Potential Competitive Role: Decent special bulk might give it a niche among Fire-type in LC.

Name: Fiarsho (Corruption of fireshow)
Evolution: Final stage; cannot evolve further
Counterpart(s): Nymphire line
Typing:

Abilities: Flash Fire | Water Absorb
Base Stats: 73 HP / 118 Atk / 63 Def / 63 SpA / 118 SpD / 98 Spe (533 BST)
Height: 0.9 meters
Weight: 18.9 kilograms
Notable Moves: Firework Leaf*, Fire Punch, Flare Blitz, Leaf Blade, Earthquake, Blaze Kick, Bullet Seed, Taunt, Swords Dance, Leech Seed, Spiky Shield, Thunder Punch
Flavor/Design: Lean plant Pokémon with red petals sprouting on every part of it’s body, particularly the arms. It can fire explosive leaves that can be used to slow down predators.
Potential Competitive Role: Fast set up sweeper with reasonably good special bulk (we don’t have much new Pokémon with a Special Defense of 100 or higher) with Spiky Shield or Leech Seed for disruption.
Name: Firework Leaf
Power: 70
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 10
Category: Physical
Type:

Effect: Inherent effect - Super Effective against Steel
Priority: 0
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Bullet
Distribution: Firack line, Zarude, Rowlet line, Cacnea line, Phantump line, Carnivine
Justification: Fires high-heat, explosive leaves at their target, which causes even metal to be broken down.
Name: Nymphire (Nymph + fire)
Evolution: Nymphork, evolved with Fire Stone
Counterpart(s): Firack line
Typing:

Abilities: Gluttony | Magic Guard
Base Stats: 53 HP / 53 Atk / 78 Def / 78 SpA / 53 SpD / 68 Spe (383 BST)
Height: 0.3 meters
Weight: 7.5 kilograms
Notable Moves: Ember, Mega Drain, Giga Drain, Leech Life, Silver Wind, Explosion, Self-Destruct, Fire Spin, Flamethrower, Quick Shot*, Bug Buzz
Flavor/Design: Red bug Pokémon with rainbow colored spots, including on the butt. When stressed out, it will released blue and cyan colored flames from the multicolored spots.
Potential Competitive Role: Fighting resist and decent physical bulk might help out for LC. Magic Guard is a big boon too, avoiding Stealth Rock.

Name: Nymphork (Nymph + firework)
Evolution: Final stage; cannot evolve further
Counterpart(s): Firack line
Typing:

Abilities: Gluttony | Magic Guard
Base Stats: 73 HP / 63 Atk / 118 Def / 118 SpA / 63 SpD / 98 Spe (533 BST)
Height: 0.7 meters
Weight: 29.3 kilograms
Notable Moves: Fire Blast, Quick Shot*, Flamethrower, Bug Buzz, Nasty Plot, Giga Drain, Hidden Power Electric (if available), Will-o-Wisp, Mystical Fire, Solar Beam, Flash Cannon
Flavor/Design: Insect Pokémon with six limbs and a mostly red body and multicolored spots, often blue. The blue flame is a result of the juice-like substance that heats up quickly.
Potential Competitive Role: Fast setup special sweeper with Magic Guard to negate Stealth Rock and Life Orb recoil damage. Rock weakness is still there, so watch out for that type.
Name: Quick Shot
Power: 40
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 30
Category: Special
Type:

Effect: Usually strikes first
Priority: 1
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Bullet
Distribution: Nymphire line, Magby line, Cyndaquil line, Fennekin line, Salandit line, Litleo line
Justification: A quick shot of a fiery bullet, and we don’t have much special priority moves so far.
Ribbolt line Flavor: Based on dart frogs, but instead of being poisonous, those are electric. They all have funky patterns and colors. Ribbolt still has a tadpole tail (although it does still look like a frog). Each evolution it becomes fatter and fatter, the last evolution looks like a big fat round bullfrog.

Name: Ribbolt
Evolution: Dendrobolt at level 25

Height: 1.4 m
Weight: 60 kg
Notable Moves: Thunderbolt, Thunder, Earth Power, Volt Switch, Sludge Bomb, Earthquake, Stealth Rock, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Boomburst, Flip Turn, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Muddy Water, Sparking Leap, Hydro Pump, Corrosive Gas, Weather Ball
Comp Niche: Some SR setter than can beat flying-type defoggers. Also a menace and a half under rain.
:bw/toxicroak:
Name: Croakorrode (Croak + Corrode)
Evolution Line: Croagunk -> Toxicroak -> Croakorrode (Dusk Stone)
Typing: Poison/Fighting
Abilities: Dry Skin, Solid Rock, Tough Claws (HA)
Base Stats: 93 HP / 116 Atk / 75 Def / 86 SpA / 75 SpD / 95 Spe (540 BST)
Height: 2 meters
Weight: 65 kg
Notable Moves: Close Combat, Drain Punch, Mach Punch, Gunk Shot/Poison Jab, Knock Off/Sucker Punch, Earthquake, Rapid Spin, Swords Dance
Flavor/Design: Lanky lad, two longer poison points on hands instead of one short one and one poison point where the red toe was that’s about as long as the old hand ones (think X-27). Two horns like a devil, maybe both are a bit smaller than Toxicroak’s so it doesn’t take up half of its face. Most of the skin is the same navy blue, but the texture is notably rougher. The poison is pink where the red once was. Instead of a red line on top of the lips, do a funny joker thing with dripping purple poison running up the sides of its mouth like a smile that enhances the shit eating grin the line already has. White bands stay between legs and also wrap around shins and forearms. Keep the central poison sac a bit smaller than it’s previous proportions, but add two smaller sacs to the outside of each thigh.
Potential Competitive Role: Physical Wallbreaker, Setup Sweeper, Hazard Control
:sm/bibarel:
Name: Candlen (Candle + Castor canadensis)
Evolution: Evolves into Bombastor when exposed to a Fire Stone
Typing:

Abilities: Flash Fire / Magic Bounce / Stalwart
Base Stats: 80 / 75 / 65 / 50 / 50 / 60 (380 BST)
Height: 0.7 m
Weight: 45.1 kg
Notable Moves: Wide Guard, Flare Blitz, Psychic Fangs, Zen Headbutt, Superpower, Crunch, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Super Fang, Reflect, Light Screen, Safeguard, Quick Guard, Expanding Force, Taunt, Swords Dance, Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Bulldoze, Magic Coat, Guard Swap, Thunder Wave, Shock Wave, Trick, Flame Charge
Flavor/Design: Based on beavers. If you see the light of a fire in a Lorian forest, don't be afraid. Either that's someone's campfire, or it's a Candlen in action. Candlens protect the forest of Loria from fire by building fireproof walls by manipulating sticks, stones, and fallen trees with their psychic powers. If needed, they can even step into the fire themselves to fortify the other side of the wall or save any Pokemon trapped in the flames. While they can't put out fires, Candlens are great at keeping potential fires in check, making it easy for firefighters to come put them out.
Potential Competitive Role: Magic Bounce is busted and is has decent power and Speed by LC standards, so it might do something there

