Rapidash-Galar [Optimized]
Abilities
: Pastel Veil (Includes immunity to poison attacks) / Misty Surge HA: Psychic Surge
Stats: 85 HP / 80 Atk / 70 Def / 100 SpA / 80 SpD / 105 Spe BST 520 -
Added Moves: Moon Blast, Moonlight, Earth Power
Summary of Changes: +20 HP, swapped Attack stats

Giving this thing access to both type appropriate Surges gives Rapidash a strong niche. It doesn't outclass Indeedee though since Rapidash still has medicore stats all around and Indeedee is immune to ghosts and can potentially cleric in a pinch. Rapidash still has no stats that truly stand out. 105 speed isnt the demon that it was once upon a time. That said, all of Rapidash's abilities are fantastic in some way shape or form and the access to various terrains gives it a great niche. It doesn't outclass Weezing since while Weez may have Misty Surge and use it poorly, it does so because its movepool filled with its Poison and burn spread potential does not lend well to a terrain that blocks status especially when float based immunity means Ground/Dragon immunity. Speaking of Weezing...

Weezing-Galar [Optimized]
Abilities
: Levitate / Neutralising Gas | [HA] Misty Surge
Stats: 75 HP / 85 Atk / 120 Def / 90 SpA / 80 SpD / 60 Spe [BST 510]
Added Moves: Moonlight
Summary of Changes: +10 HP, +10 SpD, Swap Atk with SpA

Stunfisk-Galar [Optimized]
Abilities
: Mimicry | [HA] Water Absorb
Stats: 119 HP / 91 Atk / 99 Def / 66 SpA / 84 SpD / 32 Spe [BST 491]
Added Moves: Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Spikey Shield, Iron Head
Summary of Changes: +10 HP, +10 Atk

Eldegoss [Optimized]
Abilities:
Cotton Down / Regenerator | Fluffy
Stats: 90 / 50 / 90 / 100 / 120 / 60 (510 BST)
Added Moves: Mystical Fire, Sludge Bomb
Summary of Changes: +30 HP, +20 SpA
Overview: Super simple- Basically turned this into Tangrowth- Fire coverage eliminates its main passivity issue while Sludge Bomb gives stuff like Clefable a second thought switching in. Still kind of shitty spinner (what are you doing to Dragapult lol), but at least it's now a decent defensive pivot.

Boltund [Optimized]
Abilities:
Strong Jaw | Electric Surge
Stats: 69 / 105 / 60 / 90 / 60 / 131 (515 BST)
Added Moves: Ice Fang, Aurora Beam, Flamethrower
Summary of Changes: +15 Atk, +10 Spe
Overview: On the physical side, Boltund gained the only 2 things he needed: Ice Fang, and slightly better offensive stats. On the special side, I gave him way better coverage, nearly matching the physical coverage spread (albeit weaker), made more enticing by access to a strong Volt Switch and Electric Surge, which should make Boltund a diet Tapu Koko if you go special.

Greedent [Optimized]
Abilities:
Cheek Pouch / Ripen | Sticky Hold
Stats: 160 / 105 / 105 / 55 / 75 / 20 (520 BST)
Added Moves: Recycle, U-Turn
Summary of Changes: +40 HP, +10 Atk, +10 Def
Overview: Greedent is a very straightforward change: Give it Recycle, and it becomes leagues better. The rest of the changes center around berry usage (Ripen having massive Stuff Cheeks potential and Sticky Hold, uh, making sure you never lose your berry so you can still recycle?). Stats are just to bring ut up to par with OU and make it a truly chunky fella.

Eldegoss [Optimized]
Abilities
: Cotton Down/Regenerator (Effect Spore)
Stats: 80/50/110/80/120/80
Added Moves: Body Press, Scald, Wish
Summary of Changes: +Water Subtype, +20 HP, Def and Speed, Gains Body Press, Wish and Scald
Overview: The added water type improves Eldegoss' defensive typing by removing Fire and Ice weaknesses and granting it Steel resistance. It can bulk itself up and maintain offensive pressure with Cotton Guard boosted Body Press. It can also take on more of a cleric role with Aromatheropy + Wish

Greedent [Optimized]
Abilities
: Gluttony/Harvest (Unburden)
Stats: 120/95/95/20/75/65
Added Moves: Power Trip, Slack Off
Summary of Changes: Gained Harvest and Unburden, Power Trip and Slack Off, swap SpA with Speed, then +10 Speed
Overview: Greedent actually has pretty decent stats and movepool for a regional normal rodent, the biggest issue it has in that regard is low speed, which can be fixed up with Unburden letting it use Belly Drum + Sitrus Berry or Stuff Cheeks + Liechi Berry to activate it. With Max+ Speed investment, Unburden Greedent hits 502 speed, enough to outspeed the entire unboosted tier as well as base 102 and lower Choice Scarf users.

