How's your head?
Name: Otthundam (otter + thunder + dam)
Typing:

Ability: Swift Swim / Rattled | Static
Base Stats: 55 / 55 / 65 / 25 / 45 / 75 (BST 320)
Flavour/Design: the cutest most adorable tiniest little otter you could imagine, with yellow smooth fur and a lightning-shaped tail (how original huh?). They are very shy, they live on ponds and rivers, swimming and having fun among the youngest. Their typical day is usually spent floating on calm water, belly up, eating some hard-shell berries in summer, but in fall they gather all the food necessary to become letargic during winter. Even if Brazdo region has a very warm climate, they suffer cold because they usually inhabit mountains, since that's where rivers have more water.

Evolves from Otthundam after learning Construct at level 32 or using Heart Scales
Name: Casthundam ('castoro', means beaver in italian, + thunder + dam)
Typing:

Ability: Swift Swim / Rock Head | Static
Base Stats: 72 / 85 / 103 / 65 / 73 / 87 (BST 485)
Notable Moves: Construct, Head Smash, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, Nuzzle, Wild Charge, Volt Tackle (egg move), Thunder Fang, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Discharge, Earthquake, Iron Head, Aqua Jet, Flip Turn, Aqua Tail, Ice Fang, Super Fang, Hyper Fang, Zen Headbutt
New Features:
Name: Construct
Type:

Category:

BP: --
Precision: --%
PP: 10-16
Effect: Protects from damaging attacks. Contact: -2 Spe,
Misc.: +4 priority (Obstruct clone pun intended)
Distribution: exclusive
Flavour/Design: they are beavers, but they block rivers' course using giant rocks instead of wood. Considering rivers are a fundamental part of Brazilian landscape and are also gonna be pretty important in the story (solely based on the fact that we have a main legendary based around them), beavers can work very well in that environment, creating obstacles in exploration. They have a rocky helmet and typical beaver nose, big teeth and their fur is all ruffled and yellow, while their tail is a flat thin rock, that they use to create rock slides aimed at the river. They make dams because they can gather the electrostatic energy of the particles of water sprinkling around when water hits the rocks they positioned: the stronger is the current, the more energy they gain. Another reason is that they love to stay in mud, so when they drain a river to its bed they can repair their skin with clay. After they have gathered enough clay, they wait for it to harden and then they go take a bath in the wather they've gathered with their dams to wash themselves. Because of that, on the tips of some of their tufts little rocky spikes have formed.
Potential Competitive Role: Other than my love for Rock Head ability and recoil moves, this concept is kind of an attempt at doing a new Diggersby, this mon has some very strong damaging moves and utility, but can be very easily countered with all its weaknesses. It has a lot of versatility, you can Band it, Scarf it, use it for hazards and/or status spreading and for dealing pure damage, and you can even use RP to give it Speed.

:ss/noibat: :ss/noivern:
Base Species: Noibat
Typing:

Ability: Levitate | Volt Absorb
Base Stats: unchanged
New Moves: Gunk Shot, Poison Fang, Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Venoshock, Charge, Magnet Rise, Magnetic Flux, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave (11)
Removed Moves: Air Cutter, Draco Meteor, Dragon Rush, Gust, Hurricane, Outrage, Screech, Sky Attack, Supersonic, Tailwind, Water Pulse (11)

Base Species: Noivern
Typing:

Ability: Levitate | Lightning Rod
Base Stats: 75 / 107 / 80 / 90 / 80 / 103 (-10 HP, +10 Atk (swap with SpA), +20 SpA (swap with Atk), -20 Spe) 535 BST
New Moves: Gunk Shot, Poison Fang, Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Venoshock, Charge, Discharge, Magnetic Flux, Magnet Rise, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Volt Switch (13)
Removed Moves: Air Cutter, Boomburst, Draco Meteor, Dragon Dance, Dragon Rush, Gust, Hurricane, Outrage, Screech, Sky Attack, Supersonic, Tailwind, Water Pulse (13)
Flavour/Design: The caves Noibat established in are very dark, but also very humid, meaning water and particularly soft moss, can absorb and deflect sound in strange ways, unpredictable for them. Because of this, they developed their ears to emit electromagnetic impulses that are less influenced by shapes and materials, but they still bounce when they reach any object or prey, meaning Noibat can hunt with this skill. In Brazdo, Noivern defend themselves by releasing all the electrostatic energy they can accumulate in their fur in one single impulse, after gathering it from the humid hair of the caves they live in. When this happens, being around is very risky, because the already high voltage emitted by Noivern is amplified and diffused even more by humidity, so the caves they live in are often off limits.
Potential Competitive Role: A fast sweeper, with a strong new typing.

