Welcome to the promised playtest tournament for Multiverse v2! With the Pet Mod finally at it's conclusion, it is a perfect time to play with the meta and balance it for the looming presence of Pet Mod Premier League. Like last time, the goal of the tour is to get people to play the meta, balance it and get resources.
Generally, Multiverse is a Pet Mod that has 7 Pokemon of every Generation each, expect Generation 1, which got split into 2 slates with 5 Pokemon each. Every Pokemon is designed to replicate a niche that they had in older generations or current ones.

Tournament Specific Rules:
- All general rules apply. Click here for guidelines about scheduling matches.
- Matches are Best of 3, which means that the first person to win two games wins the set and moves on in the tournament.
- Matches are to be played in the New Dragon Heaven Server. It is very highly recommended that you use the Dragon Heaven client, which makes teambuilding and battling much easier. Said client is linked above.
- Replays are mandatory. It's highly recommended that you download the replay, to ensure that we have enough data to go off from. To obtain uploaded replays properly, search your name under your private replay match log after saving them.
- This is a single elimination tournament.
Remember that all standard Smogon tournament rules apply.
Sign-Ups will be open for about a week, then the tournament will start. You can join by simply replying to this thread with "in" or some variation. Have fun everyone!