Harvest on the other hand allows it to passively recycle it's berry, allowing a Starf Berry + Stuff Checks + Power Trip set, among other things.

Electric/Fairy
Boltund [Optimized]
Abilities:
Strong Jaw/Ball Fetch (Fetches all Orbs and Ball items from enemies as well as Eviolite, Stick and Bone Club. Takes the item away and puts it in the player's inventory) (Competetvie)
Stats: 69 / 100 / 60 / 100 / 60 / 131 (520 BST) +10 Atk/SpAtk/Speed
Added Moves: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Moon Blast, Grass Knot, Seed Bomb
Overview: Electric/Fairy gives it a strong niche as the rival of Thievul line, and Ball Fetch is all kinds of unique niche for this bestest boy: Stealing Life Orbs, Status Orbs, and some mon specific items the instant either he or his enemy enter combat, it means you can stop a Gutsy Obstagoon or Conkeldurr before they even get started, or prevent a Sheer Forcer from abusing his Life Orb's best gimmick. I almost want to extend it to certain Uber Orbs like the Blue & Red Orbs or Griseous but... maybe not. If that's not your style, the added Moon and Fire Blasts enable a competitive set to hit surprisingly hard as 131 is a great speed to abuse with a free NP and a good combo of attacks types.

Then there's the biting path. This thing doesn't step on Koko, not that such a comparison warrants concern as Koko has terrain support and tends to hit harder, but Boltund has a better attacking movepool and that 1 point of speed might actually make worlds of difference. On its own Bolt is fast but 100 attacking stat is not too amazing.

Not sure Ball Fetch is even workable, as it's probably a bit out there.

Dark/Ground
Thievul [Optimized]
Abilities
: Unburden/Sheer Force (Stakeout)
Stats: 90/58/78/107/92/95 (520) +20 HP/Def/SpAtk, +5 Speed
Added Moves: Earth Power, Drill Run, Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb, Energy Ball
Overview: As the rival to Boltund, its types are quite his opposite being Fairy vs Dark and Ground vs Electric, creating a semi evening out ying yang. Thievul, regardless of ability, is best focused on its Special Attack stat mixed with its good STAB with either Psychic, Poison, Ice or Grass coverage with Nasty Plot to get the boost up. All abilities are good for different purposes as all of Thievul's main moves are boosted by Sheer Force. Simultaneously, Unburden is an excellent choice to patch up a 95 speed stat which isn't what it once was, and Stakeout is Stakeout, the perfect Ability to use if you switch in on something that might just be choice locked into one of Thiev's immunities.

Its stat spread still isn't the best, and the added ground typing, while it does do a few defensive favors (Elec immunity and rock resist), adds painful water/grass/Ice weaknesses and doesn't offset any of Dark's weaknesses. Not that Thievul is survives too many hits as it is.

The coverage is also important, as Psychic scares off fighters, Poison scares Grass and Fairy, Ice is just all around a nice type to have, and Energy Ball deals well with waters. But you can't have all of them, you might get 1, 2 if you wanna go Specs or Scarf. You can also try an unburden Thoat Spray Snarl set, but Snarl becomes somewhat deadweight after use unlike the much stronger Clanging Scales of Kommo-o.

Eldegoss [Optimized]
Abilities:
Cotton Down / Regenerator | Effect Spore (HA)
Stats: 60 / 80 / 110 / 80 / 120 / 60 | BST: 510
Added Moves: U-turn, Knock Off, Strength Sap
Summary of Changes: +20 Def, +30 Atk
Overview: Strength Sap gives it more of a reason to exist, U-turn is always stellar on a Regenerator pokemon, and Knock Off is nice support so you can take a chunk off of any switch-in.

Boltund [Optimized]
Abilities:
Strong Jaw | Scrappy (HA)
Stats: 89 / 110 / 60 / 110 / 60 / 121 | BST: 550
Added Moves: Hyper Fang, Mystical Fire, Aura Sphere, Nasty Plot
Summary of Changes: +20 Atk, +20 SpA, +20 HP
Overview: More power and coverage, basically. Strong Jaw Hyper Fang is its strongest attack now, while special sets can abuse Scrappy Hyper Voice and Nasty Plot.

