[OVERVIEW]
Dragon
========

Garchomp's typing, good offensive stats, decent overall bulk, solid Speed tier, and rare access to Stealth Rock make it a desirable option for Dragon teams. Its Ground-type STAB is very much appreciated against Steel- and Poison-types such as Jirachi, Stakataka, Toxapex, and Nidoking. It also prevents Volt Switch pivoting, which can be useful against Electric-types such as Zapdos and Magnezone. Above average bulk also means that Garchomp can set up Stealth Rock easily while also avoiding being 2HKOed by Mega Aerodactyl and Celebi. However, Garchomp has very noticeable weaknesses, including a lack of recovery and weakness to Ice- and Fairy-type moves from Mamoswine and Clefable. Because Garchomp is used primarily for Stealth Rock support, its moveset is often very predictable and simple to play around if pressured correctly. Additionally, Garchomp has trouble breaking some Steel- and Grass-types such as Celesteela and Tapu Bulu, as its best coverage move in Fire Blast doesn't have much power behind it.

Moves
========

Stealth Rock damages foes upon entry and is incredibly useful for weakening threatening Ice-types such as Weavile and Kyurem-B. Earthquake is Garchomp's best Ground-type STAB move and hits problematic Steel- and Poison-types such as Heatran, Jirachi, and Toxapex for super effective damage. Outrage is Garchomp's primary Dragon-type STAB move and most powerful move that really is meant to deal damage to Pokemon that are immune to or resist Ground such as Tornadus-T and Tapu Bulu. Alternatively, Toxic is an option against physically defensive foes or Defoggers such as Slowbro, Mantine, and Zapdos as a pressure tool, putting them on a timer. Fire Blast is used against Steel-types that are not weak to Earthquake, such as Celesteela and Ferrothorn.

Set Details
========

Maximum Speed and Attack EVs as well as a Naive nature allow Garchomp to hit as hard and as fast as possible, outspeeding threats such as Mega Charizard X and Landorus. Rough Skin enables Garchomp to slightly damage any foe that makes physical contact with it. Focus Sash allows Garchomp to take any hit from full health and is especially useful to let it threaten to KO Mega Diancie and Latios when completely healthy and guarantee setting Stealth Rock.

Usage Tips
========

This Garchomp set acts as the lead for many Dragon teams, as its main purpose is to set Stealth Rock to allow teammates like Dragonite and Kyurem-B to break down the vast majority of the metagame. Because of this role, Garchomp is quite expendable once Stealth Rock is safely on the field. However, keep Garchomp healthy against Steel teams, as its Ground- and Fire-type coverage can break down many bulky foes such as Heatran, Mega Scizor, and Ferrothorn. Avoid residual damage from entry hazards and status conditions, as they both break Garchomp's Focus Sash and allow foes such as Latios and Keldeo to OHKO it. While Garchomp acts as a lead, it can still effectively damage the foe. To deal more damage to the opponent once Stealth Rock is set, avoid being burned, as it inhibits Garchomp's damage output. Celesteela and Gliscor in particular are the two greatest pivots into anything Garchomp can do despite it having coverage for the former, so it's ideal to switch in Kyurem-B in anticipation of either foe switching in. In turn, this will consistently apply pressure to the opponent, forcing many switches while still keeping offensive momentum.

