Work!
Base Species: Brazadan Sudowoodo
Typing: Ghost
Ability: Cursed Body / Weak Armor | Rattled
Base Stats: 70 / 110 / 85 (-30) / 30 / 95 (+30) / 30 (410 BST)
New Moves: Astonish, Shadow Punch, Poltergeist, Strength Sap, Night Shade, Grudge, Destiny Bond
Removed Moves: Rock Throw, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Head Smash, Rock Blast, Meteor Beam, Stealth Rock
Flavour/Design: Sudowoodo went to Brazada to find some interesting trees to imitate, but most of the trees were gone. It's now doing its best to represent a dead tree, but it fits with how Sudowoodo is because it's still not a real tree. (Based on Amazon deforestation)
Potential Competitive Role: Okay Eviolite user that has enough attack to not be passive.

Base Species: Petriwoodo (petrified wood)
Typing: Ghost
Ability: Cursed Body / Weak Armor | Rattled
Base Stats: 70 / 130 / 65 / 60 / 65 / 110 (500 BST)
New Moves: Perish Song, Horn Leech, Forest's Curse
Flavour/Design: Resembling an old, dying tree, Petriwoodo is a vengeful Pokemon that curses those who harm the trees in its forest.
Potential Competitive Role: Fast physical Ghost is kind of niche. It gets some fun coverage moves like the elemental punches and Earthquake.

Voting has begun and will likely last 4 days! Here's a sub compilation...

Name: Levipilosa (Levitate + Pilosa (Order that anteaters and sloths belong to))
Counterpart(s): N/A
Typing:

Ability: Tree-Topper / Telepathy (HA)
Base Stats: 120 / 55 / 80 / 90 / 80 / 20 (BST: 445)
Notable Moves: Telekinesis, Gravity, Calm Mind, Slack Off, Psychic, Psyshock, Hypnosis, Shadow Ball, Thunder, Focus Blast, Rest, Sleep Talk, Thunderbolt, Charge Beam, Helping Hand, Trick Room, Yawn, Dark Pulse, Thunder Wave
New Features: Tree-Topper - When this Pokémon is on the field, all Pokémon on the field are under the effect , of Telekinesis. This can be overwritten by moves or items that cause Pokémon to be grounded
Flavor/Design: Based on a tree sloth. Levipilosas are extremely smart, but also extremely lazy. Thus, they use their power and laziness to achieve all of their day-to-day tasks, from levitating up to the tops of trees to eat leaves and telepathically floating away Pokemon that bother them, Levipilosas do anything they can to do as little as they can
Potential Competitive Role: If you didn't know, the Telekinesis effect is basically Levitate + No Guard, giving Levipilosa some very interesting qualities. It has the coveted 100% accurate sleep move in perfect accuracy Hypnosis and some good powerful low accuracy moves in Focus Blast and Thunder. This also gives Levipilosa an effective Ground-immunity without giving it a Stealth Rock weakness or vulnerability to Mold Breaker, which is very nice. Levipilosa does come with a lot of weaknesses, with Psychic not being that good of a defensive typing, its pretty weak 90 Special Attack, and its abysmal Speed that guarantees that it'll take a hit first, but it should still be an interesting Pokemon to use.
Name: Ampeck (Ampere + Peck)
Counterpart(s): N/A
Typing:

Ability: Big Pecks / Lightning Rod / Serene Grace (HA)
Base Stats: 60 / 45 / 70 / 75 / 65 / 40 (355 BST)
Notable Moves: Air Slash, Discharge, Defog, Roost, Thunderbolt, Rain Dance, U-Turn, Volt Switch, Heat Wave, Tailwind, Thunder Wave, Feather Dance, Dual Wingbeat, Rising Voltage, Taunt, Eerie Impulse, Parabolic Charge, Thunder, Hurricane
New Features: N/A
Flavor/Design: WIP (Based on a quetzal)
Potential Competitive Role: It has a pretty high Special Attack stat by LC standards, so that combined with very good bulk and a pretty good offensive typing can make it a pretty good tank

Name: Electzal (Electric + Quetzal)
Counterpart(s): N/A
Typing:

Ability: Big Pecks / Lightning Rod / Serene Grace (HA)
Base Stats: 80 / 50 / 125 / 105 / 95 / 50 (505 BST)
Notable Moves: Air Slash, Discharge, Defog, Roost, Thunderbolt, Rain Dance, U-Turn, Volt Switch, Heat Wave, Tailwind, Thunder Wave, Feather Dance, Dual Wingbeat, Rising Voltage, Taunt, Eerie Impulse, Parabolic Charge, Thunder, Hurricane
New Features: N/A
Flavor/Design: WIP (Based on a quetzal)
Potential Competitive Role: Electzal basically has all the best qualities of defensive Zapdos but replace Static with two great ability choices in Lightning Rod to give it another immunity or Serene Grace to get 60% paras with Discharge or 20% burns with Heat Wave.
Name: Napi (Nap + Capybara)

