Cookie Butter

formerly the someone
Resub from years ago because I thought it would be funny.

DNA Donors: Smeargle / Shedinja
Offspring name: Sealed Jar
New Type: Normal/Ghost
Base Stats: 48 / 55 / 40 / 25 / 37 / 77 (+20 HP, +20 Spe, 282 BST)
New ability and desc: Erratic Guard (Moody + Wonder Guard) - Immune to not-super-effective attacks. At the end of the turn, a random type becomes a weakness and two random types become immunities.
Notable Moves: Sketch, Shadow Sneak, Leech Life, Toxic, Will-o-Wisp, Trick
Role Identification: How to make a 282 BST mon viable? Give it one of the best abilities ever, one of the best defensive types ever and access to any one move. Sticky Web is probably the best option from Sketch, or maybe Spore. With Shedinja’s average support movepool, Sealed Jar can lock the opponent’s move with Trick and burn/poison them.

New sub:

DNA Donors/ Parents: Noctowl / Hoopa
Shared Egg Group:
Offspring Name: Hoophoop

DNA Donors: Necrozma-Dawn Wings + Swoobat
Offspring name: Lucifer-Star(-Judgment)
New Type: Ghost/Flying (Ghost/Dragon)
Base Stats: Lost: 82/85/82/137 (+20)/91/115 (+20) (BST: 611)
Eternity: 82/147/61/147/61/167 (BST: 784)
New ability and desc: Almighty Attribute (Prism Armor + Unaware): Bypasses stat boosts and type effectiveness (i.e. neutral effectiveness) when attacking or being attacked. Cannot be ignored. Judgment: Neuroforce
Notable Moves: Nasty Plot, Moongeist Beam, Air Slash, Heat Wave, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, Knock Off, Earth Power, Roost, U-Turn, Photon Geyser, Power Gem, Dragon Pulse
Role Identification: Typical sub of mine: a Fusion with a bit of one-sided balance to it and a powerful ability. Actually, both have it as you take neutral damage, and you deal neutral damage. Like Unaware, it fucks over stat boosters and its Special Attack is also good for a Nasty Plot set. Lucifer takes all that out of the window and replaces it with a glass cannon. I rather avoid using physical moves because they neither have really good ones.

DNA Donors: Yveltal + Indeedee-Male
Offspring name: Yaldabaoth
New Type: Psychic/Dark
Base Stats: 113 (+20)/98/75/138 (+20)/96/97 (BST: 617)
New ability and desc: Cognitive World (Psychic Surge + Dark Aura): On switch-in, summons Cognitive World for the rest of the battle until it switches out. Powers up Psychic and Dark-type moves for both sides by 63% and prevents priority from occurring. Cannot be overridden by another terrain-setting ability or move. Affects airborne Pokemon.
Notable Moves: Calm Mind, Dark Pulse, Psychic, Psyshock, Oblivion Wing, Heat Wave, Focus Blast, Roost, U-Turn, Dazzling Gleam, Encore, Stored Power, Defog, Energy Ball
Role Identification: BOW DOWN TO YOUR TRUE GOD! And by that, I mean a weird false god. Its main draw is Cognitive World, providing it a massive boost to its STABs and a immunity to priority moves. Providing that, it's also permanent (for it, at least), so it can't be overridden with another one as long as its out. Its movepool is a bit barren, but it got a bit of coverage, so it's not a mono-attacker. However, somewhat middling Defenses don't really work out in the end.

DNA Donors: Arctozolt + Arctovish
Offspring name: Arctoarcto
New Type: Ice
Base Stats: 115 (+20)/100/100/100 (+10)/100 (+10)/60 (BST: 575)
New ability and desc: Slush Rush (Slush Rush + Slush Rush): Doubles Speed in Hail (gets +5 bonus).
Notable Moves: Ice Beam, Icicle Crash, Bolt Beak, Fishious Rend, Freeze-Dry, Scald, Thunderbolt, Stone Edge, Crunch, Hydro Pump, Taunt, Super Fang, Aurora Veil, Liquidation
Role Identification: Dracodraco needs a partner. Here's Arctoarcto then. It's....interesting. Not as much potential as Dracodraco, but it does have quite balanced stats barring its low Speed. The pure-Ice type doesn't help all wonders in defense, but it's quite good offensively, as is its pretty good coverage.

