Rage powder doesnt seem to work, whenever its used, the users teammates are still being hit.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Here was the turn (my opponent was victim to this but it also happened to me before.)
The opposing Amoonguss used Rage Powder!
The opposing Amoonguss became the center of attention!
Rillaboom used Grassy Glide!
(The opposing Pelipper lost 40% of its health!)
The opposing Pelipper used Hurricane!
It's super effective!
(Rillaboom lost 79% of its health!)
Rillaboom fainted!
Sinistcha used Matcha Gotcha!
It's not very effective on the opposing Amoonguss.