Name: Bombastor (Bomb/Bombero (firefighter in Spanish) + Bombastic + Castor canadensis)
Typing:

Abilities: Flash Fire / Magic Bounce / Stalwart
Base Stats: 100 / 120 / 85 / 70 / 70 / 80 (525 BST)
Height: 1.7 m
Weight: 212.0 kg
Notable Moves: Candlen's movepool + Earthquake, Block, Whirlwind, Scald, Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Focus Blast, Ally Switch, Pressure Cook (Move from Gen X Brazdo - Psychic-type Freeze-Dry without the freeze chance)
Flavor/Design: Based on beavers and firefighters. If you're ever caught in a fire, particularly a forest fire, you have nothing to fear if there's a Bombastor around. These courage Pokémon can step into the flames with ease and carry you to safety, or simply float you away from danger with Psychic. From there, they can use their psychic powers to not only contain the fire with a fireproof wall, but even put out the fire by trapping it in a space without air. All experienced firefighters in Loria are given a Bombastor as a companion because of how effective they are at this
Potential Competitive Role: Big wallbreaker, while both Victini and Darmanitan are likely better thanks to having more Speed and U-Turn, Bombastor does pack Magic Bounce and Swords Dance, giving it a pseudo-Toxic/TWave immunity and denying the opponent hazards, and letting it brute force its way through checks if it gets a chance to set up. If neither Victini or Darm show up in the regional dex, it could be a pick on Dexit Meta Sun teams unless a faster/stronger Fire-type is added.
:sm/linoone-galar:
Name: Coatick (Coati + Tick/Tickseed)

Flavor/Design: WIP (Based on coatis (an invasive species in Florida, are similar to raccoons), tickseeds (the Florida state wildflower), and explosives. Spreads explosive seeds all over the forest as way to stun prey or play pranks, gets very aggressive if other Pokémon get mad about it).
Potential Competitive Role: nah

Name: Coatorch (Coati + Torch)
Evolution: Evolves into Coatrin at Level 38
Typing:

Flavor/Design: WIP (Based on coatis (an invasive species in Florida, are similar to raccoons), tickseeds (the Florida state wildflower), and explosives. Spreads explosive seeds all over the forest as way to stun prey or play pranks, gets very aggressive if other Pokémon get mad about it).
Potential Competitive Role: nah 2x

Name: Coatrin (Coati + Trinitrotoluene (formal name of TNT))

Abilities: Bombardier / Aftermath
Base Stats: 67 / 95 / 79 / 95 / 79 / 115 (530 BST)
Height: 0.9 m
Weight: 80.4 kg
Notable Moves: Coatorch's movepool + Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Rock Blast, Rock Slide, Superpower, Focus Blast, Bulk Up
Flavor/Design: WIP (Based on coatis (an invasive species in Florida, are similar to raccoons), tickseeds (the Florida state wildflower), and explosives. Spreads explosive seeds all over the forest as way to stun prey or play pranks, gets very aggressive if other Pokémon get mad about it).
Potential Competitive Role: WIP (boom)

Name: Bombardier
Effect: This Pokémon explosion, ball, and bomb moves (all moves blocked by Damp or Bulletproof) have 1.3x power
Permanent (Yes or No): No
Mold Breaker (Yes or No): No
Distribution: Coatick line, more stuff later
Justification: Very flavorful ability for the mon that spreads explosive seeds everywhere and buffs its Focus Blasts, Seed Bombs, and Explosions.
:ss/magcargo:
Flavor: Snail line with a garden gnome aesthetic. Escargnome looks a bit like your typical gnome with a red hat-shaped shell and some sort of weird mollusk beard. Fairysnale has a shell that looks like a stereotypical gnome house, with lots of mushrooms groing everywhere, cute hobbit-style windows and an all-around ceramic look.
something like this (big image)
1650582330042.png

It also, of course, has a super long beard.

Name: Escargnome
Evolution: Fairysnale at level 38
Typing:

Abilities: Shell Armor / Sticky Hold / Wonder Skin
Base Stats: 40 / 30 / 77 / 60 / 30 / 20 [BST: 257]
Height: 0.3 m
Weight: 10.8 kg
Notable Moves: Recover, Moonblast, Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Toxic Spikes, Calm Mind, Toxic, Heal Bell, Aromatherapy, Acid Armor

Abilities: Shell Armor / Sticky Hold / Magic Guard
Base Stats: 70 / 40 / 117 / 95 / 95 / 25 [BST: 447]
Height: 0.8 m
Weight: 46 kg
Notable Moves: Recover, Moonblast, Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Toxic Spikes, Mystical Fire, Earth Power, Calm Mind, Toxic, Heal Bell, Aromatherapy, Acid Armor, Trick
Competitive: CM clef, bulkier but with an arguably more shitty typing (and, ofc, less versatility).
Name: Lorian Litleo
Evolution: Lorian Pyroar at Level 35
Typing: Grass/Dark
Abilities: Intimidate/Unnerve/Moxie
Base Stats: 62/73/58/50/54/72 (369)
Height: Same as base form
Weight: Same as base form
New Moves: Wood Hammer, Seed Bomb, Razor Leaf, Leaf Blade, Howl, Hone Claws, Jaw Lock, Snarl
Removed Moves: All Fire Moves
Flavor/Design: Litleo in the Loria region have adapted to their new environment, becoming users of plants instead of fire as to not start constant forest fires, and becoming much more aggressive to hunt it’s prey.
Potential Competitive Role: lc moxie sweeper or something

Name: Lorian Pyroar
Evolution: Jungelion at Level 48
Typing: Grass/Dark
Abilities: Intimidate/Tough Claws/Moxie
Base Stats: 86/109/72/68/66/106 (507)
Height: Same as base form
Weight: Same as base form
New Moves: Wood Hammer, Seed Bomb, Razor Leaf, Leaf Blade, Howl, Hone Claws, Jaw Lock, Snarl
Removed Moves: All Fire Moves
Flavor/Design: Lorian Pyroar no longer hunts in packs, preferring to become a lone hunter. However, never underestimate a Pyroar, for the Lorian variant has all the viciousness of an entire clan of it's Kalosian counterparts, mercilessly slaughtering prey.
Potential Competitive Role: probably too strong for NFE, might function as a moxie sweeper/hone claws set up sweeper in PU