Team Options
========

Choice Scarf Latios acts as both a revenge killer and Defog user for Garchomp and can check certain foes that would otherwise threaten Garchomp, such as Keldeo and Nihilego. Kyurem-B has arguably the best BoltBeam coverage in the metagame, which pairs amazingly with Garchomp's Stealth Rock to blast through Flying teams. In return, Garchomp soft checks Steel-types that threaten Kyurem-B, such as Scizor and Ferrothorn. Mega Latias is a setup sweeper that appreciates Stealth Rock chipping down foes throughout the battle. It utilizes its insane bulk, Calm Mind, and Refresh to break down incredibly strong walls like Porygon2 and Mantine that Garchomp can't do much against without Toxic. Mega Altaria is another setup sweeper that can use Dragon Dance and Refresh to break down bulky pivots in Mega Sableye and Zapdos, as well as checking opposing Dragons in Mega Latias and Dragonite. Choice Band Dragonite is a powerful physical wallbreaker that can break down defensive walls such as Toxapex and Gliscor. Additionally, Dragonite's access to Extreme Speed is important for revenge killing faster threats like Choice Scarf Greninja and Weavile that would threaten Garchomp immensely. Kommo-o is a mixed setup sweeper that utilizes Kommonium Z to fire off a powerful attack against the foe while also boosting all of its stats, helping to break defensive pivots like Mega Venusaur and Mandibuzz. Together, Garchomp and Kommo-o create a Steel-breaking core through the combination of their coverage. Choice Scarf Hydreigon is a lesser-used teams way of keeping faster foes in check, but it has the ability to scare off Psychic-types that can wall Garchomp, such as Mew and Reuniclus. Its access to U-turn also allows Dragon teams to keep up offensive momentum.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Dragon
--------
A defensive Garchomp with a spread of 252 HP / 164 Def / 92 Spe holding either Rocky Helmet or Leftovers can be used as a physically defensive tank against the likes of Mega Lopunny and Excadrill. However, the lack of Speed and a Focus Sash on this defensive set leaves Garchomp susceptible to being OHKOed by many attacks it's weak to, such as Mega Diancie's Moonblast and Hidden Power Ice from Nihilego. It's also vulnerable to slower attackers such as Kyurem-B and Choice Band Tapu Bulu. Garchompite is a niche item that immensely powers up Garchomp's offensive prowess and allows it to become a threatening presence against Steel teams through its powerful coverage. However, this also drops Mega Garchomp's Speed to a point where it's slower than Mega Charizard X, Kyurem-B, and others, providing better setup opportunities for these foes. Additionally, Mega Garchomp faces competition from other Mega Evolutions in Mega Latias and Mega Altaria, as their setup capabilities and recovery options make them more desirable for Dragon teams.

Checks and Counters
===================

Dragon
--------
**Super Effective Coverage**: Ice-types such as Alolan Ninetales and Weavile, as well as anything carrying Ice-type coverage such as Greninja, Nihilego, or Keldeo, can threaten to KO Garchomp due to its crippling 4x weakness weakness to Ice-type moves. Fairy-types such as Mega Altaria and Clefable beat Garchomp with their Fairy-type STAB moves while also being immune to Garchomp's Dragon-type STAB moves.

**Physically Defensive Foes**: Physically defensive threats such as Celesteela and Gliscor have the bulk to handle any move Garchomp can use and can recover any damage taken.

**Anti-Leads**: Magic Bounce users like Mega Diancie and Mega Sableye, as well as fast Taunt users such as Deoxys-S and Aerodactyl, can prevent Garchomp's Stealth Rock while also being able to set up their own entry hazards or spread status. However, Mega Diancie is threatened by Earthquake if Garchomp is at full health.

**Faster Threats**: Though Garchomp carries a Focus Sash to prevent being OHKOed at full health, it still comes under fire from faster offensive threats such as Mega Pinsir and Alakazam once it has taken prior chip damage.

Ready for QC. It's rough around the edges due to a number of irl time constraints occurring, and I'll be giving it more of my attention and work. My apologies.

edit: doesn't have a skeleton either, so it was a bit more challenging to base some statements and points around anything besides "It's a good lead."

[OVERVIEW]

Dragon
========

*Garchomp's unique typing, good offensive stats, solid overall bulk, and access to Stealth Rocks make it a desirable option for Dragon teams as a lead option.
- its not a unique typing, there is flygon. just say typing

*Its Ground STAB is very much appreciated against Steel and Poison-types such as Jirachi, Stakataka, Toxapex, and Nidoking.
*Its speed tier is beneficial as it can outspeed base 100 Speed threats such as Victini and Mega Charizard X.
- delete this bullet and say how its speed tier makes it a good stealth rock setter in first line

*Garchomp's bulk is above average, meaning that it has the longevity to tank a few hits and reset Stealth Rocks, if need be.
- usage tips talk about this being a lead, which it usually is. rarely is garchomp saved past first few turns, imo talk about its bulk allowing it to just setup Stealth Rock easily.

