[OVERVIEW]
+Incredibly high Attack and Special Attack set, allowing it to become a fantastic mixed wallbreaker.
+Great coverage options, makes it very difficult to switch into.
+High Special Defense stat, allowing it to check some special attackers, including Tomohawk, Krilowatt, Latias, Latios, and Starmie.
-Low Defense and bad defensive typing gives it difficulty switching in. This is a possible issue when facing users of U-Turn, in addition to it being super effective, the Pokemon usually are EV'd to outspeed and pivot away from Hoopa-U.
-After scoring a kill, Hoopa-U would be considered a momentum sink, as it loses pressure after scoring a kill. As a result, it is weak to Pursuit users as you might need to switch after scoring a kill.
-Average Speed, can be mitigated by a Choice Scarf, but in exchange for a lot of power.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Dark Pulse is a powerful STAB move, hitting multiple threats, such as Jirachi, Mega Metagross, and other Psychic types. Psychic allows you to reliably kill Tomohawk, Keldeo and other Fighting Types. Gunk Shot allows you to break many of the threats such as Clefable, Azumarill, and many things that are not physically defensive. Drain Punch targets Collosoil, Bisharp, and Tyranitar, who can otherwise scare out Hoopa-U. Fire Punch allows you to not be completely walled off by Ferrothorn and Scizor, both of which can survive a Drain Punch and retaliate.

Set Details
========

160 in Attack allows Hoopa-U to OHKO most defensive Clefable sets with Gunk Shot. Max Speed and Hasty allow Hoopa-U to outspeed other 80 speed Pokemon or things that do not invest fully in Speed, such as Mega-Altaria, Mamoswine, and Tomohawk. It also outpaces Gardevoir and Metagross before they Mega Evolve. The Remaining EV's are thrown into Special Attack so Hoopa-U's STAB moves still hit hard. Life Orb allows Hoopa-U to deal enormous amounts of damage without being locked into a single move. However, it should be noted that lowering the IV's in your HP to 29 minimizes the recoil from Life Orb, making it more optimal to use.

Usage Tips
========

Hoopa-U generally wallbreaks in the early game or mid game, in order to ensure a sweep of another Pokemon late-game. It should be switched in on a slow pivot or after something has fainted, so it takes no residual damage. It can be switched into Special Attacks, but only if the Hoopa-U does not need to be completely healthy to tank another attack. Hoopa-U should not be switching in often, as it will get worn down rather quickly. Once Hoopa-U is in, it uses whatever move will do the most damage to it's target, as it usually has coverage for most situations. When it is used against Pokemon that are slower than it, it does not need to predict as much; the switch should absolutely be taken into consideration. Hoopa-U should also fear STAB Pursuit users, such as Colossoil, Bisharp, Weavile and Tyranitar, as they limit Hoopa-U's usability and can possibly knock out a weakened Hoopa-U. You can prevent this by running Drain Punch and KOing these threats.

Team Options
========

A slow pivot is especially useful to ensure that Hoopa-U enters the battle safely, Colossoil, Landorus-T and Rotom-W excel at this, as they are all able to tank a hit successfully and allow Hoopa-U to come in easily. Speed control is also useful, so Thunder Wave users such as Ferrothorn and Clefable can create easy windows for Hoopa-U to outspeed threats that are normally able to outpace it. In addition to that, things that are able to abuse Hoopa-U's wallbreaking ability by revenge killing are Talonflame, Stratagem Tornadus-T and Syclant. In addition to that, fast Mega-Evolved Pokemon such as Mega-Manetric, Mega-Lopunny, and Mega-Alakazam can greatly benefit from Hoopa-U's wallbreaking capabilities. Finally, options that stop Hoopa-U from wallbreaking are generally removed by things like Azumarill, who can kill things Fire and Ground types that threaten Hoopa-U offensively, such as Talonflame, Landorus-T, and Keldeo. In exchange for taking out these threats, Hoopa-U can remove Poison types, such as Mollux, Venusaur and Plasmanta, all of whom threaten Azumarril.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========
+Dark Pulse is a reliable STAB that reliably hits Psychic types, and strikes anything that does not resist it.
+Psyshock and Psychic are fantastic secondary STABs. Psychic OHKO's Keldeo, Tomohawk, and Mega Venusaur, while Psyshock 2HKO's Chansey and will OHKO Assault Vest Tornadus-T after Stealth Rock damage.
+Focus Blast allows Hoopa-U to remove many of the things that normally threaten it, including Tyranitar, Colossoil, Bisharp and Weavile.
+Finally, Thunderbolt is used to hit things such as Mandibuzz, who otherwise walls Hoopa-U. It also hits Mega Charizard-Y, Manaphy and Gyarados.
+Hidden Power Ice allows Hoopa-U to OHKO Landorus-T, Garchomp and Gliscor.

Set Details
========

+Choice Specs allows Hoopa-U to truly boast it's 170 Special Attack stat, as it becomes one of the most powerful hitters in the metagame.
+Max Speed EV's and a Timid nature allow Hoopa-U to outspeed many common threats, such as Timid Heatran, Mega Venusaur and Gardevoir before Mega Evolving.
+Max Special Attack EV's only benefit Hoopa-U, as it allows Hoopa-U to break through many common walls.
+A Modest nature may be used, but it is generally not recommended, as the speed that you would miss out on is too much to sacrifice.

