My main aim is to defend with Ferro and try kill with Dragonite and Altaria.

All of the sets on your pokemon are sub optimal for example, sludge bomb on excadrill isn't going to be doing any damage, excadrill also usually wants speed and attack not special bulk.
My suggestion would be to try playing around with some of the RoA sample teams and learning the tier before you try to build a team. Building requires meta game knowledge and an understanding of synergies which you will gain with experience.
