This is super solid, I just have a couple remarks
  • I could definitely see HP Ice slashed w/ Taunt or just mentioned in Set Comments because trapping and killing Mence (or Landorus-T if you have speed control) is super nice. Sometimes Taunt isn't necessary if your team has other solid checks to TR and the like.
  • In team options, add a bullet for Sub users such as Heatran and Kyurem-B, cause they can switch in and Sub for free versus attackers that can't hit them hard.
  • On the bullet about Substitute, mention that it allows Gengar to maintain field position versus slower attackers even after using Protect, letting it keep the Shadow Tag lock.

I think Skill Swap is worthy of an OO imo. Shadow Tag is an amazing ability, and with Skill Swap you can keep the opponent locked while Mega Gengar returns to safety. Some cool examples include Skill Swapping with partner Celesteela to pass the Shadow Tag onto Celesteela and Beast Boost onto Mega Gengar. Tapu Fini & Zygarde are other bulky mons that Shadow Tag can be passed. Skill Swapping to Tyranitar, Pelipper, etc can help re-activate weather, allowing them to defeat the trapped Charizard Y, etc.