Evolves from Brazdian Noivern by trade holding Reaper's Cloth
Name: Noivamp (noise + vampire)
Prevo: Noivern-Brazdo
Typing:

Abilities: Levitate | Strong Jaw
Base Stats: 95 / 135 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 65
New Moves: Vampire Bite, Belch, Clear Smog, Cross Poison, Crunch, Embargo, Fake Tears, Feint Attack, Knock Off, Lash Out, Memento, Night Slash, Pursuit, Snarl, Sucker Punch, Venom Drench
New Features:
Name: Vampire Bite
Type:

Category:

Base Points: 60
Power Points: 10-16
Precision: 95%
Effect: User recovers 33% of the damage dealt; 30% chance to Poison.
Misc.: causes contact; biting move
Distribution: Zubat line, Woobat line
Flavour/Design: The Noivern that live in the deepest and darkest parts of Brazdian caves concentrate all their electromagnetic manipulation power in their eyes, to perceive types of light not perceptible by human eyes and see perfectly in the dark. However, they get corrupted by obscurity and evolve in a new form, famous because of their cruelty. Noivamp's existance was proved by very few speleologists that survived the encounter, but their existance is still considered a legend among some tribes.
Potential Competitive Role: I know I myself said that Pokémon with BST higher than 485 couldn't get a Regional evolution, but this is more of a Scyther/Scizor situation, where they have the same BST, but different typing, movepool and hence role. This is more bulky.

CharSiuEmboar can you please gather your submissions in a single post? It makes it easier to recover them. Also, regional forms are not allowed for categories 1 and 2, so you may wanna take Hitmontop out of that sub. You can submit it as a cave pokemon anyway, if you think it fits that environment.

Name: Sandusagi (sanda=thunder, usagi=rabbit and Sand is Sand, it's coarse and gets everywhere.)
Typing: Electric/Ground
Ability: Sap Sipper/Rattled (Sun Strider - Chlorophyll Clone)
Base Stats: 95 / 105 / 65 / 45 / 75 / 115 (500)
Notable Moves: High Horsepower, Low Kick, Wild Charge, Thunderous Kick, Volt Tackle, Stealth Rock, Shore Up, Earthquake, Seed Bomb, Super Fang, Thunder Wave, U-Turn, Volt Switch, Sword Dance, Poison Jab, Triple Axel, Thunderclap*
Flavour/Design: This rabbit's long feet cause thunder and sand to kick up as it moves. Also most of the more recent Pika clones have had very Japanese names that wouldn’t differ by region.
Competitive Use: As a sun abusing mon who resists rocks and terrifies waters with STAB electric, Sandusagi takes full advantage of a decent speed and attack stat. It even has Seed Bomb for Ground types, if you think Water/Grounds will dominate to a point Triple Axel won't be enough or just prefer more accuracy than Icy Triple Kick. It can also use an okay defensive typing to disuade enemy grassers as it can wall Grass/Poisons quite well with added immunity to Spore in this way.
Breeding: Field/Fairy

Type: Electric (phys)
Power: 100
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10
Effect: No added effect. Earthquake clone but considered a sound move.

Sahaggy
Typing
: Fight/Dragon
Ability: Swift Swim/Waterworks(Water version of Steelworker) (Intimidate)
Base Stats: 55/33/67/65/65/75 (360)
Notable Moves: Aura Wave, Clanging Scales, Dragon Dance, Surf, Scald, Hydro Pump, Liquidation, Outrage, Draco Meteor, Aura Sphere, Vacuum Wave, Calm Mind, Thunderbolt, Body Press, Iron Defense, Bulk Up, Agility, Flip Turn, Sludge Bomb
Flavour/Design: This jr sahagin, or watery sea based lizard person is more draconic than its origin story in mythology and folklore would entail. There are merfolk in Amazonian legends.
Evolves into Sahaggard at lvl 29

Sahaggard
Typing:
Fight/Dragon
Ability: Swift Swim/Waterworks(Water version of Steelworker) (Intimidate)
Base Stats: 75/53/102/115/85/95 (525)
Notable Moves: Same as Sahaggy with also Earth Power, Flamethrower, Sludge Bomb
Flavour/Design: This bigger sahagin is nastier and bigger and stronger.
Competitive Use: Fight/Water/Dragon STAB is a great combo although the fact this thing is Special based can be painful as far as getting a sweep going outside of rain as DDance would help its speed issues well. It does have Vacuum Wave and may be its best abuser, but it also has great attacks and coverage. Swift Swim gives the same benefits as Waterworks if you can keep the rain going.
Breeding: Humanlike/Water2

