Welcome to the inaugural edition of the Hackmons Premier League, the team tournament that showcases what the best Hackmons players have to offer!

Scheduling is up to the individual players, though managers can be contacted for any sort of problem (opponent ghosting, impossiblity to play, or anything else). If your opponent is missing, the activity timer can be started by your manager pinging the opposing managers in the manager chat, and by pinging the entire oponent team in the missing player chat in the HPL I server. This allows for a substitution to be arranged feasibly.
Please schedule through posts on your own or your opponent's Smogon wall, so activity calls are easy to solve (you can schedule somewhere else e.g. Discord and make it official on Smogon wall).
Respect general rules of conduct and tournament rules stated here.
If a substitution is made, tag both hosts (BoingK Test Rex), the opposing managing team (both), the opposing player, the player getting subbed in, and the player getting subbed out. Players that are subbed out may not be subbed back in the same week.
Replays are mandatory for the wins to count.

Registeels sv is really good tbh, with the change of City over akira (i assume sevag wanted to play akira in sm) probably is even better, the only one i think that is close here might be wheaty vs wildbeast

Now here is where i think the necros have the advantage, i could see them winning all 3 ph matches but manu even if he hasnt done the best in the last rounds is manu so he'll probably win, hc is pretty luck dependent tbf so going with my gut and saying that ultra necros will win 6-4 (totally not saying this so i can say that we beat the winning team 8-1)

tl;dr aerobee and his support are insane. there's a very small chance anyone from their side would carry inadequate teams and all players facing from both sides are great.

aerobee has more experience at playing and building than sussyamongusdrip. He's quite one of the kings of Pure Hackmons. sussyamongusdrip isn't quite bad but from what I've seen from both players in this tournament, I expect aerobee to have a notable advantage at least in the teambuilding department. It's possible for sussyamongusdrip to win if he plays well and forces cheesy tactics with moves to really counter conventional gameplay. Considering the teams sussyamongusdrip has been using... it would not be a reach for him make some tuning to make this possible. It's definitely possible if it's especially in a battle of 1.

jb291 has more experience at playing than Ballfire and has aerobee as a backup for teams, which will make things difficult for Ballfire. Ballfire is no slouch however as he's great at piloting. Ballfire's support is also great but the Necrozmas have their ORAS support unparalleled.

Excaliju serves a decent chance of winning. Their plays are good and they have a great team of players to back up whatever they build. However, manu is one of the best Pure Hackmons players in history and carries an arsenal of unique builds many modern era ORAS players would have difficulty adjusting to. This was initially 40-60 I added 3 points to Excaliju because despite making his return in this tournament, he's been around since the days of old Hackmons ladders way back when manu was significantly more active. He would be more used to manu's builds and plays than anyone else in the Necrozmas team, which might just be placed at an advantage.

I'm assuming bo1 for all of these but that may easily not be the case.
