Overview: A viable spore user with glaring flaws, mainly its frail stats and bad typing, however, thanks to the combination of spore, sappy seed and focus punch, it's able to at least do something against a slower mon.

Thunder Wave, Rest
Confusion, Double Team, Mist, Aurora Beam, Toxic, Hyper Beam, Double Team, Flash, Substitute, Swift, Solarbeam
Overview: The fattest Psychic ever provides a new option and some role compression. Slash seems weird but is useful for Psychics and Chansey. Lack of recovery and Reflect keeps it from getting too crazy since it acts like a weird RestLax + Zam hybrid.

Pokemon: Ursaluna-Bloodmoon
Typing: Normal/Ground
Base Stats: 113/70/120/135/52
Movepool:

Ice Punch, Thunder Punch

Rest
Fire Punch, Tackle, Take Down, Double Edge, Swift, Scary Face, Substitute, Roar, Dig, Rock Slide, Counter, Leer, Harden
Overview: Normal bloodmoon would be broken here, but this looks kinda cool for the tier. Hugeass bulk but typing and stats don't necessarily complement each other. Has a Persian slash but doesn't get the autocrit (81% crit tho). Ice Punch hits about as hard as Chansey's Ice Beam. Ends up having some Rhydon qualities as well. Not sure if SD would be broke or not here given how much other stuff it's already doing well.

Other Moves: Acid Armor, Aurora Beam, Double Team, Haze, Light Screen, Mist, Rest, Self-Destruct, Sharpen, Solar Beam, Substitute, Take Down, Toxic
Overview: Strong Ice-type with Recover and a few ways of messing with its checks thanks to Confuse Ray, Explosion, and if you're real, Solar Beam

Name: Hydreigon :hydreigon:
Typing: Poison-Dragon
Stats: 92/105/90/125/98
Original movepool: Bite, Body Slam, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Flamethrower, Fly, Focus Energy, Headbutt, Hydro Pump, Hyper Beam, Reflect, Rest, Roar, Rock Slide, Slam, Substitute, Surf, Tackle, Take Down, Thunder Wave, Tri Attack
Added moves: Toxic, Sludge, Recover, Dragon Rage
Removed moves:
Rock Slide, Fire Spin.

Powerful dragon with a very good special movepool, but nerfed by Poison typing. It has the 32 PP Recover, but also 5 weaknesses (which for now are 4, since Dragon moves still aren,t a thing). Out of current 12 RBY OU Mons, 10 have a super effective move to hit Hydreigon (Zapdos and Victreebel being the exceptions) and it especially struggles to get past Starmie. Yet, due to the Stats and Recover, it should still be a decent Mon, its just a brain is required to make the best of it. Notably, Hydreigon becomes the only Poison type Pokemon that learns the accurate Thunder Wave.

Name: Bellibolt :bellibolt:
Typing: Electric
Stats: 109/54/91/113/45
Original movepool: Confuse Ray, Hyper Beam, Light Screen, Reflect, Rest, Substitute, Swift, Tackle, Thunder, Thunder Shock, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Toxic, Water Gun
Added moves: Body Slam, Bubble Beam, Bubble, Hydro Pump, Softboiled, Sludge
Removed moves:
Confuse Ray

I noticed that Chansey has been insanely nerfed in this Pet Mod. Moves that have been added are:
-Drain Punch: Fight move, hits Chansey hard.
-Skitter Smack: Physical move but that drops Special, Chansey's strongest non HP Stat.
-Burn Up: Users become Normal type and hit hard. Flareon's Hyper Beam does 75% minimum and Body Slam has a small chance to 2HKO. This is without crits.
-Sappy Seed: Abuses Chansey's high HP.
-Mud Shot: Only move out of 6 that doesn,t make Chansey worse.
-Focus Punch: Should I even speak about this one?

Mons that have been added:
-Masquerain: Annoys Chansey with Stun Spore, though this is the one Chansey should still win against most of the time.
-Cursola: Explodes or set-ups with Amnesia.
-Seismitoad: Ground Mon that isn,t weak to Ice Beam, therefore launches STAB EQs for free.

Almost everything made Chansey worse, so we need some new options for Special walls that check many Mons. Alakazam is one, but Alakazam dislikes para and is physically frail.

So, here comes Bellibolt. Bellibolt is a Electric type that can hit Grounds hard despite not having Surf. It has a much lower HP than Chansey, but still very high. Like Chansey, Bellibolt has only 1 weakness, though its a worse one. Yet, it has a higher Defense and a little higher Special, which allows its Thunderbolts hit much harder than Chansey's ones.

