This set is designed to slowly KO any physical opponent by utilizing the combination of Hail + Ice Face, Substitute, Protect, and passive leftovers healing to survive many turns. Meanwhile, Hail, Life Orb, or Struggle in the case of Choice Pokemon will slowly KO the opponent. 252 SpA EVs and a Modest Nature maximizes damage output from Weather Ball when it is used. 140 Def EVs allows Eiscue to survive Choice Band Dragapult Dragon Darts and KO back with Weather Ball. The remaining EVs are there to bolster Eiscue's Special Defense. Always keep Hail active and reset whenever possible. This chips away at the opposing Pokemon and will reset Ice Face to protect Eiscue. Against Pokemon faster than Eiscue-Noice form such as Scarf Dracovish, make sure to use substitute when already behind a sub or when protected with Ice Face, and make sure to use Protect every other turn, even if Hail isn't active. This will allow for a safe use of Hail from either behind a substitute or Ice Face and maximizes leftovers recovery. Against Pokemon slower than Eiscue-Noice such as Band Sawk or Steelix, don't use Substitute when already behind a substitute and instead use Weather Ball; still make sure to use Protect every other turn. Hail will be set when not protected by Ice Face or Substitute, but will reset Ice Face to protect Eiscue for that turn. Against Choice users or Gorilla Tactics Darmanitan, it isn't necessary for Hail to KO them as the opponent will Struggle and be KOed that way.

Eiscue has a very well defined niche, in specifically and only targeting Physical Pokemon, mostly Choice Band or Scarf users. However, Eiscue is completely shut down through a number of different moves and abilities including, any multi-hit move, Taunt, Trick, Encore, any recovery move, Mold Breaker, and Neutralizing Gas. These moves and abilities either completely ignore Eiscue's protection from Ice Face or Substitute, shut down it's Protect > Sub cycle, or prolong the game and nullify the damage Hail could do. However, it can still beat top pokemon such as Dracovish, Galar Darmanitan, Sawk, and Steelix. Some good Pokemon to pair with Eiscue would be special defensive Pokemon like Tyranitar who struggles with overtly powerful Physical Pokemon, but is less afraid of the Special Attackers that Eiscue has no chance against. Mandibuzz and Corviknight are also good partners that can beat Mold Breaker Pokemon like Haxorus and Excadrill. Eiscue helps beat Physical Zeraora or Dracozolt. Against pokemon like Crustle who utilize Rock Blast, a good teammate can be Dragapult who can survive and outspeed Crustle even past Shell Smash. In return, Eiscue easily handles bulky and strong physical pokemon like Galarian Darmanitan.

This playstyle is not intuitive in players and will need further explanation. What do you do turn 1? do you use hail, go behind a sub, scout with protect? Does this change every time with faster/slower users - you mention Scarf Dracovish and you mention wearing it down with hail after you say you should sub continuously - when are you setting up Hail? Also, physical ice types (Darm G) needs to be addressed, how are you beating that (Ik you can through replay, describe it here). You also don't explain your evs at all, why are you running max Special Defense on a speed trap? that makes no sense, as well as why you are running modest nature on a speed trap. Or is this a speed trap? will you win against physical mons no matter what? in any case, why are you running spdef? Are there any physical mons that can beat down your subs and take nothing from Weather ball?

Some good pokemon to pair with Eiscue would be special defensive Pokemon like Tyranitar needs way more examples. who struggles with overtly powerful Physical Pokemon, but is less afraid of the Special Attackers that Eiscue has no chance against. You should also mention pokemon that can beat the any multi-hit move, Taunt, Trick, Encore, any recovery move, Mold Breaker, and Neutralizing Gas mons you mentioned - I'd like to see TTar reliably beat Haxorus.

1) fix your grammar. Capitalize the proper nouns, don't use shortenings like 'sub'.
2) This analysis is kind of half-done, you need much more explanation on how to use it and to clarify if there are any exceptions to 'beating all physical mons (which you kind of do, but you don't say the mons, just the moves/abilities)

QC reject 1/3, pls address these concerns

Also this isn't even true- 252 Atk Choice Band Dragapult Dragon Claw vs. 0 HP / 140 Def Eiscue-Noice: 130-154 (44.6 - 52.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery (base power set to 50). You are gaining 12% HP, not 6%, because you would always use Protect turn 2, so you can instead run: you're only going to take this much damage, you would Hail turn one, protect, then weather ball.

Acknowledging that I said to become more specific with EVs, if theres rlly no point to specific speed or HP, 252/252 is fine.
