Iirc, there are Stealth Rocks and two layers of spikes on Birkal's side of the field. Also, Zui Quan should have taken hazards damage when he came in? Leaving him at 110 - 24 - 9.75 - 19.5 - 9.75 - 20 = 27 HP?
Also I think, this is a no Rest and no Chill battle. Please correct me if I am wrong on these.

*I am assuming Mega Evolution takes the Mega Evolved Speed into consideration on the same action. Although the handbook may say otherwise, that is how it should work as per IRC discussion. However if that is not the case, Please consider [Mega Evolve] Skill Swap(Nothing <-> Iron Fist) ~ Low Sweep ~ Vacuum Wave as my orders.

Mega Evolved mons CAN have four abilities, but they have to have three before they do so. Furthermore, Mega Evolving takes place before A1, so your second orders it is