Greedent [Optimized]
Abilities:
Cheek Pouch / Gluttony | Thick Fat (HA)
Stats: 130 / 95 / 95 / 55 / 75 / 50 | BST: 500
Added Moves: Recycle, Double Edge, Fire Punch, Quick Attack
Summary of Changes: + 10 HP, +30 Spe
Overview: Recycle lets it repeatedly use recovery, Quick Attack and a bit more Speed patches up one of its largest issues, and Double Edge and Fire Punch help it hit a bit harder.

Thievul [Optimized]
Abilities:
Run Away / Unburden | Stakeout
Stats: 70 / 68 / 78 / 107 / 102 / 110 | BST: 535
Added Moves: Mystical Fire, Focus Blast
ummary of Changes: +10 Atk, +20 Def, +20 SpA, +10 SpD, +20 Spe
Overview: Thievul mostly needed a big boost to stats, and some actual coverage moves. Voila!

Flareon [Optimized]
Abilities
: Flash Fire | Defiant
Stats: 105 / 130 / 60 / 65 / 110 / 65 (535 BST)
Added Moves: Seed Bomb, Zen Headbutt, Play Rough, Knock Off, Bulk Up
Summary of Changes: HP and SpA swapped, +10 HP; Guts replaced by Defiant
Overview: Flareon's biggest problems stems from low HP (which undermines it's good Special Defense), limited coverage and Guts being butchered does to Flareon's own Fire-type. HP is raised to much more reasonable level, allowing for more efficient Wish support and tank Special moves better. Bulk Up stems from it having Guts for something short, so there's that. It retain it's slow Speed, but it retain it's great 130 Attack, and with a more useful Ability in the form of Defiant (considering King's Shield, Intimidate, Defog, etc.), punishing any attempt of reducing it's Attack. It can still be quickly slayed off by Dracovish, Gyarados and Dugtrio, so it's a good idea to have appropriate teammates to take them out.

Goodra [Optimized]
Abilities
: Sap Sipper / Hydration | Gooey
Stats: 90 / 85 / 70 / 125 / 150 / 80 (600 BST)
Added Moves: Recover, Scald, Giga Absorb
Summary of Changes: +10 SpA, -10 Atk
Overview: With a better Special Attack, Water type addition and Recover, Goodra become more specialized. While it have the Dragon / Water that Dracovish have, that one utilize terrorizing power of Fisheous Rend and other physical prowess while Optimized Goodra focuses on being either a Special tank or a Special wall. Scald would help soften it's weak Defense, but isn't consistent.

Quagsire [Optimized]
Abilities: Damp / Water Absorb / Unaware
Stats: 95/85/85/85/85/35 (470 BST)
Summary of Changes: +20 SpA, +20 SpD
Quagsire's main drawbacks are its low Special Defense, so making it equal to its Defense improves its walling capabilities, especially from the likes of special attackers like Hydreigon and Gengar. A hefty boost in Special Attack makes its Scald hit harder as well.

Copperajah [Optimized]
Abilities: Sheer Force / Heavy Metal
Stats: 122/130/79/80/79/30 (520 BST)
Added Moves: Flare Blitz
Summary of Changes: +10 Def, +10 SpD
Copperajah suffers from a lack of dual STAB which hampers its offensive potential. Now with slightly better bulk, it can better withstand repeated attacks, and Flare Blitz improves its Sheer Force sets by being more consistent than Heat Crash.

Vaporeon [Optimized]
Abilities: Water Absorb / Natural Cure
Stats: 130/60/70/110/95/60 (525 BST)
Added Moves: Recover, Heal Bell
Summary of Changes: -5 Atk, +10 Def, -5 Spe
Vaporeon's main problem is its lack of movepool, particularly a lack of reliable recovery. With access to Recover, as well as Heal Bell from Gen 7, Vaporeon can now function as a solid wall and cleric. Natural Cure is just the icing on the cake.

Arcanine [Optimized]
Abilities: Intimidate / Flash Fire / Justified
Stats: 95/100/95/100/95/90 (575 BST)
Added Moves: Recover, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Aura Sphere, Dazzling Gleam
Summary of Changes: +5 HP, -10 Atk, +15 Def, +15 SpD, -5 Spe
Arcanine's weaknesses are mostly its subpar bulk and lack of coverage moves. With the special coverage movepool mirroring that of its physical coverage, Arcanine can become less passive, being able to hit Toxapex, Hydreigon, Gengar, and Dragapult.

