Here they are!

For the Thunder Rodent category the winner is Yoshiblaze with his Rikomoco
Rodent - Rikomoco Name: Rikomoco (Electrico (electric in Portuguese) + Mocó (what rock cavies are called in Portuguese) + Koriko Pexerumen (what rock cavies are called in Xukuru)
Counterpart(s): N/A, but is a Pikaclone
Typing:

Ability: Pickup / Stone House / Motor Drive (HA)
Base Stats: 57 / 41 / 87 / 93 / 56 / 97 (431 BST)
Notable Moves: Thunderbolt, Stealth Rock, Nuzzle, Power Gem, Volt Switch, Thunder Wave, Discharge, Parabolic Charge, Earth Power, Rollout, Ion Deluge, Fake Out, Guard Swap, Speed Swap, Wide Guard, Encore, Rock Polish, Wish, Iron Defense, Reflect, Light Screen, Fling
Name: Stone House
Effect: If Stealth Rock is active on this Pokémon's side of the field when it switches in, this Pokémon gains +2 Defense.
Distribution: Rikomoco, Dwebble line (HA, replaces Weak Armor), Pupitar (HA)
Flavour/Design: Based on the rock cavy. Rikomocos love rocks. They absolutely adore them. Small rocks, big rocks, hard rocks, soft rocks, dark rocks, light rocks, all rocks, Rikomocos want them. Thus, they are always carrying rocks around with them and picking up more along the way and use them for all sorts of things, like building shelters, using them as gifts for friends or mates, and defending themselves with them. They can use their electric powers to help fling rocks with high velocity or simply throw rocks at a target. The are always found hanging in or around caves, where the best rocks are
Potential Competitive Role: In whatever tier Rikomoco ends up in, it'll be a pretty good offensive support mon, as Electric/Rock/ground coverage with either Hidden Power for more coverage or Volt Switch for momentum lets it hit a lot of things decently hard and it packs a ton of support options like Nuzzle/Thunder Wave, Encore, Fake Out, Screens, and Stealth Rock that it can get off with its high speed. Its Stone House ability is also pretty nice, since if rocks up, a free Defense could let it switch-in a lot easier despite being very frail, turning the tables on Stealth Rock's normal purpose of making switching in harder.
For the Human-Like Figher category, our winner is Ema Skye with Jujitzu
Name: Jujitzu [after Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu]
Typing: Fighting
Ability: Long Reach | Patience*
Base Stats: 80 HP / 110 Atk / 70 Def / 50 SpA / 70 SpD / 95 Spe (BST) [475 BST]
Notable Moves: Circle Throw, Mach Punch, Seismic Toss, Storm Throw, Close Combat, Submission, Quash, Steamroller, Bulk Up, Clinch*
New Features: Patience: User takes 50% damage from a foe that acts before it | Clinch: 60BP. If user attacks before foe, decreases foe's defence. If user attacks after the foe, decreases foe's speed instead.
Flavour/Design: Resembling a spider monkey, Jujitzu practices its combat techniques on various fruit in the jungles of Brazado. It specializes in grabbing things with its tail and smashing them. When catching prey and despite its size, Juijitzu can manage to take on larger foes than it by grabbing it with its tail and throwing it to the ground. Based on the BJJ fighting style, which is based on grappling and is largely self-defence.
Potential Competitive Role: speed control, the Pokemon. Takes reduced damage from everything faster than it, and gets increased damage on everything slower than it. Could be an interesting gimmick if nothing else, because it can adapt to many situations.
And last, but not least, our winners for Cave Dweller category are KirbyRider1337's Topaca line, Emergence's Gelobite line, DuoM2's Miniatorch line and Scoopapa's Humbat line.

So now we can move on to our Winter Slate!
:ss/cryogonal:
:bw/swinub: Winter Slate: :bw/snorunt:
:ss/stantler:
Let it Snow!:ss/sawsbuck-winter:

:delibird: Christmas is over, but it's still cold outside and it will be for some more time (at least in this emisphere, it's currently summer in Brazdo).
Take this inspiration and make up to 3 Submission for our first category: Mountain Climbers. It will feature the species that live on the top of Brazdian mountains, where temperature are cold and lakes are frozen. There are also some ice caverns, where temperatures even reach -30° C (-22° F) thanks to the absence of sunlight.
There are no exact rules for this category, but Ice-type Pokémon are very appreciated so we will ensure that at least one Ice-typed sub passes.

