Changing the permissions of /roomintro from #& to *#& (see /addhtmlbox) would allow for more dynamic roomintros (for example automated leaderboard shoutouts etc.), and I don't think it would have any negative impact. If roombots shouldn't have that permission for legacy reasons it can also be just global (thus verified) bots.
