Introduction:
Hello everyone, I am Ultraman1, mainly an avid National Dex player who used to reach top 3. Since the announcement of the 2025 WCoP tournament, my fellow friend SpaceSpeakers had encouraged me to practice SV OU, which is a fascinating metagame due to the unpredictability of Terastallize mechanics. With the dedicated support of everyone, especially JC98 (aka 98KARAT WOLF HEAT, the GOAT of teambuiding in Viet Nam), not only did I manage to reach 1918 elo in only 2 days in my fresh new account (Anxiety87), I was also able to beat a very strong Asia player in the qualifying round of WCoP !

Members of the team:
- Landorus-T: The good old reliable Rock setter who always brings many benefits to Offensive team by having Intimidate, excellent typing and U-turn. Rocky Helmet allows it to chip many dangerous Physical Attacker such as Dragonite, Great Tusk, Zamazenta… Earth Power is a general good STAB move, hitting everything hard while not activating Toxic Debris but Scorching Sands is also a nice alternative option to fish burn. Tera Water is for the Ice Spinner / Triple Axel situation.
- Raging Bolt: the Incredible Wallbreaker / Revenge Killer. With Taunt, Raging Bolt can at least make good process against many defensive checks such as Clodsire, Ting-Lu…. 120 HP allow it to take Valiant’s Moonblast, 132 Speed to outspeed Fast Kingambit / Primarina. Tera Ghost helps spinblock.
- Iron Crown: Strong potent setup sweeper who can defeat Ribombee easily. Good defensive capability + Substitute make Crown a super win-con in many situations (you guys will see it in some replays). Tera Fighting boosts Focus Blast’s damage output while resisting Sucker Punch / Knock Off / Dark Pulse.
- Iron Valiant: Another popular Wallbreaker with a twisted set (shoutout to JC98). Booster Sp.Atk + Tera Psychic + Psyshock literally dismantle Stall (Clodsire, Blissey, Toxapex, Amoongus…). Vacuum Wave is the second priority move of the team, picking up many sweet clean KOs in dire situations.
- Ogerpon Wellspring: The Best Offensive mon in the metagame. Ivy Cudgel + Adamant Nature 2HKO Unaware Def Clefable. Play Rough is for many dangerous dragons in the tier, such as Kyurem, Hydrapple, Dragonite….. Encore creates offensive momentum.
- Deoxys Speed: This is my ace in National Dex so I know its strength very well. With Modest Nature + LO, Deoxys-S can OHKO Sp.Def Glowking at +2. The Speed EV is to outspeed other Standard Deoxys-S which outspeed +1 Speed Great Tusk.
