So today I redeemed the Zeraora and Lugia/Ho-Oh codes I got from EB Games a week ago. I wanted to use Zeraora on my competitive team, so I went to my PC, put a Jolly Abra that I'd been saving for stuff like this at the front of my party (I also got out a Bold Kadabra for the Lugia), and started SRing for a Jolly Zeraora.
About 20 or so SRs later, I still don't have one. Most of the Zeraoras I got were either Bold or Naive. In fact, one of the ones was Quiet, which is the exact opposite of what I want. It could be that Synchronize just doesn't work on Mystery Gift Pokemon at all (EDIT: Turns out this was indeed the case. It's kind of silly if you ask me, but whatever), but I think the most likely scenario was that I just have really bad luck with the RNG when it comes to this sort of thing.
So I was wondering if any of you guys had some funny/frustrating moments of really bad RNG. Post your stories here if you want.