:porygon2: Personally, I'm always very late with Christmas presents, I've even delivered them in the first days of January sometimes, and just like me there are many kids that are still waiting for their gifts from Santa! Brazdian children are very bound to Christmas and there is one species of Pokémon that is often given as a present for young trainers-wannabe, to become their pet and their first Pokémon pal.
Submit a concept for this, portait your ideal Gift Pokémon and we'll make it obtainable only from some in-game events, and just once. The only rule is that BST has to be strictly lower than 570, we raised the limit a bit cuz special Pokémon may need special stats distribution.

:jirachi: 'Tis the season for special announcements and distributions for videogame industry, and a long time ago Pokémon Company used to do this too, giving some special Pokémon to be downloaded with the ancient mechanic of a Secret Gift. Getting a new legendary or an event Pokémon was always a pleasure, after you could manage to get a code.
Now its time to design your ideal Secret Legendary, a Pokémon who is related to the story, but in a hidden way, not obvious like main legendaries. Remember to make people want it, give it some special niche or mechanic to make it a threat. BST limit for this category is 600, even though alternate forms are allowed and those can reach up to 680 BST.

This Slate will close next year (lol), on January 4th 2021.

Name: Slobulance
Counterpart: Mystery Gift Button :D
Typing:

Ability: Adaptability (Base) Balancing Aura (Origin)
Base Stats: 90/100/125/100/125/60 (600) (Base) 90/100/100/130/130/50 (680)
Notable Moves: Dark Pulse, Moonblast, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Hydro Pump, Scald, Earth Power, Calm Mind, Recover, Shadow Ball, Psychic, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Return to Nature
New Features: Return to Nature: 90 BP, Psychic type. Lowers the target's HP to the lowest point it has been in the game, then deals damage. (So if you're fighting toxapex, get it to 20%, but then it gets recover and regenerator, bringing it to 100% again. Well, you use RtN, lower Pex's HP to 20% and kill it with a super effective STAB move.
Balancing Aura: At the end of each turn, the move Psych Up is used by both pokemon.
Flavour/Design: S L O T H | G O D | O F | B A L A N C E
Potential Competitive Role: RtN Makes recovery on your opponents a wasted move, while BA punishes opponents that try to set up.

Name: Cruchick (Crude [oil] + Chick)
Typing:
/

Ability: Corrosion / Refrigerate (Hidden: Merciless)
Base Stats: 80 / 33 / 65 / 43 / 70 / 34 (Total: 325)
Notable Moves: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Toxic, Haze, Stockpile, Spit Up, Swallow, Corrosive Gas, Toxic Spikes
Flavor/Design: A blue-gray rockhopper penguin chick with a small acid green crest drooping over its head like oil. Cruchick became a Poison-type following an oil spill in a lake located in the mountains of Brazda. Overexposure to oil has made Cruchick sluggish and lethargic in comparison to its ancestors.

Name: Pengroleum (Penguin + Petroleum)
Typing:
/

Ability: Corrosion / Refrigerate (Hidden: Merciless)
Base Stats: 115 / 63 / 100 / 78 / 105 / 64 (Total: 505)
Notable Moves: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Toxic, Haze, Stockpile, Spit Up, Swallow, Corrosive Gas, Toxic Spikes, Body Press, Toxic Snowball
New Features:
Toxic Snowball
Type: Ice/Status
Effect: Protects the user. Deals 25% damage to and Poisons opponents that try to use Special Attacks. May fail if used in succession.

Flavor/Design: A fully-grown indigo-and-white rockhopper penguin with a larger crest. Pengroleum carries more than 20 gallons of oil inside its body and on its feathers. It is considered a public health hazard and is forbidden to keep outside of Pokeballs in several parts of Brazda.

Potential Competitive Role: Pengroleum is pretty clearly a defensive mon. Options like Toxic (with Corrosion), Haze, Toxic Spikes, and the combination of Stockpile and Swallow are all at its disposal. Alternatively, Merciless allows Pengroleum to do some decent damage to Poisoned opponents and helps avenge its lackluster offensive stats. And, of course, there's its signature attack Toxic Snowball, which is an amped-up Baneful Bunker that triggers against Special attacks instead. Although its typing leaves a lot to be desired and its movepool isn't particularly large, Pengroleum can be a nasty wall to break when played correctly.

Name: Flurea (Flurry + Rhea)
Typing:
/

Ability: Slush Rush (Hidden: Jump Away)
Base Stats: 45 / 75 / 50 / 25 / 35 / 90 (Total: 330)
Notable Moves: Drill Peck, Dual Wingbeat, Icicle Crash, Triple Axel, Ice Shard, Defog, Feather Dance, U-Turn, Drill Run
New Features: Jump Away: The user switches out when hit by an attack that lowers one of its stats.

Flavor/Design: A small, ice-blue rhea with long talons, a body with white feathers that looks like snow packed together, and a beak shaped like an icicle. It evolves into Rheezalon with an Ice Stone. Flurea cannot actually fly, but it can jump far enough to look like it does. It fends off predators with its ice-cold talons and beak, which can slash through rubber and inflict frostbite.

Name: Rheezalon (Rhea + Freeze + Talon)
Typing:
/

Ability: Slush Rush (Hidden: Jump Away)
Base Stats: 70 / 110 / 80 / 45 / 60 / 125 (Total: 510)
Notable Moves: Drill Peck, Brave Bird, Dual Wingbeat, Icicle Crash, Triple Axel, Ice Shard, Defog, Feather Dance, U-Turn, Drill Run, Mega Kick, Close Combat, Frostbite Claw
New Features:
Jump Away: The user switches out when hit by an attack that lowers one of its stats.
Frostbite Claw:
Type: Ice/Physical
BP: 120
Accuracy: 50
PP: 5
Effect: 100% chance to Freeze the target if it connects.
Additional Distribution: Beartic, Kyurem, Sandslash-Alola, Walrein, Weavile

Flavor/Design: Mostly a larger version of Flurea, but with much stronger talons and a larger beak. The feathers on its body give off trails of snow behind it. It evolves from Flurea with an Ice Stone. Rheezalon's talons have as much muscles as a Machamp's arms, giving it the strength to run across the globe twice in one day. However, because its talons are constantly exposed to the frigid climate in Brazda's mountains, they are often coated in ice and lack much traction, so it's very common for a Rheezalon to slip and fall while doing so. There have been reports of Rheezalon getting trapped in the sand of deserts in faraway regions like Hoenn and Unova.

Potential Competitive Role: As the fastest recipient of Slush Rush, Rheezalon abides by one simple philosophy: nuke or be nuked. On the one hand, powerful attacks at its disposal like Brave Bird, Close Combat, and Frostbite Claw are all capable of doing massive damage, but can also provide major drawbacks (recoil damage, -1 to both Defenses, and being wildly inaccurate respectively). Despite its lethal 4x Stealth Rock weakness, Choice Band is probably the preferred item over Heavy-Duty Boots, as it needs the extra power to function effectively more than it needs entry hazard immunity.

Name: Espiraposa (Espírito [Portuguese for "Spirit"] + Raposa [Portuguese for "fox"]
Typing:
/

Ability: Spectral Shine (Hidden: Dazzling)
Base Stats: 65 / 38 / 92 / 133 / 77 / 115 (Total: 520)
Notable Moves: Shadow Ball, Moonblast, Misty Explosion, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Psychic, Nasty Plot, Agility, Will-O-Wisp, Calm Mind, Spite, Imprison, Shadow Sneak, Wide Guard
New Features:
Spectral Shine: Prevents the user's Sp. Atk from being lowered.

Flavor/Design: A lustrous, dark purple crab-eating fox. Espiraposa makes its home deep in the mountains of Brazda, where it has easy access to its favorite food - Crabominable. Sightings of it have inspired folklore for centuries, but it is so rarely seen that many people believe Espiraposa only exists in legends.

Potential Competitive Role: Be it smashing walls in Singles or blocking Fake Outs and Rock Slides in Doubles, Espiraposa can get the job done. Just as long as you keep it away from Bullet Punchers and faster Ghost- and Steel-types, Espiraposa makes for an amazing special attacker who can set up Nasty Plot and go to town (and Spectral Shine prevents opponents from Hazing said NP away). Alternatively, Espiraposa can also utilize Dazzling in Doubles as a way to block priority attacks such as Fake Out and anything Prankster users have, while still smacking several top threats in the process.