Name: Jungelion
Typing: Grass/Dark
Abilities: Intimidate/Tough Claws/Moxie
Base Stats: 88/125/82/69/71/110 (545)

Nicknamed the "king of the jungle", Jungelion are extremely aggressive and territorial, and you can usually tell when you've entered a Jungelion's territory, as there will be a sharp decrease of wild Pokemon.
Potential Competitive Role: moxie sweep/hone claws/offensive pivot with intimidate
Name: Merciless Rend
Power: 85
Accuracy: 95
PP: 10
Category: Physical
Type: Dark
Effect: Traps the target and applies a bleeding effect on them (akin to Magma Storm) for 4 turns.

Now for the next slate!

----------------------
- spooky slate -
:sm/banette::sm/honchkrow::sm/chandelure::sm/ninetales:

This slate is all about the macabre as we look at the spooky creatures that inhabit towers, cemeteries, and haunted houses. These locations tend to house the majority of a region's Ghost-types, while also commonly featuring Dark and Psychic-types, as well as Fire-types on occasion. Basically anything you could slip into a horror movie and it'd feel at home works here
Rules
- You may sub whatever you want for this slate, but any flavor you make for you submissions must be related to anything creepy or spooky. This generally includes Ghost-types, but basically anything that could be described as "scary", things related to spirits, the supernatural, paranormal, or horror works.
- You may sub up to 5 unique evolutionary lines of spooky Pokémon. These lines can include split evolutions.
- There is no hard BST limit for this slate, though you should stay reasonable unless you have a good flavor justification like Slaking.
- As for what's typical for a standard Pokémon, final evolutions tend to peak around the 520-530 range, sometimes going into the 540s for stuff like cross gen evolutions or Gyarados. Florges and Arcanine are the only two non-flavor exceptions to this, being over 550, with the others (Slaking and Archeops) having flavor reasons. Standalone Pokémon tend to stay below 500, especially for early-to-midgame mons, though there are a lot of exceptions for later game mons like Duraludon or Dhelmise.
- You can sub regional forms for this slate.
- Mega Evolutions will NOT be part of this slate. Any Pokémon voted in can be given a Mega Evolution later, however.

it is the spooky month slate
Name: Fluffary
Evolution: Ninther after fainting 8 times (this will be so useless in nuzlockes)
Typing: Normal
Abilities: Pickup/Adaptability/Unaware
Base Stats: 45/45/40/50/40/55 (275)
Height: 0'9"
Weight: 8 lbs
Notable Moves: Slash, Shadow Claw, Hone Claws, Charm, Crush Claw, Encore, Endeavor, Fake Out, Fury Swipes, Hyper Beam, Last Resort, Nuzzle, Play Nice, Play Rough, Swift, Tail Whip, Yawn, Universals
Flavor/Design: It seems to just be a normal cat. People have often wondered why it lives in such abundance near the areas in which so many ghost types live. The reason seems to be that it is where their evolutions live, and they are born there. Not much else to say about it, other than the fact that it's skin seems to become paler every time it faints, almost getting to the point of translucency...?
Potential Competitive Role: bad

Name: Ninther
Evolution: Determineow if it KOs the final pokemon in an important battle (Rival, gym leader, evil team admin/leader, etc.) in the red, Defeateow if faints again
Typing: Normal/Ghost
Abilities: Rattled/Adaptability/Cursed Body
Base Stats: 70/75/65/85/65/90 (450)
Height: 0'11"
Weight: 8 lbs
Notable Moves: Fluffary + Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Extrasensory, Hex, Nasty Plot, NIght Shade, Ominous Wind, Tri Attack
Flavor/Design: As a Fluffary reaches the final life of its nine lives, its biology shifts, its skin becomes translucent, and it becomes partially ghost, resting on a thin line between life and death. It becomes reluctant to battle, and sometimes sending it out will result in the unique flavor text "Ninther really doesn't want to be here" or "Ninther looks terrified" at low health.
Potential Competitive Role: meh

Name: Determineow
Counterpart(s): Defeateow
Typing: Fighting/Ghost
Abilities: Reckless/Adaptability/Moxie
Base Stats: 85/127/78/70/80/95 (535)
Height: 1'3"
Weight: 10.4 lbs
Notable Moves: Ninther + Close Combat, Dragon Dance, Belly Drum, Double-Edge, Extreme Speed
Flavor/Design: As Ninther experienced the thrill, the risk of defeating opponents by just an inch, it was filled with determination and evolved, and now Determineow loves the thrill of battle, of victory, and gained increased fighting capabilities as a result. They are filled with the power of DETERMINATION
Potential Competitive Role: all of its abilities can work really well, can work with scarf/band adaptability for immediate power or moxie for snowballing capability, can also use substitute belly drum with determination for a nuke of a close combat, or a dragon dance sweeper.

Name: Defeateow
Counterpart(s): Determineow
Typing: Ghost/Dark
Abilities: Vengeance/Perish Body/Shadow Tag
Base Stats: 80/70/70/134/71/110 (535)
Height: 1'0"
Weight: 8 lbs
Notable Moves: Ninther + Memento, Snarl, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Night Daze
Flavor/Design: As Ninther's final life was taken, it became extremely aggressive and reclusive on becoming fully spectral, its skin becoming transparent so you could see its skeleton. Defeateows hold a grudge against the Pokemon that killed them, and will stop at nothing to tear them apart, piece by bloody piece.
Potential Competitive Role: nasty plot sweep or trapper with shadow tag
Name: Vengeance
Effect: Deals 50% more damage against the species of Pokemon who killed it, and deals 50% more against the trainer who used it, stacking up to 100% more damage. In showdown, you would just select the type of mon you want Vengeance to be used against
Permanent (Yes or No): No
Mold Breaker (Yes or No): No
Distribution: Signature
Justification: Defeateow holds a deadly grudge against the pokemon that murdered it, causing it to become more aggressive and violent upon seeing it. If this is not possible for coding, replace with Cursed Body.
Name: Rotodelic (Rotom + Psychedelic
Pre-Evolution: Take a Rotom to a strange TV
Typing: Ghost/Electric
Abilities: Levitate
Base Stats: 75/55/82/140/82/106 (540)
Height: 3’6”
Weight: 28.4 lbs
Notable Moves: Rotom + Psychic, Extrasensory, Psychedelic Screens
Flavor/Design: Deep in the Everglades equivalent/jungle area, there is an old decrepit mansion home to many Ghost types. In recent years, a group of Rotom were brought to Loria for research but escaped and made their way to the mansion, which they've now taken over, forcing all the other Pokemon out, led by a particularly powerful Rotom that inhabited the haunted TV, becoming the first Rotodelic. It has one of those weird black and white spiral screens that it uses to hypnotize it's opponents. After defeating the Rotodelic in the TV, the Rotom clear out and other ghosts inhabit the museum, and the TV can be used to evolve Rotom.
Potential Competitive Role: If this wins, Rotom gets Eviolite, possibly giving it a higher niche. Rotodelic can be a nasty plot sweeper with its high special attack and speed, or can run choice specs/scarf for immediate power or revenge killing.
Name: Psychedelic Screens