*Garchomp has very noticeable weaknesses, including a lack of recovery and weakness to common Fairy-types such as Mega Diancie and Clefable.
- also include its weaknesses to ice

*Because Garchomp is used primarily for Stealth Rock support, its moveset is often very predictable and simple easy to play around if pressured correctly.

[SET]
name: Stealth Rock Lead

nature: Naive Jolly
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

*Stealth Rock is used to damage foes once they enter the field.
- reword this and also talk about how it can chip problematic ice types like weavile and kyurem-black.

*Earthquake is Garchomp's best Ground STAB, and hits problematic Steel- and Poison-Types such as Heatran, Jirachi, and Toxapex for super-effective damage.

*Outrage is Garchomp's primary Dragon STAB that really is meant to deal damage to any foe that doesn't resist Dragon moves.
- would say "Outrage is Garchomp's strongest Dragon STAB move and allows it to take on neutral targets such as x."

*Toxic is used against Physically defensive foes or defoggers such as Slowbro, Mantine, Zapdos, and others as a pressure tool, putting them on a timer with poison damage.

*Fire Blast is used against Steel-types that have a neutrality to Earthquake, such as Ferrothorn and Mega Scizor.
- would use celesteela as an example, since it is immune to eq and the chip on it is very nice for dragon.

- switched order of moves to reflect the set

Set Details
========

*Maximum Speed and a Jolly Nature maximizes Garchomp's speed threshold, outspeeding threats such as Landorus-I, Mega Charizard X, and Volcarona at base value.
- change this to Naive nature, dont want to weaken the power of fire blast

*Maximum Attack is used to deal as much damage as possible to the opponent.
- merge this with the above bullet to say something like "Maximum Speed and Attack investment alongside a Naive nature allow Garchomp to hit as hard as possible and outspeed threats such as x."

*Rough Skin is Garchomp's ability, as it's able to slightly damage any foe that makes physical contact with it.
*Focus Sash allows Garchomp to live any hit at full health.
- give an example of what this can help garchomp do like take on Mega Diancie

Usage Tips
========

*This Garchomp set acts as the suicide lead for many Dragon teams, as its main purpose is to set Stealth Rocks to allow other teammates like Dragonite and Kyurem-B to break down the vast majority of the metagame.
*Because this Garchomp set strictly acts as a lead, it's quite expendable once Stealth Rocks are safely on the field.
*Keep Garchomp healthy against Steel teams, as its Ground and Fire-type coverage can break down many bulky foes in Heatran, Mega Scizor, and Ferrothorn.
*Avoid residual damage from entry hazards and status conditions, as they can inhibit Garchomp's ability to reset Stealth Rocks.
- you say its a suicide lead, which it is, then say reset rocks which assumes you will preserve it. maybe say its sash is broken by these so it cant check x pokemon because its sash is broken.

*While Garchomp acts as a lead, this doesn't mean that it can't effectively damage the foe. To deal more damage to the opponent once Stealth Rocks are set, avoid paralysis and burns, as they inhibit Garchomp's offensive prowess.
- garchomp can not be paralyzed u-u, make this a bullet about burns since you are just talking about damage output.

*Celesteela and Gliscor in particular are the two greatest pivots into anything Garchomp can do, so it's ideal to switch in its teammate Kyurem-B, anticipating either of them switching in. In turn, this will consistently apply pressure to the opponent, forcing many switches while still keeping offensive momentum.

Team Options
========

*Choice Scarf Latios acts as both a revenge killer and Defog user for Garchomp. Having a solid base 110 speed stat helps to check certain foes that would otherwise threaten Garchomp, such as Keldeo and Nihilego.
*Kyurem-B is a general wallbreaker for Garchomp. Having arguably the best BoltBeam coverage in the metagame, Kyurem-B uses it to can break through defensive stops to Garchomp, such as Celesteela and Gliscor, and Porygon2. In return, Garchomp soft checks Steel-types that threaten Kyurem-B, such as Scizor and Ferrothorn.
- porygon2 can switch into Ice Beam with sr chip. also talk about how Kyurem-Black pressures common defoggers for Garchomp keeping its rocks up longer.