Name: Marmarelo (Margay + Ipê-amarelo [The national plant of Brazil])
Typing:

Ability: Grassy Surge
Base Stats: 90 / 122 / 75 / 72 / 75 / 106 (Total: 540)
Notable Moves: Power Whip, Wild Charge, U-Turn, Iron Head, Synthesis, Aromatherapy, Floral Pulse
New Features:
Floral Pulse:
Type: Grass/Status
PP: 10
Effect: Raises the power of all allies' attacks by 50% for 5 turns. Only usable if Grassy Terrain is in effect.

Flavor/Design: A moderate-sized margay with yellow flower-shaped spots dotting its green fur. Marmarelo is one of the most coveted Pokemon in Brazda because the floral energy it provides for itself and its trainer keeps them healthy, youthful, and energized all day.

Potential Competitive Role: No Grassy Glide, but Marmarelo more than makes up for it with its signature Floral Pulse. Functioning as a de facto offensive version of Aurora Veil that's only settable in Grassy Terrain, Floral Pulse gives any Pokemon on its side of the field a 50% boost to every direct-damaging attack it uses. It also has some decent coverage in the form of Iron Head and Wild Charge, as well as Synthesis or Aromatherapy to heal itself or its teammates. The only real drawback is that it's pretty frail, and its mono-Grass typing doesn't help it in that regard at all. But aside from that, Marmarelo is a legit force to be reckoned with and worth considering for pretty much any team.

Mythical Pokemon coming soon.

Name: Hyakada
Typing: Rock / Ice
Ability: Solar Flare*
Base Stats: 85 / 115 / 95 / 115 / 75 / 115 | BST: 600
Flare Forme: 85 / 135 / 55 / 135 / 105 / 135 | BST: 650
Notable Moves:
Physical: Century Blade*, Stone Edge, Triple Axel, Flare Blitz, Sacred Sword, Solar Blade, Explosion, Rapid Spin
Special: Meteor Beam, Power Gem, Ice Beam, Aura Spere, Focus Blast, Solar Beam, Weather Ball,
Status: Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, Morning Sun
New Features:
Solar Flare - Changes to Flare forme if Harsh Sunlight is active, reverts to base forme otherwise.
Century Blade - Rock type | Physical | 120 BP | 90 Acc. | 5-8 PP | Charges turn 1 and raises Def 1 stage. Hits turn two. Charges and hits in the same turn if Harsh Sunlight is active.
Design: Humanoid pokemon with a dark grey body and a large, rocky head that looks like a cicada's. It has relatively short arms and legs, with the forearms and shins being made of ice. It has two curved, thin, blade-like wings. In Flare forme, it emits a stream of red energy towards the sun, and floats above the ground.
Lore: This pokemon streaks through the sky every 100 years. It is considered an omen of death and destruction, but it is said that it sometimes lands on the Earth in order to lead a pure-hearted warrior (read: an 11 year-old child) to victory.
Origin: The pokemon is based on a comet; comets are made of rock and ice, hence the typing. For the name, I looked for an interesting name of a comet. There was a flyby of a comet called Hyakutake (named for the person who discovered it) in 1996. Hyakutake is Japanese for "100 Samurai", with Hyaku meaning "100". Because comets only appear every so often and it has "100" in the name, I decided to incorporate aspects of cicadas in the design, since they can hibernate underground for huge amounts of time and only emerge every so often.
Potential Competitive Role: A fast and powerful mixed attacker. Rock and Ice are both great offensive types, and it has Fire and Fighting coverage to help deal with Steel types. However, it has a pretty atrocious defensive typing that will leave it getting 1-2HKOed even if it grabs a Defense boost or two. Outside of Sun, Special Meteor Beam sets would be superior. In sun, it can abuse its custom physical move to great effect.

Notable Moves: Drill Peck, Dual Wingbeat, Gunk Blast, Sword Dance, Cross Poison, Toxic, Quick Attack, Stomping Tantrum, U-Turn, Roost Wretch Out, Toxic Spikes, Corrosive Gas
New Features:
Wretch Out:
Type: Poison/Other
BP:--
Acc:--
PP: 5
Effect: Pokemon switches out and inflicts toxic on either the enemy or the next pokemon.
Additional Distribution: Undecided, probably some UU or under poison types who need help finding OU roles.

