Okay so I'm reviving this mod; I'm treating this slate as though it's just starting Slate 6. So you have until Wednesday, April 7 to sub! Scoopapa's post directly after mine still counts. I don't mind the low participation (I mean, I do, but it may be inevitable) so even if it's just Scoop's sub, it'll still progress the mod :D

Slate 7: Crusader
From the Oblivion wiki: A combatant who wields the power of brute strength and medicinal knowledge. Cheating death after every fight, they rely on their keen knowledge of restoration to fight yet again.

PokeSkill: Hand-to-Hand

You may have noticed only one PokeSkill this time! That's because we are introducing a third element to this mod in order to mix things up and make the mod more of a standard Pet Mod. Introducing PokeCreatures, the second side project of this mod that focuses on adding one creature from Oblivion each week! This week's PokeCreature is the Minotaur!

From the Oblivion wiki: Minotaurs look like bulls standing upright. About one-third are armed with warhammers. They attack rather slowly and predictably. At higher levels, Minotaur Lords are also encountered.

The only rule for PokeCreatures is to sub something that's at least somewhat viable in OU. That's all for now; we never got around to coding slates 4-6, but we'll get to it eventually and keep you updated. You have until 4/19 sometime to sub! Good luck!

Crusader:
-20% increase to base attack
-20% increase to speed
-20% decrease to special attack
-+1 priority on recovery moves
-crit rate is raised a stage

-punching moves have damage increased by 15%
-if this pokemon is a steel type, it's base def is 1.3x, otherwise base def is 1.15x


Hand-to-Hand:
-Punching moves' power is increased by 1.2x, and they gain a 10% flinch chance
-Mach/Bullet Punch gain an additional priority point (so now +2 priority [Extremespeed]) and have their power multiplied by an additional 1.3x (so 1.2x * 1.3x)
-Drain Punch now drains 66% of damage done
-Dynamic Punch has its accuracy multiplied by 1.5x
-Focus Punch can now no longer be interrupted
-Hammer Arm loses the Speed drop
-Iron Fist gives an additional 1.2x power boost

Competitive: Minotaur is a physical wallbreaker, synergizing well with the Barbarian or Warrior classes. Warrior boosts its many contact moves while ignoring opposing Intimidate. Reckless boosts its STAB Double-Edge as well as Head Smash and Wild Charge, while Intimidate is Intimidate. However, Minotaur is held back by its mediocre speed, susceptible special bulk, and double weakness to Fighting, which is only exasperated if it chooses the Barbarian class. It has no reliable recovery, and if running Reckless, its recoil moves will also reduce its longevity.

Hello from the future! I am not reviving this mod! I just want to finish the current slate so that Minotaur can be eligible for Super Smash Stereotypes! Winners are:
