The reason I am requesting this Pokemon is that I have one more slot to fill in my team for the International Challenge, and I have very little time to breed or find something. I had originally planned to use a Porgon-Z with Z-Conversion, but I do not have the resources to do that.

I also have a bit of a question. If I were to use this for the International Challenge, would it be considered legitimate, so that I will not be penalized or disqualified if I were to use it?

AlphaVoxel : I couldn't find the Bounsweet, sorry, it seems it was sniped. To answer your question, yes, you can absolutely use the Pheromosa for the International Challenge, it is legitimate, I've soft-reset it myself :)
