And I'm gonna go ahead and end voting now...

The winner for Weezing-G was a tie between myself and PokemonMasterDebater. My plan was not to vote from here on out in case we needed a last minute tiebreaker, and I don't want to self-vote, so PokemonMasterDebater's Locomortor wins.

Pokemon: Weezing-Galar
New Pokemon name: Locomortor
Stat Distribution: 85/70/120/95/70/50
Types:
/

Removed moves: Dark Pulse, Toxic, Pain Split, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Destiny Bond, Toxic Spikes, Curse
Added moves: Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Iron Defence, Autotomize, Body Press, Scald, Calm Mind
Abilities: White Smoke/Speed Boost (Misty Surge)
Competitive Overview: Loco, but that's how it goes. With Misty Surge, Locomortor is a status immune tank. With Speed Boost, it can become a slow pseudo Quiver Dancer.
Flavor (Optional): This strange train like Pokemon seems to appear suddenly from fog and can disappear just as quickly. It can take a while to get up to full speed of ~90 mph, but once it does it's hard to slow down.
Breeding Group(s): Genderless
Weight: 400.0 KG
The winner for Pincurchin was me...

View attachment 272842
Pokemon: Pincurchin
New Pokemon name: Joulibranch
Stat Distribution: 68/81/105/101/75/5
Types: Electric/Poison
Kept moves: Rising Voltage, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Recover, Scald, Discharge
Removed moves: Surf, Sucker Punch, Liquidation
Added moves: Volt Switch, Sludge Bomb, Nasty Plot
Abilities: Sticky Hold/No Second Ability/Electric Surge
Competitive Overview: I tried to fix the fact that regular Pincurchin completely lacks defensive utility. While its special bulk is still pretty bad, it could be enough to help it hold off most defensive Pokemon, and it has pretty good physical bulk and a Toxic immunity. Nasty Plot is to boost this matchup against bulkier Pokemon even further.
Flavor: This is based on a nudibranch, another poisonous sea creature with some electrical bits added in.
Breeding Group(s): Water 1, Amorphous
Weight: 27.3 kg
And the winner for Indeedee was Dilasc...

New Pokemon Name: Temperator
Type: Psychic/Fire
Kept Moves: All Gender Exclusive moves remain on respective gender except Power/Guard Split respectively. Psychic, Expanding Force, Calm Mind, Stored Power, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Mystical Fire, Psychic Terrain
Removed moves: Drain Punch, Psyshock, Zen Headbutt, Hyper Voice, Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam, Hyper Voice
Added Moves: Solar Beam, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, , WoW, Growth (F), Nasty Plot (M), Moon Blast, Scorching Sands, Wish (F), Giga Drain (M)
Abilities (M): Sheer Force/Drought (Psychic Surge)
Abilities (F): No Guard/Drought (Psychic Surge)
Stats M: 65/50/60/110/85/105 (475)
Stats F: 80/45/85/95/100/70 (475)
Competitive Overview M: Male Hothead has 3 excellent abilities. Sheer Force Psychic/Fireblast/Moonblast is hard to resist, in fact ironically only other Temperators (and Heatran) take reduced damage. Scorching Sands is weaker and loses its main Gimmick on a Sheer Force set, but this combo has no current resists. You could also try a Nasty Plot set, or be a Sun Setting pivot, or of course, use Psychic Terrain.
Competitive Overview F: Press F to BURN ALWAYS! No Guard Inferno is an incredible option, marred by a less than stellar stat total and a speed that leaves more to be desired. Like its offensive brother, she can set up, in this case with Growth in sun for a STAB Stored Power set. She can also be a more defensive Sun Setter, although not to the degree Torkoal can, but can more easily come in on Fighters and other Psychics to set up.
Flavor: Both of these mons are based on common depictions of cartoony red spandexed devils with horns. The horns are emotional sensors that let them feed on emotions in different manners.
Weight: 27kg
Breeding Groups: Fairy/Monster

:centiskorch: :milotic: Slate 4: Galar-legal Coil users :dunsparce: :sandaconda:
Just to test the waters of what a four-Pokemon slate would look like, and without making another slate of only Gen 8 newcomers, we decided to have a slate of Pokemon tied together by their near exclusive ability to use Coil. Not all of them do so viably in Smogon singles formats, and your subs don't have to viably want to use the move; it's just something to base the slate around.