Flavor/Design: Based on a capybara. While a trainer has to go pretty out of their way to find one, Napis are one of the most sought after pets in Brazdo due to their high level of cuteness, ease of caring for due to them not being very active, and they can even help their owner fall asleep. In the wild, they are basically always tired, but their cuteness can keep them from being eaten by predators most of the time.
Potential Competitive Role: It has Truant, moving on...

Flavor/Design: WIP (Capybara that torments competitors in the wild while they're sleeping in order to drive them away from their Napi offspring.)
Potential Competitive Role: WIP (Hit a Hypnosis, Swords Dance up while Bad Dreams breaks a Focus Sash, then sweep)

Napi evolves into Napikara when exposed to a Shiny Stone, and into Napiscara when exposed to a Dusk Stone
Name: Monscreech (monkey + screech)
Counterpart(s): N/A
Type: Normal
Ability: Rattled / Soundproof (HA)
Base Stats: 50 / 45 / 45 / 70 / 45 / 65 (BST: 320)

Flavor/Design: Monscreech is a small blue monkey with completely pitch-black eyes. Monscreech are born with very malformed eyeballs, so they have to rely on sound to make their way around the treetops of Brazdo. They make vocalizations to communicate with others of their species. They're still young, though, so they don't realize how loud they're actually being.

Monscreech evolves into Aloudent starting at Level 26.

Name: Aloudent (Alouatta, the genus that howler monkeys belong to, + dent)
Counterpart(s): N/A
Type: Normal/Psychic

Abilities: Punk Rock / Soundproof (HA)
Base Stats: 70 / 65 / 65 / 105 / 65 / 105 (BST: 485)
Notable Moves: Boomburst, Hyper Voice, Psychic, Psyshock, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Headsplitter
New Features: Headsplitter: 130 BP, Normal type, Special, Sound move, lowers user's Defense and Special Defense
Flavor/Design: Aloudent is a medium-size baby blue howler monkey with completely pitch-black eyes. The top of its head looks narrower than the lower part, almost as if someone squished it. Evolution caused Aloudent's malformed eyes to press into the sides of its skull, making it appear as if it has two dents on the sides of its skull. These dents give Aloudent nearly constant migraines, which in turn causes it to be constantly howling out in pain. Weirdly, though, Aloudent's howls actually sound quite melodic and soothing. One composer even sampled Aloudent's howling for a film soundtrack. The migraines also give Aloudent psychic powers, including the ability to see into the future. It's in so much pain, however, that its visions of the future are very blurry. It can see a bit better than its pre-evolution, but its eyesight is still pretty poor.
Origin: This line is based off of howler monkeys, one of the largest species of New World monkeys, which are native to the Amazon Rainforest. It also takes inspiration from 2D of Gorillaz. It's silly, I know, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to make a reference to my favorite band.
Competitive: STAB Punk Rock boosted Boombursts coming from this thing hurt like a buttcheek on a stick. However, it's also frailer than a rotten piece of wood, it has to rely on Focus Miss to hit Steels, and its Speed tier makes it prone to getting revenge killed. UU at the absolute best.

Name: Peccarious (peccary + precarious)
Counterpart(s): N/A
Type: Ground/Grass
Abilities: Reckless / Vigilante / Grass Pelt (HA)
Base Stats: 80 / 135 / 94 / 50 / 86 / 40 (BST: 485)
Notable Moves: Earthquake, High Horsepower, Seed Bomb, Wood Hammer, Close Combat, Superpower, Double-Edge, Wild Charge, Zen Headbutt, Iron Head, Outrage, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Head Smash, Terra Charge

