I can't comment on legality, but Zarude doesn't appear on pikalytics for VGC S10 at all
Mythicals have never been allowed in the official VGC circuit/Ranked battles due to them not being universally accessible to everyone due to being limited time events (with a few recent exceptions like ORAS Deoxys and Crown Tundra Keldeo, although they’re still not allowed in VGC/Ranked).

Read first post for which mons are eligible before asking for anything, and only post in the proper format.
(Hint: Zarude is not VGC eligible, and I don't honor any requests that are only asking for a mon with no set or explanation.)

I don't take requests for legendaries, see first post. I usually add them at my leisure since the difficulty of getting them varies.
As stated, you too would benefit from reading the rules in the first post before asking for stuff I specifically say not to ask for.

Three new additions today since the usage stats updated! Thanks to everyone I pestered for help with these sets (Aldrich, zee, DaWob, GX). All of them are functionally the same as 0 attack at level 50.