:ss/dunsparce:
Dunsparce:
- Must be primarily Normal-type
- Must have Serene Grace as its first of three abilities
- Must keep Body Slam, Rock Slide, and Coil

:ss/milotic:
Milotic:
- Must be primarily Water-type
- Must have Marvel Scale as its first of three abilities
- Must keep Scald, Recover, and Coil

:ss/sandaconda:
Sandaconda:
- Must be primarily Ground-type
- Must have Sand Spit as its first of three abilities
- Must keep Earthquake, Stealth Rock, and Coil

:ss/centiskorch:
Centiskorch:
- Must be secondarily Bug-type
- Must have Flash Fire as its first of three abilities
- Must keep Fire Lash, Leech Life, and Coil

As always, make sure you keep each stat within 20 of its original species. Subs will end in 3/4 days, but I'll give a 24 hour warning in advance. See you then!

New Pokemon Name: Medusta
Type: Ground/Rock
Stats: 82/111/109/49/77/82
Kept Moves: Coil, Glare, Stone Edge, Rockslide, Earthquake, Poison Tail, Scale Shot, Scorching Sands, Drill Run, Screech, Stealth Rocks
Removed moves: Zen Headbutt, Skitter Smack, Body Press, Outrage, Fire Fang, Rock Blast, Hurricane, Dragon Rush
Added Moves: Aqua Tail, Poison Fang, Gunk Blast, Power Whip, Dragon Dance, Rock Polish, Toxic
Abilities: Sand Spit/Intimidate (Shed Skin)
Competitive Overview: Whether abusing a decent spread for Coil, or using a fair spread to get DDing with a Rock/Ground STAB combo backed by either Gunk Blast or Power Whip, this dusty Medusa has quite the niche. It may not be as initially strong as most Ground/Rock types, it can also set up Send if switched in on the right offender. Of course, if you want to deal with that decent 82/119 defensive spread, you could go for Intimidate and surprise the replacement with Glare or Toxic or use the set up move of your choice.
Flavor: The medusa mon you didn't know you needed, it's a snake bodied female only mon. Its as though her own glare has turned herself somewhat to stone.
Weight: 44kg
Breeding Groups: Humanlike/Dragon

New Pokemon Name: Lizucchini
Type: Normal/Grass
Stats: 90/80/80/55/70/40
Kept Moves: Headbutt, Body Slam, Coil, Glare, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Drill Run, Solar Beam, Sunny Day, Air Slash, Poison Jab, Aqua Tail, Bite, Dual Wingbeat, Toxic, Roost
Added Moves: Seed Bomb, Leaf Blade, Leech Seeds, Curse, Growth, Spikes, Power Whip, Gunk Shot, Sludge Bomb, Leaf Tornado, Strength Sap, Sleep Powder, Grass Knot, Poison Fang
Removed Moves: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Thunder Wave, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Stored Power, Charge Beam, Stealth Rock, Scale Shot, Iron Head, Fire Blast, Iron Tail, Iron Head
Abilities: Serene Grace/Regenerator (Grassy Surge)
Competitive Overview: While its movepool is more limited, this thing is even more annoying than ever! You thought Serene Grace was annoying before on this thing?! Try adding Sleep, or Leech Seeds, and an immunity to enemy seeds and a few good resists to switch in on. Or you can be outright enraging with STAB, ensured accuracy dropping Leaf Tornado. Or you can use Taunt ignoring Toxic that can break sashes. Oh and Strength Sap is an option too. And if you don't think you want to rely on Serene Hax, just go with 2 also amazing abilities. It could be held back by its otherwise dullard stat spread.
Flavor: A limbless lizard (not a snake) disguised as Zucchini for so long it has adapted to the point it has started sprouting . Most of its scales have been replaced with ripe zucchini goodness.
Weight: 7kg
Breeding Groups: Grass/Dragon