Flavor/Design: An andean condor with a gas guzzling motor engine on its body. To move, it uses its talons to grab the right feather which revvs up its engine.

Name: Revolture (Revolting + Vulture)
Typing: Flying/Poison
Ability: Motor Drive/Corrosive (Hidden: Intimidate)
Base Stats: 130/85/100/40/102/53 (510)
Notable Moves: Same as above, + Earth Quake, Scald, Liquidation

Flavor/Design: A bigger motorized vulture, it uses smog to create its own 'scavenges'.

Potential Competitive Role: There's a lot of potential in here. Wretch Out can be an excellent pivot move and the best friend of any Guts based team as you can use it, IN SINGLES, to activate Guts/Poison Heal, leaving your teammates free to use another item as they wish. PHeal+Lefties can be incredibly good and beefy vulture facilitates it well.

Oddly despite getting all the smog, this bird cannot remove the FOG. Other birds have hazard removal, Revolture cannot abuse a tool it'd likely use very well... unless this is deemed too weak.

Sadly, this bird gets no Brave Bird, being a cowardly scavenger and all. It does have 3 really good abilities and a type Crobat wishes it can defensively utilize. You might think it's Poison type Mandibuzz, but Mandi has tools that smogbird doesn't get, namely any and all dark type moves, which are better coverage than poison, even if Ground and Water attacks help you muscle through them and rock types better.

Motor Drive works best if your team struggles with Thunderbolt, as a stray Magerna who isn't using Stored Power cannot use its coverage to boost your motor up. Also puts a big damper on Toxtricity STAB combo and electric immunity for a flying type is just great in general especially in the absence of HP Ice.

Intimidate is great, though has a lot of abilities that exploit it.

Corrosive lets you punish steel types. Needs no more said.
Breeding: Flying/Monster

Name: Rambam (Thank you ma'am)
Typing: Normal/Ice
Ability: Field Runner/Climber (Magic Guard)
Base Stats: 50/70/45/30/60/40 (295)
Notable Moves: Double Edge, Body Slam, Shatter Head, Sap Strength, Leech Life, Close Combat, Triple Axel, Icicle Crush, Ice Shard, Quick Attack, Head Smash, Shell Smash, Sword Dance, Rock Blast, Rock Slide, Sticky Web, Leech Seed
New Features:
Shatter Head:
In every way, Shatter Head is Ice type Head Smash

Field Runner:
Doubles speed in Grassy Terrain

Climber:
Being Hit by rocks (including Stealth Rocks) causes no damage and increases speed 1 stage. Will also remove the rocks.

Flavor/Design: Ya know those fossil beds of sea creatures found in mountain ranges? Well what if one of those fossil beds infected a species of mountain goat and turned it into a wierd creature where its ram horns are actually nautilids and its mouth has tentacles? It's not as horrible for the goat as it seems, the goat uses these tentacles in its eternal desire to climb mountains and ram things. There's almost something mystical about it too, it could be the fact that goat eyes look devil as hell.

Name: Ramalma
Typing: Normal/Ice
Ability: Field Runner/Climber (Magic Guard)
Base Stats: 70/85/65/45/75/60 (400)
Notable Moves: See before Stage

Flavor/Design: Bigger, nautilider goater. Its a sharper goat. It rams snow banks and icy walls for fun, then climbs its way out of the avalanches it deliberately buries itself in.

Name: Ramalot
Typing: Normal/Ice
Ability: Field Runner/Climber (Magic Guard)
Base Stats: 95/115/85/60/95/90 (530)
Notable Moves: Same as before, add Spikes

Flavor/Design: The big bad mountain floof with cephalopods for ears! It's all there is to it!

Potential Competitive Role: Well, it has the coverage. Normal/Ice is pretty bad, but a Quake or CC can solve the Steel type hole in its SE hitting range. It also discourages the use of Rock moves, as it will get the speed and punish hard. In fact just seeing it in Team Preview can be a daunting task. If teamed with a Grassy Surge, you might be up against a really fast boi with dual STAB priority. Or it can have some Magic Guard, which lets it abuse all its Recoil Moves, not care about hazards, and go for Facade because if you get statused it won't really hurt much anyway otherwise and can discourage burns.