DNA Donors: Zacian-Crowned + Sawk
Offspring name: Baal
New Type: Steel/Fighting
Base Stats: 103 (+20)/147/95/55/95/136 (+20) (BST: 631)
New ability and desc: Charge/Tetraja (Intrepid Sword + Sturdy): Boosts Attack by 1 on switch-in and when on 1 HP, surviving the hit. Immune to OHKO moves.
Notable Moves: Behemoth Blade, Close Combat, Wild Charge, Swords Dance, Ice Punch, Earthquake, Knock Off, Stone Edge
Role Identification: More Persona-named fusions, like Anjaconda. Baal is a powerful sweeper with decent bulk and a good ability and movepool. Steel/Fighting does have a few resistances to go with it, so it can take a few hits before being taken down.

Normal Sprite
Normal Sprite

Parents: Mawile + Eiscue
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Maicicle
New Type: Steel/Ice
Base Stats: Defense: 72/92/107/70/82/60 (BST: 483)
Offense: 72/92/67/70/42/140 (BST: 483)
Mega Defense: 72/112/147/70/122/60 (BST: 583)
Mega Offense: 72/112/107/70/82/140 (BST: 583)
New ability and desc: Playstyle Switch (Ice Face + Hyper Cutter): Starts off in Defense mode, where it can't have its Attack lowered. When hit with a physical attack, it nullifies the damage and goes into Offense move, raising its Attack by 1. Restores to Defense mode in the Hail. Mega: Huge Power
Notable Moves: Icicle Crash, Iron Head, Sucker Punch, Liquidation, Swords Dance, Belly Drum, Thunder Punch, Stealth Rock, Psychic Fangs, Knock Off, Rock Slide
Role Identification: OK, this was not made for the base. Its typing and lackluster stats are horrible for OU, but it got a Mega with 2 different styles. Belly Drum Offense is also the best set for base, BTW. Mega Defense gives it Huge Power, which buffs up its lackluster Attack to horrifying levels. But try doing Offensive and you got something that's a bit too scary. However, Ice/Steel sucks with 4x Fire and Fighting, so be careful.

Normal Sprite
Normal Sprite

DNA Donors: Melmetal + Cursola
Offspring name: Cursmetal
New Type: Steel/Ghost
Base Stats: 117 (+20)/129 (+10)/96/122 (+10)/97/32 (BST: 593)
New ability and desc: Gekitsui Shi (Iron Fist + Perish Body): Punch moves are boosted by 20% and put a Perish Song timer on the target. This is removed when it switches out.
Notable Moves: Double Iron Bash, Shadow Ball, Earthquake, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Will-O-Wisp, Ice Punch, Superpower, Thunder Wave, Psychic, Hydro Pump, Earth Power, Stealth Rock, Scald
Role Identification: Being as slow as fuck, its role is to pressure the opponent with its Gekitsui Shi ability, giving the opponent to have 3 turns to switch out before they die. On top of that, its also a really strong Trick Room attacker when going that route, with good 129/122 offenses and a great defensive typing, as well as acceptable bulk, it does have all the coverage needed to go all out.
Subs are done. Judge them, please.

If you insist
I feel nothing towards the first two.

Arctoarcto is bad. Pure ice typing is garbage defensively. If you want to rework this thing boost the offenses and the speed. Make it a true threat in hail. At least then it's not too underpowered.

Maicicle is a no. First of all neither ability raises attack so idk where you got that from. Second of all belly drum and huge power are fine on azumarill that has base 50 attack when you remove HP. But this thing has base 112 attack when it megas regardless of either form. What's going to happen with this thing is that it switches into a physical hit, goes into offense and gets the attack boost, megas, and proceeds to destroy everything with that speed and attack. That mega is going to most likely get banned because of that which leaves you the base form which is just Eiscue but with a 4x fighting and steel weakness.