New Pokemon Name: Aerieel
Type: Water/Flying
Stats: 100/50/99/95/115/81
Kept Moves: Scald, Recover, Coil, Hydro Pump, Surf, Ice Beam, Mud Shot, Blizzard, Rain Dance
Added Moves: Hurricane, Air Slash, Calm Mind, Roost, Dual Wingbeat, Brave Bird
Removed Moves: Dragon Tail, Body Slam, Iron Tail, Dragon Dance, Dragon Pulse
Abilities: Marvel Scale/Swift Swim (Lightningrod)
Competitive Overview: This eel is a bit short on coverage options as its only attack options are really just STAB and Ice, not that it needs much else after a Calm Mind in a swift swimming rain. It can also be a defensive wall who does Scalding Utility with Electric immunity to surprise any stray Thunderbolts.
Flavor: This eel has wings. Its mouth sadly has no teeth but it can take to the sky to hunt surface fish and sea birds.
Weight: 11kg
Breeding Groups: Water2/Flying

New Pokemon Name: Tapewyrm
Type: Dragon/Bug
Stats: 100/110/55/105/80/75
Kept Moves: Fire Blast, Fire Lash, Coil, Leech Life, Power Whip, Bug Buzz, Scald, Lunge, Crunch, Scorching Sands, Bug Bite
Added Moves: Dragon Pulse, Outrage, Draco Meteor, Dragon Dance, Giga Drain, Thunderbolt, Quiver Dance, Dragon Rush, Drill Run
Removed Moves: Venoshock, Will-o-wisp, Overheat, Thunderfang, Solar Beam, Burn Up, Heat Crash, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Flamethrower, Inferno
Abilities: Flash Fire/Multiscale (Shed Skin)
Competitive Overview: This tapeworm has a decent spread, a good ability to go Physical, special or mixed, and has great abilities. If only it had a move that could beat faeries. Its only steel or Poison move is Coil, which is admittedly pretty useful. But it even loses its only other poison move, the almighty Venoshock. If it doesn't take fire or ground coverage, it is also fudge all against steel types as well. Thankfully, for a bug/dragon type, it can actually be respectable as it quad resists grass, immune to fire and resists ground. It could actually be a pretty good anti-sun mon with that ability. Boost with Coil, DD or QD as you need to and rip up as needed.
Flavor: A serpent/Tapeworm combo. Yes this thing is as nightmarish as you might think to look at.
Weight: 11kg
Breeding Groups: Dragon/Bug

New Pokemon Name: Arboa
Type: Normal
Stats: 120/85/70/45/65/30
Added Moves: Thrash, Super Fang, Wring Out, Wrap, Crunch, Power Whip, Sucker Punch
Removed Moves: Roost, Thunder Wave, Drill Run, Dig, Dual Wingbeat, Magic Coat, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Air Slash
Abilities: Serene Grace / Shed Skin | Marvel Scale (HA)
Competitive Overview: Basically, a Coil/Rest stallbreaker. It has some interesting move/ability synergies and some cool support options, but I think Body Slam/Crunch/Coil/Rest with Shed Skin is probably the only set with even a chance of punching above its weight.
Flavor: A large python that blends in perfectly with a tree when remaining motionless. It can ambush prey that walk below.
Rather than a competitive pokemon, it looks more like a good early in-game option, maybe something you shake out of a tree.
Weight: 12kg
Breeding Groups: Field/Monster

New Pokemon Name: Freezeel
Type: Water/Ice
Stats: 80/70/84/100/105/101
Added Moves: Freeze Dry, Rapid Spin
Removed Moves: Dragon Dance, Iron Head, Dragon Pulse
Abilities: Marvel Scale / Heatproof | Technician (HA)
Competitive Overview: Mostly a special attacker that uses its great STAB coverage and Flip Turn to put on pressure. Heatproof salvages its Fire resistance, while Technician can boost Triple Axel and Flip Turn to the point where physical sets could be dangerous. It also boosts Icy Wind and Mud Shot, two Speed-lowering moves, although that seems gimmicky.
Weight: 7kg
Breeding Groups: Water1

