ik my competitive approach to sample sets is the weakest among all veteran players. Please don't mock me for it, I'm trying to improve.
I have a complaint about Tyrampardos:
Rock Head has nothing to do with Life Orb, since Life Orb damage is not the same as recoil (or crash damage, for that matter– which Rock Head does not nullify). Sheer Force nullifies secondary effects, not built-in effects like Recoil or Crash damage. Reckless, however, doesboostmoves that have crash damage (not items like Life Orb, though, which isn't even crash damage anyway). The only way to prevent damage from Life Orb affecting its user is with Magic Guard.
I propose that the Ability be reworked to something more sensical. G-Luke taught me something new about Sheer Force.
Magmacroak looks really interesting, and has a nice ability to match. Lowkey I wanna put it in a pet mod with like an overall lower power level and see what it does there.
Everything else looks standard for what I come to expect of FE.

I have a complaint about Tyrampardos:
I just learned that Rampardos does not get the Reckless Ability, so the effects of Tyranny are a dedigitation.

Sheer Force accounts for LO recoil nullification and the 30% boost to a specific move. Rock Head accounts for the specific moves in question (recoil moves) and accounts for the built in recoil nullification.

Fusion: Pale Rider
Role: Burn Spreader, Offensive Pivot, Choice Scarf, Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock)

FE has some big plans for the future that the Council would like to share with you! These are ordered in which is closer to happening:
Next Slate
It begins now! However there is a catch this time around: This is a special slate. During this slate and this slate only, you must fuse Egg Group fusions. This means that DNA fusions won't be allowed for this round.
Fusion Evolution Alpha
It is soon to be playeable! We are closing our last slate in the thread before we move on to playtesting, and thanks to the efforts of inkbug, the meta is currently being coded. Stay tuned, Alpha will probably be the first playeable version of Fusion Evolution this generation!
Fusion Evolution Under Used
More information on the linked post. It is, in summary, a version of FE that is not quite as broken as the main meta here. It is, however, a work in process, and for it to take off I'd like those who are interested to go over this linked post and leave a Like or a Love so that I know who'd be willing to submit.
Fusion Prevolution
A revival of last gen's LC version of the mod, but this time with a few changes. Unlike last gen where users submitted their ideas on how to take on each LC, this time around the stats, typing and abilities of each prevo will be decided by the Council. The thread will be opened for people to go straight into discussing the metagame, as well as suggest possible changes in stats, typing and abilities to a prevolution if they feel like said prevolution should be changed. It would be likely the second ever playable format of FE in Gen 8!
Fusion Evolution Random Battles
Rather simple in concept, RandBats FE would be exactly what you'd expect: Random Battles but with all the fusions we have created over the years. This would, however, be a project for very far into the future, given FE is by far the biggest Pet Mod, with the most custom elements that would require months of coding. For now, we'll just let you know that this is a little project we already have in mind for the future.