Flavor/Design: Every time a person gives up on their hopes and dreams, a Shatteream is born. Born from depression and hopelessness, Shatteream wander around Loria, and getting near one of them will make you feel sad and hopeless. A shadowy gremlin-like spirit, it cradles something in its arms, which is said to be the broken remnants of something that symbolized a person's broken dreams.

Flavor/Design: Sinistect lives in an old, dilapidated mansion and the outlying meadows. This once-docile and harmless Pokemon has since turned hostile and destructive due to the arrival of Ghost-types within the past 200 years that it now has to share its habitat with.

Notable Moves: Shadow Ball, Rock Slide, Rock Polish, Shadow Claw, Head Smash, Grudge, Will-o-Wisp, Dual Wingbeat, Dragon Dance, Sky Lance

Abilities: Sudden Guard* | Infiltrator
Name: Sudden Guard
Effect: If switching in, only Super Effective moves can hit this Pokémon. Does not apply on first turn of the battle.
Permanent: No
Mold Breaker: Yes
Distribution: Corruptomb
Justification: “Once appearing in the battlefield, the user blocks incoming attacks except super effective moves with a mysterious, eldritch power.” Allows Corruptomb to avoid coverage moves and for scouting, compensating it’s slow Speed.

Base Stats: 70 HP / 132 Atk / 108 Def / 92 SpA / 108 SpD / 35 Spe (545 BST)
Height: 3.3 m
Weight: 666 kg
Notable Moves: Spiritomb’s learnset + Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Earth Power, Giga Drain, Leech Life, Swords Dance, Recover, Shadow Claws, Shadow Bone, Sludge Bomb, Gunk Shot, Strength, Brick Break, Focus Blast, Focus Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Knock Off
Flavor/Design: 972 more spirits are corrupted and abosrbed by Spiritomb into a total of 1080 spirits, causing the Pokémon to evolve into Corruptomb, gaining a physical appearance in the form of a massive tomb that serves as armor. This also amplify Corruptomb’s strength, allowing it to lift up and throw away a Snorlax.
Potential Competitive Role: With Spiritomb gaining benefit of Eviolite if Corruptomb wins, Corruptomb have emphasis on the offense, specifically higher Attack. With Sudden Guard, Corruptomb can scout for any moveset of non-Fairy threats without worry by simply switching in, or go for Infiltrator to ignore Substitute or the likes of Reflect and Light Screen.

Height: 1.1 m
Weight: 10 kg
Notable Moves: Astonish, Screech, Shadow Sneak, Fake Out, Snarl, Gust, Wing Attack, Air Cutter, Smokescreen
Flavor/Design: Design is a ghostly seagull with a gray-white body with red stripes and the eyes lighting up, referring to the urban legend of the St. Augustine lighthouse, where a few people died there and is said that their laughs are heard (and smell of cigar in the case of one smoker) at night. It is highly protective of a certain lighthouse, and will screech to drive away unwanted guests.
Potential Competitive Role: Not meant to be viable for LC, sorry.

Name: Screegull (Screech + seagull)
Evolution: Lafosse; Moon Stone
Typing:

Flavor/Design: The wings get wider and larger, and the beak have the tip shining in light. Screegull will stop at nothing to expel intruders of a lighthouse or other of their territories, even if it means losing their ethereal wings in the process, which only grows back at full moon.

Name: Lafosse (Corruption of both laugh + lighthouse)
Evolution: Lafosse; Moon Stone, or level up during full moon

Notable Moves: Shadow Ball, Air Slash, Vacuum Wave, Focus Blast, Heat Wave, Dark Pulse, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Whirlwind, Psyshock, Hurricane, Brave Bird
Flavor/Design: The wingspan reaches half as long as it’s entire body, allowing it to sweep into unsuspecting prey. The entire beak, the eyes and the tip of the tail feathers shines brightly, and shines the most at a full moon. It is said thaf it take care of the spirits of deceased children.
Potential Competitive Role: No Guard Hurricane turns it into a dangerous wallbreaker, with Heat Wave and Focus Blast never missing as well.

*Aura Wheel also works if used by Morfugu, with the forms via Hunger Switch taken into consideration.
(!) Loria-introduced move by Revenge of Depressed Gay.
Name: Sparking Leap
Power: 80
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10
Category:

Type:

Effect: Has a high critical hit ratio
Priority: 0
Flags: Contact
Distribution: Usawald, Plusle, Minun, and any other electric types known for leaping/pouncing/hopping/bouncing
Justification: Look Phyiscal electric type moves are either sigs or shit so I decided to give pokemon a better option then wild charge. While Plusle and Minun have no use for it, Usawald should not be the only electric type to get this move. Ideally I would like to see more physical electric types get the move. Also pouncing can count as leaping. They're similar enough.
Flavor/Design: Slightly more lean but still stout, and have much messier hair and messier patterns. The jealousy developed towards newfound popularity of the softer but more shy Osawald caused Morpeko to become even more moody, becoming truly enthusiastic towards a new friend, but at the same time, vehemously hateful towards a new enemy. This abnormal behavior, and anything similar, resulted Morpeko to evolve into Morfugu, which constantly switches between a benevolent sweetheart, and a malevolent bully, depending if their belly is full or not.
Potential Competitive Role: Aura Wheel allows it to gain more and more Speed but can prove cumbersome to use, but nonetheless difficult to revenge kill without Priority or Trick Room. It also has colorful coverage complemented by Hone Claws, such as Zen Headbutt and Play Rough.

