Introduction

So after doing a fairly standard RMT with a team that doesn't Utilize arceus, I've realized that its just too... standard...
So now that I've built another team that accomplished something, I've decided to post this after some thoughts and winning a game in AGPL.

Building process:

:glimmora:
First, we start off with a lead, just like all hyper offense teams, I chose glimmora, cuz the tier leader once told me that he personally liked glimmora over the classic Deoxys as an HO lead, glim also provides hazard removal for the team, albeit only for the lead...
:glimmora: :koraidon:

Next up we got koraidon, A staple on hyper offense with swords dance being a deadly combo capable of running through teams on its own and has ways around its usual counterplay. this thing is gonna go on here no doubt.
:glimmora: :koraidon: :arceus:

Next up we got our lord and savior arceus. Arceus is one of the best checks to the broke ass horsey and deer calyrex-shadow, by being immune to astral barrage and having high bulk, it prevents our team from gambling on a speed tie with opposing shadow riders and is a great revenge killer. Not only that, the set I gave this thing is a lil Quirky....
:glimmora: :koraidon: :arceus: :Zacian-crowned:
Then we got Swords dance Zacian-C, pretty standard on HO and can cleave through teams after their speed control options are gone, this was before I discovered the greatness of gambit, so its here.
:glimmora: :koraidon: :arceus: :Zacian-crowned: :arceus-Ground:
After that, I slapped on Dragon dance Arceus-ground, because I lacked a way to deal with miraidon, who could freely click volt switch and electro drift all over my team, and dance groundceus is just a really good mon in general, so here it comes on my team.
:glimmora: :koraidon: :arceus: :Zacian-crowned: :arceus-ground: :calyrex-Shadow:
finishing off the first draft of this HO team We have calyrex-shadow, who probably should have been added to the team earlier but anyways, its a very fast sweeper capable of ending games on the spot if it ever gets a free nasty plot, and the set for this team is also a lil quirky..
:glimmora: :koraidon: :arceus: :arceus-ground: :calyrex-shadow: :kingambit:
Last but not least we got the centerpiece of the team, Kingambit, I replaced Zacifraud with gambit after constantly being prevented from sweeping and also getting goobed a bit too hard by stall, I've decided to try it out, it easily takes all of the moves that calyx generally runs and is also a powerful late game sweeper, however be careful of wisp arcs...

THE TEAM

:glimmora: :koraidon: :arceus: :arceus-ground: :calyrex-shadow::sv/kingambit:

Kingambit @ :Black glasses: / :Air Balloon:
Ability: Supreme overlord
Tera type: Dark / Fire
252 Hp / 252 Atk / 4 Spdef
Adamant nature
Moves: Swords dance
Sucker punch
Kowtow Cleave
Iron head

Hey, arn't you supposed to introduce the lead first? who cares? This is my post and gambit is the centerpiece!
Kingambit does pretty much the same thing it always do in OU, let everybody die, accumulate overlord boosts and smash through the weakened team. however, unlike in OU, it cannot just break past anything it desires in this tier, namely defensive arceus formes with wisp, so get rid of them before sweeping. max investment in attack and hp for maximum bulk and offense.

:sv/glimmora::koraidon: :arceus: :arceus-ground: :calyrex-shadow: :kingambit:
glimmora @ :Focus Sash:
Ability: toxic debris
Tera type: fairy / Ghost
80 Def / 176 Spa / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
Moves:
Spikes
Mortal spin
Mud shot
Dazzling gleam

Now we get to the lead itself, glimmora, with its ability, it could set up many layers of hazards for the time that it stays alive, and with mortal spin it could remove hazards while also poisoning opposing Pokemon. The toxic spikes that it provides pressures teams to attack more often, which allows kingambit to click sucker punch more freely with less fail. it can also break focus sash, reveal items and more...
mud shot prevents Necrozma from using it as free setup fodder, and kingambit walls TR variants of it already.
The ev spread maximizes the chance that it wins the 1v1 vs koraidon, with more than 80 percent chance to take it out in one hit with dazzling gleam and relatively low chances to get knocked out by 5 hit scale shot, but if they win it gets dicey...