Work!
Name: Jujitzu [after Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu]
Typing: Fighting
Ability: Long Reach | Patience*
Base Stats: 80 HP / 110 Atk / 70 Def / 50 SpA / 70 SpD / 95 Spe (BST) [475 BST]
Notable Moves: Circle Throw, Mach Punch, Seismic Toss, Storm Throw, Close Combat, Submission, Quash, Steamroller, Bulk Up, Clinch*
New Features: Patience: User takes 50% damage from a foe that acts before it | Clinch: 60BP. If user attacks before foe, decreases foe's defence. If user attacks after the foe, decreases foe's speed instead.
Flavour/Design: Resembling a spider monkey, Jujitzu practices its combat techniques on various fruit in the jungles of Brazado. It specializes in grabbing things with its tail and smashing them. When catching prey and despite its size, Juijitzu can manage to take on larger foes than it by grabbing it with its tail and throwing it to the ground. Based on the BJJ fighting style, which is based on grappling and is largely self-defence.
Potential Competitive Role: speed control, the Pokemon. Takes reduced damage from everything faster than it, and gets increased damage on everything slower than it. Could be an interesting gimmick if nothing else, because it can adapt to many situations.

Name: Charabcis
Typing:

Ability: Hyper Cutter, Own Tempo | Swift Swim
Base Stats: 65 / 65 / 50 / 65 / 50 / 65 (360)
Flavour/Design: Charabcis dwell in the mysterious caves of central Brazdo. In the light-deficient depths, they must draw on the powers around them to survive. (Evolves into Psychtys by holding a Sun Stone in Daylight. Evolves into Shadchtys by holding a Moon Stone in Night.)
Charabcis look like elongated, skin tone, eyeless fish with small fins
Height/Weight: 0.1m / 0.1kg

Name: Psychtys
Counterpart(s): Shadchtys
Typing:

Ability: Inner Guidance | Swift Swim
Base Stats: 90 / 70 / 70 / 100 / 100 / 70 (500)
Notable Moves: Hydro Pump, Psychic, Psyshock, Power Gem, Earth Power, Moonblast, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Defog
New Features: Inner Guidance: Psychic-type Fairy Aura clone
Flavour/Design: Drawing on the power of pure energies, Psychtys relies on its inner calm to navigate the vast subterranean rivers of its homeland.
The pale color of Charabcis becomes a bright pink, and the fins and tail are much larger
Height/Weight: 1.0m/1.0kg
Potential Competitive Role: Strong Special wallbreaker that can Pivot. Ideally suited for RU or UU. Quite bulky, but low Speed and no reliable form of recovery. Can also function as hazard control.

Name: Shadchtys
Counterpart(s): Psychtys
Typing:

Ability: Esoteric Guidance | Swift Swim
Base Stats: 90 / 100 / 100 / 70 / 70 / 70 (500)
Notable Moves: Liquidation, Waterfall, Shadow Claw, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Foul Play, Megahorn, U-Turn, Rapid Spin
New Features: Esoteric Guidance: Ghost-type Dark Aura clone
Flavour/Design: Drawing on the power of strange energies, Shadchtys relies on an esoteric power to navigate the vast subterranean rivers of its homeland.
The pale color of Charabcis becomes a dark purple, and Shadchtys are swathed in shadows. Claws can be seen
Height/Weight: 1.0m/1.0kg
Potential Competitive Role: Strong Physical wallbreaker that can Pivot. Ideally suited for RU or UU. Quite bulky, but low Speed and no reliable form of recovery. Can also function as hazard control.

Name: Olminute
Typing:

Ability: Damp, Inner Focus | Protean
Base Stats: 60 / 60 / 60 / 60 / 60 / 60 (360)
Flavour/Design: Olminute often gather into large swarms to protect each other from predators. They have been called ‘the human fish’ for their peculiar skintone. (Evolves into Bastolm at lv. 30. Evolves into Dracolm at lv. 30 with at least 200 Happiness.)
Height/Weight: 0.1m / 0.1kg

Name: Bastolm
Counterpart(s): Dracolm
Typing:

Ability: Sturdy, Friend Guard | Protean
Base Stats: 110 / 60 / 100 / 60 / 100 / 60 (500)
Notable Moves: Stealth Rock, Spikes, Rapid Spin, Wish, Flip Turn, Power Gem, Stone Edge, Liquidation, Waterfall, Hydro Pump, Surf, Recover, Dive, Strength
Flavour/Design: Consuming the mineral-rich substances of their subterranean home has given them a stony structure. Masters at camouflage, they use this skill to protect their younger brethren.
Height/Weight: 1.5m/2.5kg
Potential Competitive Role: Protean and a vast array of utility moves will inevitably see this in OU. While it’s flexibility will cause surprise, it’s stats are far from excellent.