Sandaconda [Optimized]
Abilities: Shed Skin / Sand Spit / Sand Force
Stats: 82 / 107 / 125 / 65 / 90 / 75 (544 BST)
Added Moves: Recover, Whirlwind
Summary of Changes: +10 HP, +20 Special Defense, +4 Speed
By giving it a bit more speed and more special defense, as well as actual recovery in Recover and other utility in Whirlwind, Sandaconda becomes a better version of its former self. Combine this with a better defensive typing in Ground / Dragon that mitigates its weakness to Dracovish and gives it more resistances to work with, and Sandaconda basically becomes a better version of itself. Sandaconda isn't broken as Dracovish can still break through it, and special attackers like Hydreigon and Clefable can overpower it, so make sure to bring teammates that can help Sandaconda deal with them.

Coalossal [Optimized]
Abilities: Steam Engine (Now adds an immunity to Water-type moves) / Flame Body / Flash Fire
Stats: 110 / 100 / 130 / 80 / 100 / 30 (550 BST)
Added Moves: Recover
Summary of Changes: +20 Attack, +10 Defense, +10 Special Defense
The new stat buffs given to it, despite not helping too much, make Coalossal much less passive and a tad bit bulkier on both sides, making it much harder to KO on both sides (unless your name is Excadrill). Steam Engine now granting an immunity to Water-type attacks somewhat remedies its poor defensive typing and makes it so that Dracovish can't OHKO it from full HP, though it still can die to super effective attacks from the likes of Excadrill, balancing it out.

Grapploct [Octimized]
Abilities: Regenerator (Technician)
Stats: 100 / 110 / 110 / 70 / 110 / 40 [545]
Added Moves: Aqua Jet, Mach Punch, Avalanche, Storm Throw, Aerial Ace, Bulldoze
Summary of Changes: Grapploct has been made into a mon meant to tank hits and deliever them right back. It can either run a technician set, which can make surprising use of moves like Payback, Revenge and Avalanche due to their increase in power (Which happens after the technician boost), or it can be a more bulky set that uses Octolock to wear down a foe's defenses and knock it out afterwards. The main drawbacks of each set is that the Technician one lacks recovery, which would eventually wear it down, and the Regenerator one lacks any truly strong moves and relies on Octolock to get through defensive foes

Abilities: Lightningrod (Water Absorb)
This makes no flavor sense.
Shit even Glaceon at least has a Stab combo of Blizzard/Freeze Dry that hits a ton of stuff hard and Leafeon can probably find use on Sun maybe?
Glaceon is also very slow with a disadvantageous typing, while Leafeon is in a similar boat in that it lacks coverage. At least Jolteon can use its very high speed with Choice Specs.
New Moves: Focus Blast, Earth Power, Quiver Dance
Quiver Dance makes no flavor sense, as I’ve said a few times already when you tried to give it to Aurorus and I believe Noivern. It’s given to winged bugs (particularly moths and butterflies), not to a dog.
Hell Frosmoth has an amazing ability to help it get In on Special attackers, QD and some coverage options although it kinda needs boots.
Frosmoth has no coverage against Steel or Fire types, nor does it have an attack-boosting ability.
Ability: Drought (Chlorophyll)
How a Grass-type activates harsh sunlight is a mystery to me.

Grapploct [Octimized]
Abilities: Regenerator (Technician)
Stats: 110 / 110 / 120 / 70 / 110 / 40 [565]
Added Moves: Aqua Jet, Mach Punch, Avalanche, Storm Throw, Aerial Ace, Bulldoze
This looks ridiculously bulky especially with Regenerator, and with Octolock it basically invalidates stall (or at least forces use of Shed Shell or something).

which can make surprising use of moves like Payback, Revenge and Avalanche due to their increase in power (Which happens after the technician boost)
Secondary effect boosts come before ability boosts, so Technician would not boost any of these moves if they’re boosted. If it were so, we would see much higher use of Technician in AAA with stuff like Pursuit and Acrobatics.

the Regenerator one lacks any truly strong moves and relies on Octolock to get through defensive foes
A Regenerator set doesn’t have room for coverage moves anyway - it would probably use something like Octolock, Substitute / Protect, Liquidation, Drain Punch / Taunt / Protect. This gives it the optimal matchup against walls, preventing Grapploct from being statused and burning turns for Octolock to lower defenses. STAB is fine by itself if the opponent’s bulk is lowered enough, and the wall’s not going to do much anyway.
