Hi. I am new to competitive team building, but I understand evs, ivs, etc.
I've never made my own team before and I really want to make a team around Mega Sableye.
So far, I have:
Sableye @ Sablenite
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Will-O-Wisp
- Dark Pulse
- Recover
- Calm Mind
I've used this set and it's been the best and most effective I've used so far. I was planning on using a Chansey with the Sableye but I am not quite sure yet. I'll probably use:
Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aromatherapy
- Toxic
- Seismic Toss
- Soft-Boiled
I am thinking of using a Tapu Koko because I've had some trouble with Celesteelas and Tapu Finis when I was testing with random teams. I have a timid 4iv one in game, I have a bottle cap ready for it, currently leveling it up. I'm thinking something like this:
Tapu Koko @ Life Orb
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dazzling Gleam
- Thunderbolt
- Grass Knot
- Volt Switch
I also want a Scizor for defog and fairy killing:
Scizor @ Lum Berry
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Defog
- Swords Dance
- Roost
What else should I add or change? Any feedback will be appreciated, I am kinda new to this team making stuff. I like to have balanced teams, usually two sweepers, a defensive core, and some other pokes for tech or setups and stuff.