:weepinbell: -> :victreebell: or :unknown: Beechdrop + parasite + bandit
Name: Bandrobell (Bandit + beechdrop + bell)
Pre-Evolution: Weepinbell; Dusk Stone
Typing:

Abilities: Chlorophyll | Corrosion
Base Stats: 80 HP / 65 Atk / 70 Def / 105 SpA / 70 SpD / 100 Spe (490 BST)
Height: 1.4 m
Weight: 25.5 kg
Notable Moves: Weepinbell’s learnset + Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Dark Pulse, Sludge Wave, Fling, Leech Life, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Toxic Spikes, Parting Shot, Switcheroo
Flavor/Design: Partially inspired of the scrapped alternative evolution of Weepinbell found in the ’97 beta Gold + Silver, Tsubomitto, Bandrobell is a bipede parasitical beechdrop-like Pokémon, and the lip and leaves become white, and the roots jet black. The leaves themselves have a tip shaped like small claws, and doubles as a cape, forming like a bandit. It steals away life force of others by using Giga Drain, and then take hasty retreat when spotted.
Potential Competitive Role: Not being weak to Fire means it can adapt in a Sun team just fine, but if outside of a Sun team, then it can use Corrosion and a combination of Toxic and Taunt to cripple a great number of walls, making it a threatening stallbreaker. It can also be a set-up sweeper with Nasty Plot.

Name: Feer (Fear + Deer)
Evolution: Evolves into Phantelope at Level 32
Typing:

Abilities: Run Away / Clear Body / Unaware
Base Stats: 43 / 72 / 41 / 32 / 86 / 56 (330 BST)
Height: 0.6 m

Flavor/Design: A deer that can phase through walls so it can safely cross the road.
Potential Competitive Role: Probably the best physical Ghost-type in LC, but your competition is stuff like Shuppet, Phantump, and Duskull (and Honedge might be better actually), so it's not exactly an accomplishment. Special bulk might be enough to make it a good non-Dark Abra check though

Name: Phantelope (Phantom + Antelope)
Typing:

Abilities: Run Away / Clear Body / Unaware
Base Stats: 83 / 104 / 61 / 62 / 128 / 87 (525 BST)
Height: 1.8 m
Weight: 30.8 kg
Notable Moves: Feer's movepool + High Horsepower, Punishment, Horn Leech
Flavor/Design: An American antelope (officiall called pronghorns) that can phase through walls so it can safely cross the road. Made this because i thought of the name "Phantelope" when making Haunthare a few slates ago and decided it needed to be used on an actual antelope.
Potential Competitive Role: Offensive Unaware is neat and now it has big Special bulk to ease setup

:sm/bunnelby:
Name: Haresay (Hare + Hearsay)
Evolution: Evolves into Vihare when leveled-up with a Poison-type in the party
Typing:

Abilities: Forewarn / Run Away / Infiltrator
Base Stats: 60 / 65 / 50 / 45 / 50 / 50 (320 BST)
Height: 0.3 m

Notable Moves: Play Rough, Bulldoze, Earthquake, Dig, Rollout, Charm, Covet, Ancient Power, Psychic, Zen Headbutt, Super Fang, Parting Shot, Quick Attack, Bounce, Double Kick, Jump Kick, Role Play, Mimic, Trick, Calm Mind, Taunt, Iron Tail, Tail Whip, Rock Tomb
Flavor/Design: Based on cottontail rabbits and the concept of Fairy Tales. Haresays are small, round, and cute Pokémon, being extremely common as pets in Loria. Part of their popularity may be a result of their appearances in local legends, usually as mischievous but lovable companions to the main character. In the present, however, Haresays are easy to take care of
Potential Competitive Role: There are better LC Grounds

Name: Vihare (Virus/Viral + Hare)
Typing:

Abilities: Power Virus / Liquid Ooze / Infiltrator
Base Stats: 80 / 85 / 95 / 70 / 95 / 85 (510 BST)
Height: 0.5 m
Weight: 15.5 kg
Notable Moves: Haresay's movepool + Shadow Ball, Horn Leech, Horn Attack, Smart Strike, Giga Drain, Torment, Pain Split, Spite, Hyper Voice, Toxic, Sludge Bomb, Gunk Shot, Hex, Leech Life, Double-Edge, Venoshock, Rock Slide, Curse, Toxic Spikes
Flavor/Design: Based on cottontail rabbits, the cryptid jackalope (a rabbit with antelope horns), and how rabbits afflicted with the Shope papilloma virus sometimes look like they have horns. These Pokémon are rare in the wild, with the few recorded wild sightings being in forests surrounding cemeteries, though a good few sightings have been around Pokémon Centers as well. Vihares are inflicted with a type of non-contagious disease which, while not a danger to their lives, causes them constant pain and gives them growths that resemble antlers and armor. Trainers with Vihares have to constantly give their Vihares Potions or berries to keep them happy
Potential Competitive Role: Resub of the jackalope concept, now being a bit more literal with the affliction giving it the look of a jackalope being a literal virus like in real life. Broken ability with mediocre stats and an amazing offensive typing make Vihare a strong wallbreaker once it gets on the field. EQ/Gunk/Jump provide great coverage and it can pivot out with Parting Shot without damaging itself, making it an appealing choice for a Scarfer

Name: Power Virus
Effect: This Pokémon's moves deal 1.3x damage, but successfully hitting the opponent with a move causes this Pokémon to lose 10% of its max HP
Permanent (Yes or No): No
Mold Breaker (Yes or No): No
Distribution: Exclusive to Vihare
Justification: It's Alternatium Life Gem, which is a sus af ability if given improperly considering how big of a power boost a free Life Orb is, but with Vihare's middling Speed tier and only decent power, it should be okay. Plus, the flavor fits perfectly with the real life inspiration of how rabbits afflicted by a virus look like the legendary jackalope.

Notable Moves: Fearit+Phobia*, Heart stamp, Extrasensory, Dark pulse, Psychic, Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Poltergeist, Thunder, Phantom force, Zen headbutt, Nasty plot, Reflect, Light screen
Flavor/Design: A master of phobias; This pokemon manipulates the minds of their opponents enhancing their fears and senses; Causing them to flinch and take more damage mentally and physically from its attacks.
Potential Competitive Role: Physical, Special, or mixed wallbreaker and maybe Screens setter. Phobia it's really hard when boosted by Terrorizer along with Zen headbutt only really failing to break through dark types. also opt to go special with extrasensory and shadow ball as its main stabs coupled with a nasty plot boost.
Name: Phobia

Accuracy: 100
PP: 16
Category: Physical
Type: Ghost
Effect: 30% chance to make the target flinch.
Priority: 0 (neutral)
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Non-contact
Distribution: I plan on making this nearly universal for ghost types if that's alright.
Justification: It Gives some more physically oriented ghost Pokémon a physical stab move. Makes sense for ghost to be associated with a move based on fears. Also associated with flinching in fear.