Name: Dracolm
Counterpart(s): Bastolm
Typing:

Ability: Mold Breaker, Sheer Force | Protean
Base Stats: 60 / 105 / 60 / 105 / 60 / 110 (510)
Notable Moves: Liquidation, Waterfall, Hydro Pump, Surf, Outrage, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Dragon Claw, Fire Blast, Flae Blitz, Solar Beam, Power Whip, Focus Blast, Close Combat, Flip Turn, Recover
Flavour/Design: Through the bond with their trainer, Olminute become powerful creatures. Masters at camouflage, Dracolm lie in wait for their prey, before attacking with the force of a hydrogen bomb.
Height/Weight: 2.0m/1.5kg
Potential Competitive Role: Protean and a vast array of moves will make this a top-tier wallbreaker in OU. Capable of pivoting as well as a myriad of other sets ranging from Physical, Special, Mixed, Sheer Force, Mold Breaker, etc.; it’s sheer adaptability will make it a dangerous threat. However, poor defenses will make it easily revenge-killed, as well as facing competition from other wall breakers and revenge killers.

Potentially more to come

Name: Kapidentai (Derives from Capybara (same as in Japanese) and Dodentai (Electrical conductor, transmitter, conduit, whathaveyou in Japanese))
Typing:

Ability: Battery / Thick Fat / Motor Drive (HA)
Base Stats: 61 / 63 / 52 / 99 / 65 / 96 (BST 436)
Notable Moves: Charged Current, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Surf, Water Sport, Discharge
New Features: Charged Current (100BP Electric-type Special move, 100% accurate. 10-16PP. Normally single-target, but hits all adjacent targets and bypasses the Ground type's immunity if Water Sport is active.)
Flavour/Design: Much like Brazdan Paras, it has a preference for riverbeds. It has a cutesy smiley face in tandem with shaggy coating in the shape of lightning bolts. So far, it's the largest of the pikaclones to date, at 0.6m/2' and 10kg/22lb. It's primarily blue, though the hairs on it gradient into yellow. And of course, what's a Pikaclone without those circular cheeks? (which are pure white here) It likes to relax, but when battle-ready, it shows a white glow briefly and gets into a fighting stance. It prefers berries as its food, but can utilize the waters of Brazdo as a conduit for its electricity. Heaven forbid if you try to attack it in the midst of a light drizzle; The electricity will course throughout the drizzle and into you, the water helping rend what would be Ground-type predators at the electrical discharge's mercy. It even spends most of its time in water.
Potential Competitive Role: Water/Ground might be the ideal type to switch in on an Electric/Water, especially with Water Absorb, but when this thing clicks Water Sport, well... You sure about that still? At the end of the day though it's a Pikaclone so I don't see much use for this in OU.
Name: Topaca (Derives from topaz and paca)
Typing:

Ability: Sand Veil / Solid Rock / Clear Body (HA)
Base Stats: 55 / 76 / 51 / 43 / 45 / 70 (BST 340)
Notable Moves: Dig, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Crunch, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Covet, Thief, X-Scissor, Hone Claws, Swords Dance...
Flavour/Design: A quadrupedal paca Pokémon that prefers to dig underground. Yellow gemstones line the stripes on the sides, the build being somewhat sleek. The stripes themselves seem to be somewhat rocky, as if a line of geodes. If a berry farm is started too close to its habitat, it'll likely be drawn out to raid it. This diet also explains it and Brazdan Paras never living close to one another. It seems Topaca is also prone to attacking geodes and munching down on them as well.

Name: Pacavarice (Derives from paca and avarice)
Typing:

Ability: Sand Force / Solid Rock / Clear Body (HA)
Base Stats: 75 / 116 / 71 / 63 / 65 / 110 (BST 500)
Notable Moves: Same as prevo, plus Crush Claw, Brick Break...
Flavour/Design: Now larger, the yellow crystals completely coat its body, excluding its underbelly, the undersides of its feet, and its face, with the crystals around its neck being somewhat orange, too. It can swiftly run or dig through a cavern in search of geodes to consume, the crystals growing greater. Though it now prefers geodes, it still isn't against eating berries. Its eyes can shine a glaring golden to those that get in the way.
Potential Competitive Role: Speedy glass cannon is how you take the infamous Rock/Ground type combo and bring it to its upmost potential.

