correct it was posted on smogon as with all smogon tournaments

(manaphy ban post was literally made after the fucking round went up why is it banned)

it was 2 hours before this in the discord. it is made legal because this round was posted 2 days before Monday (when it is usually posted) so you would have extra time to build teams

(why is pult not banned)

because we will be having a suspect after the tour is over