New Pokemon Name: Combra
Type: Ground/Flying
Stats: 62/87/135/85/90/51
Added Moves: Roost, Defog, Weather Ball, Wide Guard, Dual Wingbeat, Fly, Helping Hand
Removed Moves: Rock Blast, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Belch, Minimize, Wrap, Brutal Swing
Abilities: Sand Spit / Sand Veil | Friend Guard (HA)
Competitive Overview: A sand-setting physical wall with a lot of good support moves and attacking options. However, its special bulk and attack stats are not terrific. Coil has potential thanks to its good attacking movepool. Friend Guard and Helping Hand would make it a good support pokemon in Doubles.
Flavor: A cobra, but the hood is so big that it's basically a flying pancake with a short tail and a face.
Weight: 7kg
Breeding Groups: Field, Dragon

New Pokemon Name: Plasmapede
Type: Electric/Bug
Stats: 80/115/80/90/70/85
Added Moves: Megahorn, Wild Charge, Zing Zap, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Volt Switch, Electrify
Removed Moves: Flare Blitz, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Overheat, Will-o-Wisp, Mystical Fire, Scald, Scorching Sands, Burn Up
Abilities: Flash Fire / Volt Absorb | Flare Boost (HA)
Competitive Overview:
Flavor: Trying to somehow make an Electric/Bug centipede based on arcing plasma. Due to the fact that fire can act as a conductor for plasma arcs, it somewhat justifies giving it things like Flash Fire and Fire Lash without it being a Fire type.
Weight: 2kg
Breeding Groups: Bug, Amorphous

Pokemon: Dunsparce
New Pokemon name: Rosaboa
Stat Distribution: 100 / 60 / 60 / 75 / 75 / 45 (415)
Types:
/

Kept moves: Body Slam, Rock Slide, Coil, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Calm Mind, Stealth Rock
Removed moves: Roost, Air Slash, Earthquake, Drill Run, Yawn, Thunder Wave
Added moves: Recover, Psychic, Psyshock, Glare, Tri Attack, Psychic Fangs
Abilities: Serene Grace / Shed Skin / Trace (HA)
Competitive Overview: Rosaboa has a colorful special movepool as well as options like Stealth Rock, Glare, and Recover. Serene Grace gives Tri Attack a 40% chance to status, a 13.33% chance each to cause burn, paralysis, or sleep. Could be a slow Calm Mind win con in lower tiers, or a bulky Stealth Rock setter.
Flavor (Optional): Rosaboa are often kept by young trainers for their ease of care and docile temper. Their preferred food is small rodent Pokemon.
Breeding Group(s): Field
Weight: 11 kg

Pokemon: Milotic
New Pokemon name: Kunmangeel
Stat Distribution: 100 / 60 / 79 / 105 / 120 / 76 (540)
Types:
/

Kept moves: Scald, Recover, Coil, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Dragon Tail
Removed moves: Dragon Pulse, Dragon Dance, Flip Turn, Haze, Triple Axel
Added moves: Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Switch, Calm Mind
Abilities: Marvel Scale / Hydration / Lightning Rod (HA)
Competitive Overview: Kunmangeel is a specially bulky attacker and pivot with Volt Switch. Calm Mind can let it set up, with STAB Hydro Pump and Thunderbolt with Ice Beam for coverage. With Marvel Scale and a Flame Orb, Kunmangeel is becomes a strong mixed tank.
Flavor (Optional): Kunmangeel's large size and rainbow scales inspire awe in those lucky enough to see one. Naturally rare, amateur trainers sometimes mistake them for legendary Pokemon. While beautiful, Kunmangeel can be hostile to those entering their large territories, blasting targets with powerful thunderbolts and torrents.
Breeding Group(s): Water 1 / Monster
Weight: 200 kg

Pokemon: Sandaconda
New Pokemon name: Mongobi
Stat Distribution: 72 / 112 / 115 / 65 / 70 / 76 (510)
Types:
/