Finally felt like I had subs worth posting here. I'd make a rodent but someone else already made a capybara and I don't want to step on their toes. A lot of this may change in the future but regardless, let me know if there are any issues with my subs bc I'm currently typing this very late at night and my forgetful self probably forgot a rule or two.

(old bad sprite bc i couldn't find any newer ones)

Name: Thornode
Typing: Rock
Ability: Clear Body / Solid Rock
Base Stats: 40/45/105/30/40/40 (300)
Notable Moves: Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Rock Blast, Earthquake, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Wild Charge, Volt Switch, Iron Head

(no sprite bc i never made one lol)
Name: Morphode
Typing: Rock
Ability: Clear Body / Solid Rock
Base Stats: 70/75/105/50/70/40 (410)
Notable Moves: Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Rock Blast, Earthquake, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Bulk Up, Wild Charge, Volt Switch, Iron Head
Flavour/Design: Just imagine a midstage between this and the final. It'd probably go bipedal, but leaned forward, and start to form a humanoid body. Or something like that, at least. These are based on geodes and stone golems.

Azurolt.png

Name: Azurolt
Typing: Rock/Electric
Ability: Lightning Rod / Volt Diversion
Base Stats: 90/85/105/110/90/30 (510)
Notable Moves:
Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Rock Blast, Power Gem, Wild Charge, Thunderbolt, Thunder Punch, Volt Switch, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Bulk Up, Earthquake, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Focus Blast, Brick Break
Volt Diversion: The user's Electric-type attacks gain an additional 1.3x boost in power, but the user loses 1/10th of their max HP upon use. (Note: Feel free to give this to other Pokemon. I really don't like signature abilities on random Pokemon, but we don't have very many new abilities in general, so I felt like adding one to the mix.)
Potential Competitive Role: A free Life Orb boost makes this thing's Electric-type moves pretty powerful, especially when backed by another boosting item and STAB. Access to Stealth Rock, Spikes, and decent enough bulk might make this thing a decent offensive rocker, especially since its Volt Switches get boosted.

(no sprite yet)
Name: Miniatorch
Typing: Fire/Steel
Ability: Sturdy / Flash Fire / Light Metal
Base Stats: 50/50/70/70/50/30 (330)
Notable Moves: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Lava Plume, Flash Cannon, Recover, Will-o-Wisp, Stealth Rock, Nasty Plot, Power Gem, Solar Beam
Flavour/Design: Torch Pokemon family, literally perfect for caves and can fit just about anywhere in the world. A smaller version of stage 2 with some of its design elements taken away. Still torn between making these Rock/Fire or Fire/Steel, since the torch body is made of metal, but it would most likely make more sense from a visual standpoint if it were Rock-type.

09 - Blastorch.png

Name: Blastorch
Typing: Fire/Steel
Ability: Sturdy / Flash Fire / Light Metal
Base Stats: 80/70/110/110/70/40 (490)
Notable Moves: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Lava Plume, Flash Cannon, Recover, Will-o-Wisp, Stealth Rock, Nasty Plot, Power Gem, Solar Beam
Potential Competitive Role: Bulky Steel/Fire with recovery and the option to go fully offensive with Nasty Plot if need be. Pretty versatile Pokemon but I can't see it doing particularly well against bulky Waters, and I'm sure there by the end of this mod, will be several of those.

Cave Dwellers:
Name: Humbat
Typing: Normal/Flying
Ability: Frisk / Oblivious | Hustle (HA)
Base Stats: 35 / 35 / 45 / 60 / 45 / 60 | 280 BST
Notable Moves: Wing Attack, Pound, Supersonic, Echoed Voice, Helpng Hand
Description: A bat pokemon without eyes. It can't echolocate, either. The name comes from the "Hume Baby", a hypothetical baby with no sensory perception at all. Movepool-wise it's designed as a trashmon.