*Mega Latias is a setup sweeper for Garchomp that utilizes its insane bulk, Calm Mind, and Refresh to break down incredibly strong Special Walls like Chansey and Mantine. In return, Garchomp can soft check Bug-types such as Mega Scizor and Heracross due to its Rough Skin and Fire coverage.
- would talk about thunderbolt being able to take on celesteela as well, a pain to dragon in general.

*Mega Altaria is another setup sweeper for Garchomp. Unlike Mega Latias however, Mega Altaria uses Dragon Dance and Refresh to break down bulky pivots in Mega Sableye and Zapdos, as well as checking opposing Dragons in Mega Latias and Dragonite.
*Choice Band Dragonite is a powerful physical wallbreaker afforded to Garchomp, as it uses options in Outrage, Superpower, Earthquake, and other options to break down defensive walls such as Toxapex and Gliscor. Additionally, Dragonite's ability in Multiscale and access to priority move Extreme Speed is important for revenge killing faster threats in Choice Scarf Greninja and Weavile that would threaten Garchomp immensely.
- Redo this bullet and focus on dragonite forming a steel breaking core with garchomp. also would specifically talk about what band nite can ohko/2hko because of sr.

*Kommo-o is a mixed setup sweeper for Garchomp, as it utilizes Kommonium Z to fire off a powerful attack against the foe while also gaining an omniboost in each stat, helping to break defensive pivots in Mega Venusaur and Mandibuzz.
*Choice Scarf Hydreigon is a lesser used form of speed control for Dragon teams, but has niches such as its unique Dark and Dragon typing that can scare off Psychic-types that can wall Garchomp, such as Mew and Reuniclus. Hydreigon also has access to U-turn allowing Dragon teams to keep up offensive momentum, and synergizes well with Garchomp's Stealth Rocks.

However, the lack of Speed and a Focus Sash on this defensive set leaves Garchomp susceptible to being OHKOed by many attacks it's weak to, such as Mega Diancie's Moonblast and HP Ice Nihilego.
*Garchompite is a niche item that allows Garchomp to Mega Evolve, immensely powering up its offensive prowess. However, this also drops Mega Garchomp's speed to a point where it's slower than Mega Charizard X, Ice Beam Manaphy, Mimikyu and others, providing better setup opportunities for these foes. Additionally, Mega Garchomp faces competition from other Mega Evolutions in Mega Latias and Mega Altaria, as their setup capabilities and recovery options make them more desirable for Dragon teams.
- all mimikyu run adamant, jolly sucks remove that example.

*Dragon Tail can be used as a substitute for Outrage, phazing out setup sweepers such as Volcarona, Kommo-o, and Dual Dance Mew that can be threatening to Dragon teams. However, Dragon Tail has very low move priority with a chance to miss, meaning that setup sweepers can KO Garchomp before it has the chance to use it.
- max speed dragon tail is an unset, remove this from oo. if you want to talk about drag8on tail add it to the bulk chomp bullet

**Physically Defensive Foes**: Physically Defensive threats such as Celesteela and Gliscor have the bulk to handle any move Garchomp can use, can recover off any damage taken, as well as stall Garchomp out of its offensive options.

**Anti-Leads**: Magic Bounce users like Mega Diancie and Mega Sableye, as well as fast Taunt users such as Deoxys-Speed and Aerodactyl can prevent Garchomp's Stealth Rock while also being able to set up their own hazards or spread status.
I'm not a fan of the implication of "suicide" lead - you aren't strictly going to suicide it in every matchup, vs several different types, it's helpful to preserve.
*Keep Garchomp healthy against Steel teams, as its Ground- and Fire-type coverage can break down many bulky foes in Heatran, Mega Scizor, and Ferrothorn.
*Avoid residual damage from entry hazards and status conditions, as they both break Garchomp's Focus Sash and allow foes such as Latios and Keldeo to pressure it safely .

