SM OU Help and Rating Wanted on this Offense Team

So, I thought I'd ask for opinions/advice on what I could potentially do in order to improve this team and potentially make it more balanced, in a sense. Basically, the team is intended to operate as an offensive squad, consistently putting pressure and wearing down the opponent to the point where Pheromosa/Ninetales can clean up during the end game.

Marowak is there as the standard 'check' to a lot of things and Electric/fighting deterrent, as well as Stealth Rocks, EQ there to deal with mons like Heatran and Toxapex on the switch, hitting both harder than Shadow Bone does. Fire Punch over Flare Blitz simply because it gets worn down enough already and without any form of recovery, the recoil/continuous switch ins stack up to inhibit its longevity.

AV Magearna's role is usually to handle Greninja (Ash Form and Protean) and Scarf Tapu Lele (which otherwise absolutely murders this team). Otherwise, Aura Sphere is there to hit Ferrothorn's/Heatran's that may switch in (of course, catching them on the switch) and smacking them harder than any other move She could otherwise throw at them. Volt Switch is there for momentum purposes and Flash/Fleur Cannon there for STAB.

Lando is there as the Anti-Ground/2nd Electric immunity in the team. Scarfed to deal with Mega Metagrosses (another mon that this team would otherwise severely struggle against). Othewise, the remainder of the set is what you'd expect from a Lando that isn't Rocks. No HP Ice either as this team doesn't really have issues with Opposing Landos/Grounds/Dragons (Blizzard from Ninetales and/or Ice Beam Pheromosa handle those just fine). Knock off to scout Items/Take Lele's Scarf from it.

Tapu Fini is there as the 'glue' that holds the team together in a sense, with its ability to check a lot of things (like Ash-Greninja and Zard X, should the latter not be running EQ) and offering defog support so that Alolan Marowak/Ninetales don't have to fear losing 25% every switch in due to rocks, on top of being the sweeper set up preventer (thanks to Haze).

Ninetales is there for Hail Chip damage/Aurora Veil/Cleaner/Revenge Killer if needed and can also somewhat take on Ash-Greninja should push come to shove (and she's at full HP, hence why Fini is there for Defogging) as well as being one of the 2 stars of the show. Freeze-Dry is there to deal with bulky waters and have a move that hits them for SE damage (tho could also be HP ground, but this team deals with Heatran/other fires well enough as is)

Pheromosa is there because well, it does its role of Revenging/Cleaning/Using the Snowball effect with beast boost to its advantage as well as any other mon in the game and is the other 'star of the show'. It's pretty much just your standard Psychical set, with Ice Beam there for mons like Lando-T/Garchomp (tho mainly Lando)

Zard Y is still an issue for this team tho, as usually I have to wear it down considerably before revenging it with one of Phero/Ninetales, as well as Mega Metagross and Scarf Lele being a problem should Lando/Magearna be too worn down to take them on.