Name: Sensat
Typing: Psychic/Flying
Ability: Frisk / Oblivious | Tinted Lens (HA)
Base Stats: 50 / 45 / 50 / 80 / 65 / 90 | 400 BST
Notable Moves:
Special: Psychic, Psyshock, Future Sight, Stored Power, Hurricane, Air Slash, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Heat Wave
Physical: U-turn
Status: Calm Mind, Agility, Defog, Roost, Thunder Wave, Helpng Hand
Description: A bat pokemon based on echolocation, original I know. Seems like a good thing to have in a standalone generation, though. It has a wave pattern in its third eye location but no eyes.

Name: Echologos
Typing: Psychic/Flying
Ability: Frisk / Oblivious | Tinted Lens (HA)
Base Stats: 65 / 65 / 70 / 100 / 90 / 110 | 500 BST
Special: Psychic, Psyshock, Future Sight, Stored Power, Hurricane, Air Slash, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Heat Wave
Physical: U-turn
Status: Calm Mind, Agility, Defog, Roost, Thunder Wave, Helpng Hand
Signature Move: Sonic Pulse - Until the foe switches out, all attacks against them will be critical hits. (unless crits are nullified by ability or field condition)
Competitive Description: A fast attacker with Tinted Lens and Hurricane should have a decent competitive niche. It could also make for a good support pokemon in Doubles, crippling enemies with Thunder Wave and Sonic Pulse.

I've been lurking here for a few days and finally decided to give this mod a shot.

Name: Fuegu (Fuego + Degu)
Typing:
/

Ability: Conflagrate (Hidden: Solar Power)
Base Stats: 55 / 50 / 80 / 93 / 65 / 102 (Total: 445)
Notable Moves: Thunder, Thunderbolt, Nuzzle, Thunder Wave, Rising Voltage, Burning Jealousy, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flame Charge, Will-O-Wisp, Energy Ball, Aura Sphere, Scald, Hyper Voice, Uproar, Nasty Plot
New Features:
Conflagrate: User's Normal-type attacks become Fire-type and have their power multiplied by 1.2x.
Flavor/Design: A small degu whose body and cheeks are yellow, but with a crimson mask around its face. It has small flames emanating from its ears. Fuegu has a fiery and electric personality to match its typing. It lives in hot and sunny climates, where its body charges up both electricity and heat.
Potential Competitive Role: Fuegu can be a potent Nasty Plot sweeper thanks to its respectable Sp. Atk and Speed, a diverse movepool with a variety of options, a vicious STAB combination, and either of its two potential Abilities. However, its 4x Ground weakness, additional weaknesses to Rock and Water (although the latter type hates Thunderbolt), and very low Defenses mean it has to be played carefully. Probably NU, RU at best.

Name: Hyrox (Hyrax + Rocks)
Typing:
/

Ability: Pickup (Hidden: Sand Force)
Base Stats: 40 / 73 / 75 / 25 / 30 / 62 (Total: 305)
Notable Moves: Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Accelerock, Quick Attack, Facade, Body Slam, Iron Head, Rock Polish
Flavor/Design: A light brown rock hyrax with small dark brown pebbles forming a line down along its back. Hyrox is a common sight in the dark, rocky caves of Brazda, where it collects pebbles and bits of dirt that it carries on its back. These acquisitions help protect Hyrox from predators.

Name: Rhyolax (Rhyolite + Hyrax)
Typing:
/

Ability: Rock Armor (Hidden: Sand Force)
Base Stats: 70 / 103 / 105 / 55 / 65 / 92 (Total: 490)
Notable Moves: Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Accelerock, Quick Attack, Facade, Body Slam, Iron Head, Brick Break, Bulk Up, Rock Polish
New Features:
Rock Armor: Blocks a single super-effective attack once per battle. After activating, lowers the user's Defense and Sp. Def 1 level each.
Flavor/Design: A larger rock hyrax that is bipedal and has a ring of large rocks around its midsection. It evolves from Hyrox at Level 20. Rhyolax wears rocks as if they were armor. This makeshift armor is so hard and strong that even a Machamp will injure its fists if it tries to punch it.
Potential Competitive Role: Rhyolax can use its signature Rock Armor ability to block any attack that would hit it super-effectively, giving it a great opportunity to set up via Bulk Up or Rock Polish. Normal/Rock STAB can cover nearly every type for neutral damage besides Steel, which Brick Break helps out with. However, its base stats aren't stellar, powerful neutral Special attacks are hard for it to take, and once Rock Armor does activate, Rhyolax is left with -1 in both Defenses, making it more prone to its 5 weaknesses than ever before. So one shouldn't sleep on it, but it's not hard to play around, either. Probably UU.