Of course, as great as this is, its typing is anti-GOAT, in fact its defensively AWFUL. One Mach Punch and you gotta go to the hospital. Sure Ghost immunity is pretty sweet, but at what cost?

Breeding Group: Water3/Field

Name: Cuddbugon (Cuddlebug+dragon)
Typing: Dragon/Bug
Ability: Thick Fat
Base Stats: 120/120/80/120/80/80 (600)
Notable Moves: Quiver Dance, Dragon Dance, Bug Buzz, Leech Life, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, U-Turn, Sticky Web, Sap Strength, First Impression, Recover, Coil, Mega Horn, Dragon Rush, Outrage, Dragon Tail, Thunderbolt, Crunch, Aqua Tail, Surf

Flavor/Design: Often known as cuddlebugs, these smart creatures go into hiding to avoid confrontation as they tend to be hunted for attacking over affectionate children.

Competitive: 120 Attacking Stats with speed boosting moves sounds scary, but the lack any SE moves for Steel or Fairies keeps this boy in check. Also wishes it swapped HP and speed stats, this is no Genesect as its coverage is kinda ass. A thick Fat Bug/Dragon isn't too shabby a defensive type though.

In sun, it can abuse its custom physical move to great effect.
love this concept, it's so cool

Ema Skye

Work!
Name: Gifsterious (gift + mysterious), the Present Pokemon.
Typing: Normal
Ability: Thoughtful (This Pokemon's type is the same as the last Pokemon in the party)
Base Stats: 90 / 90 / 90 / 90 / 90 / 90 (540 BST)
Notable Moves: Level Up: Present, Copycat, Mimic, Confide, Captivate, Celebrate, Play Nice, Metronome, Helping Hand, Follow Me, Wish, Healing Wish, After You, Reflect Type, Happy Hour, Hold Hands
TM/TR: Everything
Flavour/Design: Children in Brazado give this Pokemon to each other as a thought of friendship. It resembles a box, though it looks like a child has turned it into a creature with marker stripes, paper taped in different directions, paper ears (in two different colors), googly eyes on its side and a giant pompom for its tail. Once it has been given to the recipient, it can never be opened, serving as a thoughtful reminder of friendship, even into adulthood.
Potential Competitive Role: Limiting stats due to everything being average, but it can do virtually everything. It's a great wildcard, playing a lot like Mew. While Mew has better stats, you can influence Gifsterious' typing to help it fit into any team composition.

Name: Wakitty (wawa, Inca word for baby, + kitty)
Typing:

Abilities: Snow Cloak / Slush Rush / Cute Charm (HA)
Base Stats: 42 / 60 / 40 / 60 / 40 / 73 (315)
Height/Weight: 0.4 m / 4 kg
Flavour/Design: Wakitty is a chimera kitten (the left and right halves of its face are different colors) with icy cold light blue fur, with one half of its face a pale yellow and the other black. There is a small zigzag symbol under one eye and a moon-shaped symbol under the other eye. Wakitty lives on snowy mountaintops, with its fur helping it blend into the snow. Wakitty may be small but they are fully capable of hunting and defending themselves. Evolves into Cougaquil with max happiness during the day, or into Jagaska at night.

Name: Cougaquil (cougar + Catequil, an Inca god of lightning)
Typing:

Abilities: Snow Cloak / Slush Rush / Moxie (HA)
Base Stats: 70 / 112 / 70 / 90 / 60 / 113 (515)
Notable Moves: Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Zing Zap, Wild Charge, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Freeze-Dry, Play Rough, Crunch, U-turn, Volt Switch, Nuzzle, Taunt, Hone Claws, Agility
Height/Weight: 1.4 m / 60 kg
Flavour/Design: Cougaquil is a cougar with light blue fur and yellow lightning bolt patterns along its body and behind its ears. Cougaquil prowls snowy mountains and caves, subduing prey with powerful thunderbolts or blasts of ice.
Competitive: Cougaquil has the famed Ice/Electric STAB combo with high speed and the offenses to use it. Icicle Crash and Zing Zap/Wild Charge are its main moves, with priority in Ice Shard and pivoting in U-turn or Volt Switch. Hone Claws could possibly be used to set up with the switches it forces, synergizing well with Icicle Crash's imperfect accuracy. Moxie allows it to snowball.