Offspring Name: Flyzor
New type: Steel/Dragon
New base stats: 85/125/100/77/90/92 (569)
New ability and desc: Buggernaut - The power of moves under 60 BP is buffed by 1.5, and this pokemon is immune to moves under 60 BP.
Role identification: It's Scizor but with a better defensive typing and no need to set up. It also get's Dragon Dance.
Mega Flyzor
New Stats 85/145/140/87/110/102 (569)
Ability: Technician
Desc: Breaking News! Clefable found dead, bullet punch marks on body.
Parents: Yum + Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Shared Egg Group: Dragon
Offspring Name: Chonkabat
New type: Flying/Dragon
New base stats: 107/87/90/108/90/86
New ability and desc: Thicc Bumper - Thick Fat + Frisk
Description: I just wanted to do a chonky Noivern. It sucks, but is AMAZING.
DNA Donors/ Parents: Grimmsnarl / Morpeko Shared Egg Group: Fairy Offspring Name: Grimm Peek New Types:
Base Stats: 86 / 117 / 71 / 92 / 76 / 88 [BST: 530] (+10 HP / +10 Atk / +10 Def / +10 SpA / +10 SpD / +10 Spe) New Ability: Prank Switch = (Hunger Switch + Prankster) Ability Description: Prankster + At the end of each turn the user changes between "normal" and "hangry" form, which only is notable for the purposes of Aura Wheel (This ability renders it so that it's Fairy type for "normal" form and Dark type for the "hangry" form). Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Rapid Spin, Aura Wheel, Spirit Break
Nope
Protect, Parting Shot, Taunt, Thunder Wave, Bulk Up, Reflect, Light Screen Role Justification: A solid utility mon for offensive teams that can set screens then pivot out while leaving the current opponent with even lower offenses with Parting Shot. It's ability to also keep your side out of hazards with Rapid Spin and/or Taunt grant it good role compression as well. This combined with a single move that can act as solid STAB to hit nearly the entire meta for neutral damage while also raising its speed prevent passivity, making it fairly reliable at its job to let setup sweepers do their job far more easily.
DNA Donors/ Parents: Ninjask / Scolipede Shared Egg Group: Bug Offspring Name: Ninjapede New Types:
Base Stats: 75 / 110 / 82 / 67 / 74 / 151 [BST: 559] (+15 HP / +15 Atk / +15 Def / +15 SpA / +15 SpD / +15 Spe) New Ability: Speed Boost = (Speed Boost + Speed Boost) Ability Description: Same Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
U-Turn, Megahorn, Poison Jab, Superpower, Earthquake, Aqua Tail
Final Gambit
Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Swords Dance Role Justification: Yes, there's plenty of hazard setters around, but I've noticed that there's no one where there's this level of speed creeping is reached. This alongside Speed Boost virtually ensures that some hazards are up to ensure your sweepers can wear down the opposing team more comfortably. Alternatively it can be a late-game cleaner out of the sheer speed and usable offense.
DNA Donors/ Parents: Shuckle / Volcarona Shared Egg Group: Bug Offspring Name: Shucarona New Types:
Base Stats: 62 / 45 / 157 / 82 / 177 / 62 [BST: 585] (+10 HP / +10 Atk / +10 Def / +10 SpA / +10 SpD / +10 Spe) New Ability: Diseased = (Swarm + Gluttony) Ability Description: If the user is at 50% or lower health it immediately tries to eat its Berry, if avaiable, and the power of its Bug type moves is increased by 1.5 Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
U-Turn, Knock Off
Flamethrower, Fiery Dance, Bug Buzz, Earth Power, Final Gambit
Shell Smash, Quiver Dance, Roost, Sticky Web, Stealth Rock, Tailwind, Will-o-Wisp, Encore Role Justification: Yes, there's countless bulky setup sweepers around already, but it holds some unique atributes to help on certain teams that can use speed control for their team. Sticky Web provides general support for teams that hold breakers that are just a bit lackluster in speed, however, Tailwing, while more limited out of the amount of turns, allows to do this while also keeping Flying types under control for your offensive mons to take care of it. Pretty good mixed bulk also helps it even on offensive roles, while it starts with just 82 Sp. Attack, it can be scary if it managed to pull a Shell Smash alongside coverage to hit most of the meta for neutral damage. Now you wonder how this isn't broken, and the answer relies on it starting with poor speed, an offense that's laughable without setup, a situational ability and a x4 weakness to Stealth Rock.
DNA Donors/ Parents: Obstagoon / Granbull Shared Egg Group: Field Offspring Name: Grangoon New Types:
Base Stats: 101 / 115 / 98 / 70 / 80 / 80 [BST: 544] (+10 HP / +10 Atk / +10 Def / +10 SpA / +10 SpD / +10 Spe) New Ability: Pressured Potential = (Quick Feet + Guts) Ability Description: Both abilities combined. Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Knock Off, Play Rough, Facade, Close Combat, Fire Punch, Earthquake
Nope
Taunt, Thunder Wave, Obstruct, Parting Shot, Switcheroo/Trick, Bulk Up, Hone Claws Role Justification: An offensive status absorber that isn't lacking in offenses or speed, Trick and Switcheroo also allows to provide utility by switching it to a more usable item while crippling the opponent after being burned from it. This also lets it be a decent offensive pivot with Parting Shot, and can provide offensive support with Obstruct as well to render certain mons easier to KO. It can also be a setup sweeper alongside Bulk Up, Hone Claws deserves a mention for those that don't want Play Rough missing.
DNA Donors/ Parents: Talonflame / Aerodactyl Shared Egg Group: Flying Offspring Name: Tactyl New Types:
Base Stats:
(Base) 89 / 103 / 78 / 77 / 82 / 138 [BST: 567] (+10 HP / +10 Atk / +10 Def / +10 SpA / +10 SpD / +10 Spe)
(Mega Tactyl) 89 / 133 / 98 / 87 / 102 / 168 [BST: 667] New Ability: Rock Wings = (Gale Wings + Rock Head) Ability Description: Both abilities combined, but Flying type moves keep getting the +1 priority boost even if the user is chipped Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Brave Bird, Flare Blitz, Earthquake, Stone Edge, U-Turn
Nope
Dragon Dance, Stealth Rock, Taunt, Swords Dance, Roost Role Justification: Okay, this is quite clear, an offensive priority abuser that can also use the offensive pressure to set hazards or setup on them and threaten to sweep, making it overall an easy Hyper Offense pick out of its attributes to serve speed control and a fairly splashable glue thanks to the utility and pivoting it can fit in as well. The mega also gives it more variety for those that don't need priority or longevity and just want a (faster) offensive mega.
DNA Donors/ Parents: Reuniclus / Swalot Shared Egg Group: Amorphous Offspring Name: Swalus New Types:
Base Stats: 115 / 79 / 89 / 109 / 94 / 52 [BST: 538] (+10 HP / +10 Atk / +10 Def / +10 SpA / +10 SpD / +10 Spe) New Ability: Magic Ooze = (Liquid Ooze + Magic Guard) Ability Description: The user is damaged by indirect healing (Anything affected by Triage bar stuff like Recover, Synthesis, Life Dew and Heal Pulse as those heal directly), but is healed by what would otherwise be indirect damage (Everything covered by Magic Guard) Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
Recover, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Trick, Encore, Acid Armor, Calm Mind Role Justification: An utility mon with a lot of longevity, its ability basically acts as Magic Guard 2.0 in exchange of being harmed by stuff like Leech Seed, out of this, running a Flame Orb is more viable than a Black Sludge to act as an status sponge as well. Coverage that lets it hit most of the meta for neutral damage also allows the classic Stored Power sweeper set to be usable. Overall, what it lacks in utility makes up for it in longevity.
Ability Description: Prankster + At the end of each turn the user changes between "normal" and "hangry" form, which only is notable for the purposes of Aura Wheel (This ability renders it so that it's Fairy type for "normal" form and Dark type for the "hangry" form).
Parents: Bullet Punchy Bug + Not Bug Shared Egg Group: Bug
Offspring Name: Flyzor
New type: Steel/Dragon
New base stats: 75/115/90/67/80/82
New ability and desc: Buggernaut - The first time per switch-in this pokemon uses a move, pokemon's attack is boosted by how ineffective they would be on Flyzor after using the move.(So super effective = +0, Neutral = +0, Resisted = +2, x4 resist = +4) This pokemon is counted as part bug type, both offensively and defensively.
Role identification: It's Scizor but with a better defensive typing and no need to set up. It also get's Dragon Dance.
Mega Flyzor
New Stats 75/135/130/77/100/92
Ability: Buggernaut (Technician if neccessary)
Desc: Breaking News! Clefable found dead, bullet punch marks on body.
That ability is illegal and you calculated the stats wrong.
The right stats are 85/125/100/77/90/92 (569)
Abilities have to be based on the two Pokemon's abilities. Flygon and Scizor don't have any abilities that activate on switch-in, so you can't use that effect. Also, boosting moves based on effectiveness sounds like something an ability made from Tinted Lens would do, but neither Flygon nor Scizor get Tinted Lens. You have to combine Levitate with Light Metal, Swarm or Technician.
Also megas can't have custom abilities.

