Other Hidden Power type lookup table

Every hidden power calculator I've seen has you inputting IVs to output the Hidden Power type. To me this seems like a very backwards approach - It is more useful to find out what IVs are required in order to get your desired Hidden Power type.

Psypoke has a chart, but it only covers 17 of the 64 possible spreads. Therefore, I decided to make my own:
