense considering the original abilities' effects. In the case of Mega Evolutions and Primal Reversions, the original mega/primal's ability will replace the current one. For an example, every Mega Venusaur fusion would have Thick Fat as its ability, rather than a new ability created by the fusion.

3 - Making Balanced and Desired Submissions

Alright so now that you know how the thread works and how the submission format works, I'm going to guide you on how to make sure your submissions are not too overpowered (which prevents them from being vetoed) and how to make submissions who would be more fitting for the metagame. This is undoubtly the single most important part of this entire post so please read it carefully.

3.1 Knowing the Metagame

The best way to start is simple taking a good look over at the Spreadsheet, visiting our Wiki and playing the Metagame. This will allow you to know what the Mod already has. This means both for Metagame Roles and for Pokémon Used. You might think it's a great idea to submit a defensive Steel / Flying Pokémon or a physically offensive Electric / Fighting fusion, but we have
corveot.png
Corveot and
strikados-galar.png
Strikados-Galar already. Adding another defensive Steel / Flying would only lead to it and Corveot competing with one another, with eventually one being better than the other, leaving one of them a simply worse or more gimmicky, less viable version of the other. Similarly, it's highly recomended to avoid using Pokémon with an already-winning fusion when creating your own. This is because this would very likely result in a fusion with similar stats, who shares half of its movepool, and potentially typing and having a simillar ability to an already existing fusion. In other words, if there is already a fusion that uses Grimmsnarl, it's recomended for you to avoid doing another fusion with Grimmsnarl yourself.

3.2 Consider Everything

A Pokémon's usability is composed of a combination of its Typing, Stats, Movepool, Ability and the Metagame around it. You have to consider everything when making a Fusion. You have to think about which relevant moves affects its viability, how that move affects its other moves or ability, how well suited its stats are for its ability, what in the Metagame loses to it and what beats it.

I highly suggest you to think of the abilities and look over the moves before you alter the stats. This allows you to adjust your power level according to what else you have. For an example, offensive Pokémon with poor coverage and no means of setting up usually can get away with higher offensive stats than the ones that do have good coverage and means of setting up. Similarly, defensive Pokémon with no reliable means of recovery usually are more tolerable to have high bulk when compared to defensive Pokémon with good reliable recovery (We have a living example of this with
weezlord-galar.png
Weezlord-Galar being very bulky but having poor recovery.

Remember that you are allowed to use LC and NFE Pokémon when creating fusions. This is very relevant as most Pokémon have a pretty big boost in Stats and Movepool when evolving, and an evolution might be too strong for a fusion ehile it's pre-evolved form is tamer. This goes for both Stats and Movepools, and is usually more relevant with Legendaries. For an example, all of
yacian-crowned.png
Yacian,
igglyzenta-crowned.png
Igglyzenta and
eternabat.png
Eternabat use LC Pokémon with Legendaries in order to balance out their stats. Similarly, Dragapult is a Pokémon balanced around getting good set-up with Dragon Dance but not having good reliable Ghost STAB on the Physical side, so
pigapult.png
Pigapult uses Pignite instead of Emboar, to balance out the fusion's stats where having good set-up and STABs is acceptable. To sum it up, if you are using two Pokémon that creates a result with high stats (usually Legendaries) or has very string synergy between the components' movepool and ability, it is recommended to try out using the pre-evolved form of one of the components instead.

3.3 Have a Goal

A Fusion works best when you have in mind what you want it to do. Don't fuse two Pokémon for the sake of them being counterparts, or because you think they would look cool together, or because they're two of your favourite Pokémon, or anything like that. Fusion Evolution Under Used is a competitive metagame, meaning that your submissions should have competitive value and not be broken. Think of what your fusion does in the metagame, and what does it add.

Try to also not being generic when thinking on this. Don't try to think just "I want a physically offensive pokémon", try to think of what moves it can use and in what way that will set it apart from the rest of the metagame. For an example, Cryogolem uses Rapid Spin, combined with Galvanize, to be a Rapid Spinner that isn't blocked by the traditional spinblockers, all while still having a now Electric-Type Rapid Spin so that opposing Ground-Types can still block it. Garborude uses Status Absorption combined with Set-Up Moves and Recovery to be a reliable Stallbreaker.

The point is that your fusion should have a purpose, and that purpose needs to be fitting for the Metagame to grow.

3.4 Keeping Balance

Making unbalanced submissions is a common and easy mistake to make. The first thing you should avoid doing is giving submissions too high stats. Generally, you should aim for having two of Bulk, Offensive Presence and Speed. Generally, you don't want to go much higher than 130 for attack and Special Attack, and the higher your Speed the lower your Offensive stats should be. If you have too high Defenses you shouldn't have too high Hp, and so on. In case of doubt, always use the Damage Calculator.

Similarly, people tend to struggle with Abilities. Generally, avoid abilities that double your stats under easy to achive conditions, or no conditions at all. This also includes other multipliers - Don't stack up different multipliers (say, Transistor + Strong Jaw boosting Thunder Fang twice is not something you should do). I'd also advise against creating new field effects - they are an unnecessary addition and eventually clutter the meta. Your abilities should also usually be easy to understand and not have many effects at once. Usually your abilities are supposed to be easy to explain in two sentences at most.

Generally, if you feel like your ability is really poweful to the point you need to make a fusion with poor stats to make up for it, it is not worth it to keep the ability effect.
Fusions that do this end up either being really underwhelming or too broken, with very little in-between.

If you are just starting out, you should avoid abilities such as Huge/Pure Power, Fur Coat, Ice Scales, Fluffy, Shadow Tag, Arena Trap, Magnet Pull, Moody, Wonder Guard. They are generally the hardest ones to balance out and it isn't easy for a beginner to work with them.

Thank you for reading up until here! If you're still unsure about your submission's power level, or wether you understood the rules at all, you can join our discord and ask around. Enjoy!

New Ability: Beast Hustle = (Beast Boost + Hustle)
Ability Description: This Pokemon's highest stat is multiplied by 1.5 and the accuracy of all of its moves is multiplied by 0.8.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
…Flare Blitz, Fire Punch, Triple Axel, Ice Shard, Seed Bomb, Drill Run, Brick Break, Knock Off, Brave Bird, Rapid Spin.
…Fire Blast, Overheat, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Freeze-Dry.
…Calm Mind, Spikes, Memento.
Role Justification: This thing's the incarnation of glass cannon, sure it lacks almost any defensive qualities, yet it's always gonna leave holes in the opposite team thanks to its great offensive typing and ability. Not only this but its coverage movepool aids its STABs in physical sets, meanwhile special ones have access to Freeze-Dry to hit Water types that'd otherwise wall It. Still surfers from the large drawback of Beast Hustle's accuracy reduction.

New Ability: Stacked Fears = (Intimidate + Beast Boost)
Ability Description: On switch-in, this Pokemon lowers the highest stat of adjacent opposing Pokemon by 1 stage. Inner Focus, Oblivious, Own Tempo, Scrappy, and Pokemon behind a substitute are immune.
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
…Flare Blitz, Heat Crash, Gyro Ball, Heavy Slam, Iron Head, U-turn, Earthquake, Superpower, Body Press, Stone Edge, Fake Out.
…Parting Shot, Stealth Rock, Taunt, Bulk Up, Will-o-Wisp, Swords Dance, Roar.
Role Justification: Another slow pivot, this time a physicaly oriented one. While its typing and movepool are fantastic and its stats are quite decent, the main atribute this mon has is its ability, which will always be handy since every pokemon of every role will be hindered in some way due to it, either making offensive mons easier to switch into or walls easier to break through.

New Ability: Levitator = (Regenerator + Levitate)
Ability Description: Has the effects of both
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
: Knock Off, Power Whip, Gyro Ball, Body Press
: Giga Drain, Flash Cannon, Future Sight, Infestation
: Leech Seed, Toxic, Stealth Rock, Synthesis, Morning Sun
Role Justification: Here we have a physical wall with all the tools a physical wall needs. I figured this wouldn't be too insane even as a grass/steel type. It can stall you out if it really wanted to with a combo of toxic/leech seed/infestation but it does have some good attacking moves for what it is, and access to knock off on a wall is something that most people would like to use.

New Ability: Regenerator = (Regenerator + Regenerator)
Ability Description: Regenerator
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
: N/A
: Scald, Future Sight, Sludge Bomb
: Recover, Slack Off, Stealth Rock, Toxic
Role Justification: Oh wow a special wall this time from galarian slowking and ... corsola. Yes CORSOLA, REGULAR ASS CORSOLA. Somehow this works out really well, but that's mostly due to the combo ability of regenerator and regenerator. Anyway so lessapex is basically a specially oriented version of toxapex, and in most cases would probably end up using similar sets. The main difference is that this can set up rocks instead of t-spikes and it lacks haze which is probably the biggest fault for Galarian Corsoking.

New Ability: Cursed Analysis = (Cursed Body + Analytic)
Ability Description: Has the effects of both
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
: N/A
: Night Shade, Tri-Attack, Shadow Ball, Scald
: Recover, Strength Sap, Stealth Rock, Will-o-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Teleport
Role Justification: Alright so here's a wall that can do both. Normal/Ghost gives you three immunities meaning this bucko can switch in on some conk about to close combat and take nothing from it. Now even though this thing gets night shade its other attacking options aren't terrible since it has analytic with a not terrible special attacking stat. However if you're using this thing you're slapping that purple lump in its ... branches and watching it be a wall.

Ability Description: Has the effects of both abilities
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
: Knock Off
: Moonblast, Earth Power, Scald
: Wish, Teleport, Stealth Rock, Toxic, Moonlight, Softboiled

New Ability: Tranquil Fury = (Berserk + Serene Grace)
Ability Description: Has the effects of both abilities
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
: U-Turn
: Fiery Wrath, Hurricane, Air Slash, Fire Blast, Dazzling Gleam, Future Sight, Psyshock, Psychic, Grass Knot
: Roost, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Defog, Morning Sun, Soft-Boiled, Nasty Plot, Memento
Role Justification: Here we have a special wall similar to Galarian Moltres itself. However it gains two essential tools that G-Moltres lacks. The first of which is actual coverage, namely fire coverage and grass knot which can deal with ice and rock types respectively. The second and more important tool is roost, or rather healing in general. Togetic has a three whole healing options, which is three more than G-Moltres. Now while you can be a special wall with this thing, similar to Pinnaught, it can turn into a devistating wall breaker. Beserk, Nasty Plot, and Roost could turn this thing into a nightmare, with two slots left for attacking moves. However it's limited because unless you like getting stabbed with rocks, the only item this thing is holding are boots.

Ability Description: Has the effects of both abilities
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
: Gyro Ball, Heavy Slam, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Body Press, Heat Crash, Explosion
: Infestation
: Toxic, Teleport, Thunder Wave, Stealth Rock, Curse
Role Justification: This was designed to be a physical wall however this wall packs a major punch with gyro ball. Analytic boosted gyro ball means it can do more than just stall. Aside from that it gets teleport to help it get out of sticky situations, curse to set up, toxic to stall, and thunder wave to ruin sweepers even more.

New Types:

Base Stats: 80 / 62 / 105 / 80 / 120 / 95 [BST: 542] (+10 Def, +20 SpD, +10 Spe)
New Ability: Hive Mind (Unnerve + Swarm)- While this pokemon is active, opposing pokemon cannot use Bug type moves.
Relevant Moves:
Physical- U-Turn, Body Press
Special- Leaf Storm, Psychic, Psyshock, Giga Drain, Future Sight, Shadow Ball
Status- Recover, Sticky Web, Aromatherapy, Calm Mind, Leech Seed, Iron Defense
Justification: Calybeetle is a defensive pivot with a very versatile Ability. Its most notable trait is that it nullifies its only 4x weakness, however, it also nullifies a bunch of relevant Bug type moves as well, including things like U-Turn, First Impression, Quiver Dance, Tail Glow, and Sticky Web. Outside of its Ability, Calybeetle is able to set up Sticky Web itself and has reliable recovery. Its offensive stats are subpar, but it could run a Calm Mind or a Body Press set. Even with an effective Bug immunity, it still has a bad defensive type with 6 weaknesses.

DNA Donors: Sableye/Ninetales
Offspring name: Sabetails
New Type:

Base Stats: Normal: 61 / 75 / 95 / 73 / 82 / 95 (481) (+20 Def, +20 Spe)
Mega: 61 / 85 / 145 / 93 / 132 / 65 (581)
New ability and desc: Normal: Shining Surprise (Snow Warning + Prankster): On switch-in, summons sun for 5 to 8 turns and automatically uses the 1st move in it's moveset. If the opponent is Dark-type, the 2nd part of this ability doesn't activate, and doesn't activate again until the sun goes away.
Mega: Magic Bounce
Notable Moves: Nasty Plot, Fire Blast, Shadow Ball, Solar Beam, Power Gem, Recover, Psychic, Trick, Memento, Encore, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Disable, Roar
Role Identification: An idea I had for a fusion, but changed to fit the current feel of this metagame. It may have mediocre stats, but the ability saves it. Abuse your auto Nasty Plot without worrying about too much if you have the 1st turn, and if your extra naughty, you can cripple your opponent by suicide, or Roar them out. When things are getting wary, the Mega can save you with the gargantuan defenses it has and Magic Bounce as well. Stealth Rock still sucks.

DNA Donors: Toxicroak/Diggersby
Offspring name: Toxigger
New Type:

Base Stats: 84 / 101 / 71 / 68 / 71 / 101 (496) (+20 Atk, +20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Fluctuance (Huge Power + Poison Touch): Physical moves have a 30% chance to double in power and always inflict poison.
Notable Moves: Swords Dance, Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Drain Punch, Mach Punch, Superpower, Ice Punch, Stone Edge, Spikes, Knock Off, U-Turn,
Role Identification: It's a glass cannon with some interesting quirks. While it may not have much in the way of power, it does have a good chance to deal monstrous damage and inflict a nasty status effect alongside any of its physical moves. Poison/Ground is also a good offensive typing, but not that much defensively. It also has a lot of good tools like U-Turn, Superpower, Ice Punch, and Stone Edge, as well as Spikes. Neutrality to Stealth Rock is also always nice.

DNA Donors: Sliggoo/Gligar
Offspring name: Siggar
New Type:

Base Stats: 66 / 75 / 99 / 79 / 89 / 72 (480) (+20 Def, +20 SpA)
New ability and desc: Vaccination (Hydration + Immunity): Immune to all non-volatile status conditions.
Notable Moves: Roost, Dragon Pulse, Earthquake, Earth Power, Curse, U-Turn, Stealth Rock, Defog, Knock Off, Toxic
Role Identification: It is quite a weaker mon, but being built for Eviolite makes it quite useful as a hazard setter. Even more so is it's complete immunity to status conditions. No passive damage can stop it, nor immobility, meaning it's able to stop those who rely on Toxic to damage opponents. It also has some good tools, like the good defensive typing and support movepool it has. It can even run a Curse set if you want. However, Dragon/Ground is not really kind to the Ice weakness it has and, despite it's access to Curse, it's still quite passive with the low offensive stats it has, and therefore can be shut down by Taunt.

Just a reminder: You are required to distribute 40 custom stat points. No more, no less.
If you're afraid doing so might make something too buff, invest in a stat it's less likely to use.