Usage Tips
========

+This set should be used as an early- or mid-game wallbreaker, but can be used as a late game wincon against balance teams.
+It can be used as a late game sweeper if the main wincon of the opposing team is a Special Attacker that does not OHKO Hoopa-U.
+Hoopa-U should also be wary of when it is choice locked, as Dark-types can switch into a Psychic from Hoopa-U.
+It is recommended that you do not switch it in if Pursuit users are still alive on the opposing team, while Pursuit itself is not super effective, it still does considerable damage. If it is possible, you should try to preserve Hoopa-U for a later situation.
+Hoopa-U has low HP and Defense, so it should try to be switched in as a slow pivot or to pick up a kill as a revenge killer.
+Hoopa-U needs to be wary of things that are able to switch away from it easily, such as fast U-Turn users.

Team Options
========

+Hoopa-U benefits from a Volt Switch or U-turn, using things like Colossoil, Scizor, Mega Manetric, and Landorus-T allow it to safely enter.
+Hazard setting benefits Hoopa-U very well, as it allows Hoopa-U to score some knockouts that it might have missed out on before. Good potential teammates to set stealth rocks could include Garchomp, Landorus-T and Clefable.
+Offensive based teams cause issues for Hoopa-U, so powerful sweepers benefit with Hoopa-U's presense.
+Clefable is also an excellent partner as it is able to spread Thunder Wave, switch into attacks that threaten Hoopa-U, and set Stealth Rock.

+Other Bulkier teammates allow Hoopa-U to switch out easier after it has killed something, and a check from the opposing team enters the field. Tankier Pokemon such as Tomohawk, Cyclohm, Heatran and Azumarril can tank a hit on the switch-in and hit many of the things that can damage Hoopa-U

[SET]
name: Choice Band
move 1: Hyperspace Fury
move 2: Gunk Shot
move 3: Drain Punch
move 4: Zen Headbutt / Fire Punch / Trick
item: Choice Band
ability: Magician
nature: Jolly / Adamant
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

+STAB boosted Hyperspace Fury does insane damage to all that do not resist it.
+Gunk Shot provides great coverage and breaks through many of the fairies that would normally give Hoopa-U an issue.
+Drain Punch, in addition to providing sustainability, is a reliable damage on many Dark and Steel types, such as Bisharp and Tyranitar, who otherwise threaten Hoopa-U.
+Zen Headbutt is a secondary STAB that ensures you are able to hit Keldeo and Tomohawk safely.
+Fire Punch allows Hoopa-U to take out Ferrothorn, Skarmory and Scizor, while also providing reliable coverage.
+Trick can be a surprising way to cripple walls and tanks and can force a switch or score a free kill.

Set Details
========

+Hyperspace Fury is the bread and butter of this set, as it hits monstrously hard to anything that does not resist it.
+Max Investment in Speed with a Jolly Nature assists Hoopa-U with it's subpar speed, outspeeding Mega Altaria, Medicham before Mega Evolving, and Mamoswine.
+Max Investment in Attack along with the Choice Band allows Hoopa-U to 2HKO almost everything that does not resist Hyperspace Fury.
+Adamant can be used over Jolly, as Hyperspace Fury 2HKOes Physically Defensive Cyclohm after Stealth Rock damage; however it is not really needed as the speed is seen as more valuable than the extra damage that Hoopa-U gives.

Usage Tips
========

+Hoopa-U, when equipped with a Choice Band, is one of the best wallbreakers of bulkier teams in the metagame.
+If the opponent has a team that is more stall oriented, Hoopa-U benefits most from a Choice Band because the coverage that Hoopa-U provides covers very stall heavy walls.
+Hyperspace Fury should be the move you are using the most, as there are very few Pokemon that safely switch into it.
+The coverage moves should be used if you read a switch in, such as Clefable or Tyranitar, who cannot tank a Gunk Shot and Drain Punch, respectively.
+Hoopa-U also benefits from using Trick, as it a reliable way for this set to safely cripple a wall like Chansey and Tomohawk.

Team Options
========

+Powerful fighting types, such as Keldeo, Tomohawk and Breloom can easily remove Dark Types and Pursuit users who threaten Hoopa-U, even moreso because Hyperspace Fury lowers Hoopa-U's defense.
+Powerful physical Pokemon benefit from Hoopa-U's wallbreaking, such as Colossoil and Mega Scizor.
+Slow U-turn users ensure that you do not need to predict a double switch to safely get Hoopa-U into battle. Landorus-T, Colossoil and Scizor do this job well.
+Fairy Types, such as Azumarril, Mega Gardevoir and Sylveon can cover the weakness of any sets that do not run Zen Headbutt.
+Klefki spreads paralysis and can set Spikes for Hoopa-U, potentially allowing Hoopa-U to score some kills that it might have missed otherwise.