Name: Jagaska (jaguar + Ch'aska, Inca goddess of dawn and twilight)
Typing:

Abilities: Snow Cloak / Slush Rush / Prowess* (HA)
Base Stats: 70 / 90 / 60 / 112 / 70 / 113 (515)
Notable Moves: Ice Beam, Freeze-Dry, Dark Pulse, Night Daze, Moonblast, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, U-turn, Taunt, Calm Mind, Moonlight, Agility
Custom Feature: Prowess* - Moxie clone that boosts SpA
Height/Weight: 1.5 m / 75 kg
Flavour/Design: Jagaska is a jaguar with light blue fur and black spots on its body. Its eyes are pale and pupil-less, resembling the moon. Hiding in the shadows on snowy mountains through the day, they emerge at night to hunt. Jagaska are known to stalk their prey for several hours through the night, waiting until their prey falls asleep to attack.
Competitive: The special counterpart to Cougaquil, Jagaska still has a potent offensive STAB combo, solid coverage options, and U-turn or Calm Mind. Its new ability Prowess lets it snowball.
Name: Gemaquita (gem + muiraquita, a carved stone amulet)
Typing:

Abilities: Immunity / Super Luck / Drizzle (HA)
Base Stats: 100 / 35 / 120 / 70 / 150 / 35 (510)
Notable Moves: Psychic, Hydro Pump, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Energy Ball, Ice Beam, Shadow Ball, Weather Ball, Power Gem, Recover, Calm Mind, Teleport, Soak, Wish, Healing Wish, Heal Bell, Stealth Rock, Defog, Trick
Height/Weight: 0.1 m / 0.3 kg
Flavour/Design: Gemaquita is created when the prayers of loving parents are absorbed by special amulets they give to protect their children. It has 3 forms that are purely aesthetic and unchangeable: a frog, turtle, and a fish, respectively called Legged, Shelled, and Finned forms. Each one is a dark green with the eyes being the only thing that moves on its body. It moves around using its psychic powers.
Competitive: Gemaquita is very bulky with reliable recovery, Drizzle to set rain, and useful utility with moves like Teleport, Wish, Heal Bell, and Stealth Rock. Teleport and Drizzle let it function as a bulky pivot and utility for rain teams. It is somewhat passive on its own though.
Name: Kurulo (Curupira + vermelho, Brazilian myth and Portuguese word for red)
Typing:

Abilities: Vengeance*
Base Stats: Hunted Form - 90 / 100 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 120 (550)
Hunter Form - 90 / 120 / 90 / 100 / 90 / 140 (630)
Notable Moves: Retribution*, Play Rough, Close Combat, Power Whip, Waterfall, Zen Headbutt, Knock Off, Bulk Up, Nasty Plot, Moonblast, Focus Blast, Energy Ball, Hydro Pump, Psychic, Dark Pulse, Moonlight, Thunder Wave, Wish, Healing Wish, U-turn
Custom Features: Vengeance* - Kurulo-specific, changes to Hunter Form if switched in after a party member is knocked out by the opponent
Retribution* - Fairy-type Revenge clone, 70 BP
Height/Weight: 1 m / 20 kg
Flavour/Design: Kurulo is based on the Curupira, a Brazilian mythical being that punishes hunters, lumberjacks, and other people who harm the forest and animals. It is a humanoid with red hair and backwards-facing feet that leave backwards tracks to mislead hunters. Kurulo has a similar role, defending the Brazdan wilds from people who misuse it. Being a mythical, collectors also hunt Kurulo itself, so it is constantly fleeing and hiding in the jungle. If other Pokemon are being hurt, however, it will change form and become aggressive to protect them. If the Grass and Water moves in its movepool didn't make it obvious, Kurulo also attempts to protect the titan legendaries from hunters too.
Competitive: Kurulo's ability means it will need to switch in right after a teammate if knocked out in order to change to its stronger and faster form. It has one STAB but also has several strong coverage moves, set up moves, and some utility.

All of my custom elements are free for use if anyone wants to since I hate signatures. lmk if there are any issues.

