Tournament Rules:
This will be a SINGLE ELIMINATION BEST OF 3 tournament.

The banlist for this tournament is as follows:

Pokemon: Calyrex-Shadow, Gengar-Mega, Zacian, Rayquaza-Mega
Items: Gengarite
Moves: Baton Pass

Matches are to be played on Pokemon Showdown! This is not a challengeable format yet. ISSUE CHALLENGES THROUGH THE FOLLOWING CODE:

Additonal information for those who have played this metagame in the NDUbers discord server, after discussing with the playerbase, the council has decided to quickban Zacian. This is because of the strain it puts on teambuilding with its high power, speed and the coverage it needs, even being able to punish Primal Groudon with Groundium Z Dig, combined with the immediate power of Choice Band and the limiting nature that Choice Scarf brings to more offensive teams in the tier. This pressure put onto Primal Groudon, Ho-Oh and Necrozma-DM makes cleaning with Xerneas or Ultra Necrozma significantly easier, only adding to the instability of the tier. This decision may be revisited in the future, but for now, Zacian as a whole is banned from SS NDUbers.