Name: Gryzztal (Grizzly + Crystal)
Typing:
/

Ability: Crystal Power
Base Stats: 115 / 80 / 60 / 130 / 100 / 35 (Total: 520)
Notable Moves: Scorching Sands, Earth Power, Earthquake, Expanding Force, Psychic, Psyshock, Stored Power, Psychic Fangs, Calm Mind, Skill Swap, Power Swap, Rest, Trick, Power Gem, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Aura Sphere, Burning Jealousy
New Features:
Crystal Power: User's Psychic-type attacks have +1 priority.
Flavor/Design: A large quadrupedal grizzly bear with fuchsia crystals jutting out around its body. Gryzztal has smooth and lustrous fur, the latter characteristic made even moreso by the crystals on its body. Those crystals give it energy and heighten its senses, as well as its temper whenever humans attempt to trespass on its territory.
Potential Competitive Role: With additional priority on its Psychic-type attacks thanks to its Ability, Gryzztal can avenge its terrible Speed with access to Calm Mind, Rest, or Trick, as well as dishing out damage with its Psychic-type attacks. Alternatively, Gryzztal also makes a great CM sweeper in Trick Room with its large variety of special attacks at its disposal. However, if it doesn't use a Psychic-type attack, Gryzztal will very likely move last, and with 6 weaknesses, it can be worn down without too much trouble, particularly by physical attacks. Sucker Punch also out-prioritizes it, so Gryzztal will need to watch out for it as well. Probably UU but also viable in OU.

Name: Olmen (Olm + Omen)
Typing:
/

Ability:
Unaware / Cursed Body (Hidden: Aftermath)
Base Stats: 48 / 83 / 42 / 50 / 77 / 60 (Total: 360)
Notable Moves: Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Liquidation, Flip Turn, Aqua Jet, Aqua Ring, Soak, Poltergeist, Shadow Sneak, Lick, Curse, Night Shade, Ice Fang, Psychic Fangs, Toxic, Taunt, Strength Sap, Dragon Dance
Flavor/Design: A small white olm. Olmen lives in underground lakes and near the ocean floor. It was considered one of the most terrifying Pokemon to see in centuries past, although historians aren't sure whether that was due to its Ghost typing or its lack of eyes.

Name: Olminous (Olm + Ominous)
Typing:
/

Ability: Unaware / Cursed Body (Hidden: Aftermath)
Base Stats: 73 / 128 / 62 / 70 / 117 / 105 (Total: 555)
Notable Moves: Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Liquidation, Flip Turn, Aqua Jet, Aqua Ring, Soak, Poltergeist, Phantom Force, Shadow Sneak, Lick, Curse, Night Shade, Ice Fang, Psychic Fangs, Outrage, Toxic, Taunt, Strength Sap, Dragon Dance
Flavor/Design: A larger olm with purple rays emanating from where one might expect its eyes to be. It evolves from Olmen at Level 45. Despite its lack of actual eyes, Olminous has gained a sense of vision through the rays on the sides of its head. It never uses it unless it's in an area with enough light, though.
Potential Competitive Role: Olminous has a LOT going for it - outstanding Attack, great Speed, and solid Special bulk are just the beginning. It can function as a priority user, a pivot, a Dragon Dance sweeper, or just an annoying bastard with Unaware, Toxic, Taunt, and Strength Sap at its disposal. The main thing Olminous has going for it is its unpredictability; it can perform several different roles well, and while none are particularly overpowering, mispredicting what set it's running could very well spell doom for a whole team. It's almost a lock for OU, and maybe a fringe option for Ubers as well.

I'll post entries for the other categories as I think of them.

Love the artwork - I've edited it in to my firstpost now, but I'll need to revisit the submission - I might resubmit it at a later time, as I'm not particularly sure that Capoeira Fighters spent lots of time in caves, thank you for the heads up :), and I'd missed a Humanoid Fighter allowed as a Regional Variation.

Name: Jerbattroa
Typing: Electric/Normal
Ability: Battery/Lightning Rod/Galvanize
Base Stats: 30 / 60 / 30 / 40 / 30 / 55 (215)
Notable Moves: Thunder Wave, Protect, Electric Sigil, Subsitute, U-Turn, ThunderPunch, Wild Charge, Rest
New Features: Electric Sigil - A move exclusive to Jerbattroa’s line That sets a trap on the opponent’s side of the field that paralyzes enemies on switch-in. Electric Type, 10 Pp (16 max), - Accuracy. Power: - (Can be given to any Pokemon that has a way of creating large amounts of electricity)
Flavour/Design: A jerboa that lives in grasslands. On stormy nights, groups of Jerbattroa will stick their tails in the air and draw lightning.
Potential Competitive Role: It’s LC, so I don’t think it has much use in OU SS Meta. LC tier.