:glimmora: :sv/koraidon::arceus: :arceus-ground: :calyrex-shadow: :kingambit:
Koraidon @ :loaded dice:
Ability: Oricalcum Pulse
Tera type: Ghost / fire
252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly nature
Moves:
Swords dance
Scale shot
Close combat / Low kick
Flare blitz / flame charge

A fixture on hyper offense and a terrifying sweeper, there is literally no reason to not slap it on a HO team when I was building this team. after a swords dance boost, koraidon amps up its already insane attack stat boosted by orichalcum pulse to ludicrous levels, (Under the sun, koraidon has an attack stat of 491 with 252 evs and a neutral nature, almost as high as adamant :rayquaza-mega: , WTF?) combine that with a speed boost and you can wipe entire teams. I personally like close combat for smashing Ho-Oh for extra damage but low kick is a better option most of the time, unless you are like me, who builds their AG teams On the actual game... flame charge is a funny option denying fairy types from blocking scale shot, but can be inconsistent VS teams with Arceus-Fairy.

:glimmora: :koraidon: :sm/arceus::arceus-ground: :calyrex-shadow: :kingambit:

Arceus @ :Silk scarf: / :Life orb:
Ability: Multitype (why the hell do I need to specify lmao)
Tera Type: normal / stellar
120 Hp / 252 Atk / 136 Spe
Adamant nature
moves:

Dragon dance
Extreme speed
Earthquake / shadow claw

Double Edge

Arceus is a very good revenge killer and calyrex-shadow check for hyper offense teams, so I added it into the squad, but after messing with swords dance, I've found encore calyrex-shadow to be very annoying to face, so Dragon dance is used to outrun any unsuspecting calyx-shadows with the speed boost. However, the loss in power is easily seen, so I Teched Tera normal double edge just for Ho-Oh and earthquake for Zacian-C and Necrozma-Dusk mane. Silk scarf is the usual pick, but life orb allows you to guarantee the one hit knockout on defensive Ho-Oh after a boost while also taking out Zacian-C with earthquake and 2hkoing defensive Necrozma-DM.
Tera stellar can help with some other One hit knockouts, but can be
inconsistent.

:glimmora: :koraidon: :arceus: :sm/arceus-ground: :calyrex-shadow: :kingambit:

Arceus-ground @ :earth plate:

Ability: Multitype
Tera type: Fire
116 Hp / 252 Atk / 140 Spe or 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant nature
moves:
Dragon dance
Earthquake
Stone edge
Taunt / Recover

Fairly standard Groundceus set, helps with miraidon and can goob Ho-Oh with tera fire, nothing much to say tbh.

:glimmora: :koraidon: :arceus: :arceus-ground: :sv/calyrex-shadow: :kingambit:

Calyrex-Shadow @ :Focus Sash:
Ability: As one (Spectrier)
Tera Type: Stellar
4 Def / 252 Spa / 252 Spe
Timid nature
Moves:
Astral barrage
Nasty plot
Grass Knot
Psychic

With insane speed and special attack, along with crazy strong moves in astral barrage, this is an instant pick for the team, however this set is also a bit quirky in order to blow past some checks... astral barrage is standard, with nasty plot to boost it further, grass knot nukes ting-lu after a boost while psychic can take out Arceus with tera stellar at +2. tera stellar just allows this thing to nuke the usual checks and if you can get a free Np, all it takes is a bit of prediction and its GG
.

:koraidon:
If they ever manage to get a SD and speed boost, your only hope will be them choking, so try to deny their scale shot with tera fairy when needed.
:Ho-Oh:
a big portion of this team doesn't like burns...

If you can identify more threats please do, cuz I'm lazy.

Shoutout to...
The Strap For giving me the affirmation that this team is good!
Murphy Lawden For testing it out and making minor adjustments!
If I missed anybody, please tell me.

Is there a reason why the Calyrex-shadow is focus sash over the standard life orb on HO? life orb also allows you to run a more defensive tera, (normal) while still getting a boost like tera stellar would

I’ve tried lorb before, but caly is sash here mainly to take a random scarf attack.
Whenever I could make a ballsy predict and get a free nasty plot, I would often be able to surprise the opp with tera stellar, Nuke their check and sweep, especially when their scarfer cannot take me out in a single hit. Just gotta make some predicts to make it work. Lorb was just too difficult for me to use, as it just puts you in range of revenge attacks and stellar already let’s it beat the usual checks.

Alright, I think that makes a lot of sense. Thank you for your explanation!