New Features: Vigilante: Increases the power of Fighting-type moves used by this Pokémon by 50% (Fighting-type version of Steelworker)
Terra Charge: 120 BP, Ground type, Physical, contact move, does 1/3rd of damage dealt as recoil, 10% chance to lower target's Speed (Also learned by the Rhyhorn, Mudkip, Numel, Swinub, and Mudbray lines)
Flavor/Design: Peccarious is a small brown pig-like Pokémon that is covered in sharp, green bristles, similar to the needles of a pine tree. Its hooves and the sides of its snout are covered in mud, and it has a small scar over its right eye. Despite its small size, Peccarious is very adventurous and brave, and fancies itself as "the superhero of the jungle". They will charge headfirst into any situation that has the slightest hint of danger. More often than not, however, these attempts at saving the day only result in Peccarious getting injured. It's very optimistic, though; no matter how many times it gets beaten up, it never loses its courage and its love for saving people and Pokémon alike.
Origin: Peccarious is based on peccaries, which are these tiny animals that closely resemble pigs and they're so cute omg I want thirty of them. It is specifically based on the white-lipped peccary, which can be found in rainforests all over South America, including Brazil. They can be pretty aggressive, which influences part of their personality, but I also thought it would be really funny to see a tiny pig acting like Batman. Also I got the idea for the name at like 12AM and I'm super proud of it
Competitive: Peccarious is essentially the physical-attacker version of Drampa; a sky-high Attack stat and amazing coverage, but poor defenses and very, very low Speed. Peccarious's 4x weakness to one of the most common moves in the game (Ice Beam) doesn't help it either. Ground/Grass/Fighting STAB (thanks to Vigilante) is still pretty good, or you could run Reckless to fire off incredibly powerful Wood Hammers and Terra Charges. Still probably an NU mon at best.

Name: Joltik-Brazdo
Counterpart(s): Joltik-Unova
Type: Bug/Dark
Abilities: Birdeater / Unnerve / Swarm (HA)
Base Stats: 50 / 57 / 50 / 47 / 50 / 65 (BST: 319)
Moves: Joltik-Unova's moveset, -all Electric moves, +Throat Chop, Crunch, Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Night Slash, Taunt, Lash Out

New Features: Birdeater: The damage this Pokémon does if doubled if the opponent is a Flying-type.
Flavor/Design: Brazdian Joltik is similar to its Unovan counterpart, but its fur is now a light tan color, its eyes are bright red, and it is much, much larger. Joltik was introduced to Brazdo as part of an initiative to increase the amount of Bug-type Pokémon in the Brazdian forests. Unfortunately, Joltik quickly became the favorite food of the bird Pokémon in Brazdo, and it was thought that the introduction would be a failure. The few remaining Joltik quickly began to adapt, however. They began to specialize in hunting bird Pokémon themselves, and soon the tides were turned.

Brazdian Joltik evolves into Taranliath when it defeats ten Flying-type Pokemon in a row.

Name: Taranliath (tarantula + goliath)
Counterpart(s): Galvantula
Type: Bug/Dark

Abilities: Birdeater / Intimidate / Swarm (HA)
Base Stats: 70 / 127 / 60 / 47 / 60 / 128 (BST: 472)
Notable Moves: Joltik-Brazdo's moveset + First Impression, Rock Slide
New Features: Birdeater: The damage this Pokémon does if doubled if the opponent is a Flying-type.
Flavor/Design: Taranliath is a gigantic light brown spider Pokémon. Its eyes are a deep crimson and it has two small yet sharp fangs protruding from its mouth. Taranliath is the culmination of Brazdian Joltik's desire to take revenge on the bird Pokémon that nearly hunted its species to extinction. It lives in the treetops of Brazdo and hides in the nests of bird Pokémon, its light brown coloration matching perfectly with the sticks these nests are made out of. When the bird Pokémon returns to its nest, it makes it move, jumping out from the sticks and sinking its fangs into the bird Pokémon's chest. Taranliath's hatred of Flying-type Pokémon is so strong that if it is on the same team as a Flying-type Pokémon, it will completely ignore its opponents and try to attack its teammate instead.
Origin: This line is based on the Goliath bird-eating spider, a member of the tarantula family that is native to South American rainforests and is the largest spider in the world. Contrary to its name, the Goliath bird-eating spider only preys on birds occasionally, so I thought it would be fun to base this Pokémon on the question "What if this urban myth was true?".
Competitive: Taranliath has excellent Attack and Speed, two powerful STAB priority moves in First Impression and Sucker Punch, and access to Intimidate to improve its otherwise awful physical bulk. Birdeater seems like a great ability at first glance, but Taranliath is still weak to Flying, meaning that it's a double-edged sword at best. This combined with its bad special bulk and inability to hit Steel-types keeps it in UU at best.
GET STICK BUGGED LOL
Name: Stickler
Typing:

Ability: Tinted Lens / Grassy Cloak / Swarm
Base Stats: 35 / 50 / 70 / 30 / 30 / 60 (BST 245)
Notable Moves: U-Turn, Wood Hammer, Branch Poke, Bug Bite, Iron Defense, Camouflage, Grassy Glide, Swords Dance
New Features: Grassy Cloak is x1.25 Evasion in Grassy Terrain, kinda like Snow Cloak and Sand Veil, but obviously is gonna be banned. Foongus line also gets it.
Flavour/Design: It's basically reminiscent of a stick but with six legs and two antennae. There's also two spikes on its back, but they aren't sharp at all and seem to have no use as of current...