The ice will be restored when it hails. Burn's physical damage halving is ignored. If this Pokemon is in its No Ring form, its Attack is multiplied by 1.5. Notable moves: Belly Drum, Taunt, Icicle Crash, Return, Close Combat, Crunch, Play Rough, Gunk Shot, Liquidation, Iron Head, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Zen Headbutt, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Seed Bomb Role Identification: Kinda shit in base form, but a deadly physical attacker in No Ring form.

This Pokemon takes no damage from Fire/Water moves.

: Play Rough, Iron Head, U-Turn, Nuzzle, Sucker Punch
: Volt Switch
: Light Screen, Reflect, Bulk Up, Spiky Shield, Taunt Role Justification: I mean this is just grimmsnarl with better defenses and a better defensive typing. It'll screen up and get out.
: Light Screen, Reflect, Leech Seed, Bulk Up, Nasty Plot, Cotton Guard, Taunt Role Justification: Did someone say a prankster screen setter who can seed up? Did anyone want to seed up? Also I guess you could do a dubwool and cotton guard bodypress.

Base Stats: 50 / 37 / 180 / 55 / 185 / 57 [BST: 564] New Ability: Tawdry = (Sturdy + Swarm) Ability Description: If this Pokémon's health is full, it will survive an attack that would KO it with ⅓ of its maximum HP, rounded down, + 1HP. This Pokémon's Bug-type attacks have 1.5x power. Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
… Sand Tomb, Body Press, U-Turn, Rapid Spin, Knock Off
… Infestation, Mirror Coat, Stored Power, Expanding Force
… Encore + Imprison, Trick Room, Recover, Light Screen, Reflect, Sticky Web, Stealth Rock, Shell Smash, Power Split, Psychic Terrain, Gastro Acid, Substitute, Acupressure Role Justification: Support, Wall/Stall
This fusion primarily uses alternative methods for dealing damage:
Body Press (sometimes the best offense is a good Defense)
Mirror Coat (right back at ya)
Infestation (enjoy watching them squirm)
Stealth Rock, Sandstorm (what's wrong? dirt in your eyes?)
Toxic, and even Final Gambit (not recommended).
It can also perform the less-common method of:
Trick Room + Power Trick
though that takes an extra turn (and Body Press is more effective anyway, unless using Gyro Ball).
Low offensive power becomes useful through Power Split.
This reduces the attack power against Orbuckle while simultaneously boosting Orbuckle's power.
It can even be a convoluted Setup Sweeper (not recommended):
power split/substitute
shell smash/acupressure
recover + stored power

Its Bug- and Ground-type moves have 1.5x power. Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
… Scale Shot, U-Turn, First Impression, Bullet Seed, Pin Missile, Knock Off, Rock Blast, Sucker Punch, Close Combat
… Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Hone Claws Role Justification: Trade 3 points of Attack for 65 points of everything else + Scale Shot. Mega gimmick.