Cursmetal is questionable. The ability needs to be toned down, but why even bother with special attack. Its ability already leans it to the realm of a physical attacker so why even boost the special attack. Like yeah Cursola has a great special movepool but its ability does nothing for it form a special attacking standpoint. Also it has strength sap, and you fail to mention it. Like it has one of the better recovery moves that debuffs the opponent. I think that's a note worthy move.

Maicicle doesn't seem quite as overpowered as you're implying honestly. Can't hold an attack boosting item besides its stone so that Attack stat isn't quite as overwhelming as it seems, the mega slot is really important in FE compared to the main game imo and its STABs are both walled by the incredibly popular Water and Steel types. It's also really damn frail and you can only activate it in the first place on a physical attacker, then it's susceptible to the majority of priority attacks and its coverage options are almost all low BP.

edit: I completely forgot the ability raised Attack which... changes things a bit, but if that was removed then I think it'd be fine :P

Also I'm not really sure how they're supposed to rework Arctoarcto at all while keeping it as an accurate counterpart to Dracodraco.

Finished my submissions. Anyone have a strong opinion on them?

Gardachonda is fine, Galistuia's just a gimmick, Tapu Weez seems to be pretty good, and Dracoperish is more balanced that before, but still somehow broken by basically turning into a sweeper with Fishious Rend.
Thanks for the advice. Any way I could make dracoperish slightly less overpowered?

The notable moves are atrocious. Bad moves are struck through, niche moves are italicized, and moves you missed are bold. Notes are marked with an asterisk.

Offspring Name: Tapu Smogmog
New Types:

New Base Stats: 88 / 88 / 138 / 95 / 112 / 77 [BST: 598] (+16 HP / +1 Atk / +16 Def / +7 SpD)
New Ability and Desc: Misty Surge (Doubility)
Notable Moves:
Explosion, Gyro Ball, Payback, Play Rough, Thief, Ice Punch, Knock Off, Smart Strike, Waterfall, Fling
Strange Steam, Sludge Bomb, Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, Overheat, Shadow Ball, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Venoshock, Stockpile + Spit Up, Psybeam, Nature's Madness, Brine, Muddy Water, Ice Beam, Moonblast, Scald, Hydro Pump, Fire Blast, Clear Smog
Destiny Bond, Aromatherapy, Haze, Defog, Memento, Toxic Spikes, Taunt, Stockpile + Swallow, Wonder Room, Pain Split, Grudge, Curse, Gravity, Iron Defense, Mean Look, Aqua Ring, Magic Room, Nature Power, Refresh*, Soak, Telekinesis, Trick, Torment, Calm Mind
*???
Overall, not a good fusion. It lacks recovery and overall looks like a worse Toxapex that sets Misty Terrain, which is kind of counterproductive because it wants to use support moves like Scald, Toxic Spikes, and Toxic.

Offspring Name: Cthulhu
New Types:

New Base Stats: 67 / 87 / 100 / 97 / 140 / 27 [BST: 518] (+10 ALL)
New Ability and Desc: Perish Body + Innards Out = Forbidden Destiny: If this Pokémon takes direct damage from another Pokémon's move, all Pokémon that remain active after three turns will return deal indirect damage equal to the HP they lost from direct damage over the past three turns, evenly split among all active enemy Pokémon (unless they have either the Soundproof or Magic Guard Ability, or something accomplishing similar effects). If a damaging contact attack knocks out this Pokémon, the attacking Pokémon also faints.
Notable Moves:
Counter, Mirror Coat**, Bide**, Leech Life, Pin Missile, Icicle Spear, Rock Blast, Revenge, Liquidation, Throat Chop, Stomping Tantrum, Stone Edge, Head Smash
Hex, Power Gem, Night Shade, Blizzard, Giga Drain, Hydro Pump, Shadow Ball, Scald, Psychic, Surf, Brine, Earth Power, Ice Beam

**physical attack?
*** p sure this is banned
This sounds really wack, I can't see how you got a Destiny Bond effect from the two abilities and the bulk looks a bit low.