Name: Woodensect
Typing:

Ability: Tinted Lens / Grassy Cloak / Chlorophyll
Base Stats: 75 / 90 / 110 / 65 / 65 / 100 (BST 505)
Notable Moves: Same as Stickler, plus Dual Wingbeat
New Features: Grassy Cloak is x1.25 Evasion in Grassy Terrain, kinda like Snow Cloak and Sand Veil, but obviously is gonna be banned. Foongus line also gets it.
Flavour/Design: Now a bigger stick bug, the appendages on its back have each developed a leaf that can shroud its entire body. Of course, it still can't fly. The line's preferred habitat is in normal forests. Scientists are still to this day trying to figure out whether Woodensect was originally a Grass-type that imitated Bug-types like Lurantis and adopted the type or a Bug-type that merged with the foliage like Sewaddle.
Potential Competitive Role: Tinted Lens Wood Hammer is... honest to god scary.

Name: Sasguari (sasquatch + mapinguari, Brazilian Bigfoot)
Typing:

Abilities: Tangling Hair / Stench / Unnerve (HA)
Base Stats: 100 / 101 / 123 / 68 / 78 / 60 (530)
Notable Moves: Darkest Lariat, Knock Off, Double-Edge, Slack Off, Zen Headbutt, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Superpower, Seed Bomb, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Drain Punch, Body Press, Bulk Up, Memento
Height/Weight: 2 m / 100 kg
Flavour/Design: Sasquari is a large, bipedal creature like a sasquatch with the coloring of a gorilla, but with long and shaggy black hair. Sasguari's shyness and rarity has made it the focal point of many mysteries.
Competitive: Sasguari is a physically tanky attacker with moves like Knock Off, Slack Off, Body Press, and Bulk Up, along with many coverage moves.
Name: Yummee (yummy)
Typing:

Abilities: Sweet Veil / Weak Armor / Aroma Veil (HA)
Base Stats: 51 / 44 / 63 / 40 / 67 / 50 (315)
Height/Weight: 0.4 m / 5 kg
Flavour/Design: Yummee looks like a square of chocolate partially wrapped in hard foil, which also forms two stubby legs. Yummee can be found in the jungle, hiding in groups among flowers or under berry trees. It emits a pleasant, sweet odor that often attracts bug or bird Pokemon as well as people. When under attack, it pulls more foil over its chocolatey body to protect itself while trying to roll away. If that doesn't work, Yummee can launch pieces of its foil at attackers. Evolves into Chocaolee at level 33.

Name: Chocaolee (chocolatey + cacao)
Typing:

Abilities: Sweet Veil / Iron Fist / Aroma Veil (HA)
Base Stats: 77 / 79 / 108 / 54 / 112 / 65 (495)
Notable Moves: Play Rough, Iron Head, Meteor Mash, Aromatherapy, Recover, Autotomize, Bullet Punch, Metal Burst, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Drain Punch, Encore, Bulk Up
Height/Weight: 0.8 m / 12 kg
Flavour/Design: Chocaolee is a larger square of chocolate that has grown strong foil arms, though its legs are still short and stubby. It still attracts Pokemon with its sweet smell, but it can now defend itself better with its arms, punching much harder than its size would suggest. Chocaolee can also be seen protecting groups of Yummee or other small Pokemon from predatory Pokemon.
Competitive: Chocaolee has solid bulk with a good defensive typing with reliable recovery and support options in Aromatherapy and Encore. Its base offenses are weak but it can likely find set up opportunities to use Bulk Up, and it has strong offensive moves in STAB Play Rough and Meteor Mash with priority Bullet Punch or punching coverage moves.

Flavor: This Ocelot's spots are ethereal ectoplasmic haunting things. The rest is a normal creature. It hunts from shadows.
Competitive: As a Ghost/Normal it will never be relegated to Untiered even if its stats aren't at Salamence levels. The Ghost/Fight immunity is humongous. Otherwise it hurt things hard but wishes it had Close Combat or just a fight type move to begin with.

Alright, voting is over! There are two clear winners, plus an additional one I added to the two as a sort of tiebreaker. I think only two is a bit too few for this.

For the two with the most votes, we have StarFalcon555's Peccarious and KirbyRider1337's Stickler line...

GET STICK BUGGED LOL
Name
: Stickler

As for the last, I chose between the three that would come in second place in votes, and from those I chose Yoshiblaze's Levipilosa...