Kept moves: Earthquake, Stealth Rock, Coil, Glare, Stone Edge, Outrage, Earth Power
Removed moves: Hurricane, Body Press, Zen Headbutt, Iron Head
Added moves: Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Wild Charge
Abilities: Sand Spit / Poison Touch / Sand Force (HA)
Competitive Overview: Mongobi can function as a Coil sweeper with STAB Earthquake and Gunk Shot, with Stone Edge for coverage. Glare can let it paralyze switch ins and opposing Ground types, helping it and its team against faster threats.
Flavor (Optional): Mongobi live in desert regions where they burrow under the sand to wait for prey. They attack by spitting globs of powerful toxin that instantly stuns those hit.
Breeding Group(s): Amorphous
Weight: 50 kg

Pokemon: Centiscorch
New Pokemon name: Carbonipleura
Stat Distribution: 90 / 120 / 75 / 85 / 80 / 75 (525)
Types:
/

Kept moves: Fire Lash, Leech Life, Coil, Crunch, Lunge, Power Whip, Knock Off
Removed moves: Burn Up, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Overheat, Fire Spin, Solar Beam, Will-O-Wisp, Mystical Fire, Heat Wave, Flare Blitz, Heat Crash, Scald, Scorching Sands, Inferno
Added moves: Stone Edge, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock, Earthquake, Body Press, Megahorn
Abilities: Flash Fire / Sap Sipper / Compoundeyes (HA)
Competitive Overview: Carbonipleura wallbreaks with Compoundeyes Stone Edge, Megahorn, and Power Whip, setting up with Coil. Compoundeyes also allows it to forego Coil's accuracy boost and instead set up with Rock Polish to counter opposing offensive teams.
Flavor (Optional): This resurrected ancient Bug Pokemon is larger than any living Bug Pokemon today. It's believed this was due to the ancient atmosphere's higher oxygen concentrations which allowed Bugs to grow to enormous sizes. When the oxygen levels started decreasing, Carbonipleura and similar creatures went extinct.
Breeding Group(s): Bug
Weight: 180 kg

Pokemon: Milotic
New Pokemon name: Mermotter (portmanteau of Mermaid and Otter, and also a pun on marauder.)
Stat Distribution: 95/80/99/80/116/70 (540)
Types:

Removed moves: Haze, Magic Coat, Triple Axel, Avalanche
Added moves: Knock Off, Drain Punch, Sing, Taunt
Abilities: Marvel Scale / Guts (Swift Swim)
Competitive Overview: With Guts active and 1 Coil boost, Adamant Mermotter reaches 639 attack, which is slightly more than powerful than Choice Band Melmetal. It's STABs are very complimentary, allowing a set of Coil/Recover/Facade/Aqua Tail. Alternatively it can run Drain Punch for Water resistant Steels and Knock Off for Water resistant Ghosts. Also it can still do Milotic things, just trading a little special bulk for physical bulk.
Flavor (Optional):
Breeding Groups: Field & Water 2
Weight: 10 KG

Alright, votes are over!

The winner for Dunsparce was Dilasc...

New Pokemon Name: Lizucchini
Type: Normal/Grass
Stats: 90/80/80/55/70/40
Kept Moves: Headbutt, Body Slam, Coil, Glare, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Drill Run, Solar Beam, Sunny Day, Air Slash, Poison Jab, Aqua Tail, Bite, Dual Wingbeat, Toxic, Roost

Slate 5: Regional Evolutions
:obstagoon: :cursola: :sirfetchd:
For the next slate, we'll be replacing some of the new regional evolutions in Sword and Shield. This is only half of what currently exists and the other three may be done in their own slate later.

:ss/obstagoon:
Obstagoon:
- Must be primarily Dark-type
- Must have Guts as its second of three abilities
- Must keep Obstruct, Knock Off, and Close Combat

:ss/cursola:
Cursola:
- Must be primarily Ghost-type
- Must have Perish Body as its second of two abilities
- Must keep Perish Song, Shadow Ball, and Power Gem

:ss/sirfetchd:
Sirfetch'd:
- Must be primarily Fighting-type
- Must have Scrappy as its second of two abilities
- Must keep Meteor Assault, Close Combat, and First Impression

Voting will begin in a few days, and I'll be sure to give a 24 hour warning in advance. See you all then!