[SET]
name: Choice Scarf
move 1: Hyperspace Fury
move 2: Psychic / Hidden Power Fire / Hidden Power Ice
move 3: Gunk Shot
move 4: Drain Punch
item: Choice Scarf
ability: Magician
nature: Hasty
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

+Hyperspace Fury does plenty of damage on Psychic Types like Latios, Latias and Mega Metagross
+Psychic scares away opposing Fighting Types such as Keldeo and Tomohawk, providing a strong secondary STAB.
+Hidden Power Fire nails Ferrothorn, Cawmodore, Syclant and Scizor.
+Hidden Power Ice removes Garchomp, Landorus-T and Gliscor, but leaves you open to Fighting types completely.
+Gunk Shot is essential in removing Fairy Types while providing a powerful physical move.
+Drain Punch are used to prevent Fighting weak Pokemon, such as Colossoil, Weavile, Tyranitar and Heatran from switching in.
+Drain Punch is used more if the sustainability is needed, however Focus Blast can be used if more raw power is needed.

Set Details
========

+Choice Scarf makes Hoopa-U into a wallbreaker with a respectable speed stat, which can catch people off guard.
+Hyperspace Fury should be used most of the time, as it deals the most damage and will severely damage anything that does not resist it.
+The other coverage moves should be used if you believe the opponent is making a switch to something that can survive a Hyperspace Fury
+A Hasty Nature is used to ensure that the special moves on the set are not weakened.

Usage Tips
========

+Choice Scarf Hoopa-U should be used as a Pokemon that outspeeds and weakens things that would normally outspeed it, such as Keldeo, Mega Crucibelle, and Stratagem.
+As a result, it should always try to be brought in against in a revenge kill situation or after a slow pivot.
+Hoopa-U is susectable to Pursuit users, such as Weavile and Tyranitar, who will try to come in on a Psychic or after a Hyperspace Fury.
+Hoopa-U can be used as a late-game cleaner by using whatever coverage move is needed after all of the reamining Pokemon have been worn down.

Team Options
========

+Hoopa-U generally benefits from getting in safely from a pivot. Mega Manetric, Colossoil and Landorus-T do a fantastic job of ensuring it gets in safely.
+Fairies Types, such as Mega Gardevoir, can quickly remove Fighting types that otherwise threaten Hoopa-U.
+Hoopa-U's low HP and Defense stats, in addition to it's poor defensive typing, leave it weak to Physical attackers. Partners like Tomohawk, Amoonguss and Ferrothorn can switch into these kinds of attacks.
+Despite the fact that it is scarfed, it is still outsped by the likes of Mega Beedrill, Mega Alakazam and priority users. Talonflame can help this weakness, as it uses its own priority to remove those threats.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

+Trick is an option that can be used to beat specific walls and stallier Pokemon, but Hoopa-U generally likes to keep their item instead of giving it away.
+Grass Knot is a notable move that OHKO's Quagsire and Hippowdon. It also ensures that Colossoil is killed, but otherwise does not provide much.
+A Nasty Plot set could be used, but Hoopa-U usually does not have the time to set up and tank more than 1 hit.
+Substitute is an option that can be run because of Hoopa-U's ability to force a switch, however this coupled with a Life Orb will chip at your health relatively quickly. It also takes away some of the coverage that Hoopa-U desperately needs.

Checks and Counters
===================

+Pursuit Trappers - Colossoil, Tyranitar, Bisharp and Weavile all threaten Hoopa-U, especially if Hoopa-U is locked into Psychic or Hyperspace Hole. Be careful when they come in, as it can lead to a swift death for Hoopa-U.

+Fairy Types - Mega Diancie and Mega Gardevoir can outspeed and OHKO Hoopa-U before it gets the chance to attack. However, Hoopa-U can kill both of these with a Gunk Shot. Klefki can switch in safely to everything except Hidden Power Fire and Fire Punch and cripple Hoopa-U with a Thunder Wave

+Fast Pokemon - Hoopa-U generally gets outsped and can potentially get OHKO'd by many common fast threats, such as Tornadus-T, Mega Beedril, Colossoil, Aurumoth and Scylant. However, many of these Pokemom cannot switch into Hoopa-U's attacks.

+Priority Users - Powerful priority, such as Talonflame, Scizor and Azumarill can signifcantly damage Hoopa-U and threaten it before it gets to attack.

In CAP, other viable speed control options include Sticky Web (Necturna) and Tailwind (Fidgit). Both of these are insanely useful for slowish wallbreakers such as Hoopa-U (idk a few months ago spark and I talked about which mons we should make sure get Nect/Fidg mentions in team options, and Hoopa-U was one of the few big names). If partnered with Sticky Web Necturna, then another teammate that can absolutely and thoroughly demolish Bisharp is necessary, since +2 Bisharp will hurt both Nect and Hoopa.

Speed control (thunder wave, web, tailwind) can be mentioned not only on the Life Orb spread, but also on the Choice Band and Choice sets as well

List relevant mons that Timid outspeeds but Modest doesn't.

Overall, looks good. However, I fully expect you to go through and make your writing/phrasing a lot better as you write this up.