Offspring Name: Uuuu
New Types:

New Base Stats: 72 / 82 / 102 / 67 / 122 / 55 [BST: 500] (+10 ALL)
New Ability and Desc: Gulp Missile + Innards Out = Projectile Vomit: When the Pokémon uses Surf, Dive, Counter, or Mirror Coat, it will come back with prey. When it takes damage, it will spit out the prey to deal damage equal to the amount of HP it lost from the attack the Pokémon in front of it. If the base HP is below 50%, the prey will be a Pikachu and paralyze the opponent after being damaged. Otherwise, the prey is a Poliwag and will lower the opponent's Def by 1 stage after being damaged. Additionally, if this Pokemon is knocked out with a move, that move's user loses HP equal to the amount of damage inflicted on this Pokemon. (Effects stack.)
Notable Moves:
Dive, Counter, Bide, Brave Bird, Superpower, Reversal, Fly, Thrash, Steel Wing
Surf, Mirror Coat, Pluck + Belch*, Hurricane, Air Slash, Ice Beam, Weather Ball, Hydro Pump, Stockpile + Spit Up, Blizzard, Scald
Recover, Pain Split, Roost, Feather Dance, Defog, Aqua Ring, Stockpile + Swallow, Agility, Hail, Amnesia, Curse, Gastro Acid, Soak, Safeguard, Reflect, Light Screen, Spite, Tickle, Psych Up, Recycle, Block

Attack seems too low to make use out of.

wack
too weak to make use of its ability
And how about the 'good qualities'? Where are the places I can improve?
I get that some things are weak and some are wack, but that doesn't tell me what the specific problems are.
For reference:
If this Pokémon takes direct damage from another Pokémon's move, all Pokémon that remain active after three turns will deal indirect damage equal to the HP they lost from direct damage over the past three turns, evenly split among all active enemy Pokémon (unless they have either the Soundproof or Magic Guard Ability, or something accomplishing similar effects). If a damaging contact attack knocks out this Pokémon, the attacking Pokémon also faints.

Innards Out: If this Pokemon is knocked out with a move, that move's user loses HP equal to the amount of damage inflicted on this Pokemon.
Perish Body: When hit by a move that makes direct contact, the Pokémon and the attacker will faint after three turns unless they switch out of battle.
Currently it seems that you overlooked why I included so many moves on the Sheer Force Pokémon. It is because those moves are the most powerful of their Type that have secondary effects. Other times, it was for the Mega. I tried to differentiate them with bold and italics.
Ground Type isn't too bad, I guess. It's gotta have more special weaknesses than Fire, I suppose.
Aqua Tail was out of place, sure. I thought I had fixed that earlier, but I guess I changed pages by accident and it didn't keep.

+ decent bulk

cthulu:
- subpar bulk (relative to other walls)
- ability is inconsistent
+ good support moves

steelajah:
- low attack
- one stab
- outclassed by stakataka fusions

steelajah-mega: lol imagine wasting your mega on a slow sand attacker

mawiage-mega (mawiage sucks its only gonna use mega)
- low speed
+ very high attack and good bulk for a wallbreaker

aegislash fusion:
-+ occupies a weird niche of being a physical tank without any recovery but theoretically an offensive presence but also essentially one good STAB (lol shadow claw)

uuuu:
- bad bulk
- passive
+ ability theoretically could be good

Currently it seems that you overlooked why I included so many moves on the Sheer Force Pokémon. It is because those moves are the most powerful of their Type that have secondary effects.
Not every type is useful on an attacker. For example, why does a Steel/Fairy need Dragon coverage when it hits Dragons with its Fairy (Sheer Force-boosted STAB)? Not to mention Rollout + Defense Curl on any mon, much less something that doesn’t even get STAB on it.

Ground Type isn't too bad, I guess. It's gotta have more special weaknesses than Fire, I suppose.
the point of ground is to have stab and at least be a mediocre tr abuser instead of completely outclassed by other things