Pokemon: Sirfetch'd
New Pokemon name: Foreleap, (The Luck Pokemon)
Stat Distribution: 82/135/85/58/72/75
Types:

Removed moves: Brave Bird, Defog, Dual Wingbeat, Steel Wing, Sky Attack, Leaf Blade
Added moves: Play Rough, Spirit Break, Wish, Pay Day, Grassy Terrain, Wood Hammer
Abilities: Super Luck (Scrappy)
Competitive Overview: Sirfetch'd's "stick" has been upgraded to a shillelagh, and will act as a choice band without the choice restriction when combined with Super Luck, due to 100% Crit Rate. While it also gains Wish for flavor reasons, I expect Foreleap to be mostly offensive focus, due to a lack of other worthwhile status moves or a good pivot move like U-Turn or Teleport.
Flavor (Optional): Foreleap somehow manipulate luck into their favor, thus trainers are banned from bringing them into game corners all over the world. It is rumored that wild Foreleap will gather up gold and hide it deep in forests. Many a would be treasure hunter has run into Foreleap dens in search of riches, only to get pounded by its Shillelagh.
Breeding Groups: Fairy and Human-like
Weight: 3.17 Kg

Pokemon: Obstagoon
New Pokemon name: Kobructor
Stat Distribution: 98/100/121/45/81/75
Types:

Removed moves: Bulk Up, Hone Claws, Iron Defense, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, T-Wave, Trick, Whirlpool, X-Scissor, Low Kick, Seed Bomb
Added moves: Acid Armor, Coil, Glare, Dragon Tail, Toxic, Sucker Punch, Fire Fang, Block, Wrap, Toxic Spikes, Power Trip, Power Whip
Abilities: Shed Skin/Guts (Intimidate)
Competitive Overview: Physically Bulky Utility/Sweeper. Can spread status with T-Spikes, Toxic or Glare then shuffle with Dragon Tail, OR boost up with Coil+Power Trip, OR be an all out attacker with Guts, OR Toxic Stall with a trapping move, OR something else.
Flavor (Optional): Kobructor find common trails for People and Pokemon, and will deliberately block them, not allowing anything to pass without a fight.
Breeding Groups: Monster
Weight: 65.0 Kg

New Pokemon Name: Quammando
Type: Fight/Water
Stats: 72/125/90/63/80/77
Kept Moves: Meteor Assault, Close Combat, First Impression, Brick Break, Knock Off, Brutal Swings, Sword Dance
Added Moves: Scald, Surf, Waterfall, Liquidation, Ice Punch, Aqua Jet, Mach Punch, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Bullet Punch, Shadow Sneak
Removed Moves: Leaf Blade, Solar Blade, Final Gambit, Steel Wing, Dual Wingbeat, Grassy Glide, Brave Bird, Night Slash, Any other Flying or Grass Move
Abilities: Sand Rush (Scrappy)
Competitive Overview: A sand rushing Water/fight type certainly puts a unique spin on the meta. Scrappy also lets it deal with any water resistant ghosts that rise to high relevance.
Flavor: This aqua commando hides in the sea and the desert storm. It is a puddle, almost literally with the colors of army camoflage.
Weight: 30kg
Breeding Groups: Water3/Humanlike

New Pokemon Name: Banshrill
Type: Ghost/Fairy
Stats: 75/75/65/145/130/20

Competitive Overview: Though slow, the 4 immunities provided by levitate give you an easy switchin. You can use Perish Body quite well as Fairy/Ghost is a really legitimately decent defensive typing to take a hit and Strength Sap the damage off. It has high special
Flavor: It's a banshee more faelike than Misdreavus is. More spooky. Female only or 7/8 of the time at bare minimum. Shrill voiced.
Weight: 2kg
Breeding Groups: Humanlike/Amorphous

New Pokemon Name: Cruelkest

Competitive Overview: Dark/Flying is a fun type. With Guts, Facade and dual STAB, you hit pretty hard, and as an Unaware mon, 95/90/92 is more than sufficient to stop sweepers.
Flavor: Kestrels are a species of falcon. They're pretty badass and dark. Tiny yet unfraird to scrap with other birds, so they're unaware of the danger they might be up against.