As for the next slate...

Mystic Pokemon!
:baltoy: :yamask: :natu:
This slate is for the mysterious Pokemon of a region meant to fit ruins or some other bizarre landmark. Typical types I would expect to fit this would be things like Ghost, Psychic, or Fairy, but with enough thematic reasoning, I'm sure you could fit just about any type of Pokemon into a place like this. Submission phase has begun and will likely last until the 14th, with a 48 hour warning coming up on the 12th. See you then!

Also, on an unrelated note - make sure your subs meet the minmaxing rule stated under BST limits in the first post of this thread. I forgot to check over everything this time around until it was too late and voting had already started, but I will likely watch more closely this time around.

Name: Cucaling (cuca + -ling)

Base Stats: 40 / 30 / 40 / 70 / 50 / 50 (280)

Name: Cucaxa (cuca + bruxa, Portuguese for witch)

Typing:

Name: Cucarator (cuca + alligator)
Counterpart: Saciceiro
Typing:

Abilities: Cursed Body / Unnerve / Magic Guard (HA)
Base Stats: 80 / 60 / 75 / 120 / 100 / 85 (520)

Height/Weight: 1.5 m / 48 kg
Flavour/Design: Cucarator has a human-like body with an alligator's head, wearing a similar robe to its prevos. It has a sadistic nature and often giggles while tormenting people and Pokemon with its psychic powers. Cucarator's incantations are sometimes interrupted by nearby Saciceiro, who enjoy upsetting them.
Competitive: Cucarator is a Nasty Plot set up sweeper and status spreader, having wide offensive and utility movepools. Magic Guard lets it function as a status absorber while making it more difficult to wear down.
Name: Saciança (saci + criança, Portuguese for child)
Counterpart: Cucaling
Typing:

Abilities: Prankster / Pickpocket / Unburden (HA)
Base Stats: 40 / 55 / 35 / 45 / 35 / 70 (280)
Height/Weight: 0.4 m / 6 kg
Flavour/Design: This line is male only. Saci are Brazilian trickster spirits that resemble human children with brown skin, a red hat, and one leg. Saciança hops around on what looks like a wooden peg leg, and it has a few small tufts of red hair on its head. Evolves into Saciada at level 25.

Name: Saciada (saci + piada, Portuguese for joke)
Counterpart: Cucaxa
Typing:

Abilities: Prankster / Pickpocket / Unburden (HA)
Base Stats: 50 / 80 / 50 / 70 / 50 / 100 (400)
Height/Weight: 0.8 m / 18 kg
Flavour/Design: Saciada stands taller and skinnier than its prevo, looking like a delinquent teen with long red hair. It enjoys pulling pranks on people and other Pokemon, from misplacing their belongings to putting peppers in their food. Evolves into Saciceiro with a Shiny Stone.

Name: Saciceiro (saci + trapaceiro, Portuguese for trickster)
Counterpart: Cucarator
Typing:

Abilities: Prankster / Pickpocket / Unburden (HA)
Base Stats: 65 / 100 / 70 / 90 / 70 / 125 (520)
Notable Moves: Play Rough, Poltergeist, Moonblast, Shadow Ball, Hurricane, Switcheroo, Will-O-Wisp, Grudge, Destiny Bond, Wish, Whirlwind, Shadow Sneak, Dark Pulse, Gunk Shot, Sludge Bomb, Psychic, Psycho Cut, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Defog, Spikes
Height/Weight: 1.5 m / 40 kg
Flavour/Design: Saciceiro is muscular like a grown man, still on one leg, often standing with its arms crossed like a genie. It enjoys using gusts of wind for its pranks, like blowing people's hats off their heads or homework away from school kids. Its red hair is long and flowy, and it often holds a ghostly stick in its teeth to look more intimidating. Saciceiro are especially known for targeting individuals who are attemping to concentrate on something, like people doing homework or Cucarator trying to cast hexes on people.
Competitive: High speed and Prankster combined with its utility movepool make Saciceiro a solid team supporter with options like Switcheroo, Wish, Destiny Bond, Defog, and Spikes. STAB Play Rough and Poltergeist prevent it from being too passive.