In turn, this will consistently apply pressure to the opponent, forcing many switches while still keeping offensive momentum. Nitpick but you point out that you're targetting Celesteela with Fire Blast, yet here you say Garchomp is pretty useless against it.

*Kyurem-B is a general wallbreaker for Garchomp. Having has arguably the best BoltBeam coverage in the metagame, Kyurem-B uses it to break through defensive stops to Garchomp, such as Celesteela and Gliscor which pairs amazingly with Garchomp's Stealth Rock to blast through Flying teams. It also can pressure most Defoggers, allowing Stealth Rock to remain on the opponents side of the field longer. In return, Garchomp soft checks Steel-types that threaten Kyurem-B, such as Scizor and Ferrothorn.
*Mega Latias is a setup sweeper for Garchomp Dragon and appreciates Stealth Rock chipping down foes throughout the battle. It that utilizes its insane bulk, Calm Mind, and Refresh to break down incredibly strong Special Walls walls like ChanseyPorygon2 and Mantine that Garchomp can't do much against without Toxic., and also has access to Thunderbolt to severely cripple Celesteela.
*Choice Band Dragonite is a powerful physical wallbreaker afforded to Garchomp, as it uses options in Outrage, Superpower, Earthquake, and other options to that can break down defensive walls such as Toxapex and Gliscor. Hydreigon also has access to U-turn allowing Dragon teams to keep up offensive momentum.

I know I cut a lot, but I think this section is way too long - so I tried to remove stuff that wasn't necessary really (or fluff).

*A Defensive Garchomp with a spread of 252 HP / 164 Def / 92 Spe holding either Rocky Helmet or Leftovers can be used as a physically defensive tank against the likes of Mega Lopunny and Excadrill. However, the lack of Speed and a Focus Sash on this defensive set leaves Garchomp susceptible to being OHKOed by many attacks it's weak to, such as Mega Diancie's Moonblast and HP Ice Nihilego. Probably mention some things it doesn't outspeed when running only 92 Spe that matter (instead of the nihilego).
*Garchompite is a niche item that allows Garchomp to Mega Evolve, immensely powering up its offensive prowess. However, this also drops Mega Garchomp's speed to a point where it's slower than Mega Charizard X, Ice Beam Manaphy, Kyurem-B and others, providing better setup opportunities for these foes. Additionally, Mega Garchomp faces competition from other Mega Evolutions in Mega Latias and Mega Altaria, as their setup capabilities and recovery options make them more desirable for Dragon teams. I think you could add in a benefit to using Mega Chomp? The only benefit you state is higher offense which is meh (for a meh mon, I suppose).

**Ice-Type moves**: Ice-types such as Alolan Ninetales and Weavile, as well as anything carrying Ice-type coverage such as Greninja, Nihilego, and Keldeo can all threaten to KO Garchomp due to its crippling 4x weakness weakness to Ice.

**Fairy-Types**: Fairy-types such as Mega Altaria and Clefable beat out Garchomp with their Fairy STAB while also being immune to Garchomp's Dragon STAB.

You can just combine the above two into "Super Effective Coverage" - I don't think they're particularly notable otherwise.

**Physically Defensive Foes**: Physically Defensive threats such as Celesteela and Gliscor have the bulk to handle any move Garchomp can use, can recover off any damage taken.

**Anti-Leads**: Magic Bounce users like Mega Diancie and Mega Sableye, as well as fast Taunt users such as Deoxys-Speed and Aerodactyl can prevent Garchomp's Stealth Rock while also being able to set up their own hazards or spread status. However, the former is threatened by Earthquake if Garchomp is at full health. Nitpick but you list 4 Pokemon here, so "former" doesn't really work.

**Faster Threats**: Though Garchomp carries a Focus Sash to prevent being OHKOed at full health, it still comes under fire from faster offensive threats such as Mega Pinsir and Alakazam once it's taken prior chip damage.