Name: Terrorizer
Effect: Boost power of moves that cause opposing Pokémon to flinch by 1.5x.
Permanent (Yes or No): no
Mold Breaker (Yes or No): Yes

Weight: 30.8 kg
Notable Moves: Feer's movepool + High Horsepower, Punishment, Horn Leech
Flavor/Design: An American antelope (officiall called pronghorns) that can phase through walls so it can safely cross the road. Made this because i thought of the name "Phantelope" when making Haunthare a few slates ago and decided it needed to be used on an actual antelope.
Potential Competitive Role: Offensive Unaware is neat and now it has big Special bulk to ease setup

Weight: 4.6 lbs.
Notable Moves: Shadow Ball, Rock Slide, Rock Polish, Shadow Claw, Head Smash, Grudge, Will-o-Wisp
Flavor/Design: The cliffs of Loria were far harsher than they were in other regions, and the Bagon perished as a result. However, its fervent wish still hasn't been fulfilled, so Lorian Bagon's spirit refuses to depart.

Name: Lorian Shelgon
Evolution: From Lorian Bagon at Level 30, into Lorian Salamence at Level 50
Typing:

Height: 3'7"
Weight: 143.6 lbs.
Notable Moves: Shadow Ball, Rock Slide, Rock Polish, Shadow Claw, Head Smash, Grudge, Will-o-Wisp
Flavor/Design: Lorian Shelgon shields itself with rocks despite not having a corporeal body that needs to be shielded in the first place. Legend has it that these rocks will morph into wings when it evolves.

Name: Lorian Salamence
Evolution: From Lorian Shelgon at Level 50
Typing:

Abilities: Soaring Spirit
Base Stats: 95/135/110/90/95/75 (+30 Defense, -20 Sp. Atk, +15 Sp. Def, -25 Speed)
Height: 4'11"
Weight: 80.4 lbs.
Notable Moves: Shadow Ball, Rock Slide, Rock Polish, Shadow Claw, Head Smash, Grudge, Will-o-Wisp, Dual Wingbeat, Dragon Dance, Sky Lance
Flavor/Design: Lorian Salamence has gained its wings; however, they're made of solid rock, so it can't actually flap them. Instead, it levitates and glides through the air as if it's flying, which it seems to be content with doing.
New Features:
Effect: Levitates the user and raises the power of its Flying-type attacks by 50%.
Additional distribution: None
Type: Flying/Physical
BP: 130
Accuracy: 100
PP: 5
Effect: This attack fails unless the user is Levitating.
Additional distribution: None

Potential Competitive Role: Bulky but slower Dragon Dance sweeper with essentially three STABs.
As for the rest of the winners, we have a 5-way tie for the last 3 or so spots, so that we will have a tiebreaker vote!
:spiritomb: -> :unknown: 108 spirits + undead + skeleton + tombs
Name: Corruptomb (Corrupt + tomb)
Pre-Evolution: Spiritomb; level up after holding a Reaper Cloth for 108 or more seconds.
Typing:

Notable Moves: Knock Off, Iron Head, Swords Dance, Sucker Punch (this mom gets the same moves Pawniard and Bisharp get, the primary difference is ability and stats)
Flavor/Design: Imagine a sword horse. Congratulations, that’s Knightmare. Go wild with the design as long as it looks like pawniard.
Potential Competitive Role: Physical Wallbreaker, Setup Sweeper
:morpeko: -> :unknown: Dr. Jenkins and Mr. Hyde horror tale + guinea pig + split personality + mental / psychological instability
Name: Morfugu (Morumotto <Japanese of quinea pig> + fugu <Japanese of maiming>)

Typing:

Base Stats: 81 HP / 110 Atk / 81 Def / 70 SpA / 81 SpD / 93 Spe (516 BST)
Height: 1 m

Notable Moves: Morpeko’s learnset* + Play Rough, High Horsepower, Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Close Combat, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Stuff Cheeks, Slash, Night Slash, Shadow Claw, Sparking Leap(!), After You, Quash, Helping Hand, Taunt, Hone Claws, Zen Headbutt, Iron Head

Name: Sinistect (Sinister + Insect)
Evolution: Into Grimoth at Level 47

Height: 2'0"
Weight: 22.4 lbs.
Notable Moves: U-Turn, Sticky Web, Dark Pulse, Crunch, Bug Buzz, Moonlight, Defog
Flavor/Design: Sinistect lives in an old, dilapidated mansion and the outlying meadows. This once-docile and harmless Pokemon has since turned hostile and destructive due to the arrival of Ghost-types within the past 200 years that it now has to share its habitat with.

Name: Grimoth (Grimoire + Moth)

Height: 6'11"
Weight: 137.7 lbs.
Notable Moves: U-Turn, Sticky Web, Dark Pulse, Crunch, Bug Buzz, Moonlight, Defog, Quiver Dance, Sucker Punch, Spell Cast
Flavor/Design: A moth with wings that look like an open book. It is believed that Grimoth first came to exist when a Sinistect chewed on the page of an old spellbook. When it flies, its back wings look like pages being blown by the wind.
New Features:
Effect: Attacks with a secondary effect that inflicts status conditions have twice as likely a chance to inflict them.
Additional distribution: None
Type: Dark/Special
BP: 80
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10
Effect: 20% chance to inflict Sleep, Paralysis, or Poison on the target.
(Put simply: Dark-type clone of Tri Attack with Burn and Freeze swapped out for Sleep and Poison)
Additional distribution: None

Potential Competitive Role: Mixed attacker who thrives in Trick Room; alternatively, a slow pivot who can also set Sticky Web.
You may vote for 3 of the above 5 options, with the top 3 being added to Dex. The tiebreaker will last for 24 hours, or longer if needed.

In the meantime, onto the next slate!