New Ability: Growth Veil = (Regenerator + Flower Veil)
Ability Description: Effect of both abilities
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Nope
Moonblast, Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb
Wish, Sleep Powder, Aromatheraphy, Calm Mind, Leech Seed
Role Justification: A defensive pivot that doesn't care about status and can easily act as a cleric makes it have a quite good niche for Balance and Stall teams. Eviolite helps it raise its bulk to quite high levels, and healing by switching means that it isn't weared down easily either.

New Ability: Toxic Attitude = (Corrosion + Merciless)
Ability Description: Effects of both
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Knock Off, Foul Play
Scald, Sludge Bomb, Flamethrower, Venoshock, Ice Beam
Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Nasty Plot, Recover, Haze, Baneful Bunker
Role Justification: Try to poison the opponents with the high amount of options, most notably Toxic out of a lack of switch-ins more often than not out of affecting Steel and Poison types, then threaten them out with a critical hit from your coverage of choosing. Overall it's a good tank that cripples stuff in its path.

Ability Description: Effect of both abilities
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Earthquake, Liquidation, U-Turn, Knock Off, Facade
Nope
Swords Dance, Sticky Web, Stealth Rock, Defog, Roost, Taunt
Role Justification: Another defensive mon with plenty of times to switch in out of not caring about status once it's poisoned and having two immunities, being able to hold Sticky Web and U-Turn also makes it a good lead for teams that like this hazard, and even if it doesn't start off hitting hard, Swords Dance helps it to be a decent stallbreaker.

New Ability: King's Guard = (Queenly Majesty + Hyper Cutter)
Ability Description: The user is immune to priority moves and Attack reduction (self-induced reduction not included).
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Rapid Spin, Crabhammer, Power Whip, Liquidation, Knock Off, U-turn, High Horsepower, High Jump Kick, Triple Axel, X-Scissor, Play Rough, Trop Kick

Swords Dance, Agility, Synthesis
Role Justification: Quite a versatile UU Fusion Pokemon. It can be used as a wallbreaker (Swords Dance), sweeper (Agility), pivot (U-turn), or hazard remover (Rapid Spin). It also has a lot of coverage moves it can choose from. Its ability aids well with its sweeping sets to prevent priority moves from stopping its sweep.

Ability Description: Prankster effects. When at low HP, water moves gain priority
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Flip Turn, Play Rough, Liquidation
Scald
Stealth Rock, Screens
Role Justification: Bulky Slow Pivot with Prankster Stealth Rock. Can also set screens and get in someone safely through Flip Turn. You can also try to spread status with Thunder Wave but that sounds like a weird gimmicky set for this

Do agree that some of the stuff subbed so far looks either too underpowered or too overpowered. If you need a point of reference, check out the first few fusions from the Main Fusion Evolution meta! Fusions such as Vespicor, Heliodra, Scyscor, Joltry, Pidgemie and, for a more recent example, Magmacroak, are all good examples more or less of what the power level on the mod should be like! Check them out on this spreadsheet.

As for the ones that are too OP, I shall make a post going over which submissions need to be nerfed. You will have the whole weekend to change/nerf them, as Voting will open sunday night

Here is the promissed post going over OP stuff

Firstly, OP Base Forms:

:swsh/corviknight::swsh/shuckle:
DNA Donors/ Parents: Corviknight / Shuckle
Shared Egg Group: DNA
Offspring Name: Corvuncle
New Types:

Base Stats: 76 / 55 / 170 / 31 / 170 / 36 [BST: 538] (+17 HP / +7 Atk / +3 Def / +0 SpA / +13 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Reverse Armor = (Mirror Armor + Contrary)
Ability Description: Contrary + Stats that are lowered to the user (Be it from the user, a hazard or the opponent), are immediately transferred to the opponent
Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
U-Turn, Body Press, Knock Off
None
Shell Smash, Tailwind, Sticky Web, Stealth Rock, Toxic, Encore, Defog, Roost, Taunt
This has way too much bulk with a very optimal type as well as a way to constantly decrease the foe's offense and raise it's own bulk. Not only that, but I think the ability being affected by self-inflicted drops is also somewhat OP in itself. I'll have to veto this one.