5 - Spirox.png

Name: Spirox
Typing: Ghost / Steel
Ability: Battle Armor / Cursed Body / Olden Armor (The user's Defense and Sp. Def are lowered by 0.7x, but their Speed is boosted by 1.5x)
Base Stats: 90/80/90/110/90/75 (535)
Notable Moves: Flash Cannon, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Shock Wave, Dazzling Gleam, Knock Off, Iron Defense, Will-o-Wisp, Calm Mind, Recover, Teleport, universal TMs, Clear Beam (70 BP, 100 Acc, 24 max PP, Special, Does not factor type effectiveness)
Flavor: Fits perfectly as a gift Pokemon. Gifts come in boxes, and a trickster ghost that likes being hidden in its box would seem like one that's kind of elusive and impossible to catch in the wild.
Competitive Role: Very versatile mon that could feasibly function defensively, as Speed control, or as a setup mon. None of its stats are really that great unless you account for Olden Armor giving it base 136.5 Speed at the cost of making its defenses each 57.5 assuming it goes max/max Sp. Atk Speed Timid, which is a pretty major tradeoff but it still has a defensive typing that can give it a few switchin opportunities. Its coverage isn't fantastic either but STAB Ghost is good, which makes for a nice mono attacking option for defensive or CM sets. Clear Beam also will be decent for said Specs sets and CM sets if you don't mind the light drop in power for even more neutral coverage.

Baloon.png

Name
: Baloon
Typing: Fairy / Flying
Ability: Aftermath
Base Stats: 140/100/10/120/150/80 (600)
Notable Moves: Moonblast, Air Slash, Hurricane, Play Rough, Acrobatics, Thunderbolt, Wild Charge, Shadow Ball, Psychic, Zen Headbutt, Recover, Haze, Defog, Wish, Heal Bell, Reflect, Light Screen, universal TMs
Competitive Role: I tried to make Roulettemons Baloon make sense lol. Huge movepool because it's a mythical but I only really wanted to go over the most notable stuff. High HP does not make up for its abysmal defense, as shown by Roulettemons playtesting; some specially-focused Pokemon can run a random physical move and they suddenly can break past Baloon.

Name: Hoshiline
Typing:

Ability: Spectral Guide*
Base Stats: 80 / 110 / 70 / 90 / 140 / 110 (BST 600)
Notable Moves: Celestial Claws*, Cosmic Power, Stored Power, Psycho Cut, Shadow Claw, Hone Claws, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Meteor Beam, Magic Coat, Fury Swipes, Night Slash, Play Rough, Crunch, Psychic Fangs, Future Sight, Phantom Force, Swords Dance, Iron Tail
New Features: Spectral Guide is a Ghost-type Storm Drain. Celestial Claws is a Ghost-type Sacred Sword, flavor of the latter is that starlit energy is extended from the claws and phases through the target.
Flavour/Design: A quadrupedal feline Pokémon whose fur patterns are reminiscent of a starry sky. Though predominantly a dark blue, its eyes shine with naught but white. Cyan lines start on its ankles and go up the legs to its spine, the knees having white spots on them. The spine also happens to have another cyan line along it, going from Hoshiline's pure white nose to the pure-white tip of its tail, also glowing white where the lines along the legs meet it, plus a white spot halfway along the tail. Said to be closely related to the ancestor of all cat-like mons (so Litleo, Purrloin, Glameow...), the reveal of an awful truth concerning them led to their numbers being thinned greatly. When it runs into a lost soul, it escorts it into the next life. The shiny for this Pokémon is more beige in color, a reference to the "cosmic latte" color.
Potential Competitive Role: That crippling weakness to Dark? It's Hoshiline's only weakness. It can do quite the number of things, really, with its potential to switch in on most Special Attackers, its 110/90/110 offenses, Meteor/STABs, SD...

Name: Cristerre-Psychic
Typing:

Base Stats: 85 / 65 / 105 / 105 / 65 / 85 (510 BST)

Flavour/Design: WIP (Castform-like Pokemon created by a Brazdan research facility in order to better understand the effects of terrains)
Potential Competitive Role: Very versatile, fitting on any terrain team and having an expansive movepool both in and out of its terrain forms to help dent the opposing team. In base form, it's likely best as a late game sweeper with Rock Polish with its ridiculous coverage after everything is weakened, while its terrain forms are best as wallbreakers.

Sharpen wanted me to do this as he is away from his computer for the day, but voting has now begun!

- For the Mountain Climbers, you can vote for as many as you'd like. Only the three with the most votes will win.
- For the Mythical and Gift, there will only be one winner, so you can vote for up to 3 in order from most to least preferred.