------------------------------------------------

- Aquatic Panic -
:sm/samurott::sm/palossand::sm/gastrodon::sm/dragalge:

This slate is pretty self-explanatory. There's a reason why the most common type of Pokemon is Water, there's water everywhere in the Pokemon universe, much like our own. And, because there's water everywhere, Water is one of the most diverse types of Pokemon in the game, from deep sea creatures, to birds, to Water-types that can live on land, and whatever Palkia is. But just because there's water doesn't mean there has to be Water-types, as many non-Water-types can find their homes in aquatic areas like beaches and swamps.
Rules
- You may sub whatever you want for this slate, but any flavor you make for you submissions must allow your Pokemon to live in or near water. This could mean making your Pokemon a Water-type or just an affinity for water. For the purposes of this slate, areas near water (like beaches, swamps, marshes, and lakefronts) count as Aquatic areas, which should diversify your options.

Notable Moves: Coil, Poison jab, Aqua tail, liquidation, Flip turn, toxic, Clamp, Venom drench, Poison sting, poison, fang, poison Tail, Gastro acid
Flavor/Design: The design of this pokemon is based of the venomous semi-aquatic snake known as the cottonmouth or water moccasin. These snakes are said to have a very dangerous bite that could lead to death and are often confused with non-venomous water snakes that inhabit Florida (loria) region.
Potential Competitive Role:if there is a little cup, this pokemon has a great speed tier but besides that there's not much going for it. Venomous could help it pressure walls as it procs on flip turn pivots.

These snakes are said to have a very dangerous bite that could lead to death and are often confused with non-venomous water snakes that inhabit Florida (loria) region as well.
Potential Competitive Role: potentially lethal wallbreaker with the combination of its ability and Venom strike. It gets a decent setup move and reliable recovery in the form of softboiled and coil respectively. Water and poison is also a decent defensive typing and has decent bulk to make it niche defensive pivot.

Name: Venom strike
Power: 85
Accuracy: 100
PP: 16
Category: Physical
Type: Poison
Effect: Attack does Damage based on the target’s lowest defense stat.
Priority: 0 (neutral)
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Contact, Bite-based
Distribution:Pokemon that learn poison fang
Justification: Venom often becomes more fatal when it starts attacking the vital organs. This is the attack’s premise.

Permanent (Yes or No): No

Base Stats (Krokoasis): 100 HP / 113 Atk / 83 Def / 60 SpA / 73 SpD / 90 Spe (519 BST)
Note that the pre evo’s stats remain the same

Notable Moves (Krokoasis): Earthquake, Liquidation, Flip Turn, Ice Fang, Stealth Rock
Flavor/Design: Sandile and Krokorok lose most of the black and all of the pink, the pink’s replaced with a light blue, and only the “sunglasses” remain. Krokoasis is a navy blue instead of red, the gray becomes the sandy color of its pre evos. The black stripes become the lighter blue of its pre evos. Notable Moves: Steam Eruption, Heat Release, Overheat, Scald, Flamethrower, Surf, Lava Plume, Earth Power, Ancient Power, Steaming Blast
Flavor/Design: Based off of hydrothermal vents, Steemevent is a rare sight in Loria, only native to the ocean floor. In recent years, some idiot managed to somehow introduce some to some of Loria's lakes, where it wreaks havoc as an invasive species. Imagine a Relicanth-like rock fish with ridges of tiny hydrothermal vents on its back, and a large one as a tail. It uses these and its mouth to expel boiling water, and the lakes in which they reside are often devoid of any non-fire type animals, due to the water being heated to boiling heats.

As for the next round:
:xy/sharpedo:
Based on the thresher shark:
Name: Minprick (Mini + pinprick)
Evolution: Into Alopike at Level 34
Typing:
/

Abilities: Sniping Tail (Hidden: Iron Barbs)
Base Stats: 31/72/42/42/38/65 (Total: 290)
Height: 2'0"
Weight: 17.5 lbs.
Notable Moves: Aqua Tail, Iron Tail, Dragon Tail
Flavor/Design: (A small shark with a long metal spike sticking out of its caudal fin.) The long spike on the end of Minprick's tail is twice as long as its body. It uses it to smash holes in rocks or coral reefs to build its nest.

Name: Alopike (Alopias [Name for the genus thresher sharks are in] + pike)
Evolution: From Minprick at Level 34, into Leviathresh at Level 48
Typing:
/

Abilities: Sniping Tail (Hidden: Iron Barbs)
Base Stats: 46/97/57/57/48/90 (Total: 395)
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 215.5 lbs.
Notable Moves: Aqua Tail, Iron Tail, Dragon Tail
Flavor/Design: (It has additional spikes on its dorsal and pectoral fins, and two just over its eyes.) Alopike uses its tail both as a sword and as a skewer. Whichever way it uses it, any Pokemon that touches its tail becomes its next meal.

Name: Leviathresh (Leviathan + thresh)
Evolution: From Alopike at Level 48
Typing:
/

Abilities: Sniping Tail (Hidden: Iron Barbs)
Base Stats: 71/137/82/82/73/100 (Total: 545)
Height: 16'4"
Weight: 410.9 lbs.
Notable Moves: Aqua Tail, Iron Tail, Dragon Tail, Spike Tail
Flavor/Design: (Its tail now has additional spikes along it.) Leviathresh is by far the most terrifying Pokemon someone can meet in the oceans of Loria. Although it doesn't actively seek fights, one hit from its tail just by pure accident will wreck an aircraft carrier.

New Features:
Effect: User's tail-based attacks (e.g. Aqua Tail, Iron Tail, Dragon Tail, Spike Tail) do 33% more damage.
Additional distribution: None
Type: Steel/Physical
BP: 60
Accuracy: 100
PP: 15
Effect: Scatters a layer of Spikes around the opposing side of the field.

Potential Competitive Role: Physical attacker who can simultaneously inflict damage and set Spikes with its signature attack.

:xy/feebas:
Based on the blue sea slug:
Name: Sluggugg (corruption of slug + ugly)
Evolution: Into Glaucazul upon learning Dragon Pulse
Typing:

Abilities: Truant/Wimp Out (Hidden: Defeatist)
Base Stats: 20/10/80/55/15/20 (Total: 200)
Height: 0'8"
Weight: 1.1 lbs.
Notable Moves: Splash, Tackle, Flail, Dragon Pulse
Flavor/Design: (A small blue blob-like slug) Sluggugg is weak, a coward, has an unpleasing appearance, and oozes everywhere, making it one of the most unpopular Pokemon of all time. Despite this, anyone who finds the willingness to raise one of the many living in Loria will be greatly rewarded within reasonable time.