Bellibolt completely walls other Electric types and checks Waters very well, at the expense of struggling vs Grass types more than Chansey does. Bellibolt is slower than Chansey, which allows the rare Golem to Speedtie, however Rhydon is still outsped. Neither Rhydon, nor Golem can OHKO Bellibolt from full, however, Bellibolt is unable to OHKO them with Bubble Beam either, needing the inaccurate Hydro Pump for that. Seismitoad obviously switches in for free, except if Bellibolt decides to use Toxic.

Without outclassing Chansey or Alakazam, Bellibolt brings to the meta a new Special Wall that deals better with some of the things that have been added.

Name: Sneasel :sneasel:
Typing: Normal-Ice
Stats:
55/95/55/79/111
Original movepool: Agility, Bite, Blizzard, Counter, Dig, Fury Swipes, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Leer, Low Kick, Quick Attack, Rest, Scratch, Screech, Slash, Substitute, Surf, Swift, Swords Dance, Take Down
Added moves: Focus Punch
Removed moves:
Sword Dance, Ice Punch.

So, competing with Swagodile's Weavile submission is kinda an ugly thing to do, but I think his Weavile is insanely broken. With base 70 Attack, base 115 Speed and base 65 Special, Persian already is already a viable Mon in OU thanks to STAB Slash. With 120 base Attack, 125 Speed, 85 Special and a second STAB, Weavile not only would outclass Persian, but it would also easily dominate the meta as long as it avoids being paralyzed (it even would 2HKO Tauros with Slash while being unable to being paralyzed by Tauros).

Sneasel (one of my favorite Mons btw, I like it more than Weavile) is still a better Persian with 95 Attack, 79 Special and Ice STAB. However, it actually loses to Persian due to me removing 4 Speed Points and giving them to Special (fuck Speedties). It still outspeeds Tauros, though Slash does 49% maximum. Unlike Persian, Sneasel doesn,t have Hyper Beam, however it has much better odds vs Rhydon and Gengar. Vs bulky Waters, Sneasel doesn,t have Thunderbolt. This should allow Cloyster to wall Sneasel... until its hit by Focus Punch. Sneasel dislikes paralysis, but easily switches into Blizzards and Ice Beams, without the chance of being frozen. Cursola and Omastar are decent Sneasel checks that should be more common in this meta, Fire types are also way more problematic for Sneasel than for Persian.

To sum it up, Sneasel is a frailer and slower Persian that hits harder on both sides. It doesn,t outclass Persian, who will still be a viable pick, but its overall better.

This is absurdly broken and can OHKO most things with +2 HBeam and also doesnt even really need to setup either because it has Slash. Removing the normal typing is probably the best option and makes it different from Sneasel.

I am very reluctant to allow a 113/120/135 bulk mon with such good coverage and power. There is pretty much just outright no switchins to this and its not exactly hard to get on the field. I'd want more than just Slash removed so you can either
1) Remove one of Body Slam/HBeam along with Slash
2) Remove punches
3) Lower special
4) a secret fourth thing if you think of one

Voting Phase!

All vetoes were fixed besides Ursaluna-Bloodmoon, so you can vote for every sub besides that.
Everyone will be able to vote for the subs they want to be included. You can vote for up to 3 submissions, where they will get 3, 2, and 1 points respectively depending on your order. Your own submission cannot be first place and must have (SV). You must vote for 3 submissions to SV, and can only SV once.
Example: Vote: Mon 1, Mon 2 (SV), Mon 3
Mon 1 would get 3 points, Mon 2, your own submission, would get 2 points, and Mon 3 would get would 1 point. If you vote for only two or one submissions, the first submissions would still get 3 points and the second would still get 2 points.

Voting will be open for 2 days!

1. Aurorus ( Most submissions of this round including some of my own rise the power level a lot. This one doesn,t while adding a very interesting typing as an Ice Mon that isn,t weak to Electric and isn,t terribly frail).
2. Bellibolt ( Self Vote, if power level rises, so should the defensive power level).
3. Flygon ( Another very unused typing in future Gens. Its also a Ground type that loses to Fraudos, giving the poor bird another niche).

Voting closed!

Bellibolt: 7
Flygon: 7
Aurorus: 7
ya ok I stopped counting here dont snitch on me

The winners are Aurorus, Bellibolt, and Flygon in a 3 way tie for 1st!

Discussion will be open for less than 1 day because I was late oops.

Slate 5: Dual Slate!

This slate you can sub 3 Pokemon and moves together! However, there are some extra rules
  • The Pokemon and move must be subbed together, which means votes will be for the combination of them.
  • The Pokemon must learn the move it has been subbed with.
  • The Pokemon must be able to viably use the move it has been subbed with.
Aside from that, you are free to do whatever you want assuming its following the usual rules. You can give subbed moves to as many or as little mons as you want, as long as it follows the rules above.

Vetoes/Review will be on the 15th!