Name: Apocalendar (apocalypse + calendar)
Type: Psychic/Rock
Abilities: Premonition / Synchronize (HA)
Base Stats: 55 / 30 / 125 / 90 / 125 / 50 (BST: 475)
Notable Moves: Future Sight, Doom Desire, Psychic, Psyshock, Power Gem, Earth Power, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Safeguard, Toxic, Body Press, Trick Room, Recover, Psycho Shield
New Features: Premonition: The power of Future Sight and Doom Desire is increased by x0.25, but they now take three turns to hit instead of two
Psycho Shield: Psychic type, Status, +5 priority, protects user from damage, reduces opponent's Special Defense by 2 stages if the opponent makes contact while this move is active (Also learned by Solrock, Lunatone, the Abra line, the Solosis line, and the Hatenna line)

Flavor/Design: Apocalendar is a large slab of rock with several hieroglyphs etched onto it. These hieroglyphs show the faces of Pikachu, Eevee, and the Kanto starters screaming out in fear. It also has two stubby hands attached to its upper corners. Historians believe that Apocalendar was created over 500 years ago by an ancient tribe that once lived in the Brazdo region. It is theorized that these Pokémon were once normal stone slabs that were enchanted with psychic power in a ritual that would allow the chieftain of this tribe to see where his tribe would be in the weeks, months and years to come. However, the tribe disappeared without a trace soon after the ritual was completed, leaving only the magnificent ruins of their city behind. Apocalendar still lurk within the ruins of this city, where they drive away any trespassers by planting vivid hallucinations of global destruction within their heads.
Origin: This mon is based off of the Maya calendar and the old belief that this calendar predicted the apocalypse (remember that? Ah, the good old days). Nothing more to say here, really.
Competitive: Apocalendar's gimmick is that it is the ultimate Future Sight/Doom Desire user. You set it up, wait a couple turns, use Psycho Shield in hopes of proccing a -2 Special Defense drop, then boom. It can also be a really annoying wall with hazards, Toxic, and Recover, a good Body Press user, or even a Trick Room setter. Its multitude of weaknesses and low HP keep it in RU at best.
Name: Burlimp (burlap + imp)
Type: Ghost
Abilities: Pickup / Pickpocket / Frisk (HA)
Base Stats: 35 / 55 / 35 / 55 / 35 / 40 (BST: 255)
Flavor/Design: Burlimp is a small dark purple imp-like creature with bright yellow eyes, a long nose, and large ears. It carries a small burlap sack with it at all times. It loves shiny things and valuables and puts any money it finds in its sack. The sack is rumored to be a portal that leads straight to the underworld.

Burlimp evolves into Goblysack starting at Level 24.

Name: Goblysack (goblin + gunny sack, another name for a burlap sack)
Type:
Ghost
Abilities: Pickup / Pickpocket / Frisk (HA)
Base Stats: 65 / 80 / 55 / 80 / 55 / 55 (BST: 385)

Flavor/Design: Goblysack is a medium-sized, very thin (almost skeletal-looking) dark purple goblin-like creature with an even longer nose and even larger ears. It still has its burlap sack, and it now carries it over its shoulder. It has become even more mischievous, and steals things to put in its sack just to laugh at the misfortune of its victims. It will even steal Poke Balls and Potions from its own Trainer!

Goblysack evolves into Storgre when it is exposed to a Moon Stone.

Name: Storgre (storage + ogre)
Type: Ghost/Dark

Abilities: Unburden / Pickpocket / Frisk (HA)
Base Stats: 85 / 110 / 70 / 110 / 70 / 60 (BST: 505)
Notable Moves: Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Poltergeist, Throat Chop, Foul Play, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Drain Punch, Superpower, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, ThunderPunch, Psychic, Psyshock, Zen Headbutt, Power Whip, Energy Ball, Outrage
Flavor/Design: Storgre is a large ogre-like creature that kind of looks like an old, fat, bald human man. Its skin is dark purple, it has a freakishly long nose and freakishly large ears, and it has two large tusks protruding from the edges of its lips. It now wears its burlap bag like an extremely oversized T-shirt. The burlap bag has small holes in it that resemble pockets. Storgre is known as the "reaper of Brazdo". It stalks the streets of Brazdan neighborhoods, using its tusks to sense if someone is close to death. If it finds a dying person or Pokémon, it will pull their soul out of their body, then shove it into its "pockets", transporting the soul directly to the underworld. People see Storgre as a bad omen and even make up stories that it takes away living things too, particularly children. Storgre is actually very kind and sensitive, though, and only takes the souls of people and Pokémon that it feels have lived long and fulfilling lives. Storgre also has an affinity for small, seemingly useless trinkets, such as bottle caps, ticket stubs, and old receipts. It collects these small trinkets and stores them inside its "pockets". There are rumors of alternate dimensions filled solely with the collections of trinkets that Storgre has amassed. The burlap sack that it wears has regenerative properties; if a piece is torn off, the sack will repair itself. Storgre will tear off pieces of the sack themselves, then fashion them into new, smaller sacks. They will then give these sacks to their Burlimp offspring when they hatch.
Origin: So I was looking up Brazilian folktales to see if there was something I could take inspiration from, and I came across this figure called "Homem do Saco", which literally translates to "Sack Man". This figure is described as a middle-aged vagrant who visits houses looking for children who have been naughty. If the Sack Man finds a naughty child, he will stuff them in his sack and carry them away, never to be seen again. This idea is honestly perfect for a Pokémon, so I just ran with it.
Competitive: Storgre boasts the amazing Ghost/Dark typing, a fantastic ability in Unburden, great mixed attacking stats, and solid coverage on both sides of the spectrum. However, it still has a few flaws. It has no coverage to take care of its sole weakness in Fairy. Its base Speed is still fairly low- in fact, it has the lowest base Speed of all fully evolved Unburden users. This means that faster threats can still outspeed it, and its lack of priority doesn't help that either. Having Unburden also means that it's practically locked in to only being used on Terrain teams. It's still an excellent mon on Terrain teams, though, and its positive far outweigh its negatives. UUBL at the absolute minimum.