Name: Jerpoweroa
Typing: Electric/Ground
Ability: Arena Trap/Transistor/Galvanize (HA)
Base Stats: 60 / 100 / 75 / 70 / 85 / 110 (500)
Notable Moves: Same as Jerbattroa + EQ, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Double-Edge, Earth Power, Hyper Voice, Spikes, Ice Punch
Flavour/Design: Same as Jerbattroa.
Potential Competitive Role: Trapsetter or Physical Attacker, has decent defenses and HP, so you can use Spikes or Electric Sigil, Subsitute to Stall. If you go Physical Attacker, Wild Charge + EQ + Double Edge + Ice Punch for a good Attacker.

Name: Rikomoco (Electrico (electric in Portuguese) + Mocó (what rock cavies are called in Portuguese) + Koriko Pexerumen (what rock cavies are called in Xukuru)
Counterpart(s): N/A, but is a Pikaclone
Typing:

Ability: Pickup / Stone House / Motor Drive (HA)
Base Stats: 57 / 41 / 87 / 93 / 56 / 97 (431 BST)
Notable Moves: Thunderbolt, Stealth Rock, Nuzzle, Power Gem, Volt Switch, Thunder Wave, Discharge, Parabolic Charge, Earth Power, Rollout, Ion Deluge, Fake Out, Guard Swap, Speed Swap, Wide Guard, Encore, Rock Polish, Wish, Iron Defense, Reflect, Light Screen, Fling
Name: Stone House
Effect: If Stealth Rock is active on this Pokémon's side of the field when it switches in, this Pokémon gains +2 Defense.
Distribution: Rikomoco, Dwebble line (HA, replaces Weak Armor), Pupitar (HA)

Flavour/Design: Based on the rock cavy. Rikomocos love rocks. They absolutely adore them. Small rocks, big rocks, hard rocks, soft rocks, dark rocks, light rocks, all rocks, Rikomocos want them. Thus, they are always carrying rocks around with them and picking up more along the way and use them for all sorts of things, like building shelters, using them as gifts for friends or mates, and defending themselves with them. They can use their electric powers to help fling rocks with high velocity or simply throw rocks at a target. The are always found hanging in or around caves, where the best rocks are
Potential Competitive Role: In whatever tier Rikomoco ends up in, it'll be a pretty good offensive support mon, as Electric/Rock/ground coverage with either Hidden Power for more coverage or Volt Switch for momentum lets it hit a lot of things decently hard and it packs a ton of support options like Nuzzle/Thunder Wave, Encore, Fake Out, Screens, and Stealth Rock that it can get off with its high speed. Its Stone House ability is also pretty nice, since if rocks up, a free Defense could let it switch-in a lot easier despite being very frail, turning the tables on Stealth Rock's normal purpose of making switching in harder.

Name: Scorpolite (Scorpion + Stalactie/Stalagmite]
Typing: Rock/Poison
Ability: Weak Armor/Poison Touch/Tough Claws (HA)
Base Stats: 80 / 100 / 90 / 40 / 90 / 40 (440)
Notable Moves: Rock Blast, Rock Polish, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Stone Edge, Facade, Toxic, Double-Edge, X-Scissor, Shell Smash (possibly)
Flavour/Design: A scorpion that lives in caves. Pretty much it.
Potential Competitive Role: Use shell smash to get stat buffs quickly, then use powerful physical moves to sweep. RU tier.

Name: Scorlactinok (Scorpion + Stalactite + Scorponok)
Typing: Steel/Poison
Ability: Weak Armor/Heavy Metal/Tough Claws
Base Stats: 90 / 120 / 110 / 50 / 100 / 30 (BST).
Flavour/Design: This Pokémon grew hard steel skin which allowed it to crush diamonds with ease.
Potential Competitive Role: Simple physical Shell Smash sweeper. OU tier.

Hi!
Submission Phase ends now, hence Voting Phase begins. You can express 3 preferences for Thunder Rodent and 3 for Human Fighter, they will be ranked so order matters.
For what concerns Cave Dwellers, you can vote for as many as you like.
Self votes are allowed, but not as first preference in the first two categories.
If you vote for one or more of your subs as Cave Dwellers, you must express also one preference for another user's sub for each of them.
I'll edit with my votes and all subs tomorrow.
EDIT: Voting Phases will last 4-5 days as usual