Stealth Rock damages foes upon entry, and is incredibly useful for weakening threatening Ice-types such as Weavile and Kyurem-B. Earthquake is Garchomp's best Ground STAB, and hits problematic Steel and Poison-Types such as Heatran, Jirachi, and Toxapex for super-effective damage. Outrage is Garchomp's primary Dragon-type STAB and most powerful move that really is meant to deal damage to Pokemon that are immune to or resist Ground such as Tornadus-T and Tapu Bulu. Toxic is used against Pphysically defensive foes or dDefoggers such as Slowbro, Mantine, and Zapdos as a pressure tool, putting them on a timer. Fire Blast is used against Steel-types that take exception are not weak to Earthquake, [i'm pretty sure take exception is not the right phrase here] such as Celesteela and Ferrothorn.

Set Details
========

Maximum Speed and Attack EVs as well as a Naive nature allows Garchomp to hit as hard and as fast as possible, outspeeding threats such as Mega Charizard X and Landorus. Rough Skin enables Garchomp to slightly damage any foe that makes physical contact with it. Focus Sash allows Garchomp to live any hit from full health, (RC) and is especially useful since it can threaten to KO Mega Diancie and Latios when completely healthy and guarantees setting Stealth Rock.

Usage Tips
========

This Garchomp set acts as the lead for many Dragon teams, as its main purpose is to set Stealth Rocks to allow other teammates like Dragonite and Kyurem-B to break down the vast majority of the metagame. Because this Garchomp set acts as a lead, it's quite expendable once Stealth Rocks are safely on the field. Keep Garchomp healthy against Steel teams, as its Ground- and Fire-type coverage can break down many bulky foes in such as Heatran, Mega Scizor, and Ferrothorn. Avoid residual damage from entry hazards and status conditions, as they both break Garchomp's Focus Sash and allow foes such as Latios and Keldeo. [to do what?] While Garchomp acts as a lead, this doesn't mean that it can't still effectively damage the foe. [makes the sentence way easier to read] To deal more damage to the opponent once Stealth Rocks are set, avoid being burnt as it inhibits Garchomp's damage output. Celesteela and Gliscor in particular are the two greatest pivots into anything Garchomp can do despite having coverage for the latter, so it's ideal to switch in its teammate Kyurem-B in anticipation of either foe switching in. In turn, this will consistently apply pressure to the opponent, forcing many switches while still keeping offensive momentum.

Team Options
========

Choice Scarf Latios acts as both a revenge killer and Defog user for Garchomp and can check certain foes that would otherwise threaten Garchomp, such as Keldeo and Nihilego. Kyurem-B is has arguably the best BoltBeam coverage in the metagame, which pairs amazingly with Garchomp's Stealth Rock to blast through Flying teams. In return, Garchomp soft checks Steel-types that threaten Kyurem-B, such as Scizor and Ferrothorn. Mega Latias is a setup sweeper for Dragon and appreciates Stealth Rock chipping down foes throughout the battle. It utilizes its insane bulk, Calm Mind, and Refresh to break down incredibly strong walls like Porygon2 and Mantine that Garchomp can't do much against without Toxic. Mega Altaria is another setup sweeper for Garchomp. [again, "another set up sweeper for Garchomp" to? smth like "to assist"?] Unlike Mega Latias however, Mega Altaria uses Dragon Dance and Refresh to break down bulky pivots in Mega Sableye and Zapdos, as well as checking opposing Dragons in Mega Latias and Dragonite. Choice Band Dragonite is a powerful physical wallbreaker that can break down defensive walls such as Toxapex and Gliscor. Additionally, Dragonite's access to priority move Extreme Speed is important for revenge killing faster threats in Choice Scarf Greninja and Weavile that would threaten Garchomp immensely. Kommo-o is a mixed setup sweeper for Garchomp, [same thing as earlier w/ altaria] as it utilizes Kommonium Z to fire off a powerful attack against the foe while also gaining an omniboost, helping to break defensive pivots in Mega Venusaur and Mandibuzz. Together, Garchomp and Kommo-o create a Steel breaking core through the combination of their coverage. Choice Scarf Hydreigon is a lesser used form of speed control for Dragon teams, but has the ability to scare off Psychic-types that can wall Garchomp, such as Mew and Reuniclus. Hydreigon also has access to U-turn allowing Dragon teams to keep up offensive momentum.