Sorrry for the slight delay, but voting is over! Since there was a tie between five evolutionary families, I ended up tiebreaking again to narrow it down to 4.

With that, the winners are Yoshiblaze's Basilwisp, StarFalcon555's Burlimp, and Emergence's Cucarator and Saciciero lines...

As for the next slate...

Urban Pokemon!
:grimer: :klink: :furfrou:
This slate is meant for any Pokemon that lives in the city or is very closely associated with humans. Some of these can be based on popular pets, but some of them aren't even centered around living creatures at all as opposed to things you just happen to see in the city more than rural areas. Anyways, submission phase has begun and will likely last until the 26th. See you then!

Flavor/Design: Mastaunch is a large reddish-brown dog Pokémon resembling a mastiff. Its body is covered in faded scars, and half of its tail is missing. Families from all ends of the class spectrum keep a Mastaunch, as they are incredibly good at guarding houses. Mastaunch still maintains its aggressive personality from when it was a Warruppy, but it has now developed a fierce loyalty towards its Trainer. If it senses that its Trainer is in any sort of trouble, it will fight ferociously to defend them, even if it means that it will lose its life in the process. Brazdian Trainers are forbidden from bringing Mastaunch to other regions, as they become so troubled if placed in unfamiliar surroundings that they become incredibly destructive.
Origin: This line is based off of the Fila Brasileiro, which is also known as the Brazilian Mastiff. This dog breed is known for both its extreme loyalty to its owner and its extreme aggressiveness, to the point where some countries forbid owning them. Pretty much speaks for itself
Competitive: Mastaunch is basically a faster, slightly weaker version of Machamp. It doesn't have any priority or method of removing items, but it makes up for it with sheer power. Still probably an RU mon at best.

Name: Grimer-Brazdo
Counterpart(s): Grimer-Kanto and Grimer-Alola
Typing: Poison/Water
Abilities: Stench / Storm Drain / Poison Touch (HA)
Stats: 80 / 50 / 80 / 40 / 50 / 25 (BST: 325)
Flavor/Design: Brazdian Grimer resembles its counterparts, but it is blue with patches of tan instead. When Grimer were introduced to Brazdian cities, they immediately took to the vast network of sewers that lay underneath them. Eventually, their bodies began to merge with the sewer water, making them able to completely dissolve when making contact with polluted water. This allows Brazdian Grimer to spread their pollutants at an alarming rate, making them a scourge to the inhabitants of the city.

Brazdian Grimer evolves into Brazdian Muk when it is exposed to a Water Stone.

Name: Muk-Brazdo
Counterpart(s): Muk-Kanto and Muk-Alola
Typing:
Poison/Water
Abilities: Merciless / Storm Drain / Poison Touch (HA)
Base Stats: 105 / 75 / 105 / 65 / 100 / 50 (BST: 500)
Notable Moves: Liquidation, Waterfall, Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Scald, Sludge Wave, Acid Armor, Toxic Spikes, Toxic, Knock Off, Recover, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Ice Punch
Removed Moves: All Fire and Electric type moves

Flavor/Design: Brazdian Muk resembles its counterparts, but it is blue with patches of tan instead. It now also has pieces of plastic stuck to it and large plastic rings around its hands, resembling bracelets. Brazdian Muk is known as "the beast of the sewers". If it touches water in any way, even if it is a tiny part of its body, the water will immediately become incredibly toxic. Brazdian Muk also has the power to draw toxins out of water, as well as pollutants such as plastic. This has lad to experiments where Brazdian Muk is used to leach plastic out of the Brazdian oceans; however, all of these experiments have failed, as Brazdian Muk is simply too toxic.
Origin: This line is based on sewage, which is a huge problem in Brazil. The sheer amount of sewage contamination in Rio de Janiero almost led to the 2016 Olympics being cancelled. Nothing more to say here really.
Competitive: Brazdian Muk is basically a weaker Toxapex. It badly wishes it had Regenerator, but it still has a solid typing and a lot of defensive/utility options. Almost certainly a UU staple.