This Pokémon's attacks bypass screens and substitutes, but do not break them. Sandstorm immunity. Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
… Earthquake, Dragon Darts, Aqua Tail, Scale Shot, Iron Head, Earthquake, Sucker Punch, U-Turn, Fly
… Thunderbolt, Draco Meteor, Scorching Sands, Fire Blast
… Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Agility Role Justification:
Parents: Darmanitan / Rhydon Shared Egg Group: Field Offspring Name: Arhynitan New Types:
Base Stats: 115 / 145 / 97 / 47 / 60 / 77 [BST: 541] New Ability: Rock Force = (Sheer Force + Rock Head) Ability Description: No changes. Notable/Relevant/Useful Move: Flare Blitz Role Justification: Choice Scarf + full speed investment = can outspeed a Dragapult + can slay a dragon.
DNA Donors/ Parents: Masquerain / Bibarel Shared Egg Group: Offspring Name: Masquarel New Types:
Base Stats: 84 / 82 / 71 / 87 / 81 / 85 [BST: 490] (+10 HP / +10 Atk / +10 Def / +10 SpA / +10 SpD / +10 Spe) New Ability: Simp Date = (Intimidate + Simple) Ability Description: When this Pokémon switches in, it lowers the Attack stat of adjacent opposing Pokémon by 2 stages. + standard Simple effects. Notable/Relevant/Useful Moves:
So, my Regialaki won. Cool, but time for me to a challenge: using 'mons who have either no combos or 1-2 of them, either both of them or one of the Pokemon have to fit this criteria. Thankfully, almost all of Galar falls under this, so there will be some combos.
Parents: Darmanitan-Galar/Zangoose Shared egg group: Field Offspring name: Zarngoose-Galar New Type: Stoic Mode:
Berserk Mode:
Base Stats: Stoic Mode: 99 / 137 / 67 / 45 / 67 / 102
Berserk Mode: 99 / 157 / 67 / 45 / 67 / 142 New ability and desc: Primordial Overflow (Zen Mode + Immunity): Has a immunity to poison. If the user is poisoned, the poison is cured and the user transforms into Berserk Mode. Notable Moves: Return, Double-Edge, Icicle Crash, Flare Blitz, Close Combat, Poison Jab, X-Scissor, Taunt, Swords Dance, Belly Drum, Knock Off, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Iron Head, U-Turn, Role Identification: A rather generic fusion we got here. Broken gorilla and passable mongoose, now combined into one. Horrible bulk and defensive typing, but great offensive typing, exceptional stats, and a great movepool give it just enough to pass it off as a sweeper or even a Belly Drum set. Things get crazier in Berserk mode, gaining a excellent STAB in Flare Blitz, even better offenses and also is immune to poison AND burns. And it's as easy as slapping a Toxic Orb on it. However, priority will deal a good chunk of health thanks to it's glass cannon status and 4x weakness to Fighting in Stoic Mode, and is basically Stealth Rock fodder in both modes, even if it's thankfully just 2x.
Base Stats: 97 / 129 / 87 / 92 / 87 / 61 New ability and desc: Quick Reflexes (Technician + Prankster): The user's damaging moves with 60 or lower BP are increased in by power by 1.5x and gain +1 priority on top of their original priority. Notable Moves: Close Combat, Power-Up Punch, Play Rough, Fake Out, Power Whip, Brutal Swing, Sucker Punch, Ice Punch, Circle Throw, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Role Identification: And now something a bit more random, hair imp combined with a grappling octopus. It got an amazing offensive typing, good attack, and a real nice ability that gives it an edge over some other ones to make up for it's poor Speed. Power-Up Punch, basically is Technician-boosted Mach Punch, but with the added bonus of Howl being used with it. However, the movepool doesn't get that much to abuse it's ability with, even if what's here is useful. It also got mediocre bulk, so there's that.
Base Stats: Normal: 64 / 117 / 110 / 84 / 109 / 65
Mega: 64 / 167 / 120 / 94 / 129 / 75 New ability and desc: Normal: Overwhelming Grudges (Cursed Body + Pressure): The opponent's move has a 30% chance of being disabled upon usage. When that move is disabled, it loses 1 PP per turn. Up to 2 moves can be disabled at anytime.
Mega: Prankster Notable Moves: Poltergeist, Shadow Sneak, Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Knock Off, Taunt, Haze, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Will-o-Wisp, Destiny Bond, Pursuit, Thunder Wave Role Identification: Look, Banette deserves something better....even if 6 other fusions use this. Thankfully, this combo is available so I'll take it. I mostly made it for Banette to get Poltergeist, but also now it got better bulk, coverage, and also a pretty screwball ability. It also has a Mega who mostly exists to use Destiny Bond before it dies, though it can use it's Attack to an actual advantage. Low HP and speed do make it suffer, and anything at a good BP outside of Poltergeist, Earthquake, Knock Off, and Gunk Shot isn't that useful.
Parents: Slowking-Galar/Pinchurin Shared egg group: Water 1 Offspring name: Pinwink-Galar New Type:
Base Stats: 81 / 93 / 97 / 110 / 107 / 32 New ability and desc: Cloudy Surge (Curious Medicine + Electric Surge): Sets up Cloudy Terrain for 5 (8 with the Terrain Extender) turns. Resets and prevents any stat alterations to all Pokemon, and also boosting the power of Electric-type moves by 30%. Notable Moves: Psychic, Eerie Spell, Thunderbolt, Rising Voltage, Nasty Plot, Trick Room, Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Slack Off, Power Gem, Psyshock, Hydro Pump, Surf, Scald, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Memento, Role Identification: Got some very useful tools for being something this slow. Cloudy Surge is basically a persistent Haze throughout 5-8 turns, completely ruining setup teams during that time, and can use this to try to to something, like Trick Room Nasty Plot. A good typing with some average stats seems to make this usable for the UU/RU of this meta's tier.
Base Stats: 95 / 96 / 87 / 117 / 107 / 111 New ability and desc: Swarm (Double Bonus) Notable Moves: Leaf Storm, Fire Blast, Bug Buzz, Quiver Dance, Fiery Dance, Roost, Defog, Hurricane, Giga Drain, Psychic, Hidden Power Role Identification: Volcany is a flying volcano with wings. In all seriousness, it's a pretty passable Quiver Dance sweeper, with great STABs and solid coverage, a good defensive typing despite the Stealth Rock weakness, and stats that are fit for this type of role.
Parents: Empoleon/Cursola Shared egg group: Water 1 Offspring name: Emperora New Type:
Base Stats: 82 / 100 / 79 / 138 / 125 / 55 New ability and desc: Tormented Release (Defiant + Perish Body): When it has it's stats lowered, it instead causes the opponent to be killed within 3 turns. Notable Moves: Hydro Pump, Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, Earth Power, Psychic, Power Gem, Burning Jealousy, Scald, Calm Mind, Stealth Rock, Defog, Haze, Will-O-Wisp, Roar Role Identification: This thing does stuff that Cursola would love to have. It has stats that aren't as crap, a second typing, and a improved ability giving Intimidators a middle finger. The only thing that it wished it had was a better speed stat.
DNA Donors: Zacian/Klefki Offspring name: Zakii New Type:
Base Stats: 94 / 105 / 113 / 80 / 111 / 106 (+20 HP, +10 Def, +10 SpD) New ability and desc: Instant Win (Intrepid Sword + Prankster): On switch-in, automatically uses the 1st status move it has in it's moveset. It doesn't activate against Dark-types, but it instead raises it's Attack by 1. Notable Moves: Swords Dance, Spikes, Switcheroo, Substitute, Protect, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Torment, Defog, Magic Coat, Iron Head, Play Rough, Close Combat, Psychic Fangs, Crunch Role Identification: And now for something completely out of the blue: a supporter that acts instantly on switch-in. Aside from having good overall stats and a great defensive typing, its real nature is for basically being a new breed of stall. Inflict the opponent with crippling status from the start, set up without wasting a turn, lay down or clear away hazards instantly, and quite a few different options against anything barring Dark-types. You do get an Attack boost, though, so that's not bad.
Parents: Wobbuffet/Gardevoir Shared egg group: Amorphous Offspring name: War New Type:
Base Stats: 139 / 59 / 71 / 89 / 96 / 66 New ability and desc: Quirk Steal (Trace + Telepathy): Traces all of its teammates' abilities at once. Same effect as Kars' ability. Notable Moves: Why? Role Identification: This is Kars, but better. You questioned your existance yet?
Parents: Cinderace/Perrserker Shared egg group: Field Offspring name: Cinderkper New Type:
Base Stats: 85 / 123 / 97 / 67 / 77 / 94 New ability and desc: Metalmorphis (Libero + Steely Spirit): Whenever it uses a move, it turns into that move's type along with the Steel typing, as well as a 30% power increase to those moves. If it uses a Steel-type move, it becomes a pure Steel-type. Notable Moves: Pyro Ball, Iron Head, Play Rough, Gunk Shot, Swords Dance, Close Combat, U-Turn, Court Change, Zen Headbutt, Sucker Punch Role Identification: I don't have much to say. You get pretty powerful moves, Steel-typing on whatever your type changes to depending on what moves you use, a powerful attack, and a strange name. I guess this could be filler.
DNA Donors/ Parents: Espeon / Thievul Shared Egg Group: Field Offspring Name: Thieveon New Types:
New Base Stats: 77 / 71 / 69 / 118 / 103 / 110 [BST: 548] (+10 HP / +10 Atk / +10 Def / +10 SpA / +10 SpD / +10 Spe) New Ability and Desc: Synchronize + Unburden = Perceptive- If the foe is statused, this Pokemon's speed is doubled. Notable Moves:
:Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Reflect, Light Screen, Parting Shot, Substitute, Taunt, Torment, Trick, Wish, Yawn Role Identification: Speedy special attacker with low defense that can use Yawn to raise its speed further.