Name: Glaucazul (Glaucus [Name of the genus the blue sea slug is in] + azul)
Evolution: From Sluggugg after learning Dragon Pulse
Typing:
/

Abilities: Liquid Ooze/Dry Skin (Hidden: Magic Guard)
Base Stats: 79/81/100/125/60/95 (Total: 540)
Height: 22'10"
Weight: 984.6 lbs.
Notable Moves: Dragon Pulse, Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Hydro Pump, Draco Meteor, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt
Flavor/Design: (A large, majestic blue sea slug [with a design similar to the one posted in the link]) Glaucazul is a rare and majestic sight to behold. Due to the drastic change in its size, appearance, and range of attacks it can use, many people have a hard time believing it evolved from a Sluggugg, and still refuse to train one to easily have a Glaucazul of their own.

Potential Competitive Role: Quiver Dance sweeper with a huge variety of different attacks to use.

:xy/dewgong:
Name: Lorian Dewgong
Evolution: From Seel at Level 40
Typing:
/

Abilities: Thick Fat/Hydration (Hidden: Seaweed Wreath)
Base Stats: 90/50/90/80/105/60 (-20 Attack, +10 Defense, +10 Sp. Atk, +10 Sp. Def, -10 Speed)
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 264.6 lbs.
Notable Moves: Hydro Pump, Scald, Surf, Aqua Ring, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Solar Beam, Leech Seed, Grass Whistle, Aromatherapy
Flavor/Design: (It has strands of seaweed wrapped around its body.) When Dewgong was first introduced to Loria, it began to wrap itself in seaweed in order to keep itself cool in the warmer waters. Years of doing so resulted in Lorian Dewgong becoming its own regional variant that has the ability to grow its own seaweed on its body.

New Features:
Effect: User's Grass-type attacks will always land a critical hit.
Additional distribution: None

Potential Competitive Role: Bulky tank who can use its signature Ability to dish out some surprisingly tough damage with its Grass-type attacks.

Tiebreaker votes: Fluffary, Corruptomb (SV), Sinistect

Learnset for Corruptomb

:clamperl: -> :unknown: Giant clam + noble scallops + armor + fortress (New alternative evo for Clamperl)
Name: Clamamity (Corruption of calamity, with the word clam on it)
Evolution: Clamperl; trade while holding a Big Pearl.
Typing:

Abilities: Shell Armor | Unaware
Base Stats: 75 HP / 64 Atk / 135 Def / 74 SpA / 105 SpD / 42 Spe (485 BST)
Height: 2.1 meters
Weight: 212.1 kilograms
Notable Moves: Clamperl‘s learnset + Counter, Mirror Coat, Metal Burst, Steel Beam, Recover, Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Bide, Iron Defense, Body Press, Hydro Pump, Guard Swap, Guard Split, Quick Guard, Clam Shield*
Name: Clam Shield
Power: —
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 10
Category: Status
Type:

Effect: Protect user from moves except moves that bypasses Protect, and if hit by a non-contact move, the attacker have their Speed decreased by 1 stage. This move has a 1/X chance of being successful, where X starts at 1 and triples each time this move is successfully used. X resets to 1 if this move fails, if the user's last move used is not Baneful Bunker, Clam Shield, Detect, Endure, King's Shield, Obstruct, Protect, Quick Guard, Spiky Shield, or Wide Guard, or if it was one of those moves and the user's protection was broken. Fails if the user moves last this turn.
Priority: +4
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Protect
Distribution: Just Clamamity for now
Justification: “The user utilizes their large clam-like apendages to protect themselves from incoming attack, shining when hit by a move that doesn’t make contact.” Allows Clamamity to pressure most Special Attackers and Earthquake users by slowing them down, leaving them vulnerable to revenge killing.

Flavor/Design: Multicolored large clam with multiple little sapient pearls that resembles the one found in a Clamperl. It is said that each wild Clamamity is the result of an evolved wild Clamperl, leaving the clam in the floor of the sea until a Gorebyss or Huntail laid multiple eggs on it.
Potential Competitive Role: Mixed wall, emphasis on physical defense, with a combination of Unaware and Metal Burst to pressure a multitude of set-up sweepers. Clam Shield allows it to pressure most special oriented or Earthquake set-up sweepers even further, slowing them down to the point of making them easier for revenge killing. Toxapex have access to Regenerator, access to Toxic and Haze, and have generally better special bulk, avoiding too much overlap.

Resubbing Lorian Yanma line; I originally thought to make a Lorian Ledyba line with regional evo and all Water / Bug… But then I realized I already did a Water / Bug Lorian variant before! The Lorian Ledyba variant line can wait for a later slate.
:yanma: + :unknown: Azure Bluet line (2 stages)
Name: Lorian Yamna
Typing:

Abilities: Levitate / Compound Eyes | Heatproof
Base Stats: 55 HP / 45 Atk / 45 Def / 75 SpA / 55 SpD / 95 Spe (390 BST)
New Moves: Water Gun, Surf, Hydro Pump, Dive, Scald, Waterfall, Liquidation, Ice Beam, Blizzard (+9)
Removed Moves: Ancient Power, Air Slash, Tailwind, Reversal, Pursuit, Double-Edge, Thief, Aerial Ace, Whirlwind (-9)
Flavour/Design: Adapts a bright blue body and sleeker wings. Lorian Yanma lives near ponds, beaches and forests with high humidity as it hunts various pests such as [To be determined]. Their wings are waterproof, so it can dive underwater for several minutes to dodge predators.
Evolution: Evolves into Yanmazure at level 33.

Name: Yanmazure (Yanma (large dragonfly) + azure)
Prevo: Lorian Yanma
Typing:

Abilities: Levitate / Compound Eyes | Heatproof
Base Stats: 86 HP / 66 Atk / 76 Def / 116 SpA / 76 SpD / 95 Spe (515 BST)
New Moves: Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Hurricane, Focus Blast, Taunt, Agility, Whirlpool, Aqua Tail, Belch, Megahorn, Calm Mind
Flavour/Design: Develop a short horn that can be used to fetch Berries and other objects, and the wings become larger and even more sleeker, allowing it to fly and glide without being interrupted by wind. The compound eyes are more developed as well, gaining the capability of seeing their pray even at long distance.
Height + Weight: 1.5 meters | 32.2 kilograms
Potential Competitive Role: Yanmazure specializes in less than accurate moves like Nandare before it, but with emphasis on Special moves to make it more distinct than the other fully evolved Bug / Water Pokémon, Araquanid and Golisopod. Taunt and Whirlpool can be used to trap stall-based Pokémon for stallbreaking as well. Heatproof and Levitate are alternatives for various purposes; Heatproof to pressure Fire-type mons more at cost of accuracy from not using Compound Eyes, and Levitate to safely swtich into Ground-type moves.