Name: Yummee (yummy)
Typing:

Abilities: Sweet Veil / Weak Armor / Aroma Veil (HA)
Base Stats: 51 / 49 / 63 / 40 / 67 / 50 (320)
Height/Weight: 0.4 m / 5 kg
Flavour/Design: Yummee looks like a square of chocolate partially wrapped in hard foil, which also forms two stubby legs.

Base Stats: 77 / 88 / 108 / 50 / 112 / 65 (500)
Name: Pleckish (pleco + fish)
Typing:

Abilities: Suction Cups / Swift Swim / Screen Cleaner (HA)
Base Stats: 62 / 38 / 51 / 45 / 51 / 68 (315)
Height/Weight: 0.6 m / 15 kg
Flavour/Design: Pleckish is a small catfish-like Pokemon similar to Pescafin or Barboach, except that it has long winglike fins that allow it to fly. In the wild, they live in rivers and lakes eating algae while flying out of the water to eat berries from trees and avoid predators. They have a strong urge to clean hard surfaces with their mouths, which has led to people in the region having them as cleaning pets or assistants. Pleckish living among people will happily clean sidewalks, windows, and mirrors, able to fly up the sides of tall buildings. Large schools of flying Pleckish are as noisy as flocks of bird Pokemon. Evolves at level 30 during rain.

Name: Alapleco (alado, Portuguese for "winged", + pleco)
Typing:

Abilities: Suction Cups / Swift Swim / Screen Cleaner (HA)
Base Stats: 101 / 58 / 72 / 81 / 72 / 96 (480)
Notable Moves: Hydro Pump, Water Spout, Hurricane, Ice Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Flash Cannon, Flip Turn, U-turn, Defog, Haze, Tailwind, Mirror Coat, Soak, Morning Sun
Height/Weight: 1.2 m / 45 kg
Flavour/Design: Alapleco are large pleco fish with large fins that allow them to fly. Using their suction cup mouths, they attach themselves to hard surfaces and wash off dirt and dust. They clean people's windows and other belongings, though they sometimes make Grass type Pokemon nervous due to their voracious appetite for algae and grass.
Competitive: Alapleco has solid bulk and speed, with Flip Turn or U-turn to pivot and moves like Haze and Defog to support its team. Screen Cleaner can let it remove the opposing team's screens.

Evolves into Katrashtrofy at 27.

Name: Insanitary

Height/Weight: 1 m / 15 kg

Flavour/Design: It's almost an Oscar the grouch type creature, a manbeast in a trashcan BIGGER than before.
Competitive: Despite the less than 500 bst, this boy is a tank. Recovery with an awesome-ish defensive typing. The ability to spread poison or Recover. Compared to Toxapex it has a 4x weakness so Quake it down and ground types are commonly used as is so...
Breeding Group: Mineral/Humanshape
Gender Ratio: 75M/25F

Name: Pollucoon (Pollution + Racoon)
Counterpart(s): :grimer: , :muk:, :trubbish:, :garbodor: This mon is the predator of trubbish and garbador, and grimer and muk live near it around factories.
Typing: Dark/Steel
Ability: Strong Jaw
Base Stats: 64/ 98/ 64/ 88 / 64 / 101
BST:479
Notable Moves: Crunch, Geard-Up Chomp, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Ice Fang, Shift Gear, Dark Pulse, Sludge Bomb, Poison Fang, Psychic Fang, Lash Out, Work Up, Flash Cannon, Iron Head
New Features: Geard- Up Chomp deals 30+ 40x damage with 5pp(8 max). X meaning how many times this pokemin used shift gear previously on the switch-in. Boosted by strong jaw.
Flavour/Design: It looks like a metal racoon. It was made in the most urbanized city in Brazoda to clean up trash. Production of them stopped after they started eating the trubish and how they were very aggressive to humans when not eating. Only a few remain near the factory and they only have a 1/100 chance of being encountered.
Potential Competitive Role: A strong shift gear user with good coverage could definelty be a strong late game cleaner. It has really bad defensive capabilities so it would most likely be run on screens offense.
