NU Gigalith

Gigalith @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 244 SpD / 12 Spe
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Blast
- Earthquake
- Toxic

Gigalith proves to be one of the better Stealth Rock users in NU metagame thanks to its immense bulk, its offensive presence, and its ability Sand Stream. On top of having a great natural physical bulk, heavy Special Defense investment and Sand Stream also make Gigalith a durable special wall that can handle dangerous threats like Vanilluxe, Houndoom, Delphox, and Vivillon. Not only can Gigalith be a durable wall and a Stealth Rock setter, but it also is one of the best partners to sand sweepers like Stoutland and Sandslash, as they appreciate Gigalith's ability to set up sand, provide Stealth Rock support, and put shared checks like Slowbro and Palossand on a timer using Toxic. Gigalith is vulnerable to prominent Fighting-types like Passimian, Hariyama, and Scrafty, so teammates like Slowbro, Whimsicott, and Golbat can patch up this weakness. Steel-types like Steelix and Magnet Rise Klinklang can also threaten and take advantage of Gigalith, so teammates like Rotom, Gastrodon, and Vaporeon are good fits as well.

(order of viability) Gigalith's ability to pressure Golbat and Xatu makes it even better at setting Stealth Rock. this point is kinda redundant at this point, every prominent stealth rock setter pressures these pokemon now like diancie, rhydon, curse steelix, so it's not like this is a stand-out trait that sets gigalith apart from other rockers Not only can Gigalith be a durable wall and a Stealth Rock setter, but it also is one of the best partners to sand abusers like Stoutland and Sandslash, as they appreciate Stealth Rock support and Gigalith's tendency to draw in their checks like Slowbro and Palossand putting them on a timer using Toxic. you haven't actually specified here that gigalith is used with these solely due to gigalith's sand stream, add it here Teammates like Slowbro, Whimsicott, Golbat, and Rotom are advised to be paired with Gigalith, as they can handle Grass- and Water-types, while some of them can also deal with Magnet Rise variants of Klinglang, which this set is helpless against.
for the last point:
Teammates like Slowbro, Whimsicott, Golbat, and Rotom are advised to be paired with Gigalith, as they can handle Grass- and Water-types, while some of them can also deal with Magnet Rise variants of Klinglang, which this set is helpless against.
i would just make it clear that gigalith's checks mainly include fighting-types like passimian, hariyama, scrafty which can setup on it with ease etc, and steel-types like steelix and klinklang, so write moreso about them. include water-types if u want as well, they just become less reliable of checks against bulky giga set w toxic since they all hate getting toxiced.

grass-types being classified as checks is not really worth mentioning compared to fighting-, steel-, and water-types; rock blast does anywhere between 40 and 90 to whimsicott depening on rolls, and about the same to sceptile, whereas choice specs energy ball from whimsicott only does a pitiful 45 - 55 to gigalith

after all this, 1/1, if you have any questions don't be afraid to pm me about them :*

Tried my best to implement everything in the most precise way.
but it also is one of the best partners to sand abusers like Stoutland and Sandslash, as they appreciate Gigalith's ability to set up a sandstorm, provide Stealth Rock support, and tendency to draw in their checks like Slowbro and Palossand putting them on a timer using Toxic.
Gigalith is vulnerable to prominent Fighting-types like Passimian, Hariyama, and Scarfty, and teammates like Slowbro, Whimsicott, and Golbat can patch up this weakness. Steel-types like Steelix and Magnet Rise Klinglang can also threaten and take advantage of Gigalith, so teammates like Rotom, Gastrodon, and Vaporeon are good fits as well.
These are some major changes. As this is one of the lengthier checks, I will hold off a bit before marking this 1/1 and sending this to GP.

Edit: Talked in Discord, sending this to GP.