:swsh/gallade::swsh/absol:
DNA Donors: Gallade / Absol
Offspring Name: Ablade
New Types:

Base Stats: 75 / 150 / 67 / 75 / 110 / 82 [BST: 559] (+9 HP / +23 Atk / +5 Def / +5 SpA / +23 SpD / +5 Spe)
New Ability: Justified = (Justified + Doubility)
150 base attack, as well as access to Swords Dance and STAB Sucker Punch, make this thing be a bit too much.

:swsh/greninja::swsh/cloyster:
DNA Donors: Greninja / Cloyster
Offspring Name: Greyster
New Types:

Base Stats: 61 / 95 / 143 / 105 / 58 / 105 [BST: 567] (+0 HP / +0 Atk / +20 Def / +11 SpA / +0 SpD / +9 Spe)
New Ability: Stinker = (Torrent + Skill Link)
Ability Description: No changes.
Simillarly here, access to Shell Smash and Skill Link STAB Water Shuriken push this over the edge (Shell Smash alone would be a valid reason as to why this would end up being too much)

Normal Sprite
Normal Sprite

DNA Donors: Toxicroak/Diggersby
Offspring name: Toxigger
New Type:

Base Stats: 84 / 101 / 71 / 68 / 71 / 101 (496) (+20 Atk, +20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Fluctuance (Huge Power + Poison Touch): Physical moves have a 30% chance to double in power and always inflict poison.
The RNG aspect of the ability being very relevant to its damage output as well as the damage output itself being essentially Huge Power on a mon with 101 Attack makes this unhealthy.

Normal Sprite
Normal Sprite

This, too, gets pushed over the edge by its ability granting it way too much utility. It can become essentially Special Huge Power with Nasty Plot, Mean Look to become basically Shadow Tag, as well as a bunch of other unhealthy things such as Recover, Moonlight, Roar, Metronome, Protect and Disable. Overall the ability effect is just simply broken - and on top of that insane unpredictable utility it also sets sun.

Second, Megas that would get banned. I'll just list them here given the users can't really do anything about these:

Swampert / Grimmsnarl
Metagross / Regice
Metagross / Regirock
Kangaskhan / Dragapult
Gardevoir / Glalie (Both)
Wartortle / Garchomp

Unsure on Venusaur / Landorus

Lastly, Abilities With Stretchy Effects and Miscelaneous Other Things

:swsh/beedrill::swsh/chansey:
Offspring Name: Chandrill
New Types:

Base Stats: 162 / 62 / 40 / 40 / 94 / 62 [BST: 460] (+5 HP / +15 Atk / +18 Def / +0 SpA / +2 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Pincers = (Sniper + Serene Grace)
Ability Description: Standard effects, and Lucky Punch still works.
The fusion is fine, but it cannot use Lucky Punch per FE Rules on how Signature items work (Aside from Mega Stones)

:swsh/landorus::swsh/venusaur:
DNA Donors/ Parents: Landorus / Venusaur
Shared Egg Group:
Offspring Name: Landosaur
New Types:

Base Stats: 84 / 103 / 106 / 107 / 110 / 90 [BST: 600] (+0 HP / +0 Atk / +20 Def / +0 SpA / +20 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Undergrowth = (Sheer Force + Overgrow)
Ability Description: Nullifies the secondary effects of ALL moves while this Pokemon is on the field and at or under 1/3 health.
I'm not sure on this one, given neither ability affects any mon other than itself, so negating the secondary effects of all moves would not make much sense for it. (If I may suggest for something with the same effect, something such as Nautralizing Gas or Pressure make a bit more sense, rather than Overgrow. If you want to keep Overgrow, maybe make it work as standard Sheer Force but also boost Grass Moves, and at low HP it raises the booster from 1.3x to 1.5x)

That is all. You have until monday night to fix/remove the overpowered fusions and rework the abilities. Megas do not need to be changed. Any fusion that remains OP or with an ability effect that doesn't make much sense when voting starts will be disqualified.