A Ddefensive Garchomp with a spread of 252 HP / 164 Def / 92 Spe holding either Rocky Helmet or Leftovers can be used as a physically defensive tank against the likes of Mega Lopunny and Excadrill. However, the lack of Speed and a Focus Sash on this defensive set leaves Garchomp susceptible to being OHKOed by many attacks it's weak to, such as Mega Diancie's Moonblast and HP Ice from Nihilego. It's also prone to slower attackers such as Kyurem-B and Choice Band Tapu Bulu. Garchompite is a niche item that allows Garchomp to Mega Evolve, immensely powering up its offensive prowess and allows Garchomp to becomes a threatening presence against Steel teams through its powerful coverage. However, this also drops Mega Garchomp's sSpeed to a point where it's slower than Mega Charizard X, [two extra spaces here] Kyurem-B, (AC) and others, providing better setup opportunities for these foes. Additionally, Mega Garchomp faces competition from other Mega Evolutions in Mega Latias and Mega Altaria, as their setup capabilities and recovery options make them more desirable for Dragon teams.

**Super Effective Coverage**: Ice-types such as Alolan Ninetales and Weavile, as well as anything carrying Ice-type coverage such as Greninja, Nihilego, and Keldeo, (AC) can all threaten to KO Garchomp due to its crippling 4x weakness weakness to Ice-type moves. Fairy-types such as Mega Altaria and Clefable beat out Garchomp with their Fairy-type STAB while also being immune to Garchomp's Dragon-type STAB.

**Physically Defensive Foes**: Physically Defensive threats such as Celesteela and Gliscor have the bulk to handle any move Garchomp can use (RC) and can recover off any damage taken.

**Anti-Leads**: Magic Bounce users like Mega Diancie and Mega Sableye, as well as fast Taunt users such as Deoxys-Speed and Aerodactyl, (AC) can prevent Garchomp's Stealth Rock while also being able to set up their own hazards or spread status. However, Mega Diancie is threatened by Earthquake if Garchomp is at full health.

**Faster Threats**: Though Garchomp carries a Focus Sash to prevent being OHKOed at full health, it still comes under fire from faster offensive threats such as Mega Pinsir and Alakazam once it's has taken prior chip damage.

Stamping the above amcheck, and adding my own changes on top of it

Cheese5555 good job! However, you missed quite a few things. For example, remember that 'STAB' refers to the same type attack boost, not to the move that is boosted. Also, and Havens this is a note for you as well--'Stealth Rock' as a noun is rarely plural; you use Stealth Rock, set Stealth Rock, and remove Stealth Rock.

Also, for general grammar suggestions, be careful of parallelism errors, and make sure to hyphenate multi-word adjectives / adverbs.

Either way, a pretty solid amcheck! Nice work both of you!

Remove, Add, [comments], (RC) = remove comma, (AC) = add comma. (Electrolyte comments)

Dragon
========

Garchomp's typing, good offensive stats, decent overall bulk, solid speed tier, and unique access to Stealth Rock being Dragon's only viable Stealth Rock user (parallelism error. 'unique' captures the idea well enough) make it a desirable option for Dragon teams. Its Ground-type STAB is very much appreciated against Steel- and Poison-types such as Jirachi, Stakataka, Toxapex, and Nidoking. It also prevents Volt Switch pivoting, which can be useful against Electric-types such as Zapdos and Magnezone. Garchomp's bulk is above average, meaning that it can set up Stealth Rocks (Stealth Rock is always singular) easily while also avoiding being 2OHKOed from by (OHKOed by, not from) Mega Aerodactyl and Celebi. However, (you need to transition as you move from talking about strengths to weaknesses) Garchomp has very noticeable weaknesses, including a lack of recovery and weakness to Ice- and Fairy-type moves from Mamoswine and Clefable. Because Garchomp is used primarily for Stealth Rock support, its moveset is often very predictable and simple to play around if pressured correctly. Additionally, Garchomp has trouble breaking some Steel- and Grass-types such as Celesteela and Tapu Bulu, as its best coverage move in Fire Blast doesn’t have much power behind it.
